Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan, menguji kelayakan, dan menguji keefektifan pada media pembelajaran Scrapbook Digital model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) muatan IPS materi manfaat sumber daya alam dalam bidang ekonomi kelas IVB SD Sampangan 01. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan dengan one group pretest posttest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan 36 siswa kelas IVB SD Negeri Sampangan 01 Semarang Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji t-test dan uji peningkatan rata-rata (N-Gain). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Dalam mengembangkan media Scrapbook Digital model PBL menggunakan software Corel Draw x7 untuk desain gambar dan Macromedia Flash 8 untuk menggabungkan semua komponen; (2) Persentase penilaian media Scrapbook Digital model PBL oleh ahli media sebesar 74% (Layak) dan ahli materi sebesar 88% (Sangat Layak); (3) Pada uji normalitas data pre-test post-test berdistribusi normal, pada uji t-test diperoleh thitung = 6,292 > ttabel = 2,030 maka Ha diterima, hasil uji N-gain sebesar 0,37 dengan kriteria sedang. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran Scrapbook digital model PBL layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran mupel IPS materi manfaat sumber daya alam dalam bidang ekonomi. The purpose of the research was to develop, test the feasibility, and test the effectiveness of the Digital Scrapbook media with the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in social studies with content the benefits of natural resources in the economic field for grade 4th B Sampangan 01 elementary school. This study used a development research design with one group pretest posttest, the subjects of this study were teacher and 36 students grade 4th B Sampangan 01 elementary school. The data collection technique used interviews, observations, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The analysis used normality test, t-test and average increase test (N-Gain). The results showed that : (1) in development Digital Scrapbook Media with PBL model using Corel Draw x7 software for image design and Macromedia Flash 8 to combine all components; (2) Percentage assessment of Digital Scrapbook Media with PBL model by media experts is 74% (eligible) and material experts is 88% (Very Eligible); (3) In the normality test, the pre-test post-test data were normally distributed, the t-test test obtained tcount = 6,292 > ttable = 2,030 then Ha was accepted, N-gain test result was 0.37 with moderate criteria. In conclusion, the digital scrapbook media with PBL model is feasible and effective to be used in social studies learning about the benefit of natural resources in the economic field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS kelas IV SDN Gugus Terampil Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus Terampil Kabupaten Magelang yang berjumlah 180 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan propotional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis data awal dan analisis data akhir. Analisis data awal dilakukan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Analisis data akhir meliputi uji korelasi sederhana, uji korelasi ganda, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS. Dengan nilai rhitung > rtabel yaitu 0,830 > 0,176 pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 5% dengan sumbangan yang diberikan sebesar 69%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel kecerdasan emosional dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS kelas IV SDN Gugus Terampil Kabupaten Magelang. This study aims to examine the positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and learning discipline on study social sciences outcomes for class IV SDN Gugus Terampil, Magelang Regency. This study uses quantitative research with the type of correlation research. The population in this study was the fourth grade students of SDN Gugus Terampil, Magelang Regency, totaling 180 students. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The instrument test was carried out using the validity test, reliability test. The data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis, initial data analysis and final data analysis. Initial data analysis was performed using normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The final data analysis includes simple correlation test, multiple correlation test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and learning discipline on social studies learning outcomes. With a value of rcount > rtable, that is 0.830 > 0.176 at a significance level of 5% with a contribution of 69%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a strong relationship between emotional intelligence and learning discipline variables on social studies learning outcomes for class IV SDN Gugus Terampil, Magelang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, menguji kelayakan, dan menguji keefektifan buku teks berbasis cerita daerah terhadap isi pelajaran matematika siswa kelas 1 SDN 1 Bebengan Kendal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang diadaptasi oleh Tegeh. Buku ajar berbasis local stories adalah buku pendamping siswa dalam belajar materi konsep bilangan matematika yang disampaikan melalui sebuah cerita lokal dan gambar.Subjek penelitian adalah 39 siswa kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Bebengan Kendal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, tes, dan data dokumen. Teknik analisis data awal menggunakan uji normalitas dan analisis data akhir menggunakan uji T dan N-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar cerita lokal berbasis muatan pelajaran matematika berhasil dikembangkan, layak digunakan, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Persentase yang diperoleh ahli media, ahli bahasa dan materi adalah 95,9% (sangat layak), 82,1% (layak) dan 85,4% (layak). Hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada nilai pretest dan posttest dengan uji beda rata-rata diperoleh thitung (4,678) ttabel (2,024) maka Ha diterima. Hasil rata-rata peningkatan (n-gain) menunjukkan hasil sebesar 0,43 dengan kriteria sedang. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku teks berbasis cerita lokal pada muatan pelajaran matematika telah berhasil dikembangkan, cocok digunakan dalam muatan pembelajaran IPS untuk pelajaran matematika di kelas satu sekolah dasar, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. This study aimed to develop, test the feasibility, and test the effectiveness of local stories-based textbooks on the content of mathematics lessons for class 1 SDN 1 Bebengan Kendal. The type the research used was the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model which was adapted by Tegeh. Local stories based textbooks are books that support students in learning mathematical number concept material delivered through a local story and pictures. The research subjects were 39 of one grade students of SD Negeri 1 Bebengan Kendal. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, tests, and document data. The initial data analysis technique used the normality test and the final data analysis used the T test and N-gain. The results showed that local stories-based textbooks on the content of mathematics lessons were successfully developed, feasible to use, and effective for improving student learning outcomes. The percentages obtained by media experts,language and material experts were 95,9% (very feasible),82,1% (feasible) and 85,4% (feasible). Students' cognitive learning outcomes on the pretest and posttest scores with the average difference test obtained tcount (4,678) ≥ table (2,024) then Ha is accepted. The results of the average increase (n-gain) showed a result of 0,43 with moderate criteria. The conclusion of the research shows that local stories-based textbooks on the content of mathematics lessons have been successfully developed, suitable for use in social studies learning content for mathematics lessons in one grade elementary schools, and are effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, menguji kelayakan, dan menguji keefektifan bahan ajar e-book berbasis lingkungan pada muatan pembelajaran IPA Kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Mojowetan. Jenis penelitian ini Research and Development (R&D) yang diadaptasi oleh Sugiyono. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes (pretest dan posttest) dan non tes (wawancara, observasi, dokumen). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) bahan ajar e-book berbasis lingkungan berbentuk elektronik memuat sampul, petunjuk penggunaan, KD, indikator, tujuan pembelajaran, materi gaya dan pengaruhnya terhadap gerak; (2) media ini sangat layak digunakan dengan bukti persentase oleh ahli materi 89% dan ahli media 100%; (3) berdasarkan uji t diperoleh nilai (thitung> ttabel) sebesar (18,8414 > 2,023) sehingga disimpulkan bahan ajar e-book berbasis lingkungan efektif dan uji N-gain data pretest dan posttest diperoleh 0,66 dengan kategori sedang. This study aims to develop, test the feasibility, and test the effectiveness of environmental based e-book teaching materials on science learning content of grade IV. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) which was adopted by Sugiyono. Data collection techniques using test techniques (pretest and posttest) and non-test (interviews, observation, documents), the result of this study showed: (1) environmental based e-book teaching materials in electronic form contains cover, KD, indicator, learning objectives, and material force and its effect on motion; (2) This teaching material is highly feasible to use with percentage evidence by material experts 89% and media experts 100%; (3) based on the t-test, obtained value of (tcount > ttable) is (18,414 > 2,023) so it was concluded that environmental based e-book teaching materials on science learning content was effective, and the N-gain test of pretest and posttest data obtained 0.66 with medium criteria.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan mengenai implementasi penanaman sikap tanggung jawab melalui kegiatan literasi penguatan pendidikan karakter siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Cawas yang terletak di Kabupaten Klaten. Pupulasi penelitian ini berjumlah 28 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji credibility dan uji confirmability. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan: (1) Tahapan dalam membentuk penanaaman sikap tanggung jawab siswa V SD Negeri 1 Cawas diantaranya yaitu; pemberian contoh/ teladan, pembiasaan, dan penguatan; (2) Terdapat beberapa hambatan dalam penelitian diantaranya hambatan dari sekolah, guru dan siswa; (3) Respons penerimaan yang terjadi adalah terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan wawasan pada diri siswa. Selain itu, siswa juga memunculkan karakter baik, seperti sikap disipilin, sikap tanggung jawab, dan karakter baik lainnya. Namun, masih terdapat respons penolakan seperti respons siswa yang belum serius atau malas-malasan dalam melakukan kegiatan literasi akan tetapi, masih dominan dengan respons penerimaan karena kegiatan literasi menjadi kegiatan yang wajib maka, kegiatan ini sudah menjadi rutinitas yang disambut dengan antusias siswa yang bersemangat dalam mengikuti kegiatan literasi penguatan pendidikan karakter This research is descriptive qualitative. This study aims to describe the research conducted on inculcating an attitude of responsibility through literacy activities to strengthen character education for class V SD Negeri 1 Cawas located in Klaten Regency. The population of this study found 28 students. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using the credibility test and confirmability test. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the research conducted: (1) The stages in forming the responsible attitude of V SD Negeri 1 Cawas students include; presenting examples/ role models, habituation, and reinforcement; (2) There are several obstacles in the research including barriers from schools, teachers and students; (3) The acceptance response that occurs is an increase in students' knowledge and insight. In addition, students also raise good characters, such as dicipline and responsibility. However, there are still responses such as student responses that are not yet serious or lazy in carrying out literacy activities, however, they are still dominant with acceptance responses because literacy activities are mandatory activities, so this activity has become a routine that is enthusiastically welcomed by students who are passionate about leaarning to participate in literacy activities to strengthen character education.
Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Kesiapsiagaan Bencana Longsor Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Intensitas ancaman longsor terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Daerah yang berada di daerah rawan longsor harus siap menghadapi bencana tersebut, terutama yang berdampak pada dunia pendidikan. Peristiwa dapat dipicu oleh peristiwa alam, tindakan manusia atau kombinasi keduanya. Upaya pengurangan risiko bencana dapat dilakukan dengan mengubah perilaku manusia, meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, untuk meminimalisir terjadinya korban, diperlukan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana. Pengetahuan merupakan faktor utama dalam kesiapsiagaan bencana tanah longsor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan kesiapsiagaan bencana longsor yang melibatkan 96 siswa SDN 01 Ngijo Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menganalisis data korelasi product moment. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat korelasi sedang karena berada pada koefisien interval 0,40 – 0,599.
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA E-IDE UNTUK KOMPETENSI MENENTUKAN POKOK PIKIRAN SISWA KELAS V SD

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media E-Ide berbasis android, menguji kelayakan internal menurut ahli dan praktisi media maupun materi serta menguji keefektifan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas V Khusunya pada kompetensi menentukan pokok pikiran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan model pengembangan 4D menurut teori Thiagarajan (Sugiyono, 2015). Media E-Ide berbasis android dikembangkan berdasarkan angket kebutuhan guru dan siswa kelas V. Penentuan kelayakan internal media dilakukan dengan melakukan validasi kepada ahli dan praktisi media serta ahli dan praktisi materi. Selanjutnya keefektifan dilakukan dengan melakakukan uji coba skala besar dan uji coba skala kecil melalui pretest dan posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumen, angket, dan tes. Teknik analisis data meliputi analisis data awal dan analisis data akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penilaian rata-rata dari ahli dan praktisi media sebesar 80,83% dengan kriteria layak serta dari ahli dan praktisi materi sebesar 91,66% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil uji T menunjukan bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) pada uji coba skala kecil 0,021 dan uji coba skala besar adalah 0,000 artinya < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Uji N-Gain pada uji coba skala kecil menunjukan nilai 0,462 dengan kategori sedang dan uji coba skala besar menunjukan nilai 0,462 dengan kategori sedang. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu media E-Ide berbasis android layak dan efektif digunakan untuk peningkatan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran kompetensi menentukan pokok pikiran pada siswa kelas V. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah, Media E-Ide berbasis android dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada kompetensi menentukan pokok pikiran di kelas V. This study aims to develop an Android-based E-Ide media, test internal feasibility according to media and material experts and practitioners and test the effectiveness of learning outcomes for fifth grade students, especially on the competence to determine the main idea. The type of research used is Research and Development with a 4D development model according to Thiagarajan theory (Sugiyono, 2015). The Android-based E-Idea media was developed based on a questionnaire on the needs of teachers and fifth graders. The determination of the internal feasibility of the media was carried out by validating media experts and practitioners as well as material experts and practitioners. Furthermore, the effectiveness is carried out by conducting large-scale trials and small-scale trials through pretest and posttest. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, documents, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis techniques include initial data analysis and final data analysis. The results showed that the average assessment of media experts and practitioners was 80.83% with proper criteria and 91.66% from material experts and practitioners with very feasible criteria. T test results showthat the value of sig. (2-tailed) in the small-scale trial of 0.021 and the large-scale trial of 0.000 meaning <0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The N-Gain test on a small-scale trial shows a value of 0.462 with a medium category and a large-scale test shows a value of 0.462 with a medium category.The conclusion of this research is that the Android-based E-Ide media is feasible and effective to be used to improve learning outcomes in competency learning to determine the main ideas of class V students. mind in class V.
MANAJEMEN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BLENDED LEARNING PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen model pembelajaran blended learning pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SDN Srondol Wetan 01 Kota Semarang yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi serta tindak lanjut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDN Srondol Wetan 01 selama masa pandemi Covid-19 telah menerapkan manajemen model pembelajaran blended learning dimulai dari perencanaan pembelajaran yang disusun oleh guru meliputi RPP dan bahan ajar, mengatur jadwal pengecekan suhu, serta memberikan sosialisasi kepada orangtua siswa. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran sesuai dengan sintaks blended learning yaitu pencarian informasi, mendiskusikan informasi dan mengkonstruksi/ merekonstruksi pengetahuan yang dilakukan baik pada pembelajaran online maupun tatap muka. Evaluasi pembelajaran blended learning meliputi penilaian sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diamati pada pembelajaran online dan tatap muka. Tindak lanjut untuk siswa yang mendapat nilai dibawah KKM berupa remedial dimana guru memberi kesempatan kepada anak untuk memperbaiki tugas yang telah diberikan sebelumnya. Simpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru telah melakukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta tindak lanjut dalam penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SDN Srondol Wetan 01 Kota Semarang. Saran dalam penelitian ini, guru dapat menggunakan google form, quiziz, kahoot, atau platform online lainnya untuk melakukan penilaian supaya kegiatan evaluasi lebih variatif dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran blended learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of blended learning models during the Covid-19 pandemic at SDN Srondol Wetan 01 Semarang City which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation as well as follow-up. The method used is a field research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data was collected using the methods of observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is thematic data analysis technique. The results showed that SDN Srondol Wetan 01 during the Covid-19 pandemic had implemented a blended learning learning model management starting from lesson plans prepared by the teacher including lesson plans and teaching materials, setting a temperature check schedule, and providing socialization to parents. The implementation of learning is in accordance with the blended learning syntax, namely seeking of information, acquisition of information and synthesizing of knowledge which is carried out both in online and face-to-face learning. Evaluation of blended learning includes assessment of attitudes, knowledge and skills observed in online and face-to-face learning. Follow-up for students who score below the KKM in the form of remedial where the teacher gives the opportunity for the child to improve the task that has been given previously. The conclusion of the study shows that teachers have planned, implemented, evaluated, and followed up on the application of the blended learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic at SDN Srondol Wetan 01 Semarang City. Suggestions in this study, teachers can use google form, quiziz, kahoot, or other online platforms to conduct assessments so that evaluation activities are more varied and can increase student motivation in blended learning.
ROLE TEACHER IN DEVELOPING STUDENT SOCIAL SKILLS IN SDN 2 SUMBERSARI DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how teachers at SDN 2 Sumbersari developed students' social skills during the Covid 19 pandemic, to find out the obstacles and efforts of teachers at SDN 2 Sumbersari in developing students' social skills during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research used a qualitative research design. The main data source is the informant, the data source is obtained from interviews. Sources of data obtained from research informants, namely: principals and teachers. Data collection techniques in this study utilize the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers checked the validity of the data using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques are: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate the role of the teacher as a guide and facilitator in order to develop the social skills of SDN 2 Sumbersari students during the pandemic, namely through planning embodied in the RPP which includes activities that involve students and in its implementation gives students the freedom to communicate and exchange opinions through chat room media. those on Google Meet or Whatsapp groups, in the evaluation activities, it is preferred to use an oral exam via video call.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Media Pembelajaran Video Animasi Ujang Entis dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA materi Kalor, Tema 6 Panas dan Perpindahannya, Subtema 2 perpindahan Kalor di Sekitar kita. Subjek penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 1 Sindangraja pada siswa kelas V dengan teknik analisis data statistik deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development dengan model 4D/4P (Pendefinisian, Perancangan, Pengembangan, dan Penyebaran). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, angket validasi dan uji pengembangan, serta tes. Berikut hasil penilaian angket validasi: Ahli media dengan perolehan hasil skor 46/50, serta skor rata-rata 4.6/5 dengan kriteria kelayakan media 92% Sangat Baik (layak), ahli materi dengan perolehan hasil skor 18/20, serta skor rata-rata 4.5/5 dengan kriteria kelayakan media 90% Sangat Baik (layak), ahli bahasa dengan perolehan hasil skor 19/20, serta skor rata-rata 4.75/5 dengan kriteria kelayakan media 95% Sangat Baik (layak), serta hasil penilaian dari guru dengan perolehan hasil skor 83/85, serta skor rata-rata 4.88/5 dengan kriteria kelayakan media 97.64% Sangat Baik (layak). Sementara itu hasil penilaian siswa melalui uji coba kelompok kecil yang melibatkan 5 siswa kelas V SD Negeri Bojonggaok dengan perolehan hasil skor 208/225, serta skor rata-rata 41.6/45 dengan kriteria kualitas media 92.44% Sangat Baik (layak), dan uji coba kelompok besar yang melibatkan 10 siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Condong dengan perolehan hasil skor 426/450, serta skor rata-rata 42.6/45 dengan kriteria kualitas media 94.66% Sangat Baik (layak). Berdasarkan hasil uji penelitian di SD Negeri 1 Sindangaraja pada kelas eksperimen dengan berbantuan menggunakan media pembelajaran video animasi Ujang Entis (episode 1 dan episode 2) telah mengalami kenaikan atau memenuhi dan melampaui dari KKM 67 dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 92.74% atau kategori Efektif. Sehingga dengan ini media pembelajaran video animasi Ujang Entis dapat dikatakan layak digunakan untuk guru maupun siswa sebagai alat bantu menyampaikan serta memahami materi Perpindahan Kalor di Sekitar Kita (tema 6 - subtema 2) kelas V sekolah dasar khususnya di SD Negeri 1 Sindangraja. This study aims to determine the application of Ujang Entis Animation Video Learning Media in an effort to improve science learning outcomes for heat material, Theme 6 Heat and its Transfer, Sub-theme 2 Heat transfer around us. The subject of this research was carried out at SD Negeri 1 Sindangraja in fifth grade students with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The method used is the Research and Development method with the 4D/4P model (Definition, Design, Development, and Deployment). Data was collected by means of interviews, validation questionnaires and development tests, as well as tests. Following are the results of the validation questionnaire assessment: Media experts with a score of 46/50, and an average score of 4.6/5 with media eligibility criteria of 92% Very Good (decent), material experts with a score of 18 /20, and an average score of 4.5/5 with media eligibility criteria of 90% Very Good (decent), linguists with a score of 19/20, and an average score of 4.75/5 with the media eligibility criteria of 95% Very Good (decent), as well as the results of the teacher's assessment with a score of 83/85, and an average score of 4.88/5 with media eligibility criteria of 97.64% Very Good (worthy). Meanwhile, the results of student assessment through small group trials involving 5 fifth grade students of SD Negeri Bojonggaok with a score of 208/225, and an average score of 41.6/45 with media quality criteria of 92.44% Very Good (feasible), and a large group trial involving 10 fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Condong with a score of 426/450, and an average score of 42.6/45 with media quality criteria of 94.66% Very Good (feasible). Based on the results of research tests at SD Negeri 1 Sindangaraja in the experimental class with the help of Ujang Entis animation video learning media (episode 1 and episode 2), there has been an increase or meet and exceed the KKM 67 with an average score 92.74% or the Effective category. Afterall, Ujang Entis animated video learning media fair to be said worthy to be used by teachers and for students as a tool to convey and understand the material Heat Transfer Around Us (theme 6 - sub-theme 2) grade V elementary schools, especially at SD Negeri 1 Sindangraja.
