Abstract

This research begins with the reality that found in SDLB. No. 20 Nan Balimo Solok city, a deaf child who still don’t know introduce the simple build flatks. This research aims to introduce a simple build flatks for deaf child. The hypothesis in research is the usage puzzle stalk games effective to introduce a simple build flatks for deaf child class II. This research used approach experimental in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) using A-B-A design. Research carried out consistently with the test action by assessing how much the child can answer to the question with time faster from ability before child by observation direct. Analysis data this research is data visual graph. Conditions (A1) the ability of the child to the value of 20% and the time spent in 25 minutes, and increased to 100% with time 15 minutes in the intervention condition (B) by the puzzle stalk games, after a given time interval at baseline 2 (A2) without using a media value of 100% time used a 15 minutes. With thus the proposed hypothesis can be accepted, so the by puzzle stalk games can improve the ability to introduce simple build flatks for deaf child in SDLB. No. 20 Nan Balimo Solok city.

Abstract

This study on the back by the problems that appear in the field, the Son of Light Tunagrahita fourth grade in Bukittinggi Ganting SDLB Mangosteen is experiencing problems in skill subjects aimed to determine the increase in children's learning outcomes made ​​Dragonfly Shaped Hijab Brooch skills using Exercise Method. This type of research is action research (Classroom action research), while the subject of this study is the Son of Light Tunagrahita in Class IV SDLB Mangosteen Ganting experiencing problems in Bukittinggi making skills Shaped Hijab dragonfly brooch with the initials S, and P. Based on action given and the results of data analysis showed that: the results of the initial test (assessment) S gain value (26%), and P gain value (32%). Cycle I obtained the highest value of S is (58%), and P (62%). While the second cycle where S gained increased increased (85% , and P (88%). It can be concluded that the method of exercise can improve skills make dragonfly brooch shaped hijabs for mild mental retardation children, it is recommended to teachers in order to implement training methods to improve other skills.

Abstract

This research background by mild mental retardation children problems (x) the difficulty in solving sums. Based on the observations made, it is known that children are familiar with the concept of numbers, sign (sum) and be able to count, but the children have difficulty in doing the sums though only to 10 only, from the condition indicated that children may not be able to complete the sums. Child's ability in solving addition problems is low, children are very slow to settle the sum. Researchers want the ability to increase that sum by using the beam image. The hypothesis in this study, the beam pictorial media can enhance the ability of the sum of the child mild mental retardation. This study used experimental approach in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR). As the subject of this study is the son of mental retardation (x) was 13 years old. Assessment of this research is shaped by counting the percentage of correct answers is done by children divided by the number of questions X 100%. Data acquired and processed in the form of graphs, so that the results can be drawn between the two conditions. From the research shows that the ability to sum ​​up the results of 10 for child mental retardation X increases. Initially the children are able to solve problems with the acquisition sum percentage of correct answers between 30% - 50%, after a given intervention by using the beam pictorial percentage of correct answers increased to 40% - 80%. Thus the hypothesis put forward previously acceptable. This means that media can enhance the ability of the beam pictorial summation of child mental retardation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang keterampilan membuat pot bunga dari semen berbentuk telapak tangan bagi anak tunagrahita ringan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan model pembelajaran langsung dalam membuat keterampilan pot bunga dari semen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimen menggunakan jenis design one group pretest - postest design. Tahapan pada penelitian ini yaitu tahapan awal (pretest), tahapan kedua pemberian perlakuan (treatment), selanjutnya tahap ketiga tes terakhir  (posttest). Dari hasil penelitian data diperoleh rata-rata pada saat pretest yaitu 50,60 sedangkan untuk posttest terdapat peningkatan yakni menjadi 81,80. Data diolah lebih ilmiah menggunakan uji wilcoxon diperolah nilai rank tast antara pretest dan posttest 2,060 dengan Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) 0,039. Hipotesis alternatif diterima karena probabilitas<dari probabilitas yang telah ditetapkan yakni 0,039 < 0,05. Jadi terbukti model pembelajaran  langsung dalam membuat keterampilan pot bunga dari semen berbentuk telapak tangan bagi anak dengan hambatan kecerdasan ringan menjadi meningkat.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berawal dari ditemukannya seorang anak tunagrahita ringan x di kelas II SLB Hikmah Miftahul Jannah Padang, memiliki masalah dalam ketahanan duduk yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan duduk anak tunagrahita ringan x dalam proses pembelajaran melalui media Maze.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dalam bentuk Single Subject Reasearch (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A.Subjek penelitian adalah anak tunagrahita ringan x kelas II. Target behavior dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan ketahanan duduk anak tunagrahita ringan x. Penilaian penelitian ini adalah lamanya durasi (waktu) ketahanan duduk anak tunagrahita ringan x dalam proses pembelajaran. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan visual grafik. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah media Maze dapat meningkatkan ketahanan duduk pada anak tunagrahita ringandi kelas II SLB Hikmah Miftahul Jannah Padang.Pengamatan dilakukan dengan tiga sesi yaitu pertama kondisi baseline (A1) dilakukan 7 kali, ketahanan duduk anak terletak pada rentang 2-4 menit. Kondisi intervensi (B) dilakukan 7 kali dengan menggunakan media Maze, ketahanan duduk anak meningkat, terletak pada rentang 4-6 menit. Kemampuan setelah tidak diberi intervensi(A2) dilakukan 6 kali, ketahanan duduk anak terletak pada rentang 4-7 menit. Persentase overlap pada kondisi baseline (A1) 0% dan kondisi baseline (A2) 57%. Dengan demikian bahwa hipotesis diterima, berarti media Maze dapat meningkatkan ketahanan duduk pada anak tunagrahita ringan di kelas II SLB Hikmah Miftahul Jannah Padang.Kata Kunci: Ketahanan Duduk ; Media Maze; anak Tunagrahita Ringan;

Abstract

The purpose of this study were: 1) describe the implementation process of learning to improve reading skills using the word card words and 2) prove the said media card can improve word reading skills in children studying in class I slow SD No.. 14 Koto Panjang Pauh Padang. Type of research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) with two cycles performed in the form of collaboration with colleagues. Subjects were three children, slow learners (I, G and Iq) and one teacher. Data were collected through an oral test and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that 1) the learning process in improving reading skills through the medium of the word card words do two cycles. Cycle I and Cycle II made ​​six (6) meetings. Each cycle begins with the planning, implementation (initial activity, core and end), observation, and analysis and reflection. 2) The results of the study proved that the child's ability to read words increased. It proved: results asessmen berkonsonan word reading ability [b, p] I gained (20%), G (10%) and Iq is (15%). After learning the media card in the first cycle capability word I to (100%), G (85%) and IQ (95%). In addition, the ability to read words I berkonsonan [d] when asessmen (20%), G (15%) and IQ (15%). After learning the word card pda second cycle capability I also (100), G (90%) and IQ (100%). It was concluded that the media card is the word slowly improving reading skills kids learn. Advised on the school, teachers and researchers can use the media next to the word cards to improve reading skills more.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems that the researcher found in class V SLB N 1 Padang Panjang with the number of children consist of five pupil. At this,  the are school are children with hearing impairment who have not been able to master the vocabulary well. The delivery of learning that uses less attractive media makes children less enthusiastic in teaching and learning processes. The study aims to prove effectiveness of ludo word game media to improve vocabulary for children with hearing impairment class V in SLB N 1 Padang panjang.This research uses experimental method with form pre-experimental design with type one group pretest-posttest design. Subject of five children given pretest after that given treatment whit Ludo Word Game Media and finally given protest for see the child’s ability after being given treatment. Value of pretest and posttes processed and compared using the test Mann Whitney for test the research hypothesis.The results of the work process of the five students in vocabulary after being analyzed by looking at the average at pretest is 44% while for posttetst there is an increase that is 70%. The data was processed using the Mann Whitney test. Uhit = 3 and Utab = 2 were obtained with n = 5 at 95% significance level and α = 0.05. The alternative hypothesis was accepted because of Uhit> Utab, so it was proven that Ludo Word Game Media was effective to improve Vocabulary For Children With Hearing Impairment In Class V SLB N 1 Padang Panjang.

Abstract

The research was motivated by problems that occur mentally retarded DVI class C in SLB Bina Bangsa Padang with difficulties in completing operations reduce the number 1 to 10. This study aims to prove the effectiveness of finger puppets games to enhance operational capabilities integer reduction for  mentally retarded. Research using methods Single Subject Research (SSR) with ABA design and data analysis techniques using graphic visual analysis. The results showed that, the capabilities of the mentally retarded integer operations increased reduction.

Abstract

The background of this research came from the discovery of a mild grade III Tunagrahita students who have problems reading the syllables, in which the child difficult to distinguish between the letter [b], [d], and [p]. The purpose of this penilitian is improving reading skills for children Tunagrahita said light [X and Y] in the base class III in SLB maek Hidayah Al-Kab. Fifty Cities. This type of study is classroom action research (classroom action research) is conducted in collaboration with colleagues. The study was conducted three cycles. I cycle of meetings held four times in the learning process that starts from listening to the teacher about the use of media, said the letter clearly distinguish the letters in a word, syllable reading, read words and complete the exercise. Based on the average value obtained by students at the end of the cycle I can see that X before given the action obtain a value of 20% and after a given action I get the value of 60%. Y before the action was given a value of 10% and after a given action I get the value of 60%. Whereas in the second cycle performed four times in the learning process through the use of media to read the beginning of the syllable card. Where X is the cycle of 60% grades II and Y gets value of 60%. Proceed to the third cycle, the cycle was conducted six sessions. X get Y value of 80% and 70% get results.

Abstract

Dona Febriani. 2015. “Efektifitas Media Bangun Ruang Transparan untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengenal Bangun Ruang bagi Anak Berkesulitan Belajar” (Single Subject Research kelas IV SDN 17 Jawa Gadut Padang). Pendidikan Luar Biasa FIP-UNP.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemukan, yakni anak berkesulitan belajar X yang mengalami kesulitan  dalam mengenal bangun ruang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan efektifitas media bangun ruang transparan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bangun ruang bagi anak berkesulitan belajar kelas IV di SDN 17 Jawa Gadut Padang.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Single Subject Research (SSR). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain A-B-A. Dimana kondisi A1 (baseline) adalah kondisi awal anak dalam mengenal bangun ruang sebelum perlakuan dan tindakan. Kondisi B (intervensi)  dimana anak diberikan perlakuan melalui media bangun ruang transparan. Sedangkan kondisi A2 adalah kondisi awal setelah intervensi.Hasil penelitian yaitu kemampuan mengenal bangun ruang anak berkesulitan belajar X meningkat setelah diberikan intervensi melalui media bangun ruang transparan. Pada kondisi baseline dilakukan delapan kali pengamatan diperoleh skor tertinggi yaitu 20. Pada kondisi intervensi dilakukan delapan kali pengamatan kemampuan anak meningkat dengan skor tertinggi 70, pada kondisi baseline (A2)dilakukan enam kali kemampuan anak dalam mengenal bangun ruang semakin baik dengan skor 80. Dengan demikian terbukti rumusan masalah yang dikemukakan terjawab bahwa media bangun ruang transparan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bangun ruang pada anak berkesulitan belajar X kelas IV SDN 17 Jawa Gadut Padang. Peneliti menyarankan kepada guru agar menggunakan media ini dalam pembelajaran mengenalkan bangun ruang. Kata Kunci: Bangun Ruang Transparan
