Abstract

Among some professors are always confronted with students who are not just one or two students but many students. And among students who often meet has the same name but sometimes these lecturers often forget to the name of the student. The problem is when a student with the same name that asked for the second time to the lecturer in question and certainly the lecturer will be trying to remember the last time the students and professors meet. This led to work being impeded. And when the student asking the answer to the question ever asked questions first and the Professor forgot what ever the student ask, this will backfire for the lecturer. The system developed in the form of this is online, so that professors could do consultation anytime anywhere and anytime. The method used is descriptive method with identifying problems in advance, in addition to the development model used by researchers in the form of analysis of the problems of the waterfall to the maintenance phase of the program. In this system a student do create tickets, the tickets are obtained by given to the lecturer to conduct consultation. This system is applied with students and lecturers can have a history about the guidance that has been done so that lecturers did not forget when was the last student conduct guidance. This system generates data guidance which can be printed.

Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate the use of information technology governance in expanding online marketing businesses. Cosmetics were researched products. AI (Acquire and Implement) and ME (Monitor and Evaluate) under COBIT 4.1 Framework were concerned. Respondents working in 35 companies and using social media technology for online marketing businesses were surveyed. This research also aimed to find out the gap values of the use of social media technology of online marketing businesses based on AI and ME Domains. Implications on managerial aspects and information technology governance show that there are relationships among information technology processes of AI, ME, and others. Research results show that the highest gap values (0.544 and 0.465) are at AI4 and ME4 Processes. These values are also at the lowest maturity levels (2.456 and 2.535). Moreover, AI4 is related to input control objectives (PO10, AI1, AI2, AI3, AI7, and DS7) and output control objectives (AI7, DS4, DS8, DS9, DS11, DS13, and DS7). On the other hand, ME4 is related to input control objectives (PO4, PO5, PO9, ME2, and ME3) and output control objectives (PO4, PO1, ME1, PO5, PO1, and PO9).

Abstract

Scabies is a skin disease that is easily transmitted, either through direct contact or through intermediaries such as clothes, bed sheet, and water. The disease causes itching on the body, especially at night. Transmission of the scabies disease is very fast and can develop into an outbreak in a community. Obstacles that occur in the treatment of this disease is not all people with the disease could check it for a variety of reasons, such as too busy with work and economic limitations. This research using fuzzy Tsukamoto to develop an expert system for the detection of scabiesdisease. The use of expert systems is very important because it can be a tool to substitute the expert, the expert system is easy to use, and can make decisions in a short time. Scabies disease diagnosis process carried out by way of input symptoms that suffered by patients. Symptoms that are used as input is a scratchy, itchy location, number of lesions or spots, and an extensive history of itching or the number of infected person. The outcome of this process is the level of scabies from mild to severe

Abstract

Pilkada Serentak is a very important event for the future viability regions and countries. Through this election people can cast their vote and elect representatives of the people according to their choice. Public respond can be expressed through twitter social media. Using twitter social media sentiment analysis can then be made about the public response to the implementation of the election simultaneously. The classification process can be detected via text tweeted by twitter users. In this study, the classification of responses detected by text because it is easily obtained and applied. This study determined the classification of the response to the Indonesian language text and increase accuracy by using SVM.Tweet classification method used by the categorical approach is divided into two classes tweet basic level: positive and negative. Data collected from Indonesian twitter tweet as much as 3000. The labeling is not done manually but using clustering method that divides the 3000 data into two groups. Cluster 1 as a group of positive tweets and Cluster 2 as a negative group tweet.2700 for training data and 300 for the test data. The stage of pre-processing the data includetokenization, casenormalization, stop word detection, and stemming. The process of classification using Support Vector Machine (SVM). Accuracy of SVM showed the highest yield that is 91% compared to the k-means clustering with the results of 82%.

Abstract

Problems in the placement of the clock and the use of the computer lab this time wearing schedule which already available, but the use of spaces and their subjects will use laboratory space is not yet available on the schedule of lessons. This is a constraint in the use of computer lab room each day and happens constantly every day and every week. But yet the formation schedule use of a computer lab space evenly for classes which does require a competence in practice the subjects and rely solely on coming first entered in the computer lab. Scheduling the use of the computer lab is expected to obtain a schedule by the number of hours of instruction that are already defined and a timetable of the lessons taught are evenly distributed to every teacher lessons and students can be met to use the computer lab right on schedule in order not to occur collisions. In the fuzzy algorithm of evolution has several stages, among others: Represent chromosome, Initialize the population, Determining the function of Evaluation, doing the selection, Specify the Operator and include a combination of genetics, in the crossover and mutation.

Abstract

The necessity of trustworthy self-introduction is increasing for safey system.Biometric is a development of person basic identification using human natural characteristic, in this case is palm of hand.Palmprint biometric is choosen for it has a unique characterisctic including tangled lines (wrinkles features) and are stable. The main thing of this question is “what is my identity similar with the thing that I mention or guess?”.In this analysis, the writer chooses KNN method and extract of GLCM features to solve this research.The sequences of the reseacrh begin with a sample of palmprint, then it continues by changing the image of RGB to grayscale. The output of the prepocessing is extracted by using GLCM features.The next step is classifying between trained image and tested image using K-NN method. The result of the classification is measured based on level of its accuration and comparing the accuration result by changing directed corner to GLCM and total of K in K-NN.In the research, the sample used by amount of 103 images which consist of 78 palmprint image for trained image and 26 tested image on each respondents represented by 4 samples of palmprint. Then, the output of total accuration is amount 92,3%

Abstract

The technological advances in the world of information is growing very fast and demanding to stay one step ahead and follow the development of existing ones. We must strive to make innovations in the era of competition is growing rapidly. With all the advantages that exist on the computer is very important for companies or government agencies and the private sector who want to develop and use the power of technology to improve performance. In conducting the data processing activities in order to obtain optimal results. With tersajinya information quickly will speed up the decision-making process, so as to take advantage of the cost, time and energy more effectively and efficiently. In the village of Karang Anyar family card collection system is less accurate and there is a delay of data information. In the family card collection that became the problem is still a lot of people or applicants who still do not understand how the procedure or what is the procedure to be followed by a family card holders. Family card manufacturing process only takes place in the village environment only. Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology so rapidly trigger the emergence of new technologies, one of which is RFID. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a process of identifying the object or objects using radio transmission frequency. RFID is a new technology, and will continue to evolve in line with advances in integrated circuit technology, it can be ascertained that the RFID tag can be applied in various fields. RFID systems offer increased efficiency in controlling inventory control in the identification of objects. RFID can be used to store and receive data remotely using a device that RFID TAG (transponder). Many applications can utilize RFID systems, for example for indoor security systems, highways, libraries, class attendance, even as the identity of the student / students. Therefore, in this researchRaharja College presenting a Smartcard System Design using RFID as a device interface and ARDUINO UNO as a controller to be used as a door security system. With the presence of this system is expected to be a useful new innovation in Raharja College and can improve the shortcomings of existing systems and can provide maximum service to the whole personal raharja.

Abstract

Financing for business or consumption is one of the main purpose of a bank. BPR is mini part of Indonesian banking system that functions like conventional banks with limited or smaller role. BPR also finances for car loans. In practice, when administrative assessments for car loan applications are not met, subjective assessment is needed to further assess car loan applications. The purpose of this study is to develop decision support for the latter problem. This study employs AHP and TOPSIS as decision support method. 5C’s are used for assesment which results in highest preference in Character (0.36), followed by Capacity (0.28), Capital (0.19), Collateral (0.14), Condition (0.04). Fifteen sub criterias are also developed to further assess the loan and TOPSIS is used for alternative selection. The result of this study proves AHP and TOPSIS are reliable for supporting multi criteria decision making, especially in assessing and approving car credit loan at BPR Centradana Kapuas Pontianak.

Abstract

In general, the process of delivering food is still done traditionally, for example food vendors in the cafeteria by way of delivering food orders and bringing food using the hands of food vendors to the buyer's table. Food delivery is traditionally considered ineffective as food vendors have to walk back and forth to deliver food and leave other jobs. For that we need to designed a system of food delivery robot useful for the seller to help deliver food, The prototype design of food delivery robot using Arduino Mega microcontroller, the robot has a place to put food, and able to walk with the DC motor on the wheel. For movement of the robot body direction using a single servo motor and ethernet shield and TP-Link as a communication bridge between Web Browser with Arduino Mega. Web Browser has a function as a user interface that can be used by food vendors to control the robot. The existence of prototype food delivery robot is expected to help the activities of delivering food made by food vendors well so that food vendors can do other more mainstream jobs
