Abstract

Virus covid-19 memaksa tiap industri, perkantoran, dan institusi untuk mulai adaptasi dalam kegiatannya, salah satunya adalah bekerja dari rumah. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan termasuk karyawan UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sebaran jurnal yang membahas kinerja karyawan UMKM dimasa pandemic covid-19, untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan UMKM dimasa pandemic covid-19 dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan UMKM dimasa pandemic covid-19. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Sistematic Literature Review. Unit analis pada penelitian ini adalah tujuh artikel jurnal yang membahas tentang kinerja UMKM di masa pandemic Covid-19. Artikel yang dipilih melalui serangkaian kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dimasa pandemi Covid-19 tetap baik terjadi pada penelitian di UMKM yang ada di Jakarta,Tangerang dan Aceh. Sedangkan kinerja karyawan dimasa pandemic covid-19 masuk kategori cukup terjadi pada penelitian di wilayah Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sedangkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan kinerja UMKM yang negative terjadi pada penelitian di wilayah Tegal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of occupational health and safety, compensation and work discipline on the performance of health workers in RSUD Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo the city of Mojokerto. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to 71 health workers as respondents. The analyzer uses Multiple Linear Regression. From the results of the analysis it was found that OSH and work discipline contributed to changes in the performance of health workers. However, compensation has no significant effect on the performance of health workers.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has an important role in organizational effectiveness because basically OCB attitudes can improve organizational performance. This study aims to determine and test the bigative personality effect on performance with OCB as a mediating variable in nurses at RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data in the form of questionnaire answers from 155 respondents. The analysis tool uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis. The results of the analysis show that the big five personality dimensions, namely extraversion, acceptance, conscientiousness, oneuroticism and openness to experience have a positive and significant effect on OCB; the dimensions of extraversion, conscientiousness and openness to experience have a positive and significant effect on performance, while the dimensions of agreeableness and neuroticism have no effect on performance; OCB has a positive and significant influence on performance; and OCB were able to mediate the effect of agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness to experience on performance, and OCB could not mediate the effect of extraversion and neuroticism on performance.

Abstract

West Sumatra has a number of MSMEs that tend to increase every year. However, these MSMEs are still lacking confidence because of the limitations they have, such as difficulties in funding, lack of technological tools to support operational activities, and lack of knowledge in the scope of business strategy. This research is a type of empirical research in the form of a literature study originating from five previous studies. The keywords used in the selection of articles were: 1) 2019-2020 criteria, 2) discussing MSMEs, 3) using the Resource-Based View (RBV) strategy, 4) using the VRIO theory (valuable, rare, inimitable, organization). From the research results, it was found that RBV with VRIO analysis contributed positively to MSMEs in gaining competitive advantage. Valuable, rare, imitability and organization are internal assets or resources owned by tangible and intangible MSMEs. VRIO optimally contributes to competitive advantage if applied together to strengthen one another.

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between information systems, logistics performance, and customer satisfaction. The object of this research study is the J&T logistics company, which has an extensive network in Indonesia and uses the latest information system as a web-based application. The population of this study was J&T logistics service customers in Cilegon, and the sample was 95 people. The data used is primary data processed using the SPSS application. The research results show that the information system does not affect customer satisfaction. However, J&T's logistics performance has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze trust and information technology's influence on Tempe Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) supply chain performance in Banten Province. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all Tempe MSMEs in Banten. The sample in this study was 64 tempe MSMEs located in 8 (eight) districts/cities. Sampling was taken using stratified random sampling, namely 8 (eight) respondents in each district/city. The data is primarily obtained through a questionnaire and then processed using the SmartPLS 4 tool. The research results show that trust and information technology has proven to influence the supply chain performance of tempeh MSMEs in Banten. High trust between business partners in the supply chain provides benefits in the form of better collaboration, effective communication, and more excellent reliability in meeting customer needs and demands. The use of sophisticated information technology allows MSMEs to speed up business processes, increase data accuracy, optimize coordination with business partners, and increase responsiveness to changes in market demand.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of income, tax literacy, use of tax applications, taxpayer awareness on MSME taxpayer compliance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is MSME Taxpayers in the KPP Pratama Pondok Aren Area. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data used is primary data taken from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis used in this research used SmartPLS Version 3.0 software. The results of this research show that the influence of income, tax literacy, use of tax applications and taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant influence on MSME taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Pondok Aren.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between tax compliance behaviour based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the sustainability of SME businesses. Data collection used a survey method of 107 SMEs with various business fields on the islands of Java and Bali and met the criteria as SME taxpayers based on Government Regulation No. 55 of 2022. This research uses primary data collected through questionnaires given to SME respondents offline and online. Data analysis was carried out using the Spearman rank Correlation Coefficient test to test the research hypothesis. The results of this research show that: 1) understanding of taxation, trust in the government, and intention have a positive relationship with SME taxpayer compliance; 2) there is no significant relationship between obstacles and SME taxpayer compliance; 3) there is a relationship between understanding taxation and trust in the government; 4) trust in the government and obstacles, as well as understanding that taxation and obstacles do not interact with each other; 5) there is a significant relationship between understanding taxation, trust in the government, and tax compliance behaviour of SMEs on the sustainability of SME businesses; and 6) obstacles have no relationship to the sustainability of SME businesses.

Abstract

In the digital era, the beauty industry has experienced rapid growth driven by technological advancements and shifting consumer behavior. The omnichannel strategy has emerged as a key approach in beauty retail to create an integrated shopping experience and enhance customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the impact of omnichannel strategy, relationship marketing, and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty in Indonesia’s omnichannel beauty retail. A quantitative approach with explanatory research design was employed. Data was collected from 191 respondents who are customers of omnichannel beauty retailers using a questionnaire analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that the omnichannel strategy, relationship marketing, and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, customer loyalty is primarily driven by customer satisfaction, with omnichannel strategy and relationship marketing as supporting factors. These findings provide practical implications for business practitioners in designing more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on cash reserves in Indonesian manufacturing companies. The research assesses cash levels before, during, and after the pandemic, and identifies key factors influencing cash holdings. Data from publicly listed manufacturing companies in Indonesia were analyzed, focusing on financial metrics such as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA), sales volatility, and net working capital. The findings reveal significant differences in cash, EBITDA, and sales volatility between the pre-crisis (2018-2019) and crisis periods horizons I (2020-2021) and II (2022). The primary determinants of cash holdings were found to be sensitivity of cash flow, capital expenditure, cash flow volatility, net working capital, and debt levels. These factors are crucial in understanding the impact of the pandemic on cash management in Indonesian manufacturing companies.
