Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between product quality and price with the interest of buying consumer Ole-Ole Futsal Bung Tomo. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 30 respondents taken by the snowball effect method. The data analysis technique in this study usedcorrelation test analysis Spearman rank. The calculation process was aided by theapplication program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM SPSS Statistics 20). The results of this study indicate that a correlation of 0.877 means that it is very strong and based on calculations, the product quality variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected, the product quality is significantly associated with consumer buying interest. And the price variable shows that there is a correlation of 0.738 which means strong and based on calculations, the price variable with consumer buying interest has a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 so Ho is rejected, then the price is significantly associated with consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between intrinsic motivation and communication on improving the performance of cashier employees at Transmart Ngagel Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. With a population of 98 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the influence of intrinsic motivation and communication on the performance of the cashier employees at Transmart Ngagel Surabaya showed positive and significant results. The result of the F test is 69,428> F table 3.09 simultaneously. Partially intrinsic motivation of 6.464> t table 1.985 has a significant influence on employee performance, communication 4.066> t table 1.985 has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation, work discipline andculture organizationalon improving employee performance at the Indomaret store in South Surabaya. This research is a quantitative researcher. With a population of 62 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test,assumption classictest and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study influence the work motivation, work discipline andculture organizationalon the performance of indomaret shop employees in south Surabaya. Shows that there is arelationship positive and significantof F test 253.257> 3.15 simultaneously. Partially work motivation -0,501 <t1,670 has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline 0,795 <t table 1,670 has no significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture 19,861> t table 1,670 has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of applying clean values, employee empowerment towards organizational citizenship behavior with employee performance. This type of research used a quantitative approach. Data collection used interviews, observation and questionnaire dissemination. The population of this research were employees of PT. Pertamina MORV Surabaya with a sample of 135 respondents from 204 employees. The analytical method used the application of SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded clean value management, employee empowerment have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Clean values, empowerment, organizational citizenship behavior have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "relationship between work discipline, work environment and supervision of employee performance at Waroeng Spesial Sambal Surabaya ". This study used a quantitative research approach. The analytical method used the rank spearman correlation. The calculation process assisted by the program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application, with number of 30 respondents by saturated sampling method (census). Based on the results of data management, work discipline with employee performance has a significant low relationship. Work environment and supervision with employee performance have a significant strong relationship. The results showed that the variables of work discipline, work environment and supervision were significantly related to employee performance. If there are other variables used to measure employee performance then the variable is not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Smartphone is a virtual communication tool in two directions that makes easy for individuals to interact through short message, telephone and an internet network. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of celebrity endorser, product quality and price on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. This research used quantitative methode with population 100 respondents who use Vivo brand smartphones in Surabaya. The analysis used partial least square, data obtained from questionnaires and tested with the SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that the variable celebrity endorser, product quality and price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and purchasing decisions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusion showed that sponsor more look for customers who using Vivo smartphones, which have affordable or discounted prices so customers make reapeat purchase and satisfied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brands image and brand trust on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Ara Shop, Sidoarjo. This research is quantitative research. The population and samples were distributed by 60 respondents. Technique of answering data using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is Convergence Validity, Discriminant Validity, used and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Based on the results of the study, the brand image variable and brand trust simultaneously or partially significant towards customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Ara Shop, Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on CV. Citra Mulya Perkasa. The samples in this study are Owners, General Managers, and employees. Techniques for collecting data on interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses qualitative data analysis which consists of data reduction, presentation of data and conclusions and the validity test of the data, namely triangulation techniques. The conclusion of this study is to provide satisfaction that is rich in assistance and incentives. In addition, employees also expect to be given motivation from the leadership so as to increase the results of employee achievement. Therefore, employees will get satisfaction in working at CV. Abstract

The intention of consumer purchases is the willingness of a product to buy the goods they want. this is a strong determinant in the purchase of a product or brand. Therefore this study aims to analyze whethervariables social media marketing, brand trust, word of mouth can influence purchasing decisions to buy various Persebaya attribute products that are sold at Real B Distro Surabaya. This research is quantitative research with a sample of 160 respondents. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and classical assumption tests. The results showed that the three hypotheses proposed had a significant and supportive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the work environment and intrinsic motivation significantly simultaneously on the performance of Sushi Tei Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya employees. With a population of 85 respondents. This research is quantitative and data collection is through questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the analysis of the influence of the work environment and intrinsic motivation on the performance of employees at Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Sushi Tei on the results of the t test of the work environment wascalculated as -4.971 <Ttable 1.666 and intrinsic motivation of Tcount 13.189> Ttable 1.666. For the results of the F test it is known that Fcount 110,267> Ftable 3.11, it can be concluded that environmental variables and intrinsic motivation have ainfluence simultaneouson employee performance.
