The research was motivated by the problems of children being tunagrahita (x) is difficult to know the concept of numbers one to five in the DIV class in Manggis SDLB Ganting Bukittinggi. I like to have the ability of children to know the concept of numbers can be fulfilled through congklak game. This research uses experimental approach in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR). Assessment in this study, is to carry out tests deeds to the children, the extent to which children's ability to recognize numbers are mentioned beilangan, showing numbers, counting, and a pair of objects to numbers one to five. the ability of children at baseline conditions ranged from 13% -26%. Once in the intervention, using the game congklak children increased to 33% -86%, so the hypothesis can be accepted, so by using congklak games can be applied so that children can recognize the concept of numbers one through five for child mental retardation (x)

Abstrak: This research was conducted based on the problem indicating that the students with learning disabilities still needed concrete objects to learn and understand basic Mathematics especially on summing rows downward topic. The similar problem was also found in class V of SD Negeri 17 Jawa Gadut Padang. Therefore, the researcher tried to use block dienes media to improve the students’ basic mathematics ability. The formulation of the research problem was “does the use of dienes block media could improve summing rows downward ability of the student with learning disabilities?”.This was a quantitative research which used experimental method and Single Subject Research (SSR) form with A-B-A design. The subject of the research was a student with learning disabilities in class V of SD Negeri 17 Jawa Gadut Padang. The data was collected through observation and a written test. To see the result achieved by the student clearly, the data gotten was analyzed by using percentage technique. Based on the result of data analysis, it was revealed that the average score in the baseline session (A-1) was 10%, in the intervention session was 76,15% and in the baseline (A-2) was 92%. The tendency of tract in the intervention phase (B) improved. The data overlapped in the baseline condition (A1) to the intervention condition (B), and in the intervention (B) to the baseline 2 (A-2) was 0%. Based on these results, it was concluded that the use of block dienes media could improve summing rows downward ability of the student with learning disabilities.The results of this research were expected to be taken into account by the teachers in using learning media for the students with learning disabilities in Math. The background of this research is the discovery of two students grade D3 mild mental retardation / C who have difficulty in identifying vowels during follow lessons, this is because only classroom teachers use the lecture method and gave the task of reading to children. In other circumstances at the time of reading the words that have vowels [a, i, u] children experience difficulties because children do not know these vowels. The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to recognize vowels through media images for mild mental retardation children grade D3 / C. Type of research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) that takes the form of collaboration. These actions were taken to two children D3 grade mild mental retardation / C in SLB YAMIK shadow.The results showed for the first cycle held four meetings in the learning process that starts from mentioning letters, shows, reading the word, and the assessment of the work of children. Based on the average value obtained by the students at the end of the first cycle can be seen that the CH before the given action I get a value of 20% of all the indicators are given. And after a given action I got 40%. While NS before given action I got 15% of all the indicators are given. After the action I was given to 50%. In the second cycle performed in the learning process TN four times scored 60% on the implementation of the second cycle and NS got 80%.The results of the third cycle shows the results ability CH gets a score of 70% while the NS got 60%. From the results presentation and analysis of the data it can be concluded that the use of a picture card media can enhance the ability of the child to know vokali letter grade D3 mild mental retardation / C. Thus it can be suggested to the schools, teachers, and researchers can use the following for a picture card media to improve their children recognize vowels for mild mental retardation

Penelitian membahas peningkatan kemampuan membaca kata benda pada anak tunarungu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek guru kelas. Penelitian bertujuan membuktikan media video pembelajaran meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kata benda pada anak tunarungu. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari empat pertemuan yang terdiri dari empat tahapan proses yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan tes perbuatan yang dianalisis secara kualitatif.Penelitian ditemukan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran dengan media video pembelajaran terkait dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kata benda menjadi meningkat. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh yaitu MZ dengan rata-rata 85% dan AQ 80%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kata benda pada anak tunarungu.

AbstractThis research was initiated by the problem found at Panti Sosial Bina Netra Tuah Sakato Padang showing that a student visual impairment was unable to saute water spinach well. She had less understanding on the steps of cooking vegetable appropriately so that she needed help to. This was a quasi experimental research which used one group pretest-posttest design. In this research, the pretest was administered to the subject prior to the treatment of Mastery Learning strategy. After the treatment given, a posttest then was conducted. The scores gotten in the pretest and posttest were analyzed and compared by using Mann Whitney U-Test. The results of the research indicated that the skill of the student with visual impairment to saute the water spinach in the pretest was 40,2% and in the posttest was 85,32%. Furthermore, the result of U-test showed that the value of Ucalculated was 0.5 and Utable was 0 in which n=4 on the significance level 95% and α = 0.05. As the value of Ucalculated was higher than Utable, it was proved that the use of Mastery Learning strategy was effective to increase the skill of the student with visual impairment to saute the water spinach. Based on this result, it was suggested to the teachers to apply Mastering Learning strategy to teach the students with visual impairment to cook.Keywords: mastery learning strategy, blind, skills, cooking, vegetable

Against the background of this research by the findings in the field, where the class D 1 C in SLB Luak Nan Bungsu in which there are two children Tunagrahita mild and one teacher. When carried out to know the symbol numbers of learning, children can not recognize the symbol numbers 1 to 10 visible when performed tests in which the states and show the symbol numbers 1 to 10 children experiencing difficulties. Based on this, the researchers tried to use the media framed necklace to enhance the ability to know the symbol numbers 1 to 10. This research improved learning using action research methods class (Classroom Action Research) conducted in collaboration with colleagues. Data were collected through observation and testing techniques, and then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that 1) enhance the learning process to know the symbol numbers 1 to 10 through the media framed necklace done in two cycles. I conducted six times a cycle of meetings and the second cycle with five meetings. Each cycle of meetings were held with the planning, implementation, observation and reflection. 2) The symbol of learning to know numbers by stating and showing the symbol numbers 1 to 10 through the media necklace dates to the early tests the ability of FJ (30%) and FT (10%). I cycle to increase the ability of the child: FJ (60%) and FT (55%). While growing up the second cycle FJ gain (85%) and FT (80%) of about 20 items tested. Thus, it can be concluded that through the media framed necklace can enhance the ability to recognize the symbol numbers 1 to 10 minor children Tunagrahita D1 class C in SLB Luak Nan Bungsu. It is recommended to schools, teachers and researchers can use the media next to the necklace framed in learning to know the symbol numbers 1 to 10 children Tunagrahita light.

This research motivated by the findings at SLB Fan Redha Padang. About children with physical disabilities X are not familiar with consonants. Researchers want to improve the ability to know bilabial consonants (b, p and m). Researchers want to improve the ability to know bilabial consonants (b, p and m) were presented at the beginning, middle and end of words with mind mapping technique. The aim of research to prove whether the min mapping technique effective to improve recognize letters. The research approach A-B-A single subject research design and data analysis techniques using visual analysis graph. Based on the research results, mind mapping is effective techniques to improve the ability to know letters for children with physical disabilities in SLB Fan Redha Padang. Further, the results of this research were expected to be useful for both teachers and the upcoming researcher if similar case was found. ABSTRACT This research was conducted based on the problem found in the fild indicating that a student with mathematics learning disabilities in class IV of SDN 14 Koto Lalang Padang. Got difficulties in calculating the unit of length especially in calculating kilometer to millimeter in multiplication system of one level, two levels, three levels to six level. Based on this problem, this research was aimed at proving that the use of table chart could improve the unit of length calculating ability of the students with mathematics learning disabilities in class IV SDN 14 Koto Lalang Padang.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya siswa tunanetra kelas IX di SLB Wacana Asih Padang yang belum menguasai cara menggunakan program jaws yang baik. Siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan shortcut yang memudahkan dalam menggunakan program jaws.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam bentuk kolaborasi dengan guru kelas, sebagai subjek peneliti yaitu satu orang anak tunanetra kelas IX. Peneliti bertindak sebagai pemberi tindakan, sedangkan guru sebagai pengamat. Dalam penelitian ini data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, maupun tes perbuatan dan kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil belajar menggunakan program jaws anak tunanetra kelas IX melalui tutor sebaya mengalami peningkatan, setelah diberikan tindakan hasil belajar FF mengalami peningkatan ada siklus I 65% dan siklus II 90%. Dari data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menggunakan program jaws bagi anak tunanetra kelas IX di SLB Wacana Asih Padang.
