Abstract

Column play an important role in bulding structure, remembering column failures wil improve the overall structure.other structure, column structural element that are vulnerable to completion failure recive earthquake loads. The structure of this bulding is located in jayapura, including in KDS D with a value of = 0,9 and =0.96 .From the result of structural analysis to the column evaluated, then the dimension of K1 100/100 (28D36,D25-100 mm , D25-150 mm and 8 D25-100 mm) K2 120/120 (28D32, D25-100 mm,D25-150 mm and 8 D25-100 mm) ,K3 130/130 (28 D 32,D25-130 mm, D25-150 and 8D25-130 mm),K4 140/140( 28 D32,D25-130 mm,D25-150 mm and 8D25-130 mm), column WF792x400x30x40, WF 800x400x30x40, WF 808x400x30x40, WF 900x400x30x40 with efficient columns such as column K1 100/100 with low prices Rp Rp.23,065,074,774.000.After analyzing the structure of a tiered bulding using the SRPMK method,it is expected to remain earthquake resisitant and have economic efficiency values

Abstract

Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement of national roads in East Java Province can be used at AC-WC, AC-BC, AC-Base layers, with a percentage of RAP usage of 20-40%, optimum RAP of 20-30%, asphalt’s content in RAP of 3,78-4.63% (Widayanti, 2018). The composition of the addition for 20% RAP which is originated by Taman-Waru with natural aggregates produces Marshall stability of 830.482 kg and melting / flow of 3.8 mm (Handayani, 2007). Therefore, it is necessary to have research of the analysis about the composition of the Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) in the amount of 25%, 30%, 35% as the Asphalt Concrete - Wiring Course (AC-WC) layer against the characteristics of the Marshall. The purpose of this research are 1.) To find out the optimum asphalt content (KAO) in a mixture of AC-WC (Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Course) asphalt and 60/70 Asphalt mixture with the usage of RAP material and natural aggregate in accordance with the General Specifications of Bina Marga 2018 2.) Knowing the effect of the usage of RAP material and natural aggregate for the gradation of asphalt mixture of AC-WC (Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Course) in accordance with the General Specifications of Bina Marga 2018 3.) Knowing the performance of AC-WC asphalt concrete mixture (Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Course) and 60/70 asphalt mixture of RAP material and natural aggregate in terms of Stability and Marshall Quotient values. The research was carried out by the experimental method through laboratory testing. The expected benefit of this research is the discovery for optimizing of the usage recycle materials from road pavement that will be reused during the implementation of road maintenance work and give an alternative of the minimum natural aggregate’s usage. The result of the testing in the laboratory, the mixture of heat asphalt AC-WC with 25% of RAP, had the highest Marshall stability of characteristic for 1309 kg. It’s caused the new materials of the mixture composition has better quality than the mixture of RAP materials, but the additions of RAP composition for 25%, 30%, 35% still can be used as the alternative substitution of nature aggregate, because those are still the Bina Marga’s specification in 2018 of AC-WC mixture.

Abstract

The train is a mode of transportation that has many advantages. Already the supposed superiority used optimally ensure the movement of people and goods, This study uses a quantitative research. The analyzes were performed using the method of shock waves, based on Level of Service (Los) the degree of saturation in the biggest roadway there on days 1 and 2 towards Jombang-Babat at 8:00 to 9:00 pm at 0:26 into the category B where the value is less than the limit traffic density (0.26 <1). In the segment occurs queue as far as 624 meters long with 85 queues of vehicles takes time for 300 seconds from the start of the closing latch until the vehicle can run normally.

Abstract

One of the roads that is still a subscription to flooding in Surabaya when it rains is on Kedung Mangu road. Besides being close to the northern coast of Surabaya, Kedung Mangu road channel edge is still very small and a lot of trash and sediment. In this study the authors used secondary Gumbel method using the data from relevant agencies and secondary of data from observations in the field. Reviews These rainfall of data include the data, the data pool of the data the tide and the dimensions of the existing channels and other auxiliary buildings. From the data and the calculation, the value of the average rainfall is 93.41 mm / day. Rainfall intensity 25-year period is 47.949 mm / hour. While the flood discharge plan is 174.859 m3 / h. Its existing discharge chute is 100 908 m3 / h. From the Data Obtained tide high tide value of 150 cm occurred on December 13, 2016 and to its Lowest ebb -130 cm occurred on January 25, 2016. Thet Type of Surabaya's northern sea tides is the mixed tide. From the calculation and analysis can be concluded that the more influential is the amount of rainfall and dimensions and road conditions in the channel Kedung Mangu. So as to cope with floods In These locations, the dimensions of the channel should be enlarged.

The factors reviewed from this study are the characteristics of road users based on Age, Profession, Driver Factors, Vehicle Factors and Road Infrastructure Factors. To find out whether Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno is a road with a Black Spot area, so the Accident Rate method is used for this study to determine the accident rate based on the Black Spot area. From the results of accident analysis based on the characteristics of the road user Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno, the highest factor as the main cause of traffic accidents is caused by Drivers with speeding conditions and vulnerable drivers aged 16-30 years. And based on the accident rate method get the highest yield of 12.74 accidents / km. Year and included in the black spot area with an accident rate >1.0. The number of traffic violations and traffic accident victims on the road Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno during 2018 there were 61 traffic accidents which resulted in 7 casualties died, 7 accident victims suffered serious injuries and 73 accident victims suffered minor injuries.
