Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology, it has become an essential requirement in companies to produce information quickly, precisely, and accurately. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the food processing industry. In each production process, strict quality control is required to produce the best quality. The current retain sample management system still uses manual and non-computerized records, including preparing Physico-chemical test analysis reports and incoming and outgoing transactions for retained samples made by the QC Leader. This study uses data collection methods through observation, interviews, and literature. The proposed system development uses the waterfall method to design the system using UML (unified modeling language), programming using visual basic 6.0, and Microsoft Access 2007 database. The results of the research that has been done, namely the creation of an information system for managing QC retain samples at PT. XYZ. The system design uses use case diagrams to describe the system user actors, activity diagrams to describe the system's process, sequence diagrams to describe the data flow interface to the database, and class diagrams to describe the relationships between tables. Then the system design is implemented in Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and MS database Microsoft Access. All data is integrated into one database so that the required data and reports can be presented computerized, such as physicochemical test analysis data, incoming and outgoing sample transactions, and samples that have entered their expiration period.

Abstract

Pura Dalem Sidakarya includes the Territorial Temple, Kahyangan Tiga, or the Village Temple. The existence of Dalem Sidakarya Temple is to commemorate the services of the Brahmin Rivet. Pura Dalam Sidakarya has the Parhyangan Dalem Sidakarya architecture using its concept but still respects the predecessors of the founders of Parahyangan Jagat Bali by allocating it into one Sad Kahyangan. In addition to exploring the Sad Kahyangan Temple, there is also a Parahyangan Jagat Natha in this temple. Pura Dalem Sidakarya has a historical value, namely being the place for Pinunas Tirta Sidakarya or Tirta Penyidakarya for the success of religious activity. However, from the results of the initial survey, there are still many people who still need to learn about the existence of Pura Dalem Sidakarya. With the development of information technology today, the author built a Website-based 360 Degree Virtual Tour Application that aims to provide information and give the impression as if you are at Jagat Dalem Sidakarya by using research flow such as problem, problem formulation, literature study/material collection, system design, system design, system testing/data collection, data analysis/data validation, and conclusion. Based on the results of tests carried out using the Black Box Testing Method, all features in the application can run appropriately according to their functions.

Abstract

An electric vehicle uses increasing in Indonesia. Airport services are also advancing the development of electric cars on Baggage Towing Tractors (BTT). BTT is used to attract aircraft baggage to the terminal baggage queue. BTT uses an electric engine as a driving force and an 80V battery as a voltage source. If the BTT battery is not managed correctly, then it is an effect on the battery life. This battery is prone to over-voltage, under-voltage, and over-heat. The project is necessary to develop a system that makes it easier for users to monitor battery performance and technicians during maintenance. The concept of this system is based on an android application. This application will provide real-time information about battery voltage, temperature, and humidity through Firebase Database. The data received by sensors is sent to the database via a microcontroller, which is connected to a Wi-Fi network. The android application will access the database and display data in real-time by ignoring previous data. This system is designed for users to determine the condition of the BTT battery that will be used. The system was tested to evaluate measurement accuracy and speed of updating data. From the test result, the level of accuracy system is around 97%, and it’s rated as working optimally.

Abstract

The network infrastructure used by PT. Quantum currently uses one communication line in its network infrastructure. So, when the line dies, work that requires an internet connection will be disrupted and detrimental to the agency, for that two communication lines are needed. The Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) network configuration is a high availability network that provides alternative means on all infrastructure paths and critical servers that can be accessed anytime. This is very useful when the main line on the web is down; the second line on the web will automatically back up the communication line, so work is not interrupted. The purpose of this research is to design a Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) network infrastructure based on the Cisco Packet Tracer application. A network configuration on the Router to set the path of data packets, which can divert the main path (Active Router) to the backup path (Backup Router) if there is a problem in distributing data packets to the destination router (Main Router). The test results of the network configuration test that are made run well, there is no data loss, and show the average reply speed is below 10 ms.

Abstract

Information technology is a technology that serves to help various jobs become more effective and efficient. Making the Energy Laboratory website is one of the applications in information technology. The Energy Laboratory website is an information system used to recapitulate reports and comparative tests and store website-based calibration data for measuring instruments. The user interface is created to make the technology accessible for users to use. A good user interface design and experience will keep visitors on the website. But on the other hand, poor interface design and user experience of a website will make users uncomfortable and leave the website. In designing the UI/UX of the Energy Laboratory website, the creation of the interface prototype uses the Figma application. The method used in creating the UI/UX design on the Energy Laboratory website uses the Design Thinking method. The Design Thinking method has five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The conclusion from this study is that Figma is good and helps in the process of designing the appearance of the Energy Laboratory website with an attractive and easy-to-use User Interface.

Abstract

The purpose of this analysis activity is to find data on the readiness of UMKM in Madiun City to enter the digital market. This research uses a survey-based approach carried out with a cross-section method. Research data collection is carried out simultaneously and directly on the research object. The population in this study is UMKM in the city of Madiun, with a total sample of 108 UMKM. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, where the questionnaire research instrument is designed with the integration model approach ERL (E-learning Readiness). The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis with the readiness approach from Aydin and Tasci by measuring readiness based on four factors, namely technology, innovation, people, and self-development. This research concludes that the technology factor is not ready and needs a slight improvement, namely the availability of hardware for UMKM actors to support digital marketing activities. The innovation, Human Resources, and self-development factors show that they are ready but need improvement so that the digital marketing process can be carried out correctly.

Abstract

E-RT is a development of E-Government to improve public services so that people in the surrounding environment can more easily access information. One of the functions of the RT is to create security, order and harmony in its environment. One of the rules can realize this safety and order: guests must report 1x24 hours. However, the lack of public awareness of this rule causes this regulation not to be implemented. So this study aims to develop e-RT applications in the field of security and order to increase effectiveness and efficiency, especially in reporting guests who come to the RT environment. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive method. The study results are in the form of an e-RT application that residents and RT administrators can access. In this study, the application's design is based on user needs analysis, where data collection uses the interview method. In visualizing and building application model concepts, this research uses UML. And it is testing the application using the black box method. The test consists of 7 scenarios; In the initial examination, there were errors in scenarios three and seven, so the test's success was only 80%. After scenarios 3 and 7 are fixed, especially in the coding section, the application can run 100% according to its needs or functions.

Abstract

Linear regression is a method to predict numbers, a dependent variable (output) based on some independent variables (inputs). The problem with regression is that some data does not fall into linear problems. Based on this problem, RLC was invented to randomly find a correlation between output by projecting the data into the higher dimension. Unfortunately, RLC does not provide ways to inverse the projection, resulting in poor performance results. On top of that, projecting the data into a higher dimension will increase the learning algorithm complexity. Consequently, PCA can solve the problems by projecting the target data into a lower dimension while leaving possibilities for inverse transformation. This research was implemented with the help of the sci-kit-learn library to create and train the regression model and transform the dataset using Python programming language. As a result, for 12 datasets, augmentation using PCA achieved lower error in 7 datasets than RLC, averaging at 0.3270 for augmentation using PCA and 0.4003 for augmentation using RLC.

Abstract

Aquascape is the craft of arranging aquatic plants, rocks, caves, or driftwood aesthetically in an aquarium that essentially creates an underwater garden. For the living things in the aquascape to maintain their health and the water conditions to remain transparent, it is necessary to have continuous treatment to keep the water. For this reason, this study designed a device that can automatically control pH and water turbidity levels and can be monitored and controlled remotely. In the system developed in this study, sensors were used to monitor water conditions: temperature sensor, water pH sensor, HC-SR04 proximity sensor, and turbidity sensor. In contrast, the control system used Wemos D1 Mini ESP8266. In this system, the results of reading water temperature conditions, water saturation levels, and aquascape water levels will be processed by the controller for automatic control so that the requirements of the aquascape remain good. These data will also be sent to MQTT Explore for real-time monitoring through web browsing or smartphone. The results of testing the control system using the Wemos D1 Mini ESP8266 show that the aquascape water temperature can be maintained at a temperature of 220 – 250C, the pH of the water is in the range of 6.9-8, and the turbidity level of the water is at a value of 10-25 NTU.

Abstract

The admission system for new students in special schools, for example, SLB Muhammadiyah Golokan, is still carried out in a general way, where every prospective student and student's guardian needs to come directly to SLB Muhammadiyah Golokan to fill out the registration form. Admission of new students using this manual method makes it difficult for prospective students because it is less efficient, the long process, and the transportation costs are high, especially for special schools, not as much as public schools. From these problems, the authors create an online website-based information system for new student admissions to make it easier for prospective students and guardians to carry out the registration process. This student admission information system has several features: filling out registration forms, uploading data, validating data, and final reports. The method applied to the development of this system is the Waterfall method. The author uses the PHP programming language and chooses MySQL, which is used for the system database. The results of this study are a new student admissions information system based on an online website that makes it easier for student guardians to register their children at SLB Muhammadiyah Golokan without the need to attend directly school.
