Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Transfromational Leadership Style on, Work Discipline, and Competence on Employee Performance at PT. Campina Ice Cream Surabaya. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, where researchers distribute questionnaires as data retrieval media which are then processed into interval data which are then tested using the SPSS18 application. The population and samples in this study were 55 employees of PT. Campina Ice Cream Surabaya. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test obtained F count value of 454,106 with a significant level of 0,000, there is a simultaneous significant effect between transfromational leadership style, work discipline, and competence towards employee performance. In partial hypothesis testing, work discipline variables that do not significantly influence employee performance. While the results of the determination test obtained simultaneously (R square) of 0.964 means that the variation in the value of Employee Performance is influenced by the Style of Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, and Competence of 96.4% while the remaining 3.6% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of microfinance / non-bank institutions in the pre-prosperous female SME empowerment program at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani in Surabaya. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the data used in this study are primary data with internal and external data sources. This research was conducted by conducting surveys, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires on 12 respondents from a total of 30 respondents who were still active as customers at PNM Mekaar Surabaya. The results and findings of this study reveal that the joint system of working capital financing is very effective for SMEs, especially for financial institutions whose targets are pre-prosperous women. This is reflected in the average score of perceptions for 15 statements of 75.8%, while each statement has a score of 62.3%, therefore the reconstruction of the financing model is said to be good.

Abstract

. This research is motivated by the lack of practical learning media in the discussion of projections and pieces in the learning process of technical drawing courses. Referring to the discussion, the researcher made a module "Teaching Drawing Technique Module Main Subjects of Projection and Pieces Equipped with Information Technology Lego Viewer Media Assistance" which later will be a support in the learning process so as to help students individually achieve learning goals in a learning process. Learning media that will be applied in engineering drawing courses, will later be developed using the 4-D development model (four D models) which consists of 4 stages, namely: (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development , and (4) Disseminate. The defining stage includes the initial analysis, student analysis, concept analysis, task analysis, and specification of learning objectives. The design phase consists of the preparation of tests, media selection, format selection, and initial design (initial design). At the development stage it consists of module validation by expert lecturers, student response questionnaires, and about the pretest posttest for students. Whereas the deployment is not carried out due to the limited time of the study. The results showed (1) the module products developed were very feasible to use (2) students showed a positive response to the module developed (3) student learning outcomes improved with good categories.

Abstract

Designing an electric car to compete with ESCC should be guided by Vehicle Construction and Stability. One of the areas to consider when designing at the research and development stage is the Mechanical Mechanical System (Rotational Mechanical System). These systems include, wheels, transmissions (gear connections), electric motor rotors and shafts. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of vehicle energy management on driver driving strategies during the ESCC competition. This is based on Wheel Mechanical System modeling, Dynamic System Analysis and Free Body Diagram. The method used is based on Numerical Simulation. The data parameters used are based on independent variables and control variables. The independent variable of this study is the angular velocity (V?), linear velocity (v) of the vehicle, friction coefficient value (B), shaft stiffness (K), wheel diameter, gear diameter, wheel mass and moment inertia of the wheel. Control variables is technical regulation of ESCC Urban Concept. This Numerical Simulation Test is to determine the required electrical power, travel time and distance of the vehicle. The results showed that the energy needed by GARNESA electric car with an average speed selection of 9.42 m /s based on a maximum speed of 10.15 m /s and a minimum speed of 8.70 m /s requires the amount of power 248.15 Watt. Travel time is 180 seconds in one lap. The distance obtained is 1357 m. Driving strategy based on average speed of 9.42 m /s consumes less power and the distance obtained will be more far.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of variable NPL with ROE, CAR variable with ROE, and variable LDR with ROE. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data uses the documentation and library method, which used a population of quarterly financial statements for 2014-2018 PT BCA Tbk, and it was collected 15 samples. Techniques for analyzing data using SPSS version 16. The results of this study indicate that credit risk (NPL), capital adequacy (CAR), liquidity risk (LDR) have a significant effect on financial performance (ROE). The limitations of the results of this study were only carried out at PT BCA Tbk through secondary data in the form of the 2014-2018 annual financial report. Measurement of Return On Equity (ROE) variables only through independent variables NPL, CAR, and LDR.
