Abstract

This study, entitled the responsibility of businessman to tourist on Water tourism business in Bali, this is a research study that examines the normative legal norms lack sharpness contained in article 26, paragraph d and e of Act No. 10 of 2009 and its implementing regulations relating to how responsibility the businessman for tourist on water tourism in Bali and sanctions are given to businessman who neglect their duties. In this study, the approach are statute approah and legal concept analysis approach, then the problem is analyzed with the technique later in systematizing description for further evaluated and given argumentation. From the research and discussion that is done it can be known that the responsibility of businessman to tourist on Water tourism business in Bali include administrative responsibilities, moral and legal. While the sanctions applied to businessman who do not perform their obligations in the form of administrative sanctions and / or civil penalties / criminal, either separately or together.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in average of cars selling in Bali based on brand and quality products of the five car brands: Toyota, Suzuki, Daihatzu, Honda and Mitsubishi. The method used in this study is a Two Way ANOVA. The Results achieved in this study that trademark significantly influence brand difference in the average of car selling are compared, while the quality of the product does not significantly affect the average difference in sales.

Abstract

Education is essentially an interaction between educator (teacher) with learners (students) to achieve educational goals. This interaction is called the interaction of education, which is means a process of mutual influence between educators with learners in learning. According to Indonesia law no. 20 of 2003 explained that education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing the potential for him to have a religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed him, society, nation, and the state. Education in general aim to help the students in developing themselves, namely the development of all the potential, skills, and personal characteristics of the positive direction, both for themselves and their environment. This research aims to know and understand about the dominant role of cognitive theory by Jean Piaget in the selection of an appropriate learning model. The problems discussed in this paper are: (1) how is the child's development according to Jean Piaget's cognitive dominant theory? (2) what kind of learning model suitable to be applied in the daily practice and their implications in the education system at school? Based on the result of discussion, it is known that according to the dominant cognitive theories by Jean Piaget, cognition evolved not because someone receives knowledge from outside the person passively but actively constructs the knowledge. The learning model is suitable to be applied by the dominant cognitive theory according to Piaget, a model of bottom-up or partnership. Such as quantum learning model, cooperative learning model, problem-based learning model, learning environment model, etc. To realize the whole process is a good thing with colaboration between learning model that is able to develop a whole person.

Abstract

Two or more languages are used interchangeably by the same author, it can be said that the language proficiency level in a state of mutual contact. In every language there is a process of mutual contacts between the influence of one language and another language. As a result, there will be interference both oral and written. Interference is an error that is caused by the tendency of getting used pronunciation (utterances) of a language to another language pronunciation unit includes sounds, grammar, and vocabulary. Interference of foreign language in a scientific paper published in the journal Logic State Polytechnic Bali is still quite dominant. This interference occurs because of a lack of mastery of the Indonesian by the writers. In addition, the authors use the term foreign customs so foreign terms with the Indonesia term is regarded as the same thing.

Abstract

The erection of the Pyramids in Egypt, the Great Wall in China, the Taj Mahal India including Borobudur can not be separated from the countless people who worked day and night in a very long and tiring. We need a flashback of how individuals, groups and organizations behave from ancient times to the organization and postmodern society today. With a historical perspective one can explain fenemona now well and based on theory and previous evidences. The purpose of this paper is intended for, first to understand the major trends that make individuals, groups and organizations behave in a certain way expected. Second is about how, methods, concepts that appear in encouraging individuals, groups and organizations behave from each era through a historical overview. The conclusions of this paper are: the ways humans behave and behavioral organization have been studied since the time of Plato, it has been research topics and seminars research in the field of behavioral research organization. Efforts attempted to understand the behavioral organization can be done by understanding the historical review, studying that has ever been done by the figures of his time. Each figure proposed the idea in response to the situation of his time. Choosing and strengthening the suitable me that are by sorting our and storing the undesired ones.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the effect of physics cartoon on motivation of PNB civil engineering students in applied physics subject. Questioner is given before and after lecturing process. The result of descriptive statistic shows that experiment class get light increasing of mean score from 78,20 to 78,92 , while control class shows decreasing from 79,04 to 76,20. The final motivation score of experiment class is higher than control class, which is 78,92 and 76,20 respectively. Furthermore, independent sample t-test by SPSS 19 results there is no significant motivation difference between both class. So, it is concluded that the use of physics cartoon as a learning media in a physics lecture has no significant effect on students motivation.

Abstract

Workforce is the backbone of national development. This is because a strong workforce and highly competitive in many aspects will support increased development in the economic, social and culture and is a major factor for achieving success and strategic development of a nation. The government's responsibility to provide labor in sufficient quantity, time and place as well as the quality of appropriate skills. Because the purpose of the use of labor hire is intended as an attempt to employed labor force fully and productively. Competition labor demanding requirements of professional expertise and skills as evidenced by the certification of competence as one of the legal protection efforts undertaken by the government in welcoming IATA 2015.

Abstract

The research was inspired by the increasing number of competition among Tourist Destination or DTW in Badung because nearly all areas have a beautiful nature, a remarkable cultural heritage, and hospitality of its people is quite a potential tourist attraction. Badung has the potential diverse tourist attractions, agro tourism in the North and beach tourism in the Southern areas. Pandava beach is one of the tourist areas in the village of Kutuh. The purpose of this research are to investigate what factors are considered by tourists visiting the Pandava Beach and Which is the most dominant Factor into consideration of domestic tourists visiting the Pandava Beach. The determination of the criteria of research from respondents uses a Likert scale to measure the nature, the opinions and perceptions of a person or a group of people about a social phenomenon with a number of sample as many as 85 people. Analytical tool used in this study is the analysis of the factor with the help of SPSS version. 17. From the test results of the four factors influencing tourists to visit the Pandavas Beach: beach beauty and strategic location, which is composed of natural beaches, recreational facilities, recreational facilities and the condition of its strategic location; Price and access to the beach Pandavas, which consists of the price of food and beverages, recreation rents, large parking area, access to which is smooth, safe and friendly community; Responsiveness and hygiene, the variables that make up the service guides are good, responsive coast guard, coastal environmental hygiene; Promotions and services, which consists of a variable where to eat in coastal areas, promotion and service personnel, it was found that the most dominant factor affecting the interest of tourists to visit the beach Pandavas are factors beach beauty and strategic location. It can be seen from the eigenvalues value equal to 7.704 which is the highest value of the total value of eigen value.

Abstract

Education on Diploma III Travel & Tourism Study Program is aimed at generating power business associate professionals in the travel and tourism field. With the enactment of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 8 of 2012 on the Indonesia Qualifications Framework (KKNI) qualifications level of Indonesian human resources, the Education Studies Program Diploma of Business Travel at the level of 5 is in a position as a supervisor, it is necessary to support the level of competence 5 to support the necessary competence to analyze the competence of graduates by conducting research using the alumni of the last 2 years working in the field of ticketing as a sample. With the snowball method obtained 11 alumni and 3 supervisors ticketing to be interviewed in depth. Results achieved that competency is a skill that any 'key to operate the computer and use the internet and be able to operate online ticket reservation system using a program like Abacus reservation. Other skills should also be held as to understand the ticketing provisions in general, understand the common terms used in the operational flight by IATA, the basis for calculating the price of tickets, look for special fare and the condition (rule) of each special prices as well as to understand the geography of international flight. In addition to the core competencies to become competent resources necessary attributes required soft skills such as initiative, ethics / integrity of critical thinking, willingness to learn, commitment, motivation, enthusiastic, reliable, and creative verbal communication.
