Abstract— The aim of study is to find out how great the contribution of emotional intelligence on student learning outcome this type of research is correlation and population is 82 study survey and mapping, in student Faculty of Engineering State University of Padang students with 64 samples. It taken using Proportional Random Sampling technique. The used is primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through distributed questionnaires to students, while secondary data is data obtained from Department Lecturer of Civil Engineering whom teach Course Survey and Mapping semester January - June 2016. The Data analysis techniques were: 1) Descriptive analysis, 2) Normality test and linearity test, and 3) Testing Hypothesis. The results showed the conclution that there is a contribution between emotional intelligence on the learning outcomes survey and mapping students Engineering Studies Program Building Engineering Faculty of Engineering State University of Padang with the number of correlation coefficient of 0,642 and the percentage of contribution to learning outcomes by 41,21 %. ABSTRACT This research is purposed to find out the relationship of students’ learning style and students’ grade for statics subject matter at X class building engineering drawing competence skill, SMKN 5 Padang. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. Subject of this research is students of X 1 and 2 classes building engineering drawing who learn statics subject matter in year of school 2013/2014. Data collection is made by questionnaire and documentation. Results of this research show that achievement degree of students’ learning style, amount to 48 students, of X class competence skill are 73.49%, that is fairly with correlation value is 0.026 which is very low correlation. Based on this research, it can be concluded that students’ grade is not dominant related to students’ learning style. Keywords: learning style, learning grade

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine how strong the learning outcome among Civil Engineering Diploma degree and Building Engineering. This research is descriptive corelative that are quantitive. Populations in this research are student of Civil Engineering and Building Engineering who take entrepreneurship in academic year 2013. Populations amounts 118 peoples. Samples are taken by using Harry King and Proportional Random Sampling technique that amounted 40 peoples. This study is analyzed by using product moment correlation formula. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship of learning outcomes entrepreneurship courses with interest in entrepreneurship. Based on Calculation, obtained rcount > rtable (0.818 > 0.263). These results indicate there is a significant relationship of entrepreneurship course learning outcomes in interest entrepreneurship among Civil Engineering Diploma degree and Building Engineering, and also those are belonging to strong category. Abstract— This study aims to find out the relationship between Visual-Spatial Intelligence and learning outcomes. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. This research was carried out in the Department of Building Drawing Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. Informants / respondents in this study were students of class XII majoring in TGB. Data collection techniques in this study used the Test method. While the Sampling Technique used is Total Sampling. The Total Sampling technique is a data collection technique where the sampling technique is the same as the population. The reason for taking total sampling is because the population is less than 100, so the entire population is all research. In this study there were 48 informants. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between Visual-Spatial Intelligence and Learning Outcomes of Interior Buildings and Exterior Buildings. ABSTRACT This study aims to reveal the perceptions of students of Building Engineering Education Department of Civil Engineering about plagiarism. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population of this research is all students of Building Engineering Education Studies Program Department of Civil Engineering year in 2008-2011 as many as 94 people. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling with a sample of 49. This study has only one variable that students' perceptions about plagiarism. This research data collection tool was a questionnaire using Likert scale. The results of study indicate 75.51% students of Building Engineering Educationhas a good perception about plagiarism. That means students of Building Engineering Education understand that plagiarism is not well done. KeywordsPerception, Plagiarism.

Abstrak – Permasalahan yang ada pada penelitian ini berawal dari rendahnya jumlah siswa SMP dan MTs melanjutkan pendidikan ke Jurusan Teknik Konstruksi dan Properti SMKN 1 Kecamatan Guguak dari tahun 2014 sampai 2018. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat siswa SMP dan MTs dalam memilih Jurusan Teknik Konstruksi dan Properti SMKN 1 Kecamatan Guguak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah populasi 203 siswa dan sampel 135 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert yang terdiri dari 4 pilihan jawaban yang terdiri dari 48 butir pernyataan. Uji coba penelitian dilakukan kepada 80 siswa SMPN 1 Kecamatan Guguak dan penelitian dilakukan kepada siswa SMPN 2 Kecamatan Guguak dan MTsN 3 Kabupaten 50 Kota berjumlah 135 siswa. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi minat siswa SMP dan MTs adalah faktor motivasi dengan persentase 76%. Abstract—. The aims of this research is to find a relationship beetwen the intersesting to enter SMK N 1 West Sumatera and activemant result on Engginering Drawingfor academic year 2017/2018 at grade XI SMK N 1 West Sumatra. Member of sampling is 47 students that taken from total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are: 1) Descriptive analysis, 2) normality test and linearity test, and 3) Hypothesis Test. The results of this study is that there is a significant relationship between intersesting to enter SMK N 1 West Sumatera and activemant result on Engginering Drawingfor academic year 2017/2018 at grade XI SMK N 1 West Sumatra, with 95% confidence level. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient value of 0.510, it is mean that the category of relationship is enough ( between 0,40-0,70). Siswa SMK N 1 Batipuh tidak paham tentang cara menghitung Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), selama melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) di Dunia Usaha atau Dunia Industri (DU/DI) sedangkan dalam kurikulum sudah diajarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui relevansi materi pembelajaran RAB dengan materi Dunia Usaha atau Dunia Industri (DU/DI) di SMK N 1 Batipuh. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster sampling (area sampling), lokasi sampel penelitian yaitu di Kota Padang dengan jumlah responden 5 DU/DI di kota Padang, data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan teknik skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi pembelajaran RAB relevan dengan DU/DI yaitu 64%, dan 36% tidak relevan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa materi pembelajaran RAB relevan dengan materi di DU/DI dari beberapa tempat siswa SMK N 1 Batipuh melaksanakan PRAKERIN.

ABSTRACT Design of this research is causal comparative research that has goal to know about the effect of providing scholarship BBM toward students’ learning outcomes in the Faculty of Engineering State University of Padang. Research hypothesis is there is increasing of learning outcomes before and after receiving scholarship BBM. The population of this research all of the students in the Faculty of Engineering State University of Padang; include the students 2009 and 2010 who received BBM in the 2012 totally 177 of students. Technique of sampling is proportional random sampling and the number of samples is 74 students. Based on the result of data analysis by using Two Related Samples test, obtained value of significance is 0.104 > 0.05 so Ho is accepted or there are no increase learning outcomes of students after and before receive the scholarship BBM. It means that the hypothesis is rejected. The mean scores of IP whose students before receive scholarship BBM is 3.13 and after receive the scholarship BBM is 2.92. It can be said, after receiving scholarship BBM the mean scores of IP whose students are decreases. Based on explanation above, it can be conclude the effect of providing scholarship BBM have not been capable to increase students’ learning outcomes and so on the relation between learning outcomes of students and providing of scholarship BBM is not significance. Biomassa yang dapat diolah menjadi energi terbarukan salah satunya limbah cangkang kelapa sawit. Limbah kelapa sawit ini menimbulkan adanya masalah lingkungan seperti: estetika lingkungan, penyempitan lahan dan bisa menjadi sumber penyakit. Pengolahan limbah cangkang kelapa sawit dapat dilakukan dengan menjadikan limbah cangkang menjadi briket. Briket dapat menggantikan minyak tanah, pembuatan briket menggunakan bahan perekat yang mengandung pati, selain tepung tapioka bahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi perekat salah satunya adalah tepung kanji. Pembuatan briket arang ini di lakukan dengan beberapa variasi Metoda yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah gravimetri untuk pengujian kadar air dan abu, metoda Bomb Calorimeter untuk pengujian nilai kalori. Dari penelitian ini dengan 3 macam variasi komposisi campuran yaitu 95%:5%, 90%:10%, 85%:15% dengan urutan arang cangkang : tepung kanji. Maka didapatkan semua komposisi briket ini masih dibawah atau lebih bagus dari standar kualitas briket sesuai SNI 01-6325-2000. Masing-masing campuran briket memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas briket untuk kadar air, kadar abu dan nilai kalori pada briket kulit kakao tersebut. Briket yang paling bagus dilihat dari parameter diatas adalah dengan campuran 90% arang cangkang dan 10% perekat
