Abstract

Currently, the customer service process in the Service and Support Department of PT X is still carried out semi-manually through email, telephone, and instant messaging. This condition causes report recording to be less structured, increases the risk of data loss, slows complaint handling, and reduces transparency in ticket resolution status. As a result, operational efficiency decreases and customer satisfaction with the service becomes less optimal for the company. This research develops an Android-based support service ticketing application integrated with cloud-based data storage and real-time notifications. The system applies the Naive Bayes method to classify ticket priority levels based on complaint descriptions, Priority Queue to manage service queues according to urgency, and Load Balancing to distribute technician tasks evenly based on workload. The development method used is Agile Software Development with a Scrum approach through planning, development, testing, and continuous evaluation stages in each sprint. The results show that the system can improve service efficiency by 35%, accelerate technician response by 40%, reduce the risk of data loss by up to 90%, and achieve a user satisfaction level of 88% based on UserAcceptance Test (UAT) results. This system also improves service transparency, real-time ticket monitoring, and service management decision making.

Abstract

The Medication pickup process at RSU Cahaya Medika is still manual, causing delays, queues, and data errors. This study aims to implement a web-based information system to improve pharmacy service efficiency and accuracy. The system was developed using the waterfall model with PHP, MySQL, and Framework. It helps manage prescriptions, medication status, and reports in an integrated way. The result show that the system speeds up services, reduces errors, and provides clear information to patients. It is expected to enhance the performance of the hospital pharmacy.

Abstract

There are many aspects that must be considered, ranging from academic grades, family economic conditions, to student activity in the organization. When all of this is assessed without a structured approach, the results can feel less consistent. From there, there is a need to use a more systematic method, one of which is the Analytic Hierarchy Process or AHP, which in this study is used to help determine the priorities of scholarship recipients more rationally. The approach used is quantitative, with a multi-criteria decision-making framework. The data was collected through direct observation in the campus environment, then deepened with a paired comparison questionnaire filled out by parties involved in the selection process. After that, the analysis is carried out gradually. Starting from compiling a decision hierarchy, then calculating the priority weight using eigenvectors, to finally checking the consistency of the assessment through the Consistency Ratio. In this part, there are sometimes small doubts about whether all the assessments are really stable, but that's what makes the process feel more controlled. The results obtained show something quite interesting. Academic achievement turned out to be the most dominant criterion compared to others, and directly affected the final results of the selection. From the AHP calculation, one candidate emerged with the highest score of 0.6127, which placed him as the most deserving scholarship recipient.

Abstract

User satisfaction is a feeling that arises from comparing the performance of a service with the expectations held by its users. In the context of the BRImo application, user satisfaction can be assessed through the efficiency of opening a savings account digitally. However, mobile banking services still face several challenges, including connection disruptions and transaction failures caused by system errors, which may reduce customer trust. This study employs the PIECES Framework, consisting of six variables: Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service, to evaluate the system comprehensively and systematically. This method enables the identification of strengths and areas requiring improvement to ensure the system effectively meets user needs. The results indicate average scores of 4.7 for Performance, 4.411 for Information, 3.658 for Economics, 4.6 for Control and Security, 4.416 for Efficiency, and 4.272 for Service. Based on these findings, the level of user satisfaction with the BRImo application falls within the satisfied category, indicating that the application provides high-quality services and is capable of meeting or even exceeding user expectations in supporting digital banking activities.

Abstract

Meetings are an activity carried out by a group of elite businesspeople to plan business steps for the company's progress to overcome business obstacles and achieve significant profits. However, sometimes holding offline meetings is still hampered by the lack of rooms that do not match the desired number and conditions. The main factors that become obstacles are the lack of information on the availability of meeting rooms from several vendor options in strategic locations and difficulties in the manual reservation process. The purpose of this research is to conduct a project management engineering application for meeting room reservations to help elite businesspeople find meeting rooms that meet their criteria by involving several vendors in strategic locations. The software engineering method used is waterfall, which consists of the stages of requirements, system analysis, design, implementation, testing and debugging of the application to be developed. The expected result of this research is a project management design in the development of a website-based meeting room application that can help elite businesspeople in finding meeting rooms that meet their criteria so that their business can run smoothly.

Abstract

The rapid development of financial technology in Indonesia has encouraged finance companies to adopt mobile-based services. PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance provides Kreditplus Mobile to facilitate customer financial transactions. However, the number of users remains relatively low compared to the total customer base and competitors. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward using on the acceptance of Kreditplus Mobile using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research applied a quantitative explanatory method by distributing questionnaires to 100 users selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The results indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward using have a positive and significant effect on application acceptance, both partially and simultaneously. Attitude toward using shows the strongest influence on acceptance. The findings suggest that improving service quality and enhancing application features can increase user acceptance and transaction efficiency

Abstract

MR. OKY & Partners Law Office faces challenges in managing legal consultation services, as processes such as client data recording, document management, and consultation scheduling are still handled manually. This results in less effective and efficient services and potential data security risks. This study aims to design and develop a web-based legal consultation information system to improve service quality. The research methods include observation, interviews, and literature study, with system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system is implemented using PHP and MySQL and tested using Black Box Testing. The results show that the system improves data management efficiency, accelerates document retrieval, and enhances service effectiveness.
