Abstract

Increase of population count in every time, then the need of the for clean water is the also enhancment, to solve the problem is the needed of an installation system cleane water is the worthy. Feasibility study is an activity do for know about worthy or not worthy of the an project that the seen of various aspects such as financial aspect and social economic aspect before that project implemented. The purpose of this activity to the know investation feasibility of installation clean water in the gleno city and to discover effect of investation feasibility to the give revenue. on the investment phase the feasibility study of the clean water installasion system that there in the ermera distric, sub-distric gleno timor leste are using Net present value (NPV), Internal rate of rentrum (IRR), and Benefit Cost Ratio (IRC) whereas to find out the effec of investment feasibility to the revenue that give seen from fund the region revenue is abaout 20% and reserve fund general is about 15% from the results of the calculation of financial aspects that is obtained NPV>0 around Rp. 235.667.254 > 0, BCR > 1 around 1.421 > 1, IRR > 1,50% around 2.75% > 1,50 whereas the for aspects social economic that consist of the fund developmental regional and general fund reserve around Rp 47.133451 dan Rp 35.350.088

Abstract

The more rapid development of a region will also be followed by the increasing volume of traffic that occurs. With the operation of Sunrise Mall in the city of Mojokerto will bring a change in the increase in traffic volume. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the generation that occurred due to the opening of Sunrise Mall in the city of Mojokerto. Knowing the traffic performance around Sunrise Mall in the city of Mojokerto in the existing condition which only reviews Degrees of Saturation. Knowing the impact of traffic caused by the operation of Sunrise Mall in the city of Mojokerto. Know the alternatives that can be used to improve intersection, braid and road performance around Sunrise Mall in Mojokerto city and to find out the parking capacity and Parking Space Unit needed at Sunrise Mall in Mojokerto city. Secondary data collection in research includes geometric data on roads, data on traffic volume and intersections, data in and out of the Sunrise Mall building, data on Sunrise Mall characteristics and building area. Results showed that there was an influence of the construction of a new shopping center on traffic performance in the case study of Sunrise Mall Benteng Pancasila Mojokerto Street.

Abstract

Students who experience anxiety can influence how these students to think, reason, and do actions to solve problems in mathematics subjects, especially about triangles. The solution used to reduce the level of mathematics anxiety of students is to use an information technology-based learning approach. The purpose of this study is to describe whether information technology-based learning and communication can reduce mathematics anxiety of grade 7 students. This classroom action research consists of two cycles with the initial stage of setting targets for achieving indicators of research success. The results showed that the average level of anxiety of students classified as high, namely 92, then decreased to 82 in the first and 70 cycles at the end of the second cycle. While the percentage of implementation of information technology-based learning at the end of the first cycle was 80.25% and at the end of the second cycle was 91%.

Abstract

Juanda Airport Surabaya is one of the airports managed by PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero). Airline LCC or Low Cost Carrier is an airline that offers low rates to its customers, with the consequence of eliminating or reducing some services or facilities that will be obtained by regular flights. This study aims to analyze the Facilities / Infrastructure, Accessibility & Public Facilities on the quality of service providers, in Terminal 1 of Juanda Airport Surabaya and analyze the LCC ( Low Cost Carrier ) airline in Terminal 1 of Juanda Airport Surabaya. This research includes quantitative research, using questionnaires as a data collector, the sample used is 100 passengers from various airlines in the research location, namely in Terminal 1 Juanda Airport, Surabaya. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing include t test, f test and multiple determination. Based on the results of the study concluded the quality of passenger services (Facilities/Infrastructure, Accessibility & Comfort and Safety) to the performance of managers, in Terminal 1 Juanda Airport Surabaya is quite good and adequate. This was proven by the answers of 100 respondents who stated that accessibility, facilities and infrastructure and comfort and safety in Juanda Airport Terminal 1 responded well. Based on the results of calculations there is the influence of facilities / infrastructure, accessibility & comfort and safety of service quality.

Abstract

Pedestrians are people walking activities and is one of the elements of road users. Surabaya is a city which is the goal of society to travel and enjoy a wide range of diversity with the intent to purchase goods or just taste the food because there is one of the traditional market situated on the road Raden Wijaya or road Kesatriyan very crowded at night ie the market night kodam v Surabaya and in the present study was to determine the characteristics of pedestrians (flow, speed, density), determine the relationship between variables pedestrian movement and maximum value of variables and determine the capacity and service level pedestrian with analytical methods in use that method Greenshields. This research method used survey methods and analysis methods. Ie survey method, uses manual techniques of observation and data collection in the field, while the analysis method is by using simple linear regression method in accordance with the method used by Greenshields. The analysis showed that the variable max on the Raden Wijaya is as follows Dm = 0.992 pends / m2, Vm = 66.787 m / min, Qm = 66.253 pends / min / m while the variable max on the road Kesatriyan is as follows Dm = 3.041 pends / m2, Vm = 37.398 m / min, Qm = 113.727 pends / min / m. While the level of service including service level "A", the standard planning pedestrian facilities in urban areas in the level of service "A", this means that the pedestrian in the night market kodam v Surabaya still meet the standards of planning and is still able to accommodate the number of pedestrians there is. While the correlation value on the road Raden Wijaya was r = -0.922 and correlation on the road Kesatriyan is r = -0.488.

Abstract

The bridge that will be planned is resettled in Manatuto, with a span of 100 m and a width of 9.74 m. In this Final Project Preparation, the Sahen Soibada Bridge was redesigned using Girder I beams with a cross section height of 2300 mm, prestressive concrete quality K 300 and Fc ’41.5 Mpa Calculation of loading on the bridge using SNI 1725: 2015, Analysis of the load that occurs is analysis of dead load, additional dead load, live load, wind load and analysis of the influence of time such as crawling and shrinkage and loss of prestressing. Then the results of the analysis carried out stress control that occurred in the structure. As well as for the structure of the budget for the 100 m WF Baja bridge that is equal to US $ 3,384 214.13 while for Concrete that is equal to 3,070,804.08.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and interviews with partner SMEs, the process of filling herbal medicine into 350 ml syringe bottles was done manually, namely with the help of simple equipment such as 200 ml size cups and funnels. This causes the filling process to be around 9.49 seconds / bottle, filling in the herbal medicine is relatively inaccurate, employees tend to experience fatigue, and the SMEs often find it difficult to fulfill herbal orders in a short and many times. The purpose of this research is to increase the effectiveness in the production process of filling herbal medicine faster, hygienic and accurate. The methods of implementing this activity include observation with partners, literature study, manufacturing and machine assembly, testing and implementation. The results of the application obtained a capacity of 38 Liters, foodgrade stainless material, and the process of filling herbal medicine to 5.67 seconds / bottle

Abstract

In a construction project, there must be construction waste. The present study aims to find out the quantity, the source, and the factors leading to construction waste. The present study aims to find out the quantity, the source, and the factors resulting in construction waste in Gran Sungkono Langoon Project by using Pareto Method and Fish Bone Diagram. This study also aims to categorize the construction waste in Grand Sungkono Langoon Project based on its type by using Pareto Method and Fish Bone diagram. The present study employed descriptive study with qualitative analysis. It was done by analyzing and evaluating construction waste. The result of the study was in the form of data table on construction waste in structural construction using Pareto method and Fish Bone Diagram in Grand Sungkono Langoon Project. The study found that the most significant amount of material waste in Grand Sungkono Langoon project is steel bar (Rp.229.009.000), total amount of construction waste was 0.92% or equal to Rp 263.090.000 from total project cost of Rp. 24.204.280.000. The source of material waste comes from piles, casting, steelwork and formwork, and the factors resulting in construction waste were the condition of the pile, this can be caused by careless unloading process. Besides, not all piles get into the ground for its condition is different at each point. Regarding reinforcement, it turned into waste because of cutting mistake. The category of construction waste in a structural project is casting, steelwork, and formwork.

Abstract

Water is one of the natural resources that is very important for the life of living things, and even becomes the main life for humans. With the existing treatment system and piping network system, Surya Sembada PDAM is expected to be able to meet the community’s clean water needs in Surabaya city. One og crucial things is the performance of reservoir in piped water distribution system from the clean water treatment plant. This study aims to evaluate the reservoir performance of the Surabaya PDAM, specifically the performance of Putat Gede reservoir, which is a distribution reservoir that serves the distribution of clean water to Graha Family Surabaya city. In this study Epanet 2.0 software was used as a hydrodynamic modelling tool. Based on the simulation result, at peak hours 07.00 a.m. reservoir Putat Gede is able to serve the community’s clean water needs. The farthest node has the lowest pressure of 15,45 m, and the lowest water level of the reservoir Putat Gede occurs at 09.00 a.m. which is 3 m. In general, the reservoir is still able to meet community’s clean water needs, especially during peak hours.

Abstract

Optimizing the achievement of organizational / company goals is largely determined by effectiveness. More at this time in the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) the term BIM is often heard. That is a technology that in its development uses less time, labor and capital. This study aims to study whether it is necessary to develop BIM towards achieving a company's success. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods. Respondents of the experimental study were 39 people. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through observation, literature and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with validity and reliability test. The results of the study show that expertise supported by BIM-based technology is against the achievement of company success, analysis shows valid and reliable results. This is also supported by type variables, which are adjusted to the qualifications needed by the company. The percentage obtained from the sex variable was 87.2%, female 12.8%. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the level of skills supported by gender variables, the success and achievement of the objectives of the work will increase. Suggestions for leaders to develop skills, especially for employees who have the potential and higher education in special sections to support better results.
