Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya ditemukan anak gangguan penglihatan berbakat di sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif (SMKN 7 Padang). Siswa gangguan penglihatan berprestasi hingga tingkat Nasional dalam bidang seni karawitan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran dari pelaksanaan pengembangan bakat bagi anak gangguan penglihatan mulai dari perancanaan,pelaksanaan dan evalusasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi berupa piagam kejuaraan. Peneliti langsung melakukan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru kelas, guru mata pelajaran dan guru BK di sekolah, kemudian wawancara dengan X dan siswa lainnya yang sekelas dengan X.Penelitian dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan siswa berkebutuhan khusus disekolah ini berdasarkan bakat yang dimilikinya, kurikulum untuk pengembangan bakat bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus tidak dibedakan dengan anak lainnya, sekolah tidak memiliki GPK untuk mendampingi anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam pembelajaran. Strategi mengajar yang diberikan guru sama seperti mengajar anak pada umumnya, hanya saja ada perlakuan khusus bagi X, diberi perhatian lebih, pada mata pelajaran tertentu guru menyesuaikan standar kelulusan nilai sesuai dengan kemapuan siswa. Selama proses belajar mengajar masalah yang dihadapi guru adalah guru tidak dapat membaca tulisan braile sehingga anak yang diminta untuk membacakan tulisannya. Permasalahan lain yang dihadapi X di sekolah diatasi dan dicarikan solusinya oleh guru kelas, guru mata pelajaran dan dengan guru BK. Meskipun memiliki hambat, X dapat berprestasi dalam bidang akademik peringkat sepuluh besar dan beprestasi dalam pengembangan bakat yang dimilikinya hingga tingkat nasionalKata Kuci : Pengembangan bakat; pendidikan inklusif; Gangguan penglihatan

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was background by the problems of researcher found in school that a is learning disabilities child in second class in the SDN 09 Pauh Padang hoving. Troubles getting summation of the reading beginning is reading the words on the consonant cluster [ng] in the beginning, in the middle, at the end, and double consonants [ny] at the beginning, and in the middle. Under these conditions, this research purpose to prove letters of magnetic media in improving the ability in reading beginning for learning disabilities child second class in the SDN 09 Pauh Padang.   Kata Kunci: Anak Kesulitan Belajar Membaca; Membaca Permulaan; Media Huruf Magnetik.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the inability of deaf children in developing structured sentences, so the intent and meaning of the sentence that made ​​it difficult to understand by others, which in turn inhibits the deaf child's communication. Therefore, the author tries to use information and communication technology as a medium of learning the Indonesian language in deaf children to help improve ability to construct a sentence is structured. Formulation of the problem in this research is "How can the effectiveness of media use Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the ability to construct a sentence in deaf children? '. The population in this study were students deaf high school level Extraordinary Tanjungpinang and total sample amounted to 5 students with hearing impairment. The method used in this study is an experimental method with the "One Group Pre-test and Post-test". Data collection techniques used were written tests, while data analysis techniques using Wilcoxon test. Indonesian language learning using information technology and communication media is more effective in learning Indonesian about making the sentence structure, faster students know about the word as the subject, predicate, object, and a description of where and how to make a sentence structured and patterned. This is because, in the information technology and communication media is placing more emphasis on the regularity of the word in a sentence, so that the misplacement of words or phrases that are often created confusion deaf children is not the case. Based on the results of this study should be a consideration for schools and teachers SLB-B in providing learning Indonesian language media information and communications technology to enhance the ability to make the sentence structure in children with hearing impairment.

Abstract

Perilaku agresif yang dilakukan anak adalah dengan cara menyerang secara fisik ataupun verbal, perilaku ini tidak hanya merugikan orang lain tetapi juga  dirinya sendiri. Gangguan perilaku salah satu tipe gangguan tunalaras dimana anak sulit dalam menyesuaikan diri dan berperilaku yang tidak sesuai dengan norma yang berada dilingkungan sekitarnya.  Melalui pemberian pelatihan keterampilan sosial dengan teknik bermain peran diharapkan perilaku agresif anak dapat dikurangi.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang berbentuk Single Subject Research dengan desain multiple baseline cross variable disain garfik A-B-A. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang anak dengan gangguan perilaku berjenis kelamin laki-laki yang duduk di kelas IV. Data diukur menggunakan frekuensi untuk melihat berapa kali anak melakukan tindakan perilaku agresif berkata kasar dan memukul. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung. Penelitian ini dianalisis dalam bentuk penyajian analisis visual dan grafik.

Abstract

he research was motivated by the lack of interest and the low value of mental retardation in children, especially in science lessons explaining the nature of the liquid indicators for child mental retardation. This is because the methods used by teachers varied less given to the child at the time of learning so that children are not interested in teaching and learning process. Researchers with collaborators IPA seeks to improve outcomes for children mild mental retardation through experiments in the hope students are motivated to learn and there is an increase in the value of student learning outcomes. In accordance with the problems that will be studied and the expected information, this research aims to improve science learning outcomes of students through the basic method in class experiments I Tunagrahita. The approach used in this study is action research (Classroom Action Research). The study was conducted with berkolabori with peers, with research procedures conducted four phases: preparation,. implementation phase of research, observation and reflection stages Through experimental method tunagrahita student learning outcomes in subjects increased liquid properties. This can be seen in the first cycle AI students obtain a score of 16. While students Fj got a score of 12. In the first cycle, the percentage can be taken as follows. AI percentage of student learning outcomes are: 16/30 x 100-53%. Percentage of student learning outcomes Fj is - 12/30 x 100 = 40%. The results obtained after the second cycle of doing 30 questions given AI students can answer the questions correctly as many as 27 points and Fj students can work on the problems as much as 22 points. In cycle II can be taken to the percentage of student learning outcomes after AI using the experimental method = 24/30 x 100 = 80% .. Percentage of student learning outcomes through the experimental method Fj = 22/30 x 100 = 73.3%. Based on the findings of action research in SLB Muaro Selayo Budi. Solok Basic C class I with this it can be concluded that the ability to learn about the properties of liquid IPA can be enhanced through experimental methods. All students are achieving good grades and can work actively as well as obtain the value above the standard completeness.

Abstract

Against the background of this research by the issues raised in the Padang Asih SLB Discourse Tunagrahita children were X-class CI / VIII was 19 years old who have difficulty in installing sanitary napkins (softex). It is seen from the capabilities that have not been able to start X in installing sanitary napkins (softex) correctly. The methodology in this research that the single subject research (SSR) with a research design is the AB, the design of a study comparing the ability to install sanitary napkin (softex) in children is X Tunagrahita Baseline conditions and conditions of tretment. Data analysis techniques are used based on the observed data in the form of Analisyis Of Visual Graphics.The results are analyzed include the number of observations in the baseline condition as much as five times and eight times the intervention condition. From the results of this data acquisition can be concluded that the peer tutoring approach can be used to improve the ability to install sanitary napkin (softex) is a class for children Tunagrahita CI / VIII.

Abstract

Ibadurrahman (2011):Meningkatkan Kemampuan Penjumlahan Deret Kesamping Melalui Media Menara Hitung Bagi Anak Tunagrahita Ringan di SLB BASO KAB AGAM (Single Subject Research Kelas DII/C SLB BASO KAB AGAM).Skripsi, Pendidikan Luar Biasa. FIP.UNPPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang peneliti temukan di SLB Baso KAB Agam. Seorang anak X  yang duduk di kelas DII/C yang berumur 10 tahun yang mengalami kesulitan dalam penjumlahan. Hal ini terbukti ketika anak disuruh  menyebutkan, menunjukkan dan menuliskan angka anak bisa, tapi ketika disuruh melakukan penjumlahan anak belum bisa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penjumlahan deret ke samping melalui menara hitung di SLB Baso Kab AgamPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dalam bentuk Single Subject Research dengan desain penelitian A-B-A. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan analisis visual grafik. Subjek penelitiannya adalah anak tunagrahita ringan kelas II. Pengukuran variabelnya menggunakan persentase.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penjumlahan deret kesamping  anak tunagrahita ringan meningkat menggunakan menara hitung. Pengamatan dilakukan dalam tiga kondisi yaitu kondisi baseline (A1) sebanyak tujuh kali pengamatan dengan hari yang berbeda, persentase kemampuannya pada rentang 10%, 0%, 0%, 20%, 40%, 20%, 20%. Pada kondisi intervensi (B) dilalukan sebanyak delapan kali pertemuan dengan rentang 60%, 80%, 70%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 80%,80%. Pada kondisi baseline (A2)  dilakukan sebanyak lima kali pertemuan dan kemampuan anak meningkat dengan rentang 60%, 80%, 90%, 90%,90%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan penjumlahan anak rungrahita ringan dapat ditingkatkan melalui menara hitung DI SLB Baso Kab Agam Kata Kunci: Penjumlahan deret kesamping, menara hitung, anak tunagrahita ringan

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The Implementation of Law Number 4 Year 1997 about People with Special Needs in Industrial Enterprises. Thesis. Undergraduate Program of Faculty of Education of Padang State University   This research discussed about the implementation of Law Number 4 Year 1997 about the people with special needs in the workplace. The purpose of this research was to reveal the implementation of the law, the way companies identified the employees, the companies’ efforts to recruit their employees, the way companies hired people with special needs and the obstacles found when the companies hired people with special needs. The law was about government and private enterprises giving opportunities and equal treatment to the people with special needs by hiring them in the companies based on the types and levels of their disabilities, education and ability whose numbers was adjusted to the number of the employees and the companies qualification. This was a descriptive research that used qualitative approach. The data was collected through observation, interview and documentation. The result of the research indicated that the Law Number 4 Year 1997 was not yet implemented as it was organized by the government. In identifying the employees, the companies put higher priority to the applicants’ physical health rather than to their potential or ability. Based on the responses given by the companies, it was concluded that the companies were in doubt or unsure about the potential of the people with special needs although many of them had good achievement in their field, or they had gotten related education and training to the workplace.   Kata kunci : Penyandang Cacat Di Perusahaan Industri Kota Padang.

Abstract

The background of this research is the result of six people found mild mental retardation students of class VII/C SLB Binar Tarusan who have difficulty in following the fish processing skills lessons. This is because the classroom teachers deliver the subject matter has not been performed in accordance with the process of learning steps anchovy. So far, only the teacher demonstration method in providing skills subjects, thus making students often forget or become less understand what the teacher explained. By the time the fish processing children have difficulty doing salting, boiling, and separation. The purpose of this research is to improve fish processing skills through the project method for mild mental retardation children of class VII/C. This pebelitian type is action research class (classroom action research) that takes the form of collaboration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh masalah yang ditemukan di SLB  YPPLB Padang , ada lima siswa retardasi mental ringan yang mengalami hambatan dalam gerakan mereka, terutama dalam hal kelincahan. Untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak dalam bersosialisasi baik dengan teman atau masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah efektif menggunakan gerakan breakdance dasar untuk meningkatkan kelincahan gerakan anak retardasi mental di SLB YPPLB Padang, metode penelitian kuasi-eksperimental dari satu kelompok desain pretest-posttest. Tes penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes langkah-langkah gerakan breakdance dasar untuk menghitung kemampuan seorang anak dalam kelincahan gerakannya dan diuji melalui uji Wilcoxon dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa gerakan breakdance dasar efektif dalam meningkatkan kelincahan pergerakan anak retardasi mental ringan di YPPLB Padang SLB. Ini terbukti dari pengujian hipotesis.
