The School operational Assistance (BOS) is a government program for the provision of cost financing for basic education units as compulsory learning program executor. The particular purpose is to relieve the levy to relieve the burden of students. All schools are already listed in primary and secondary education principal data system. School is the most important element in determining the use of BOS funds because it is directly related to management. Based on the provisions applicable in the the Office of the BOS year 2012 BOS fund managed by the principal with the teacher or administrative personnel appointed as Treasurer. The current financial information on the world of education in which the data input collection is very complicated in the system of the process is very effective and efficient, in order to see data on the purchase or expense after that the Treasurer must Check back the statement of purchase and expense papers on the bank and all the reports of the paper have been made by the current Treasurer can be easily accessed by the leadership, one of which is presenting information using tables and in The workmanship system requires very high accuracy to ensure that any nominal information of money included in the table has to be ensured the truth is very less efficient. In order to facilitate the Treasurer in the recording of financial statements and leaders who perform a reduction in the information presented at SDN Sukanagara.

The development of cellular devices makes accessing information in the form of text or images more easier. In line with the growing field of computer vision, various processes in image/image processing continue to increase. Image processing can be done by increasing image quality (image enhancement) and image recovery (image restoration). Feature extraction is divided into three types, namely feature form extraction, texture feature extraction, and color feature extraction. The application of color-based feature extraction methods has been widely used by researchers in the process of classification of various objects. This paper aims to review the technology that can be applied to image processing in a CBIR system with the object of breast milk so that it can measure the quality of breast milk based on its color.

Property development companies that produce housing products, high rise dwellings, and office buildings generally have data on the quality of buildings, one of which is obtained during the defect inspection process between developers and consumers before handing over units. Recording data is generally still done manually using a form on a paper. For these conditions, researchers tried to build an application based on mobile apps to digitally record the defect checklist of the dwelling so that the data collected can be processed for the needs of analysis and development strategies. Difficulties encountered during the unit handover process using digital methods on the newly completed property, one of which is the quality of data and internet signals. Mobile apps certainly require a data signal connection to send data to the server. This Android-based mobile apps will implement SQLite technology which allows the recording of transactions to be done locally first, which can then be synchronized into the database server after getting the required internet data connection. SQLite was chosen because it has a relatively small library code unlike relational DBMS in general. SQLite is also easy to use without complex configurations. With the support of the ease of function of SQLite it also allows applications to be integrated with the property sales application system.

The rapid development of the computer world that brings every individual or group of people will use information and communication technology in every activity. Likewise in the world of education, including libraries that utilize information and communication technology in managing the process of borrowing and returning library books. The benefits of making a web-based library information system include being able to save time where there is no need for manual recording, making it easier to find book data or library members, making it easier in making book loan reports and other reports and other benefits. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The making of software is done by a waterfall model consisting of: (1) needs analysis, (2) design, (3) implementation, and (4) testing. Then UML visual modeling is used which is the standardization of modeling language for object-oriented software development. The expected results of this study produce a web-based library information system using the YII Framework with MVC (Model View Controller) method in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey that can solve existing problems. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to build a library information system in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey so that it can present accurate and efficient information. The purpose of this research is to produce a library information system.

Leaf Color Chart (LCC) is a measurement tool that can be used to measure the color intensity of rice leaves. The function of these measurements is to find out how many doses of fertilizer are needed by rice plants. However, readings made by human vision have a high level of subjectivity and risk of error. Therefore we need a method that can minimize errors and the level of subjectivity. One method that can be done is to classify the green color of rice leaves using LAB color space. Rice leaf image taken using a smartphone device is then extracted in RGB format. The color is then converted to LAB color space and then compared to the standard green color in the LCC. The comparison results are then used to classify the colors. The testing results show that the method has the value of accuracy, average precision, and average recall of 54.74%, 54.44%, and 51.16% respectively. Therefore the method can only classify correctly half of the data testing.

Decentralization gives authority to agencies / institutions / organizations in each province to plan the creation and development of applications tailored to their needs. Data related to the development is stored in each application of the organization which is periodically reported to the respective leader of government. The development data is very necessary for decision making in the next period development planning. Transparency and accountability are the absolute requirements for reporting development data, for that it is necessary to increase the speed and accuracy of data collection, so that progress in regional development can be monitored continuously and decision making can be carried out more quickly. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate applications from all applications found in agencies / institutions / organizations in each province. Application integration may use various technology such as : SOAP, REST, SSO, etc. This research is aimed at studying alternative E-Gov application integration architecture that could be implemented in several government agencies / institutions / organizations. Qualitative methods are used in this study, namely by studying some related literatures to obtain alternative architectures and then create new architecture and design. With the existence of an alternative integration architectures, it is expected to facilitate the design of application integration in more detail.

Agricultural technology is developing in line with discoveries in soil science and plant nutrition. This technology enables increased tonnage of yields at lower costs. But unfortunately, this useful technological development cannot be directly applied by farmers due to the slow transformation of information to farmers. One thing that can be done is to create an appropriate agricultural technology information service website. For the information presented to suit the farmers' needs and easy for them to understand, a user interface design process is needed that involves the farmer directly. So this study uses Design Sprint as an approach to design and validate the user interface. This research succeeded in making a website template design and has been validated with a grade of 3.6 from a scale of 5. The grade is included in the category of very good and suitable for use as an educational medium.

Seaweed is one of the main superior commodities in the City of Tarakan. The problem often faced in the field is that the increase in production is not proportional to the price of seaweed that fluctuates every month from year to year, making it difficult for collectors to determine the price of seaweed for sale. Price increases caused by various factors such as the drying process, long marketing chains, and increasing demand from domestic companies. In determining the price of seaweed in the future some approach is needed to predict or predict the price of seaweed in the following month. Forecasting (forecast) is an activity or business that knows the events that will occur at that time will use historical data. Prediction methods used in this study are Simple Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing, these two methods will be guided to find out the most appropriate method used in predicting. Based on the minimum error value calculated using the values of MAD, MSE, MFE, MAPE and CFE, it is found that the Simple moving average forecasting method is considered the best method that can be used to forecast seaweed prices.

In the era of digital information, especially in the field of education, online learning methods are currently developing rapidly in the learning and teaching process. The aim of this project is to provide a uniform and consistent user interface in the new learning management system (LMS) for students and faculties and to promote super users who will assist the faculty in a smooth transition from. The curriculum template is provided in the LMS for online learning processes or called e-Learning and has various training opportunities with super users that are interactive so that online learning will be effective and quality. (57%) report results from faculty feeling competent or very competent (36%) in their ability to use. Canvas ™ LMS after project implementation; There are several survey comments reflecting a positive response to the transition to Canvas ™. This project produces quality, student-centered online learning. Where is in accordance with the standardized template framework.
