Abstract

Progress of the programming field allows to build Web-based applications. This research was conducted to design used car sales by web-based applications in CV. Singgalang Motor Padang. This application is built for ease in conducting sales, purchasing and financial reporting. The sales and purchase transaction of car units is conducted online so that customers and sellers do not need to come the showroom. Application design uses the Unified Modelling Language (UML) model, diagram use case, activity diagram and sequence diagram. The application is built using the PHP language (Hypertext Preprocessor) with CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) as an additional language, while its editor uses SublimeText. Application uses JavaScript coding, the Framework CodeIgniter and MySQL as a database. The security techniques used in the application are encryption, session and delimiter permissions to each user. However this application has facilitated for customers in selling and buying cars, assisting transaction in browsing data collection, financial reporting, and sales reporting. Keywords: Information Systems, PHP, CodeIgniter, MySQL

Abstract

The development of a personal room door security system needs to be improved, due to the high crime rate of theft. Personal room is a room that is private and feels to have important things in it. The design and manufacture of this tool aims to create a personal room door security system that uses fingerprint sensors and touch sensors as input functions. This system uses Arduino as the system's main controller. The output component uses a doorlock solenoid, 16x2 LCD and buzzer. The doorlock solenoid functions as a personal room door lock, 16x2 LCD monitors the work process of the system, and buzzer as a sound indicator. Based on the testing and analysis conducted, it was concluded that the personal room door security system could work well. The system can open the door using a fingerprint sensor or touch sensor, so it can improve the personal room door security system. Keywords: Fingerprint sensor, Touch sensor, Arduino, Doorlock Solenoid, 16x2 LCD.

Abstract

The growth of  information  technology is  increasing rapidly, the need for  proper  information, fast and accurate is the desire of everyone.  As well as online admission  of  new  students (PSB) is a product of real time software application  services and 100% web-based. However, there is no significant relationship exists between the effectiveness and performance of the website by the user. Seeing these symptoms then  it can defined  problems in this research whether there is a significant correlation between the effectiveness of PSB Online and website performance together with user satisfaction in the area of Department of Education on Padang city.The research hypothesisis that there is a positive and significant influence together between the effectiveness of PSB Online with website performance against user satisfaction.This research using survey research approach with descriptive correlations methods to see a significant correlation between the effectiveness of PSB Online and website performance together with user satisfaction in the area of Department of Education on Padang city. Research population is public senior high school studentsin thearea of Department of Education on Padang cityandsampling technique is simple random sampling so the sample was 100 respondents.From the researchit appears that the effectiveness of online PSB has a positive relationshipby76.10%. Website performance has a positive correlation by86.70%. Effectiveness and performance PSB online websites together has a positive relationship by 90.50%. From the finding research data, it could be seen the level of achievement of the respondents to the effectiveness of online PSB included both categories andals othe website performance in both categories. Abstract

Penggunaan daya listrik selama ini hanya dapat dilihat melalui alat ukur kWh meter yang didistribusikan oleh PLN. Penggunaan kWh meter tidak memberikan informasi tentang berapa besar daya listrik yang digunakan secara real time. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alat yang dapat memperlihatkan penggunaan daya listrik secara real time, sehingga memudahkan pengguna untuk memantau pemakaian listrik. Tujuan penelitian adalah me-monitoring serta proteksi pada beban listrik menggunakan Arduino Mega 2560 serta android secara real time. Dimana masing-masing ruangan arus dan tegangan dapat dilihat pemakaiannnya, dan dalam pembatasan daya yang dipakai oleh pengguna pada masing-masing ruangan sebesar 2 Ampere (440 Watt), jika melebihi dari batas pemakaian maka sistem akan secara otomatis akan mematikan stop kontak, dan untuk mengaktifkan kembali user dapat melakukan penekanan tombol pada aplikasi sehingga jalur listrik pada ruangan yang dimatikan tadi dapat aktif lagi jalur listriknya. Sistem monitoring dan proteksi pada daya listrik yang dibahas berupa perancangan Hardware dan Software. Untuk perangkat Hardware nya memerlukan rangkaian LCD, rangkaian stop kontak, rangkaian RTC, rangkaian Bluetooth, rangkaian sensor arus, rangkaian sensor tegangan. Perancangan software berupa perancangan Arduino IDE dan aplikasi Bylink.

Abstract

The background of this research problem is not the maximum grade students of Electronics Engineering Education UNP. This research is a correlational study. The research objective is to reveal how much contribution the use of Wi-Fi and students' attitudes toward student achievement index. The study population numbered 337 people and the sample amounted to 72 students Prodi Electronics Engineering Education at the Department of Electronics Engineering FT-UNP. The sampling technique is done nonprobability Sampling Design withdrawal technique is by incidental sampling technique. Data on student achievement index obtained from students Prodi Electronics Engineering Education at the Department of Electronics Engineering FT-UNP. While data Utilization Wi-Fi facilities and students' learning attitudes collected through questionnaires distributed to students by using a Likert scale has been tested for validity and reliability. The result showed that (1) the use of facilities WI-Fi Influential significantly influence the attitude of students' study program Engineering Education Elktronika UNP 11.32%, (2) use of WI-Fi facilities contribute significantly to the achievement index of Technical Education Study Program UNP Elktronika of 15.14%, (3) the attitude of student learning contribute significantly to the achievement index mahsiswa Education Study program Electrical Engineering UNP by 20.07%. So it can be concluded that the use of the facilities WI-Fi and Attitude of Student Learning Contribute to the achievement index mahsiswa Engineering Education Study program Elktronika UNP, the increasing use of Wi-Fi and the higher the students' learning attitude, the higher the grade the student%. KeyWord :       students motivation, management of the class by the teacher, learning outcomes.

Abstract

Interactive Learning Media is a supporting element in generating quality students, students in using learning media whose purpose is to generate students' creativity in learning learning materials in accordance with the provisions of learning, to produce interactive media on Digital Simulation subjects whose presentation consists of text, images and videos learning, so that this attracts students' interest in learning, on digital simulation subjects. Media Interactive Using Macromedia Director 11 needs supporting applications such as Adobe Flash 8, Adobe Photoshop CS3, and Camtasia. Based on the results of the design of the media, it can be concluded that the interactive learning media on the subjects of the X-class Multimedia Digital Simulation have been realized. Interactive Learning Media has been designed later in the feasibility study by a media expert lecturer and two material expert teachers, with an average value of 0.69 and an average material validation value of 0.95 declared valid using the Aiken'V formula and based on the results of the feasibility test the learning media has been declared valid and feasible to be used as a medium of learning in school. Keywords: Designing, Digital Simulation, Interactive Media.

Abstract

This research was motivated by problems because paid software as OpenOffice Writer and Abi Word are free software, MS Office and OpenOffice Writer have many similarities in word processing. The purpose of this research was to analyze the Microsoft word software and open office writer in its operation in terms of features, usage security, user interface and rights. This type of research was descriptive which is correlational. The population in this study were users of word processing software in 2015 Informatics and Computer Education Students as many as 69 people. The number of samples was 40 people. Research results show that 1) Usability Variables, Information Quality and Interaction Quality together have a significant effect of 80% on the level of service quality of word processing application users, 2) variable X was very influential on user satisfaction of word processing applications and 3) simultaneously (F test) can provide information that Usability, Information Quality and Interaction Quality from the application together must be considered to improve the word processing application service. Keywords: Comparison of Word Processing Applications, Microsoft Word and Open Office Writter

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low average learning outcomes of learners in the subjects of Digital Simulation is under Minimum Criteria of completeness (KKM) which has been established SMKN 2 Mount Talang is 75. This study aims to determine the influence of cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together with direct learning model on student learning outcomes in Digital Simulation subjects students Audio Video Engineering at SMKN 2 Mount Talang. The type of this research is experimental research with the design of quasy-experiment with Posttest-Only Control Design design. The research sample is class X TAV 2 as experiment class using cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together and class X TAV 1 as control class using direct learning model. Data collection techniques from post-test in the experimental class and control class, then analyzed for homogeneity test, normality test and hypothesis test. From the experimental class research results obtained an average value of 81.15, while the control class get an average value of 76.50. Result of hypothesis calculation at significant level α = 0,05 got titung> ttable that is 3.05> 2.02, because big tcount of ttable, null hypothesis (H0) rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. Can be concluded mean at the real level, this research show that, there is influence of student learning result which signifikan between use of model of cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together with direct instruction model on Digital Simulation subject of class X student Audio Video Technique at SMKN 2 Gunung Talang. So the model of learning Numbered Heads Together better in comparison with direct learning model. Keywords: Numbered Heads Together, direct learning model, quasy experimental, learning outcome, eksperimen, control
