Abstract

PT Jaringan Sarana Nusantara an internet service provider, still uses a manual process to manage it’s paymaent system leading to problen such as recording errors and difficulties in tracking paymen history and status. Abstract

The purchasing information system at PT. Komindo Bizolusi still has limitations, as it only functions as a transaction input medium without supplier data analysis and process automation. Supplier selection is also conducted subjectively without a systematic approach. This study aims to design a web-based purchasing information system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to support supplier selection decisions. The research methods include observation, interviews, and literature study, with system development using the Waterfall method and UML design. The system is built using Laravel and MySQL and tested using Black Box Testing. The results show that the system produces consistent weighting with a value of 0.0760 (<0.1) and provides objective supplier rankings.

Abstract

Avocado (Persea americana) is a horticultural commodity with high economic value but is climacteric, so the ripening process occurs quickly after harvest. Determining the ripeness level is still done conventionally (visually and manually) often results in subjective assessments and damages the fruit. This study aims to develop a non-destructive avocado ripeness identification system (unripe, ripe, and overripe) using the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) algorithm. The input parameters used are based on the Red-Green-Blue (RGB) color features and Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) texture features extracted from digital images of avocados. The test results show that the combination of the ANFIS network architecture with a Gaussian membership function is able to recognize the ripeness level of avocados with an accuracy of up to 93.3% on the test data. This system is expected to be a technological solution for farmers and distributors in the process of sorting fruit objectively and quickly.

Abstract

The process of applying for employee free parking facilities at A Mall is still conducted manually, leading to delays in approval, data recording errors, and limitations in real-time status monitoring. This study aims to optimize the management of employee free parking applications through an integrated web-based information system. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system modeling, implemented using PHP and MySQL, and tested using black box testing. The testing results indicate that the system is able to accelerate the application processing time from an average of 2 days to less than 1 day and reduce data recording errors by up to 85% through the automation of submission and validation processes. Therefore, the developed system is effective in improving administrative efficiency, data accuracy, and centralized monitoring of employee free parking applications.

Abstract

In general, people do not have information in choosing the type of truck based on the load requirements and the type of goods to be transported when renting a truck. The high risk of accidents usually occurs due to overcapacity, vehicle mismatch with needs. Precisely determining the type of logistics fleet can now be accommodated through a web-based recommendation system equipped with a direct booking module. Through this platform, users can specify vehicles specifically based on load parameters, such as weight capacity and commodity category. In its development, the Waterfall methodology was systematically applied, encompassing the stages of needs analysis, system design, program code writing, testing, and periodic maintenance. The accuracy of this system was evaluated using the Cosine Similarity algorithm . Based on the trial results, the system successfully produced a very high level of recommendation similarity, with a coefficient value reaching 0.9487. The implementation of this technology has proven to be able to optimize the accuracy of fleet selection, reduce rental process time, and minimize security risks during the logistics distribution process

Abstract

PT Usimpel Inovasi Indonesia is a broadband internet service provider that still faces challenges in Supply Chain Management (SCM) due to the absence of an integrated system. Item requests are conducted via email without internal documentation, procurement is handled manually, and inventory management relies on spreadsheets, which are prone to errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Supply Chain Management information system to improve efficiency and data accuracy. The research methods include observation, interviews, and literature study. The system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database and is modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Additionally, the system applies Reorder Point (ROP) and safety stock methods to support inventory control. The result of this study is a web-based information system capable of managing request, procurement, payment, and reporting processes in an integrated manner. Black Box testing shows that the system functions as expected. This system is expected to enhance SCM management effectiveness and reduce data recording errors

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengklasifikasikan kualitas jawaban debat politik menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes berbasis Prinsip Kerja Sama Grice. Data diperoleh dari transkrip debat pasangan calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Bima Tahun 2024 yang dikembangkan menjadi 500 data teks dan diberi label ke dalam tiga kategori, yaitu Relevan, Menghindar, dan Tidak Relevan. Tahapan penelitian meliputi preprocessing teks, yaitu case folding, cleaning, stopword removal, dan stemming menggunakan Sastrawi, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan ekstraksi fitur menggunakan Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). Proses klasifikasi dilakukan menggunakan algoritma Multinomial Naive Bayes dengan pembagian data 80% sebagai data latih dan 20% sebagai data uji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model menghasilkan 1.207 fitur TF-IDF dan mencapai akurasi sebesar 79,00%, precision 71,76%, recall 79,00%, serta F1-score 73,00%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode Naive Bayes mampu mengidentifikasi pola kebahasaan yang berkaitan dengan kepatuhan maupun pelanggaran terhadap maksim percakapan Grice. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan machine learning dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu objektif untuk mengevaluasi kualitas komunikasi politik yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi mendorong meningkatnya kebutuhan terhadap layanan internet yang cepat, stabil, dan mampu menjangkau berbagai wilayah. Selain jaringan seluler, layanan broadband berbasis satelit Low Earth Orbit (LEO) mulai digunakan sebagai alternatif akses internet di wilayah dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur jaringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan kinerja Quality of Service (QoS) layanan broadband satelit LEO menggunakan Starlink dengan jaringan seluler di Kabupaten Madiun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif eksperimental melalui pengukuran langsung pada beberapa lokasi pengujian yang merepresentasikan wilayah perkotaan, semi-urban, dan pedesaan. Parameter QoS yang dianalisis meliputi bandwidth, throughput, delay, jitter, dan packet loss berdasarkan standar TIPHON. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jaringan seluler memiliki performa lebih baik pada parameter throughput, bandwidth, dan delay di wilayah dengan kualitas sinyal yang baik, sedangkan layanan satelit LEO unggul dalam cakupan jaringan dan kestabilan akses pada wilayah dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur seluler. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pemilihan teknologi akses internet sesuai kondisi wilayah dan kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of WiFi networks at SMKN Manonjaya using Quality of Service parameters including throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, documentation, and network testing in several areas such as classrooms, canteens, and laboratories. The measurement results show that network quality is strongly influenced by the level of network usage. In the Ringnet network during break time, throughput is low while delay and jitter are high, whereas during learning activities throughput increases with lower delay and jitter values. Meanwhile, the Aula network shows fairly good throughput but relatively high packet loss. The results indicate that the main factors affecting network quality include the number of users, bandwidth capacity, and distribution of network devices. Therefore, optimization of bandwidth management, addition of access points, and improvement of network monitoring and maintenance are required to achieve a more stable, evenly distributed, and optimal network service to support digital learning activities.

Abstract

PT. Coway International Indonesia faces operational constraints in managing customer complaints, which are still handled manually through social media and Excel spreadsheets. This conventional process is prone to data input errors, delays information delivery to technicians, and lacks transparency for customers. This study aims to design and develop a web-based after-sales customer service information system to integrate the workflow digitally. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, implemented with the Laravel framework, and supported by a MySQL database. The developed platform provides specific functionalities, including ticket submission and real-time status tracking for customers, validation by customer service, technician scheduling by staff, and maintenance report inputs by field technicians. The system was validated using Black Box Testing. The results indicate that the system successfully eliminates data redundancy, accelerates response times, and significantly improves the operational efficiency of the company's after-sales services.
