Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty in the Camel brand Active Shoes at Sogo Tunjungan Plaza IV Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to consumers who have made a repeat purchase, have had it before, and visited the Camel brand Active Shoes product site at Sogo Tunjungan Plaza IV Surabaya many as 160 respondents. Furthermore, there are three variables used in this study, namely : brand image (X1), brand trust (X2), and customer loyalty (Y). The results show that the variable brand image (X1) has a significant effect partially on customer loyalty, while the variable brand trust (X2) has a significant effect partially on customer loyalty. Research the results variables brand image and brand trust have a significant effect simultaneously on customer loyalty in the Camel brand Active Shoes at Sogo Tunjungan Plaza IV Surabaya. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and hypothesis test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service, facilities, and location on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Type of research is quantitive. The population of this study was 100 respondents who visited warkop Dewa Sidoarjo . The analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS). Data obtained from questionnaires and tested with SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that services, facilities and locations have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial reward, punishment and communication on the performance of fashion division employees at PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa Tbk Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to the performance of fashion division employees at PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa Tbk Surabaya was taken as many as 75 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used is reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the capital structure used to optimize profitability in MSME embroidery shoes. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The analytical method is used Weighted Average Cost Of Capital (WACC). The techniques of data collection in this research used interview, observation, documentation and triangulation methods. The data that used are financial transaction records and financial statements issued by the company itself. The results showed that UD. Hikmah used the composition of the capital structure consisting of debt of 20%, 80% own capital with a ROE rate of 170%. Optimization results obtained the optimal capital structure composition on the composition of debt 23% and own capital 77%. By generating a level of profitability that can provide a favorable return for business owners, with the highest calculation of ROE that is equal to 173% and the cost of capital to be borne is Rp.18.238.000 every year.

Abstract

This research is a case study conducted in one of the property companies in Sidoarjo, East Java, namely PT Integra Indocabinet Tbk ,. Based on secondary data, PT Integra Indocabinet has increased sales and profits from 2014 - 2018. Therefore, the owners want to expand their expansion by adding new factory facilities so they can get more optimal profits and can increase exports abroad. The research aims to provide assistance in the form of suggestions for decision making between feasible or not worthy of the investment carried out. Based on the calculation, obtained an NPV value of 195,510,594,699 ? 0 which means it is feasible to run, an IRR of 22%> hurdle rate (10%) which means it is feasible to run; Payback Period is 4 years 3 months> 5 years which means it is feasible to be implemented; The Profitability Index is 1.98> 0, which means it's worth running. The results of the analysis show that using Capital Budgeting techniques can be seen that investment decisions for expansion are feasible.

Abstract

Kudus Regency is one area that successfully implemented Policy of Compulsory Basic Education 12 years since 2010 even before the central government issued a Policy of Compulsory Basic Education 12 years. In implemented this policy, Kudus Regency Government based on the Kudus Regency Regulation Number 2/ 2010 about Basic Education 12 Years and Regulation of Minister Education and Culture Republic Indonesia Number 80/2013 about Universal Secondary Education (Basic Education 12 Years). The success of Kudus Regency in implementing compulsory basic education 12 years policy is depending on the role of actors that depending in the implementation process. This research is using descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research is the successful implementation of compulsory basic education 12 years policy in Kudus Regency can not be sparated from the synergy of multyactors’s role. The role of Central Government and Kudus Regency Government that is by issuing compulsory basic education 12 years policy, i. e Regulation Minister of Education and Culture Number 80/2013 and Kudus Regency Regulation Number 2/2010 about compulsory basic education 12 years, and their programs support. The private sector’s roles, is by providing scholarships and grants to infrastructure development of schools in Kudus Regency. The role of Kudus Regency society is provide full support and enthusiasm in implementing compulsory basic education in Kudus Regency.

Abstract

Several factors are considered by consumers in the selection of online transportation such as ease of ordering, appropriate prices and several other factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of services provided online car services to users and determine the factors that need to be improved. This study used a sample of 96 respondents with data analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis method. The results showed that the Online Car (Grab Car) service affected User Satisfaction and the factors that needed to be improved consisted of Timeliness, Attention to, Safety and Environmental Pollution.

Abstract

Jakarta is the capital city of Indonesia with a population of 10.46 million inhabitants (CBS, 2018). Tamini Square Mall located in East Jakarta has a population of approximately 2,916,018 people (BPS, 2018). Tamini Square Mall is a mall located in East Jakarta, precisely at the Crossroads Taman Mini Raya and Jalan Raya Pondok Gede were established in 2006. The total area of ??approximately 1,000 meter² consisting of 5 floors. Tamini Square Mall became one of the popular shopping center due to its strategic location and within walking distance of Pinang Ranti Terminal, Settlements, Central Offices, Schools and Recreation Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The method used in this research is by way of observation. Observation method is a method by means of direct survey of spaciousness. It is absolutely necessary to know the actual conditions. The survey method is dilakukuan on this analysis, a method of recording the number of vehicles. Accumulation of the largest parking for cars on Sunday as many as 120 vehicles occurred between 16:00 to 16:59 pm, while on Sunday for a motor vehicle 382 takes place between 14:00 to 14:59 pm. The average duration of parking of vehicles is 4 hours 24 minutes for cars and 4 hours 18 minutes for the motor. The parking index was 89.55% for cars occurred on Sunday at 16:00 to 16:59 pm and 88.84 for motorcycles occurred on Sunday at 14:00 to 14:59 pm. The Turn Over parking is 3 vehicles / SRP / time observations for cars and 4 vehicle / SRP / observation time for the motor and it happened on a Sunday. Judging from the analysis Roads Raya Pondok Gede, East Jakarta for speed survey at peak hours in the morning, afternoon and evening in getting the level of service or Level of Service (LOS), namely C and D.

Abstract

The method used in this study is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This research was conducted to determine passenger satisfaction, evaluate service levels by referring to service standard indicators from the Directorate General of Land Transportation. The results of the Bus Operational Performance analysis results refer to the Directorate General of Land Transportation standards, the overall results of operational performance have been included in the Good category with a value of 24 points. the results of the questionnaire stated that the service performance was very good (SB) by 16%; Good (B) of 52%; Fairly Good (CB) of 25%; Poor (KB) by 6% and Not Good (TB) by 0%, regarding the 5 Likert scale. From the Cartesian diagram there are several aspects of concern regarding the level of service, quadrant I there are 8 attributes that are considered important by consumers and their service is very satisfying, Quadrant II there are 1 attributes that are considered very important by customers but the service is not satisfactory.

Abstract

Bekasi City is a large city with a population of 2,803,283 people (BPS, 2016). The area of ??Bekasi City is 210.49 km². Grand Galaxy Park Mall is one of the malls located in the city ??of Bekasi precisely on Boulevard Raya Roads Grand Galaxy City Jakasetia. The area is of land approximately 19.000 meters² with a floor area of 17.000 meters² which consists of 5 floors. Grand Galaxy Park Mall became one of the popular shopping centers because this mall is known as a modern mall and was built with an environmentally friendly concept and the location of this mall is also very strategic and integrated with the residential area of ??Grand Galaxy City, Schools, Shops and Offices. The method used in this research is the observation method. The Observation Method is a method by conducting direct survey of spaciousness. This is absolutely necessary to determine the actual condition. The survey method used in this analysis is the method of recording the number of vehicles. The largest accumulation of parking for cars on Saturday as many as 132 vehicles occurred between 18.00-18.59 WIB, while for motorcycles on Saturday as many as 167 vehicles occurred between 19.00-19.59 WIB. The average duration of vehicle parking is 3 hours 42 minutes for cars and 3 hours 30 minutes for motorbikes. The largest parking index is 85.16% for cars occurred on Saturday at 18.00-18.59 WIB and 41.75 for motorcycles occurred on Saturday at 19.00-19.59 WIB. The biggest Parking Turn Over is 4 vehicles / SRP / observation time for cars and 3 vehicles / SRP / observation time for motorcycles and that happens on Saturdays. Judging from the analysis of the Jalan Raya Raya Boulevard Jalan Jakasetia for the survey speed at peak hours in the morning, afternoon and evening get the level of service or Level of Service (LOS), namely B and C.
