Abstract

The transition to flexible work arrangements during the Covid-19 pandemic has changed employees work dynamics, influencing their well-being, family roles, and job performance. This research investigates the relationship between flextime and employees' performance through the mediating roles of mental health and family interference with work. Using the PLS-SEM approach, data collected from 413 employees in Indonesia working under the flexible work arrangement during the pandemic are analyzed. Results indicated that flextime has a positive effect on mental health and family interference with work. Moreover, enhanced mental health can improve task performance, while family interference with work negatively affects task performance. Additionally, the results show that flextime has an indirect impact on employee task performance through the mediation of mental health and work-family conflict. Given the evolving post-pandemic environment, companies may respond by creating flexible work policies that balance employees' personal and professional obligations.

Abstract

Kopi Arabika memegang peranan penting di Kota Bogor dengan tren konsumsi yang terus meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi konsumen terhadap rasa, aroma, dan harga, serta preferensi frekuensi konsumsi dan tempat pembelian (variabel bebas) terhadap permintaan kopi Arabika (variabel terikat). Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 100 responden konsumen kopi Arabika di Bogor. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi positif terhadap rasa dan aroma kopi, frekuensi konsumsi yang tinggi, serta preferensi membeli di tempat yang nyaman meningkatkan permintaan kopi Arabika. Sebaliknya, harga tidak menjadi faktor utama dalam keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas rasa dan aroma serta pengalaman sosial saat membeli kopi lebih berperan dibanding harga. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pelaku usaha dan pemangku kepentingan untuk fokus meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pengalaman konsumen dalam pemasaran kopi Arabika di Kota Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of technical quality, procedural quality, infrastructural quality, interactional quality, personnel quality, and social support quality on patient satisfaction, as well as the influence of patient satisfaction on behavioral intention among inpatients at Mayapada Hospital Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach involving 240 inpatients. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 through validity, reliability, normality tests, and linear regression analysis. The results show that technical quality, procedural quality, infrastructural quality, interactional quality, and personnel quality have a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction. Meanwhile, social support quality does not have a significant effect on patient satisfaction. Additionally, patient satisfaction has a significant positive influence on behavioral intention. These findings highlight the importance of improving the dimensions of technical service quality, procedural efficiency, facility infrastructure, interpersonal interaction, and healthcare personnel quality to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty. This research is expected to contribute to the development of hospital service improvement strategies and enrich the academic literature in the field of healthcare service management.

Abstract

The imbalance between the number of job seekers and available employment opportunities is a major cause of unemployment in Indonesia. Many university graduates aim to work in companies, yet the misalignment between higher education and labor market demands hinders graduate absorption into the industry. To address this, universities have introduced initiatives to enhance entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, aiming to foster students' interest in entrepreneurship. This study investigates the influence of personal abilities and family support on entrepreneurial interest, and examines the moderating role of e-commerce. The study involved 94 respondents, selected using the Slovin formula, from a population of students who had completed entrepreneurship and creative economy courses. The results indicate that personal abilities, family support, and e-commerce significantly affect entrepreneurial interest. Furthermore, e-commerce does not moderate the effect of personal abilities on entrepreneurial interest but does strengthen the influence of family support. These findings highlight the importance of both individual and contextual factors in shaping students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy, adaptability, and self-efficacy on Generation Z's work readiness, while also comparing the effects between senior high school students and college/diploma students. A quantitative approach was applied using an associative-comparative method. The population included high school and university students in the Pekalongan region, with a total of 200 respondents selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected via a questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the impact of each independent variable on work readiness, while an independent samples t-test was conducted to examine differences between the two groups. The findings indicate that digital literacy and self-efficacy significantly and positively affect work readiness, whereas adaptability does not show a significant impact. Moreover, the comparison test revealed that university students demonstrate higher levels of work readiness, digital literacy, and self-efficacy than high school students. However, no significant difference was found in adaptability. These results highlight the importance of enhancing digital literacy and self-efficacy from secondary education levels to improve Generation Z's readiness for employment.

Abstract

Digital transformation has encouraged Generation Z to utilize TikTok as a strategic medium to build authentic personal branding to support career opportunities. This study aims to explore how Generation Z leverages TikTok as a medium for personal branding that can support long-term career. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, data collected through content observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity ensured through source and method triangulation. The key informant in this study was Shelma Ayu Desearsa (@Shelmadess) a content creator from Gresik who is active on TikTok with a focus on bodycare, education, and motivation content. The results showed that strategies such as niche selection, content authenticity, and visual consistency play a role in forming a strong professional image. High engagement, trend adaptation, and audience interaction also strengthen the success of personal branding. Credibility and value congruence with the brand open up opportunities for professional cooperation and support career development as a content creator. Sustainable personal branding is a strategic asset in the digital era. TikTok proves to be a potential space for Generation Z in building professional identity and expanding career opportunities.

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of PT. Sayap Mas Nusantara, a tobacco manufacturing company in Malang Regency, which has experienced rapid growth by implementing a hybrid management model that combines labor-intensive and capital-intensive approaches. On one hand, the company utilizes advanced machine technology to achieve significant production volume, while on the other hand, it maintains labor-intensive characteristics. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the operational performance of PT. Sayap Mas Nusantara, focusing on the analysis of the business plan and the effectiveness of the established network in supporting overall business performance improvement. The research adopts a descriptive approach with a qualitative design, allowing for an in-depth exploration of the company's internal dynamics and external interactions influencing its operations. The results indicate that the established network has effectively contributed to improving business operations. Furthermore, the operational design of PT. Sayap Mas Nusantara aligns with the expectations of the company and its stakeholders in achieving strategic goals, reflected in the optimization of the business concept and the formation of a network that supports smooth operational processes. The study suggests that the company should continue to maintain synergy between technology and labor to achieve greater operational efficiency.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by CV Insan Berkarya in increasing the sales of household health products. Using a descriptive approach with a survey method, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the SWOT method. The results show that CV Insan Berkarya's strengths lie in providing quality products, affordable prices, good service, and a strategic location. However, its weaknesses include a lack of brand positioning and limited promotion. Externally, the company faces threats from competitors offering competitive prices and superior services, but also has opportunities to retain and attract customers through good relationships. It is recommended that the company improve brand positioning, implement intensive promotion, introduce product variations, and enhance service quality and customer relations. This research provides insights for SMEs to develop marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and sales in a competitive market.

Abstract

People's interest in culinary tourism influences their preferences. Travelers not only think about good places to visit, but they also think about what food can be enjoyed with uniqueness and comfort. The purpose of the study is to determine and explain the effect of Innovation, Relative Attractiveness, Trust and Relationship Quality on Repurchase Intention. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were smoked fish customers and a sample of 120 respondents. The test tool used multiple linear regression, T Test and Test The results of the study showed that together, Innovation, Relative Attractiveness, Trust and Relationship Quality have a significant effect on the Repurchase Intention variable, while partially Innovation, Relative Attractiveness, and Relationship Quality have a significant effect on Repurchase Intention with Relative Attractiveness being a variable that has a more dominant effect on Repurchase Intention. This is because the appeal of Kedungboto Smoked Fish Market products with low prices and good quality attracts customers to buy Kedungboto Smoked Fish Market products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of innovative business strategies and cooperative performance on the well-being of members. The research uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 120 female cooperative members in Malang City. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The analysis tools employed are multiple linear regression, F-test, and T-test. The results show that innovative business strategies implemented by cooperatives, particularly through visionary and responsive leadership, significantly influence the improvement of members' well-being, including increased income, Net-Profit Distribution, and financial access, as well as improvements in health and nutrition. Therefore, it is recommended that women's cooperatives in Malang strengthen innovative leadership, manage finances transparently, innovate in financial services, and introduce health programs to enhance member well-being and support the sustainability of the cooperative.
