Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence Trust and Price have on Purchasing Decisions through Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi. By distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. The data analysis methods used are Outer Model analysis, Avarage Variance Extracted (AVE), Reliability Research, and Inner Model (Structural Model) testing using Smart PLS 3. Data collection methods are through surveys and distributing questionnaires to consumers as respondents. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between Price on Customer Satisfaction at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi, there is a positive and insignificant influence between Price on Purchasing Decisions at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi, there is a positive and significant influence between Trust and Customer Satisfaction at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi, there is a positive and insignificant influence between Trust on Purchasing Decisions at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi, there is a positive and significant influence between Customer Satisfaction on Purchasing Decisions at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi, Price mediates the Purchasing Decision through Customer Satisfaction at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi, Trust mediates Purchase Decisions through Customer Satisfaction at Usaha Jaya Perabot in Bukittinggi.

Abstract

In fact, there are problems that result in a low understanding of the concept of employees at PT Infomedia Nusantara, especially in terms of personal data protection. This is because the approach in delivering material is still too dominated by the Team Leader and the lack of tools for delivering material. So that the ability to think holistically (overall), creatively, objectively and logically cannot be developed. This study aims to design a Visual Novel Game Media for the delivery of Personal Data Protection material to Increase PT Infomedia Nusantara Employees' Conceptual Understanding. The development model used in this research is MDLC (Multimedia Development Live Cycle). With the research design Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results obtained from this study are: 1) The results of increasing employee understanding based on the gain test show that the gain value for the control class is 0,58 and that for the experimental class is 0,71; 2) Employee responses to visual novel game media in the delivery of Personal Data Protection material resulted in an overall average percentage of 91.50% in the "Very Good" category. The conclusion is that the visual novel game media in the delivery of Personal Data Protection material to increase employee conceptual understanding has been developed to be suitable for use as well as to increase employee conceptual understanding.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and attempt to analyze the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee performance with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ) IV Koto, Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are employees of PT. Bhakti Valley Plantation. The research results found that there is an influence between the work environment and employee job satisfaction. There is no influence between Job Stress and Employee Job Satisfaction. There is no influence between the Work Environment and Employee Performance. There is no influence between Job Stress on Employee Performance. There is an influence between Employee Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. Employee Job Satisfaction mediates the Work Environment on Employee Performance. Employee Job Satisfaction does not mediate Job Stress on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of price, promotion and perceived convenience on the decision to purchase mobile legend diamonds on the Codashop website. The analysis method in this research uses quantitative primary data, the test stages carried out are: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The data used in this research used a questionnaire instrument and valid data which was collected from 100 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research is through a questionnaire. The testing tool used is SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that partially the variable Price (X1) has a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, Promotion (X2) has a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and Perceived Convenience (X3) has a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that partially price, promotion and perceived convenience have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneous calculations obtained a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that price, promotion and perceived convenience together (simultaneously) have a positive influence on the decision to purchase Diamond Mobile Legend on the Codashop website.

Abstract

UD Bless is an entity that runs a mujair fish farming business. The fish farming process starts from nursery or spawning, hatchery, enlargement until the fish is ready to be harvested/sold. This business is located in Eris Village, Eris District. In running its business, UD. Bless has not carried out financial management in accordance with applicable standards due to limited knowledge or understanding of proper financial management. The purpose of this research is to compile UD's financial statements. Bless in accordance with SAK EMKM. This research was conducted at UD. Bless. Research data obtained from primary and secondary sources. The analysis tool used is descriptive analysis. The findings obtained after conducting research are UD. Bless has not prepared financial reports and still conducts simple financial records. The financial statements made by researchers for UD. Bless in accordance with SAK EMKM which consists of Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, and Notes to Financial Statements. Researchers recommend to UD. Bless in order to use the financial statements that have been made as guidelines for the preparation of financial statements in the following periods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer experience in buying tickets for the Coldplay Concert in Indonesia using sentiment analysis and topic modelling. Data is collected from online customer reviews about concert ticket purchases via social media platforms such as Twitter. The stages of the research include data collection, data labelling, data pre-processing, topic modelling using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), sentiment analysis, and interpretation of the results. The results of the sentiment analysis show that most reviews are positive, with customers expressing satisfaction with the ticket-buying process, experience at the concert, Coldplay's performance, and customer service. Several primary topics frequently appearing in reviews have been identified through topic modelling, including ticket-buying, concert experience, ticket prices, customer service, concert performance, concert location, togetherness with fans, accessibility, concert facilities, and supporting events. The interpretation of each topic provides insight into customer preferences and expectations. Recommendations for concert organizers include improving customer service, ensuring performance quality, choosing a convenient concert location, and paying attention to accessibility and the atmosphere around the concert venue. This research provides an in-depth understanding of customer experience and can serve as a guide for concert organizers to improve customer experience in the future.

Abstract

Citra Utama Store is a retail and wholesale business aimed at meeting the needs of local residents for their daily household shopping. The problem lies in the difficulty of identifying consumer shopping trends for products in the store, and the inefficiency of the stock placement system. In a competitive business environment, it is crucial for us to obtain information that can help develop our business. One source of such information is the sales transaction history. Using data mining with the apriori algorithm and association rule, we can extract sales transaction data to derive information that can be used to identify frequent itemset combinations, which can then be analyzed to determine products frequently sold together, the most popular items, and customer preferences. The analysis of association rules formed from the apriori algorithm calculation yielded the highest itemset combination pattern, namely EGGS → AQUA GLN, with a support value of 2.84% and a confidence value of 34.13%. By setting minimum support >1.5% and minimum confidence >30%, this research can assist the store in devising sales strategies and managing stock inventory, and uncover association rules that can be used as purchasing patterns by consumers

Abstract

The Java-based Point of Sale (POS) application system was created to increase operational efficiency and transaction accuracy at Naila Cookies Shop. This system automates sales processes, inventory management, and financial reporting, aiming to speed up the checkout process, minimize errors, and provide real-time sales data. Utilizing Java as the main programming language with an object-oriented approach ensures scalability and ease of maintenance. Additionally, the system has a user-friendly interface to facilitate fast and efficient transactions for store staff. Testing shows important improvements in transaction speed and accuracy, potentially reducing long-term operational costs. These findings show the positive impact of the appropriate use of information technology on retail store operations.

Abstract

Tax revenue can be optimized when taxpayers comply with tax regulations. The government is taking various initiatives to make it easier for taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations, including the use of electronic tax payment systems. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of attitude toward electronic taxation, adoption of electronic taxation, and isomorphism intensity on tax compliance. The research sample consists of SME taxpayers in Magelang. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results indicate that attitude toward electronic taxation has a positive but not significant impact on tax compliance. On the other hand, the introduction of electronic tax payment system and isomorphic intensity affect tax compliance. This study contributes to the literature on electronic tax systems and tax compliance.
