Research this in the background a child light tunagrahita class II C in SLB country city Pariaman who have problems in color know primary good mention color, showing color, and color matching. From there, researchers interested to do research about increase ability color knowing primary through lego game. Research this aims for prove whether the lego game effective to Increase Ability Color Knowing Primary Through Lego Game to child Light Tunagrahita. This research was conducted in SLB Pariaman. This type of research is experimental research in the form of SSR (Single Subject Research). Research experiment is an experiment that is used to examine an event or phenomenon that appears to a particular situation either positive or negative. This study used a design AB, according to Sunanto Juang (2005:54), AB design procedure is prepared on the basis of baseline logic, the logic of the baseline shows a measurement repeatability of behavior on at least two conditions, namely: baseline conditions (A) and intervention condition (B). The results of this study indicate the baseline condition (A) the ability of the child to know the primary colors vary from observation to observation of the first three results are 0% observations fourth to seventh hasinya 33.3% of children were able to meyebutkan color, showing the colors, and the color match is only one color that is the color yellow. In the intervention condition (B) after treated with composing and arranging activities chunks of plastic shaped blocks into the shape of small objects eg tower, seen from the last three treatments on observations obtained thirteenth to fifteenth ability to recognize primary colors with three color lego game result 100%. This indicates that lego games can improve children's ability to recognize the colors on mild mental retardation.

The research is motivated by the results of treament mild mental retardation in children DII class C in SDLB N 20 huts II Pariaman totaling three people, not able to recognize the place of worship (islam-mosque, Christian churches, Hindu-temple, Buddhist temples). Metodolongi research is action research (Classroom Action Researh). Data on children's ability gained through observation and tests. Subjects were three children, mild mental retardation DII class C in SDLB N Cottage II Pariaman. (Ar, mg and ik). The research process was conducted in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Implementation cycle starts from the first and second cycles to use traditional singing technique as a tool for teaching children to know the place of worship for mental retardation. Based on these results it can be concluded that the technique of singing can be used as an effort to improve the ability to know the names of the child's place of worship for mild mental retardation.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan anak tunagrahita sedang X kelas V/C.1 di Sabiluna Pariaman mengalami permasalahan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran keterampilan, khususnya pada kegiatan membuat bunga hias. oleh karena itu peneliti ingin meningkatkan ketermpilan bunga hias cangkang kerang menggunakan model pebelajaran langsung.Penelitian yang peneliti lakukan adalah jenis eksperimen dalam bentuk Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A.Dalam penilaian penelitianmenggunakan persentase.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan anak tunagrahita sedang dalam membut bunga hias cangkang kerang meningkat. Pada awal kondisi baseline (A1) pengamatan dilakukan sebanyak tujuh kali dengan mean level 42,57%, pada kondisi intervensi pengamatan dilakukan sebanyak sepuluh kali dengan mean level 68,8%, dan pada kondisi baseline (A2) pengamatan dilakukan sebayak lima kali dengan mean level yang diperoleh 82,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan model pembelajara langsung efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membuat bunga hias cangkang kerang bagi anak tunagrahita sedang.Kata kunci: Model pembelajaran langsung, Meningkatkan kemampuan membuat bunga hias cangkang kerang anak tunagrahita sedang.

This research was done due to a problem in several junior high schools as the organizers of inclusive education in Padang. The problem was that English learning was conducted classically with short learning hours. It was known that special need students required modifications in learning, particularly in language learning. The aim of research was to determine junior high school teachers’ perceptions as the operators of inclusive education toward English learning for deaf students in Padang. The design of this research was descriptive quantitative research. The technique of data collection were questionnaire and observation. The results showed that almost half (41.02%) of teachers perceived that deaf students were interested in participating in English learning. The teachers perceived that 11.1% of deaf students did not experience barriers fraction in learning Speaking while other 88.9% of them did have problems. In learning Listening, the teachers perceived that 5.3% of deaf students did not experience barriers fraction while other 94.7% of them did have problems. For the Writing aspect, the teachers perceived that 37.1% of deaf students did not experience barriers fraction while other 62.9% of them did have problems. Then, for the aspect of Reading, the teachers perceived that 33.9% of deaf students did not experience barriers fraction while other 66.1% of them did have problems. In terms of interaction, almost in part (38.88%) of deaf students were able to interact in the process of English learning with teachers and peers. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that most of the teachers perceived that deaf students learned English by following the appropriate procedures both from the aspect of interest, barriers, and interaction.Keywords: teachers’ perceptions; teachers; inclusive; English; Deaf;

This research is motivated by problems found by researchers at SLB Payakumbuh N Center, a first class deaf children with problems in the second half, especially in pronunciation pronunciation consonant / r /. After holding asesment further against pronunciation consonant / r /, it showed that the child has a problem in pronunciation consonant / r /. This study aims to prove the effectiveness of the use of methods to improve pronunciation phonetic consonant / r / deaf children were class I in SLB N Center Payakumbuh. This research Single Subject Research approach, with ABA design and data analysis techniques using visual analysis chart. Subject is deaf child class I trained pronounce consonants / r / by using the phonetic method. Measurement using a variable percentage of how many words can be spoken child. The result shows that the method is effective in improving the ability of Phonetic pronunciation consonant / r / Deaf child class I SLB N Center Payakumbuh. Observations were made with three sessions: the first session before granted intervention baseline (A1) is performed five times of observation, the percentage of the child's ability in this condition lies in the range of 0% and 20%. Second, the intervention sessions (B) by using the method of Phonetics, observations were made as much as ten times, the percentage of the child's ability lies in the range of 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% on the third baseline session (A2) performed four times of observation, the obtained results child's ability in pronunciation consonant / r / increases the child lies in the range of 40% to 80%. Based on these results we can conclude the method is effective in improving the ability of Phonetic pronunciation consonant / r / in children with hearing impairment were class I in SLB N Center Payakumbuh. Suggested the teachers should be able to use the method of Phonetics in pronunciation training deaf children.

Abstrack: This research was motivated by the problems that researchers found in a child's learning difficulties in class III SDN 09 Sarilamak Payakumbuh . Supposedly these students are proficient in reading or writing , but after I invent a test he is not yet able to read the word , from the test results that I did to read the words ( 10 nouns ) often occurs phoneme or word replacement ( substitution ) for example the word closet lemati read , read Kusi seat .. This study used the approach in the form of single- subject experimental research ( study a single subject ) , by using design A - B - A , and data analysis techniques using visual analysis chart . Subjects were children trouble learning to read . Assessment in this study is to measure the percentage of students' skills in beginning reading ( reading noun) . Based on the results of the study shows that the ability of children's learning difficulties in reading the beginning (noun ) can be enhanced through the method of Fernald . In the baseline condition ( A1 ) is performed five times a meeting , 2 children can read a given noun that percentage is 20 % . In the intervention condition ( B ) is done as much as 7 times and meeting the child 's ability to learn increases the difficulty of meeting up to six to twelve with a highest score of 100 % to read the beginning (noun ) , whereas in the baseline condition ( A2 ) conducted five meetings and the child's score is the highest is 100 % to read the beginning (noun ) . Thus the hypothesis ( Ha ) proposed is acceptable . This means Fernald effective method to improve reading skills beginning (noun ) the child's learning difficulties in SDN 09 Sarilamak Payakumbuh . It can be concluded that the Fernald method is effective for improving reading skills beginning (noun ) the child's learning difficulties . Researchers suggest teachers should use the Fernald method to help improve reading skills in children who learning disabilities . Kata kunci: Kesulitan Belajar; Kemampuan Membaca Kata; Metode Fernald.

The study is in the background, background different attitudes of parents of children with special needs in SDLB N.20 Nan Balimo Solok City. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the perception of parents of children with special needs that exist in SDLB N.20 Nan Balimo Solok City. The methodology of this research is descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling technique is the total sampling with a sample of twenty-nine parents of children with special needs. Techniques of data collection through a questionnaire distributed using Guttman scale with response alternatives exist, no and yes. From the above result revealed that parental perceptions or attitudes about the reaction that occurs in the presence of ABK received 34,4%, the perception of parents about how to eliminate negative attitudes toward ABK 86,2%, perceptions about foster parents develop a positive attitude toward ABK 58,7%, the perception of parents about the need for ABK which is basically no different from non ABK 48,2% children, parental perception of the role set ABK 34,4% parents, parents perception of the need for for implementation guidance to parents ABK 44.9%. suggested to parents to pay attention to the needs of children with special needs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsisikan seperti apa sebenarnya kemampuan anak autis dalam berinteraksi di lingkungan sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan iklusi. Pada kenyataanya anak berkebutuhan khusus jenis autis yang bersekolah di inklusi mampu berinteraksi seperti anak normal pada umumnya. Empat pernyataan penelitian yang sesuai dengan aspek-aspek interaksi sosial siswa autis di sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusi diajukan berhubungan dengan tujuan penelitian. Pengkajian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah satu orang, yaitu anak berkebutuhan khusus gangguan autisme serta informan penelitian berjumlah tiga orang. penelitian dilakukan dilingkungan sekolah SMP Negeri 23 Padang serta lingkungan kediaman subjek. Jalan pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak autis FZ dapat interaksi sosial dengan baik seperti anak normal pada umumnya di sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusi asalkan guru serta teman sebaya lebih banyak memberikan stimulus pada anak agar anak dapat berbaur serta dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan.

Abstract : This research was conducted due to the problem found in the field showing that a student named RA had difficulties to do row-down calculation with saving technique. Dealing with this problem, this research was intended to reveal the effectiveness of game flash penjumlahan program to improve calculating ability of the children with learning disabilities in the third grade of SDN 15 Ulu Gadut Padang.This was an experimental research which applied Single Subject Reseacrh and A-B-A design. The data gathered were analyzed by using visual analysis of graphic. The subject of the research was the children with learning disabilities. The variables were measured by using percentage technique. The results of the research showed that the children with learning disabilities score in the baseline (A1) condition which conducted in seven meeting was 0%, in intervention (B) condition that consisted of ten meetings was 90%, and in the baseline (A2) condition that consisted of six meetings was 90%. The result of within-condition analysis and inter-condition analysis indicated that the stability tendency and the direction tendency improved. In addition, the percentage of the data overlaped was low. Based on these results, it was concluded that the use of game flash penjumlahan program was effective to improve calculating ability of the children with learning disabilities. Therefore, it was suggested to the teacher to apply game flash penjumlahan program to teach calculation topics. The purpose of this study was to prove the presence or absense of total communication influence on the ability to read the announcement with proper pronunciation and intonation for deaf students in special-ed classes D.III/B Kartini Batam. This study uses quasi experiment with the rotation patern (the experimental group and the control group). The sample was third grade deaf student, amounting to 8 people. Data obtained through test the ability to read the announcement. Then analyzed with the Mann-Whitney test. The result showed that Uc =7 and Ut= 15, so the statistical decision: Uc < Ut (7< 15). Means the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and accepted (H1). These result can be concluded that the level of 95% of the data obtained can be said that “the ability to read the announcement of the third grade deaf children in special schools are not the same Batam Kartini (no influence) after being given a lesson by using total communication”. The results also that effect result from childre eith communication learnning total is positive (increasing returns) than child with spelling. Thus, it can be suggested at the school, teachers and researchers to further use total communication in learning to read more.
