Abstract

Abstract: This research was derived from the inability three students in recognition the primary colours when teaching learning process at class II SLB Work Shop Padang. Based on assessment results and interviews that have done, the resecher found the students are difficult to recognize the primary colour (red, yellow and blue). The purpose of this research is to increase students’ ability in recognition the primary colours through the game colour circumference at class II SLB Work Shop Padang.The kind of this research is action research which is conducted collaborative in peers. Subject three students with the light mental retardation at class II SLB Work Shop Padang. The technique in collecting the data are: observations, discussion and test. Then, will be analyzed by using qualitative and quantitaive.The results showed that: 1) the leraning process in recornizing the primary colours conducted 2 cycles. First, is conducted in 7 meetings and second have done in 4 meetings. 2) the result of the study by using game, there is any increasing. It can be seen from the data before doing the action, AN (0%), KV(15%), and AK (15%). Whereas at the end of cycle 1, AN has increased become 35%), KV(55%), and AK (50%). At the cycle 2, AN has increased (55%), KV(80%), and AK (70%). It can be concluded that the ability of three students have increased after being given this game. Recomended to the teachers and the next researcher to apply game colour cicumference method in class and it can be applied  in different materials.Kata Kunci: Pengenalan Warna Dasar, Permainan Lingkar Warna, Anak Tunagrahita Ringan

Abstract

Abstrack: Penelitian ini berawal dari pengamatan yang peneliti lakukan di lapangan. Peneliti menemukan dua orang anak kesulitan membaca yang sudah duduk di kelas tiga namun masih belum bisa menuntaskan pembelajaran membaca yang sesuia dengan tuntutan kurikulum sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran membaca permulaan oleh guru kepada anak kesulitan membaca di MIN Koto Luar Padang yang merupakan sekolah reguler dan belum menjadi sekolah inklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelaksanakan pembelajaran membaca permulaan di sekolah ini dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan kurikulum sekolah reguler. Guru tidak melakukan modifikasi kurikulum yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan anak kesulitan membaca. Proses belajar mengajar juga dilakukan secara klasikal dan menyeluruh terhadap semua siswa. Tindak lanjut yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak tersebut yaitu dengan melakukan kegiatan mengulang pelajaran. Kendala guru adalah kurangnya pengetahuan guru terhadap pembelajaran yang seharusnya untuk anak kesulitan membaca ini. Guru belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan ataupun workshop tentang pembelajaran untuk anak kesulitan membaca. Guru kesulitan menjalin kerja sama dengan orang tua siswa untuk meningkatkan kemempuan belajar siswa di rumah. Kurangnya motifasi siswa dalam belajar. Usaha yang dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah guru melakukan kegiatan diskusi dengan guru kelas lainnya, guru melakukan diskusi dengan orang tua, dan guru melakukan hal yang bisa meningkatkan motifasi belajar siswa dengan memberikan reward melalui kegiatan yang dilakukan. Abstract

The research was motivated by the problems that researchers found in 20 huts SDLB N Duo Pariaman. Researchers menukan an X deaf children who have barriers to skills make box file. This research uses experimental approach in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR), using the ABA design. The subjects were Deaf child. Data collected through the process and look at the percentage of children who achieved work to do every step of the activity to make a box file. Where the Baseline condition (A1) as much as five times the meeting, Intervention (B) nine times through task analysis and observation of Baseline (A2) as much as five times the meetings are no longer given intervention. Results of this study shows that children's ability to improve the skills of making box files has increased. In the Baseline condition were performed in five meetings varied means her tendency toward increased (+) by a percentage that is between the range of 12% to 16%, in the intervention condition during nine meetings with the treatment given by task analysis, on the ability of children with hearing X can not create a file box fit into the work step has been increased and varies with the direction kecendrunganya increase (+) and the percentage is between the range of 22% to 78%. And Baseline (A2) is no longer granted after intervention during five meetings to be increased (+) by the percentage between the range of 86% to 100%. Based on these results we can conclude the task analysis is effective in improving the skills of making cardboard file boxes on deaf children in the fourth grade N 20 cottage Duo SDLB Pariaman.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the process of improving skills of planting saffron through the method of demonstrasion. Researcher used methods classroom action research. The results showed that planting turmeric learning through demonstration method is done in two cycles can be increased. Where the learning process carried out observations of teachers through observation guide format that initial activity. Results obtained final meeting of the second cycle that teachers obtain a value of 100%. The first cycle of four meetings and the second cycle of four meetings. It can be seen from the data before the given action, where the ability of the child while doing 16 steps to grow saffron namely: M is (55%), and O is (44%). While at the end of the first cycle capability M increased (70% ), and O (64%). In the second cycle capability M increased to (83% ), and O (83%).

Abstract

This researck was conducted due to a  student with light mental retardation in class III of SLBN 2 padang got difficulties in recognizing consonant letter (b) found in the beginning, in the middle and at the end of a world. Therefore, this research was intended to improve the student’s ability in the recognizing consonant letter (b) by using letter block game. The observation was done in three session. First, the baseline session (A) consisting of five times of observations in which to percentage of the student’ ability in recognizing consonant letter (b) in the beginning of a world was between 0% to 40% while the ability recognizing the letter in the middle of a world was 0%, and the ability to recognize the letter of the end of a world was 0%. Second, the intervention session (B) consisting of 8 times of observation in week the percentage of the student’s ability in recognizing consonant letter (b) in the beginning of a world was between 40% to 80% while the ability to recognize the letter in the middle of a world was between 20% to 69%, and the ability to recognize the letter of at the end of a world was between 20% to 60%. Third the baseline session (AA) consisting of five times of observation in which the percentage of the student’s ability in recornizing consonant letter (b) in the beginning of a worls was between 20% to 80% while the ability to recognize the letter in the middle of a world was between 20% to 60% and the ability to recognize to latter of the end of a worldf bêtween 20% to 40%. Based on these result, it was concluded that the use of latter block game could improve the  ability of the student with light mental retardation in recognizing consonant letter (b) in the beginning, im the middle and at the end a words in class III of SLBN 2 Padang.

Abstract

Improving the Motion Eye and Hand Coordination Through Adaptive Bowling Games in Children Attention Deficit Disorder Hyperaktive in SLB Amal Bhakti Sicincin (Single Subject Research) SLB D/1C class Amal Bhakti Sicincin). Thesis PLB FIP Padang State University. This approach use experimental approach in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) design with A - B subjects of this study were children with ADHD D/1C class. This assessment is consistent and count the ability to coordinate eye and hand movements that can be done by children. These results indicate that the ability of children Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder bernisial ZA in eye movement and hand coordination improved, data on baseline conditions showed 16.6%, 16.6%, 33.3%, 33.3%, 33.3 %, initially in the baseline condition the researchers did five times only able to take observations of children and do not throw that direction. data on the condition of intervention, namely 28.5%, 28.5%, 42.8%, 71.4%, 71 , 4%, 100%, 100%, in the intervention condition seven times, which is the ability of children continues to rise initially only be able to take and make the throw, until the child can and do throw manyusun targeted. Thus the problem formulation presented proved that adaptive bowling games can improve eye-hand motor coordination for children Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in SLB Amal Bhakti Sicincin. Then the researchers suggest the teacher to use adaptive bowling game in improving eye-hand motor coordination of children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh permasalahan siswa Tunagrahita kelas D VI C yang kurang partisipasi dalam pembelajaran. Selama ini usaha guru kepada anak yaitu memberikan motivasi kepada anak dengan memberikan pujian ketika anak menyelesaikan tugas-tugas, dan dalam belajar guru menggunakan metode tanya jawab, demonstrasi, penugasan dan latihan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan partisipasi siswa melalui strategi kooperatif learning dalam kegiatan pembelajaran IPA di kelas D VI/C SLB N Ganting Bukittinggi.Metode penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang dilakukan berkolaborasi dengan guru kelas. Tindakan ini dilakukan pada anak Tunagrahita ringan kelas D VI/C SLB N Manggis GantingHasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I yang dilaksanakan sebanyak enam kali pertemuan proses pembelajaran dimulai dari peneliti meminta siswa duduk secara berkelompok lalu peneliti menjelaskan materi pelajaran. Setelah itu peneliti memberikan latihan dan mengerjakannya secara bersama-sama. Sebelum dilaksanakan penelitian F yang awalnya tidak mampu berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran seperti menjawab pertanyaan, mengerjakan latihan, menuliskan jawaban ke depan kelas. Setelah diberi tindakan pada siklus I mendapat nilai 61,5% mampu dengan bantuan peneliti dari kemampuan berpartisipasi, dan mendapat nilai 96% dari kemampuan berpartisipasi saat diberikan tindakan pada siklus II. Dengan ini disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan strategi kooperatif learning terlihat kemampuan berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran IPA pada anak telah meningkat. Disarankan pada sekolah, guru dan peneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat menggunakan strategi kooperatif learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpartisipasi pada sisiwa agar terciptanya kegiatan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efesien.

Abstract

Abstract : This research based on the problems which researcher found in the blind children which named SLB A Payakumbuh City. In this school, the children who do not know about braille letters start from a to z letters. It can be seen from the observation that researcher do where children can not demonstrate braille. In this research, the researcher uses experiment method which is pre-experimental design or often named quasi experiment with one group pretest-posttest design type. In this research the observation done twice; they are before experiment and after experiment. The observation which is done before the experiment (01) called pretest, and the observation which is done after experiment (02) called posttest.  The pretest is given to the subject of the research to find out the initial condition of the comprehension of Braille letters, after that they given the treatment with Braille board, and the continue by giving posttest to see the result of treatment which has given. The point of pretest and posttest are processed and compare by using mann Whitney test. The result of this research shows that the ability of children comprehension of Braille letters after analyzed by looking at the average result in the pretest is 17,69% meanwhile in the posttest there is an increasing which about 73,84%.  The data is processed in order to make it more scientific by using Mann Whitney test. The result are Uhit= 2,5 and Utab= 2 with n=5 in the significant level 95% and α= 0,05. The alternative hypothesis is accepted because Uhit > Utab, so it is proven that braille board is effective to increase the comprehension of braille letters to the blind children. Abstract

The research was motivated by the problems that researchers in the field discovered that the deaf child in the class I SLBN Center Payakumbuh. Children new to two hijaiyah, namely alif and ba. When compared with the others, has mastered ten hijaiyah, both to show and express the hijaiyah. This research uses experiment approach in the form of single subject research (study a single subject), using the design of A-B-A, and data analysis techniques using visual analysis chart. The research Subjects were deaf child. Assessment in this study is to measure the percentage of students' abilities to demonstrate and speaks eight hijaiyah. Based on the results of this study shows that the ability of deaf child to recognize letters hijaiyah can be enhanced through the application of media Abata hijaiyah on android. In the baseline condition (A1) conducted four times a meeting, children can not pronounce the letter hijayah show and given that the percentage is 0% at the first meeting until the fourth meeting. In the intervention condition (B) performed 10 times and the ability of deaf child meetings increased from five to meeting up to fourteen with the highest score of 100% to indicate or say, while in the baseline condition (A2) held six meetings and the child's score 100% is the highest for the show also speaks eight hijaiyah. If seen from the analysis of the data can be explained that the change of tendency toward increased (+) from baseline to the intervention condition or intervention to the baseline 2. Small percentage of data that describe the overlap effect by using the media intervention, the better the ability to recognize letters hijaiyah deaf child. Thus the hypothesis (Ha) proposed is acceptable. It means that the media application on android Abata hijaiyah effective for improving cognitive ability in children with hearing hijaiyah Payakumbuh SLBN Center. It can be concluded that the media application on android Abata hijaiyah effective for improving cognitive ability in deaf child hijaiyah.

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is to improve for children intelligences disorder with medium level (x) ability to jump in SLBN 2 Padang. Modification of bamboo skip the game is a game that is fun and requires modifications in the deft jumping. The purpose of this study was to determine whether game modification bamboo can skip jump enhance the ability of the children intelligences disorder with medium level X. This type of research is the design of Single Subject Research AB. The results showed modifications skip the bamboo game can improve jumping ability for children intelligences disorder with medium level X in SLBN 2 Padang.
