Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of any proceduresthat affect consumer decision in purchasing the home , either partially orsimultaneously between the marketing mix consisting of price , product , promotion ,and the location of the consumer's decision to purchase the house at PT. Rimbunespecially leafy Green Hills Regency Trenggalek housing residents. Methods ofstatistical analysis used multiple linear regression analysis . Results of this researchindicate that the dimension of the tax procedure consists of price , product , promotionand location simultaneously significantly influence consumer decision in purchasing aresidential home in Green Hills Regency Trenggalek. While partially dimensions ofprice , product , promotion and location have a significant influence on consumerdecisions in the purchase of a residential home in Green Hills Regency Trenggalek.Keywords : Price , Product , Promotion , location , and Consumer Decision .

Abstract

Maren culture is a tradition of the people of the Kei archipelago, especially in the community in Ohoi Ur-Island, in the form of mutual cooperation, please help fellow citizens. This culture has existed since their ancestors. However, in this era of modernization and globalization, Maren culture has begun to fade. Thisi studyi aimsi are: (1) toi determinei the younger generation's perceptioni of Maren culture, (2) to know how to develop Maren cultural values to support the values of Bhineka Tunggal Ika through a qualitative approach. The resultsi showedi ithat: (1) The younger generation's perception of Maren culture is that it is a habit or way of life of the community to relieve the help of others by working together, (2) How to develop Maren culture to support the value of Bhineka Tunggal Ika, namely (a). The local government, namely the Regent and Mayor of Tual in Southeast Maluku Regency, must be able to issue a regional regulation that can build public awareness of the importance of Maren culture, (c). For parents or traditional leaders and the community, they are re-applying the real Maren culture so that it can be seen and passed on by the younger generation.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika bermakna apabila dipandang dari guru, terkait dengan “bagaimana guru mengarah, memicu dan membangkitkan siswa untuk belajar secara bermakna”. Dari sudut pandang siswa, terkait dengan “bagaimana siswa belajar mulai dari mengonstruksi konsep dan pengetahuan baru (apa yang dipelajari), menyelesaikan masalah, menganalisis, dan mengambil keputusan yang tepat untuk masalah tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model pembelajaran matematika bermakna untuk penguatan literasi numerasi, karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah SMP 5 Karangploso yang menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan riset MBKM. Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan dan tahap uji coba, maka LKS yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria keefektifan, memenuhi kriteria kevalidan, dan kepraktisan (keterlaksanaan). Disisi lain, bahwa nilai Fhitung gaya berpikir siswa sebesar 6.20 dengan nilai probabilitas atau signifikansi sebesar 0.010< 0.05. Hal ini berarti bahwa kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan pembelajaran matematika bermakna lebih baik dari siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Kata kunci: matematika bermakna, litreasi numerasi, mathematical thinking Abstract: Mathematics learning is meaningful from the teacher's point of view, related to "how the teacher leads, triggers and awakens students to learn meaningfully." From the student's point of view, it is related to "how students learn starting from constructing new concepts and knowledge (what is learned), solving problems, analyzing, and making the right decisions for certain problems. This study aimed to develop a meaningful mathematical learning model for strengthening numeracy literacy; therefore, this study used a development research approach. The subject of this research is SMP 5 Karangploso, a partner in MBKM research activities. Based on the development and trial phase results, the worksheet meets the criteria of effectiveness, validity, and practicality. On the other hand, the F value of students' thinking style is 6.20, with a probability or significance value of 0.010 < 0.05. So that the numeracy literacy skills of students who are taught using meaningful mathematics learning are better than students who use conventional learning methods. Keywords: meaningful mathematics, literacy-numeracy, mathematical thinking

Abstract

AbstractThe judge imprison all cybercrime convicts in Indonesia to be trained in house of correction. Nonetheles, the application of training model for inmate in house of correction.(Lembaga Pemasyarakatan/LAPAS) or even mentoring model for inmate in correctional center (Balai Pemasyarakatan/BAPAS) has not used the principles of modern penology. This fact causes the purpose of imprisonment the convicts cannot be obtained optimally. One of the evidences is the inmates repeating their crimes (residive).  Therefore, it is necessary to develop new model based on modern penology for training and mentoring the inmates. The purpose of this research is finding out the urgency and the specification of new model training. The achievement of  goals is conducted using research techniques development in LAPAS and BAPAS on territory East Java and D.I Yogyakarta. The new model is called as Training and Competency-Based Mentoring for cybercrime convict. The reason of the urgency this new model is the inmates individually have a potential in the field of Information and Communication Technology. They also want to get more value in LAPAS. Now, there is no law governing the specific training for cybercrime inmates. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new model of training the inmate based on rational and scientific approaching. While, the specification of the model and the construction of the model is based on the inmates’ need and what they need to get job in accordance with 9 competency of information and technology experts, as well as in accordance with visionary modern penology. Key words: model, inmate, cybercrime, competency, penology  AbstrakHakim menjatuhkan pidana penjara terhadap semua pelaku tindak pidana cybercrime di Indonesia, dan dibina di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS). Namun, model pembinaan di narapidana di LAPAS dan pembimbingan narapidana di BAPAS belum menggunakan prinsip-prinsip penologi modern, sehingga tujuan pemidanaannya belum tercapai secara optimal. Salah satu buktinya, banyak narapidana yang mengulangi kejahatannya (residive). Karena itu, perlu konstruksi model baru pembinaan yang sesuai dengan prinsip penologi modern. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan urgensinya dan spesifikasi model pembinanan. Pencapaian tujuan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian pengembangan di LAPAS dan BAPAS pada wilayah Jawa Timur dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Model temuan disebut pembinaan dan pembimbingan narapidana cybercrime berbasis kompetensi. Urgensi penemuan model ini karena secara individual narapidana mempunyai potensi dalam bidang Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), mereka ingin mendapat “nilai tambah” dalam LAPAS,  belum ada ketentuan hukum yang mengatur pembinaan khusus pada terpidana cybercrime, perlu pembinaan narapidana yang didasarkan pada pendekatan-pendekatan yang rasional dan ilmiah. Sedangkan spesifikasi dan konstruksi modelnya didasarkan pada kebutuhan narapidana dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan di lapangan kerja, sesuai dengan standar kompetensi pemasyarakatan dan standar kompetensi 9 bidang kompetensi ahli teknologi informasi, serta sesuai dengan visi penologi modern. Kata kunci: model, narapidana, cybercrime, kompetensi, penologi

Abstract

One of the government partners is Rukun Tetangga (RT) and Rukun Warga (RW). The RT/RW functions as a coordinator between residents, a bridge between the aspirations of fellow residents and the regional government, mediating the resolution of community problems faced by residents, while their duties include helping carry out the Ministry's duties to the community. The government maintains harmony in life, prepares plans and implements development by developing aspirations and pure self-help communities. From the tasks and functions of the RT / RW above, it can be seen that this is a vital task. RT / RW are institutions that are worthy of direct contact with the public, they are the mouths and ears of the Government which have the function of conveying Government policies and being the first recipients of community aspirations. The regional government has issued regulations for the Malang Regency Region number 12 of 2002 concerning RT / RW. However, if we look at the existence of RT/RW institutions in sub-districts that were initiated in carrying out their duties and functions, they are not yet fully implemented. Indicators that appear to be that the RT/RW Chair does not fully know and understand the duties, functions and responsibilities as well as programs managed by the government, the RT/RW organizational structure is not yet functioning well, as well as a lack of good coordination and cooperation between the RT/RW administrator and the government. . Conditions like this have a big impact on the institutional performance of the RT/RW

Abstract

Citizenship Education is education that examines and discusses government, constitution, democratic institutions, rule of law, human rights, rights and obligations of citizens and the democratic process. Aims to form a better citizen (a good citizen) and prepare them for the future. The aims of this study were (1) to find out the perceptions of Wisnuwardhana University students towards the Citizenship Education course. (2) To find out students' learning interest in taking Citizenship Education courses which are low and often less desirable. (3) To find out the factors that cause and influence the low learning interest of students taking Citizenship Education courses. The approach and type of research used is qualitative. The results of the study were: (1) Perceptions of students at the Wisnuwardhana University of Malang on their interest in studying Citizenship Education courses. Citizenship Education is a very important and mandatory subject for all students from all faculties and study programs in hiding moral values. It is very important for the formation of individuals who have good character, are patriotic, love their homeland and have a strong sense of nationalism in accordance with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Students participate enthusiastically. However, there are still students who have the perception that the Citizenship Education course is a subject that is often taught (at every level of education). The teaching material is generally the same, the material is too heavy and dominated by memorization. so that they have low motivation and enthusiasm in participating in Citizenship Education courses. (2) The interest of students in participating in Citizenship Education courses can be said to be quite good, this is shown by the students being very enthusiastic in participating.
