Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) Pakis Sabilulungan is a business entity that houses small, micro and medium-sized businesses located in Mekarsari Village, Pasirjambu, Bandung, Indonesia. At present, BUM Desa Pakis has begun to pioneer several businesses including the production of snacks, coffee, crafts, and clothing. But there are obstacles where marketing is still limited to one sub-district and income tends to stagnate. Therefore, we need an internet-based technology that is able to help marketing more broadly and more easily than the current situation. The proposed technology in BUM Desa Pakis is a web-based e-marketplace, where all business owners can sell goods on the same platform. In its development, the prototyping method was used. This is because BUM Desa needs a description of the application that will be used before further development. The results of the e-Marketplace development on BUM Desa show that the marketing process can be carried out faster, payments can be made through bank transfers and delivery can be done through expeditions. This is significantly able to expand product marketing from Mekarsari Village

Abstract

The development of science and technology that has been developed more rapidly at this time, along with the increasing need for information itself. By producing a newspaper every day then the states forced PT Pikiran Rakyat to further improve the smoothness, the effectiveness and efficiency of the printing. One way to measure the performance of machines in general by using OEE and to minimize the possibility of losses to be borne by the company is improving the Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM). By using the data in the form of MTTF (Main Time to Failure) and MTTR (Main Time To Repair) of each subsystem of the printing press. Based on calculations using the method of Overall Equipment Effectiveness, by performing calculations based on three main parameters with a study for eight months or 5760 hours, show that the value of the Availability of 75%, the value of the Performance of 97%, and the value of Quality by 98%, then the system has OEE values of 71.60%. The system has a reliability score of 10.59% at 70 hours based on the analytical approach. Maintainability calculations using modeling reliability block diagram, it is found that the entire unit in the system has a chance to settle down a minimum of 12 hours to be able to function again with a probability of 100% to reach its original state. During the eight-month study, Inherent Availability of the system is 99.52% based on analytical approach and Operational Availability of the system is 73.91%. Keywords—Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, OEE, MTTF, MTTR

Abstract

An aircraft company needs to "secure" their aircraft engine for a good maintenance system to keep the optimum engine's performance during the flight. This paper proposed maintenance analysis and scenario for the CT7, the main engine for aircraft at NTP company. A failure data record from four critical components of the CT7 engine is analyzed using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Risk Based Maintenance (RBM) methods to obtain the optimum maintenance interval task for the critical subsystem of the CT7 engine and also seeing the risk of maintenance cost of the engine's failure effect. The RCM analysis result obtained seven scheduled on condition task, six scheduled discard task, and three scheduled restoration task. The interval of the maintenance schedule of each critical component varies according to the function obtained. And based RBM analysis, the risk from system performance loss is got $ 7.014.841, 90. Meanwhile, the total cost of maintenance interval based on a calculation of optimal time interval got $1.885.612, 82. Keywords— preventive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance, risk-based maintenance, risk priority number.

Abstract

To provide internet network, one of public Telecommunication provider in Indonesia conduct several project related to fiber optic cable installation such as the STO Modernization Feeder project. In every project implementation, the company is concerned with quality in order to remain competitive with competitors. Deliverable which meets the project quality will produce the product in accordance with the requirements. STO Garut Feeder Modernization Project was experiencing delays which is caused by the non-conformity project deliverable to project specification during monitoring & controlling phase. At project planning, the quality metric was not designed, which can be used as a guideline for vendor in carrying out the project task and to assist the process of quality control. Quality metric design is carried out using internal control methods that can identify possible errors in each project activity and critical success criteria that define a successful activity that will be performed. Result shows that only 67.1% statement (critical success criteria) form critical activity is implemented. This result can answer why the project delay because the activity on critical path is mostly re-worked due to non-conformity issues

Abstract

Insider threats become one of the most dangerous threats in the cyber world as compared to outsider as the insiders have knowledge of assets. In addition, the threats itself considered in-visible and no one can predict what, when and how exactly the threat launched. Based on conducting literature, threat in Automated Manufacturing Execution Systems (AMESs) can be divided into three principle factors. Moreover, there is no standard framework to be referring which exist nowadays to categorize such factors in order to identify insider threats possible features. Therefore, from the conducted literature a standard theoretical categorization of insider threats framework for AMESs has been proposed. Hence, three principle factors, i.e. Human, Systems and Machine have considered as major categorization of insider threats. Consequently, the possible features for each factor identified based on previous researcher recommendations. Therefore, via identifying possible features and categorize it into principle factors or groups, a standard framework could be derived. These frameworks will contribute more benefit specifically in the manufacturing field as a reference to mitigate an insider threat. Keywords—automated manufacturing execution systems insider threats, factors and features, insider threat categorization framework.
