Institutional ownership variables, number of commissioners, number of directors, and number of audit committees and independent commissioners as corporate governance. Return on asset variables as performance, and audit delay as the publication of financial statements, and Tobin's Q as a company value. The research objects were 70 public companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a sample of 122 observations of financial statements from 2013-2017. The results showed that the number of commissioners, audit committees and return on assets had a positive effect on firm value. In this study using a tool in the form of observations, interviews and questionnaires to 31 respondents with data from this study using the population (census). In this study using the Likert scale method and this research is quantitative data. Data analysis techniques are, Test Validity, Reliability Test and normality test with alpha cronbach. Classical Assumption Test, Multicolonity Test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing, t test, f test. Data collected was tested for validity and reliability with coefficient alpha (cronbach alpha). The results of this study as a whole show that Work Discipline partially has no effect on work motivation and employee performance. Because there is a system that is not good, and also the HR system obtained by the company is still ineffective.

Abstract

Pedestrians are people walking activities and is one of the elements of road users. Surabaya is a city which is the goal of society to travel and enjoy a wide range of diversity with the intent to purchase goods or just taste the food because there is one of the traditional market situated on the road Raden Wijaya or road Kesatriyan very crowded at night ie the market night kodam v Surabaya and in the present study was to determine the characteristics of pedestrians (flow, speed, density), determine the relationship between variables pedestrian movement and maximum value of variables and determine the capacity and service level pedestrian with analytical methods in use that method Greenshields. This research method used survey methods and analysis methods. Ie survey method, uses manual techniques of observation and data collection in the field, while the analysis method is by using simple linear regression method in accordance with the method used by Greenshields. The analysis showed that the variable max on the Raden Wijaya is as follows Dm = 0.992 pends / m2, Vm = 66.787 m / min, Qm = 66.253 pends / min / m while the variable max on the road Kesatriyan is as follows Dm = 3.041 pends / m2, Vm = 37.398 m / min, Qm = 113.727 pends / min / m. While the level of service including service level "A", the standard planning pedestrian facilities in urban areas in the level of service "A", this means that the pedestrian in the night market kodam v Surabaya still meet the standards of planning and is still able to accommodate the number of pedestrians there is. While the correlation value on the road Raden Wijaya was r = -0.922 and correlation on the road Kesatriyan is r = -0.488

Abstract

The herbal medicine production process starts from the preparation and stripping of raw materials, then washing, processing into herbal medicine, and packaging. Priority issues for herbal medicine production are found in the process of stripping old herbal ingredients. This is because the process of stripping raw materials of irregular herbs still uses conventional and traditional methods, namely with a knife. Based on the problem of herbal medicine production, we raised the title of the Peeler Machine of Various Bulbs Equipped with Automatic Washers. The stripping process on this machine uses a rotary system that utilizes the centrifugal force on the peeler pan and then the tubers rotate clockwise then hit the wall and the floor of the peeler is aided by water sprayed by water washer, the skin from the stripping process will fall towards the filter, water used for the process will be recirculated during the process until completion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate using the SWOT Analysis Technique as a Strategy to Increase Competitiveness at SEFOPE (State Secretariat for Employment Professional Training Affairs) in Timor-Leste (Case Study: Part of the Special HRD "Delivery of Workers to South Korea 2015-2018"). This research is descriptive qualitative research. Population and sample researchers used the sampling method, respondents will be taken in this study, namely 6 important officials from the Top Manger Level employees of all employees. Data collection techniques used: Observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. In calculating the score used is a Likert scale with the provision of rating values and weights. The analysis used is: IFAS and EFAS techniques. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the research conducted, the SEFOPE Institution is in quadrant III namely the Defend quadrant which is also referred to as the WT strategy that uses weaknesses to overcome all existing threats.

Abstract

quality of the transportation system in an area is determined by the level of road service that is passed by each vehicle, both light vehicles and heavy vehicles that exceed the overload of the specified class of roads, all of which result in damage to the road faster than the planned age at the beginning of the plan. In this paper, we will see the extent of vehicle overload with the age of road pavement using the Bina Marga 2002 method. The equivalent number is calculated and N (ESAL) is calculated under normal load conditions and overload. So that it can be concluded how the influence of vehicle overload on the age of road pavement. In this final project, it can be seen, for example, by overloading 10% for medium trucks 16 (tons), trailers 34 (tons) and trailers 54 (tons) affecting the percentages of age to 86.455%, 92,515% and 97,858%. For the combination of the three vehicles with an overload of 8%, it affects the percent of planned life to be 92,242% from 100%. So that it can be concluded that the overload of vehicles on road pavement is very influential on the reduction in the age of road pavement so that it can be expected that road users need to comply with existing traffic regulations.

Abstract

Industrial development in the village shoe Kepuhkemiri-Modong subdistrict of Sidoarjo regency Reinforcement require changing the flow pattern of the existing drainage channels affected by the construction. The shoe industry has a spacious area ±48.700 m2, so that the necessary planning measurable drainage system in order to move the existing flow patterns affected by construction. To calculate capacity analysis of new tertiary channel, channels in the industrial area, and the flow pattern in the area of ??the shoe industry. Data rainfall station includes four observation stations are Durungbedug, KETIMANG, Sidoarjo and Sumput and use rain observation period of 10 years. Channel overall flow of new tertiary and industrial areas in the channels piped to DAS 'Waterstand Channel' north side. Analysis of the design rainfall in this deign using the method of Log-Pearson III. The result of the rain discharge when the 5-year plan amounted to 121,369 m3 / sec, the channel carrying capacity of 2070m3, while the capacities of the channel plan with the calculations 2736,34 m3

Abstract

Milling Machine And Cleaning Egg Cleaning Reballs Automatically Completed With The Screw Conveyor System And Auto Washer is made with the aim of increasing productivity and the effectiveness of the production of SME quail egg satay in Surabaya. Egg peeler This semi automatic quail is designed as simply as possible to make it easier mass production and easy maintenance. This machine is added screw conveyor system which is covered with sponge and machine walls, there is a polisher made from stainless which serves as a boiled egg quail peeler. The addition of an auto water washer on this machine uses a hose connected with a water tap to be able to clean automatically when the engine have started working on peeling boiled eggs. Material in direct contact with eggs using stainless steel type 430 SS foodgrade with 3mm thick to maintain the level of hygiene of the production process. Then the system the drive on this machine uses a DC electric motor with a power of ½ PK which transmitted by pulleys and V-belts to reduce input power to more smooth round. Selection of the ½ PK motor is intended for rotation in this engine can be smoother and softer, not too fast so the egg doesn't break. Dimension machine made measuring 110 cm x 65 cm x 52 cm with stripping capacity 1200 quail eggs / hour. Features that have this machine can improve the productivity process of SME quail eggs is threefold, so that the problem of SMEs is quail egg satay for stripping and cleaning the eggs takes a long time to complete.
