Abstract

Abstrak - Pengadilan Militer I-01 Banda Aceh menerima tamu setiap harinya yang dibagi menjadi 2 kategori yaitu tamu sidang perkara dan non sidang perkara, sehingga petugas wajib mengolah data tamu. Laporan tamu non sidang ini dibuat untuk mengetahui jumlah orang yang hadir pada kantor pengadilan militer I-01 Banda Aceh sedangkan Laporan tamu sidang perkara yang diberikan bersifat laporan harian yang diberikan kepada kepala pegawai / hakim untuk mengetahui tamu sidang yang hadir apakah sudah sesuai agar sidang dapat dimulai pada kantor pengadilan militer I-01 Banda Aceh. Selama ini pihak pengadilan militer melakukan pengolahan data masih mengunakan cara manual yaitu berupa data yang ditulis kedalam buku tamu yang nantinya petugas memberi kabar kepada Kepala Pengadilan militer I-01 Banda Aceh apakah tamu sudah hadir sesuai syarat memulai sebuah sidang.. Tidak jarang hakim harus bertanya kepada petugas dikarenakan menerima info yang sedikit terlambat karena menunggu laporan dari petugas di kantor pengadilan militer I-01 Banda Aceh. Sistem informasi pendataan buku tamu sidang perkara dan non sidang yang mana dilakukan dengan lebih efisien, sehingga petugas dapat menentukan persidangan yang lebih penting diutamakan terkait syarat tamu sidang yang lengkap tanpa harus mencari lembaran dalam buku tamu, juga lebih bersih tidak ada coretan, lebih aman tidak ada yang tercecer, dan data tersimpan lebih aman jika dibandingkan dengan buku.. Sistem pendataan buku tamu sidang perkara dan non sidang, melibatkan 3 (tiga) user yaitu admin, petugas, dan pengunjung tamu. Yang mana pengunjung akan menginput data pengunjung sebagai tamu yang menjadi kewajiban, lalu petugas akan mengecek kembali dan admin melakukan approval terhadap data tamu tersebut, nantinya kepala/hakim akan mendapatkan informasi apakah tamu sidang sudah lengkap untuk memulai persidangan. Hasil penelitian ini mampu mempermudah pihak pengadilan militer I-01 Banda Aceh dalam hal melakukan pendataan buku tamu dengan lebih cepat dan tepat.Kata Kunci : Pendataan buku tamu, Sistem Infromasi, Pengadilan Militer I-01 Banda AcehAbstract - Pengadilan Militer I-01 Banda Aceh welcomes guests every day, which are divided into 2 categories, namely case trial guests and non-court case guests, so officers are obliged to process guest data. This non-trial guest report was made to find out the number of people present at the Pengadilan Militer I-01 Banda Aceh, while the case trial guest report given is a daily report given to the head of staff / judge to find out whether the court guests who are present are appropriate so that the trial can be carried out. starting at the Pengadilan Militer I-01 Banda Aceh. So far, the military court still uses manual data processing, which is in the form of data that is written into the guest book, which later the officer will inform the Head of Pengadilan Militer I-01 Banda Aceh whether the guest has been present according to the requirements to start a trial. Not infrequently the judge has to ask questions. to officers because they received information that was a little late because they were waiting for reports from officers at the Pengadilan Militer I-01 Banda Aceh. The information system for the data collection of court guestbooks for case and non-trial proceedings is carried out more efficiently, so that officers can determine the trial which is more important, prioritized regarding the requirements of complete court guests without having to look for sheets in the guest book, also cleaner, no streaks, safer, no. Some are scattered, and the data is stored more safely than books. The data system for the guestbook for trial and non-trial sessions involves 3 (three) users, namely admin, officers and guest visitors. In which the visitor will input the visitor's data as a guest which is an obligation, then  the officer will check again and the admin will approve the guest data, later the head / judge will get information on whether the trial guest is complete to start the trial. The results of this study were able to make it easier for the military court I-01 Banda Aceh to collect guestbook data more quickly and accurately.Keywords: guestbook data collection, information system, Pengadilan Militer I-01 Banda Aceh

Abstract

The Regency Apparatus Work Unit (SKPK) is an apparatus of the Regional Government (Provincial and Regency/City) in Indonesia. SKPK is the executor of executive functions that need to be coordinated for the success of government administration. The legal basis for the formation of the SKPK is in article 120 of Law No. 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government. The Department of Communication,  Informatics, and Encryption Service (Diskominfosa) is an agency that is fully responsible for processing information within the Government in Indonesia. The purpose of this application is to collect the data in various offices in Bireuen Regency and store it in the database. The system is web-based that uses the PHP framework Codeigniter 3 and also using the Bootstrap framework. Initially, this study applied field research using the interview as the primary data and the Reports of the Evaluation on Accountability Performance at The Regency Apparatus Work Unit of Bireuen District as the secondary data. In developing the application, the waterfall is applied as a software model used. As the result, the application shifted the manual data processing into the system such as filtering the report based on a daily, monthly, and even yearly basis. In addition, they can check the status of their application data by entering the SKPK code that has been made. This SKPK application data collection information system was created with the aim of making data management orderly and checking the status of the Regency Apparatus Work Unit (SKPK) application easier and more precise.

Abstract

Abstrak-Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) adalah salah satu unit dalam rumah sakit yang memberikan penanganan terdepan terhadap pasien. Dalam hal ini sering kali unit gawat darurat memiliki kendala dalam mengetahui informasi tentang ketersediaan kamar terhadap pasien yang baru masuk atau yang sudah ditangani oleh dokter umum, sehingga membuat pasien terlalu lama ditangani oleh dokter spesialis dikarenakan perawat harus mengecek dulu ruangan yang kosong untuk merujuk pasien, ditambah lagi keadaan sekarang lagi wabah pandemic covid-19 yang mengharuskan jaga jarak dan tidak boleh berada dalam keadaan kerumunan. Penelitian ini merancang Sistem Informasi Pendataan Kamar Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli. Aplikasi sistem ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL. Dengan cara kerja sistem yaitu data yang di input oleh pihak IGD selanjutnya sistem akan menampilkan data-data ruang dengan kamar yang masih kosong atau belum ditempati. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukan sistem menunjukan data-data ketersediaan kamar kosong pada seluruh kamar yang ada di rumah sakit serta membatu pihak IGD dalam mempercepat informasi ketersediaan kamar kosong.Kata Kunci: Pendataan Rawat Inap, Sistem Informasi, PHP.Abstract-The Emergency Room (IGD) is one of the units in the hospital that provides advanced treatment for patients. In this case, the emergency unit often has problems in knowing information about room availability for patients who have just entered or who have been treated by general practitioners, so that it takes too long for the patient to be treated by specialists because the nurse has to check the empty room to refer the patient first plus the current situation, the covid-19 pandemic outbreak, which requires keeping your distance and not being in a crowd. Based on the above problems, this study designed a Room Data Collection Information System at the Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli Regional General Hospital. This system application is created using the PHP programming language with MySQL database. With the way the system works, namely the data that is input by the IGD, then the system will display data on the room with rooms that are still empty or not yet occupied. From the results of this study, the system shows data on the availability of empty rooms in all rooms in the hospital and helps the emergency department in accelerating information on the availability of empty rooms.Keywords: Inpatient Data Collection, Information Systems, PHP.

Abstract

The manual metric measurement is time-consuming due to the large number of users and test criteria. Additionally, not all tester is able to complete all metrics measurement correctly in time. Software testers can process and analyze test data much more easily when using information systems in conducting usability testing. The purposes of this study is to develop a web-based information system of ISO metrics measurement and conducting usability tests on the Shopee application with 10 users. The level of usability of the Shopee application is highly dependent on measuring user happiness with the application. Usability testing matrics measurements are based on ISO measures that include effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The system is feasible to use and runs normally, according to the calculation results interpreted based on the Likert Scale, which came to 66.924%. However, there are still many users who do not understand how to use the features. It’s expected that this research will help sotware tester to improve the quality in conducting usability testing as well as provide feedbacks from the user in order to elevate the ease of use of the application.

Abstract

Penyedia jasa penyewaan lapangan futsal merupakan suatu usaha yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan masyarakat dalam bidang olahraga futsal. Saat ini sudah banyak yang melakukan usaha di bidang tersebut, banyak pelaku usaha membuka arena futsal di berbagai tempat, mulai dari sekitaran kampus, kawasan perkantoran, hingga permukiman padat penduduk. Terdapat 10 lapangan futsal yang ada di Kota Lhokseumawe. Aplikasi yang dibuat memiliki kelebihan dapat menentukan rute terpendek dari lokasi pengguna berada menuju lapangan futsal yang dipilih dan juga lokasi lapangan futsal serta deskripsi singkat mengenai lapangan futsal yang ada di Kota Lhokseumawe. Penentuan rute terpendek yang dilewati menuju lokasi lapangan futsal hanya bisa di lakukan pada node yang telah terdefenisi oleh sistem. Algoritma Dijkstra dipilih sebagai metode dalam penentuan lokasi terpendek karena Algoritma ini beroperasi secara menyeluruh terhadap alternatif fungsi yang ada, dan dihasilkan lintasan terpendek dari semua node sehingga akan menghasilkan rute terpendek secara optimal. Untuk menguji ketepatan rute terdekat hasil implementasi Algoritma Dijkstra digunakan software lain yaitu Quantum GIS. Hal ini dilakukan untuk melihat apakah jalur yang dihasilkan sudah benar. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan jalur yang diperoleh sama dengan perhitungan Quantum GIS dengan nilai kesamaan 100%. Pengujian black box digunakan untuk menguji fungsionalitas menu-menu yang ada di dalam sistem, dan di dapatkan hasil pengujian dari segi fungsionalitas menu-menu pada sistem berjalan sesuai dengan keinginan dan berjalan baik. Sehingga sistem baik untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Pengetahuan mengenai Kesehatan dan Keselamat Kerja (K3) bidang kelistrikan sangat penting dalam kehidupan sekarang ini. Ditambah lagi dengan semakin banyaknya penggunaan peralatan elektronik. Ketergantungan pada listrik tidak hanya terbatas pada aktivitas rumah tangga, tetapi juga berdampak pada anak-anak yang tentunya bisa membahayakan bagi anak-anak tersebut jika tidak dibekali dengan pemahaman yang baik mengenai penggunaan peralatan elektronik. Desa Cot Mee merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Nisam, Kabupaten Aceh Utara, Provinsi Aceh memiliki kurang lebih 50 anak-anak usia sekolah dalam rentang usia 5-14 tahun. Kegiatan sehari-hari banyak dihabiskan dengan menggunakan peralatan elektronik dan juga kegiatan bermain di luar ruangan yang dekat area aliran listrik seperti gardu listrik. Apabila anak-anak tidak diberikan pengetahuan mengenai penggunaan peralatan elektronik yang benar, maka akan sangat rentan terhadap kecelakaan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mengedukasi K3 kelistrikan bagi anak-anak di Desa Cot Mee. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan edukasi ini, anak-anak di Desa Cot Mee menjadi lebih paham tentang K3 kelistrikan dan selalu waspada terhadap pengunaan peralatan elektronik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Information technology provides great benefits to every organization by facilitating decision making and streamlining operational activities and daily business processes. Perum BULOG Lhokseumawe Branch Office is a company that implements information technology. COBIT 2019 is the framework used in this research which has standards for implementing information technology governance. References from annual reports can be used as a reference in analyzing the level of information technology capabilities in companies using the COBIT 2019 design factor toolkit. After analyzing the questionnaire distributed using a Likert scale, process objectives that can be evaluated. The calculation results are obtained with the following capability level results, APO03 is at capability level 1 and has a gap of 2, APO12 is at capability level 2 and has a gap of 1, APO13 is at capability level 3 and has no gap, namely 0, BAI01 is at capability level 2 and has a gap of 1, BAI02 is at capability level 1 and has a gap of 2, BAI03 is at capability level 1 and has a gap of 3, BAI06 is at capability level 1 and has a gap of 3, BAI07 is at capability level 2 and has a gap worth 1, BAI10 is at capability level 1 and has a gap worth 3. Abstract

This research analyzes the quality of water for tilapia habitat which is a type of brackish water fish that is currently widely cultivated by pond farmers. This fish is the choice because of its flexibility regarding habitat. However, despite having flexibility in terms of habitat, each harvest of tilapia that lives in a different habitat will produce tilapia with different quantity and quality. Currently, many tilapia farmers still carry out the cultivation process using traditional methods using ponds. Kuala Kerto Village, Lapang District, North Aceh is one of the locations where many tilapia fish farmers use ponds as a habitat for this fish. Not infrequently, changes in natural conditions such as rain and floods have an impact on tilapia fish ponds in this village. Thus, crop yields are very varied, often even resulting in losses. One of the reasons for this is that there is still minimal use of technology in tilapia cultivation in this village. The design of a water quality monitoring and control system for IoT-based tilapia cultivation in this research was carried out to help the problems of tilapia pond farmers. Through this research, a tool was produced in the form of a prototype IoT device that can be used to monitor and control water quality in tilapia fish ponds. This device utilizes several sensors such as turbidity sensors, ammonia sensors, salinity sensors, pH sensors, and several other sensors as data takers which will later be transmitted and displayed via a web application. Research and development of this device uses the RD method, namely research and development.

Abstract

Undang Undang Nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi Transaksi Elektronik atau UU ITE merupakan undang-undang atau peraturan yang sering kali bersentuhan langsung dengan berbagai orang, terutama pada era teknologi yang sedang berkembang saat ini. Secara umum, UU ITE masih belum tersosialisasikan dengan baik ke semua kalangan, termasuk pada kalangan siswa/siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas. Oleh karena itu, SMA Negeri 4 Lhokseumawe menjadi sasaran tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Malikussaleh sebagai sarana untuk mensosialisasikan UU ITE. Hal ini dianggap penting karena pada saat ini kalangan muda (terutama siswa/siswi SMA) tidak terpisahkan dari teknologi internet. Sehingga perlu disampaikan bahwa ada sanksi atau hukuman yang berlaku apabila tidak waspada dalam memakai internet. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini diharapkan menjadi pembelajaran bagi siswa/siswi maupun guru-guru di SMA Negeri 4 Lhokseumawe agar lebih cerdas dan bijak dalam memakai internet, terutama untuk mencegah penyebaran berita hoax melalui social media maupun aplikasi chatting. Dari hasil sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesadaran dan pengetahuan siswa/siswi dan guru SMA Negeri 4 Lhokseumawe mengenai UU ITE masih rendah, sehingga sosialisasi ini diharapkan menjadi pembekalan agar mereka dapat waspada dalam menggunakan internet, terutama untuk menangkal berita hoax.

Abstract

Citra Utama Store is a retail and wholesale business aimed at meeting the needs of local residents for their daily household shopping. The problem lies in the difficulty of identifying consumer shopping trends for products in the store, and the inefficiency of the stock placement system. In a competitive business environment, it is crucial for us to obtain information that can help develop our business. One source of such information is the sales transaction history. Using data mining with the apriori algorithm and association rule, we can extract sales transaction data to derive information that can be used to identify frequent itemset combinations, which can then be analyzed to determine products frequently sold together, the most popular items, and customer preferences. The analysis of association rules formed from the apriori algorithm calculation yielded the highest itemset combination pattern, namely EGGS → AQUA GLN, with a support value of 2.84% and a confidence value of 34.13%. By setting minimum support >1.5% and minimum confidence >30%, this research can assist the store in devising sales strategies and managing stock inventory, and uncover association rules that can be used as purchasing patterns by consumers
