Abstract

This study aims to analyze the naturalization policy of football players in the Indonesian National Team, especially in the era of Shin Tae-yong's coaching. Through literature studies and media analysis, this study will examine the impact of the naturalization policy on improving the quality of the Indonesian National Team, internal team dynamics, potential conflicts that arise, and the influence of the enthusiasm of Indonesian netizens who act as natural endorsements for PSSI in attracting the interest of naturalized players to join the Indonesian National Team, in other words that these Indonesian netizens become natural digital marketing for PSSI to attract the interest of talented Indonesian diaspora players abroad to join the Indonesian National Team. This study concludes that the enthusiasm of netizens is a valuable asset for PSSI in an effort to strengthen the Indonesian National Team. In addition, this study will also provide recommendations for improving the naturalization policy so that it can be more optimal in improving the achievements of the Indonesian National Team.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence service quality to trust through customer satisfaction. The sample used was 100 respondents. This study uses validity test, reality test, classical assumption test, path analysis test, hypothesis test (t test) and F test (Multan test) which are prepared using SPSS. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it can be seen that the variables of service quality (x), customer satisfaction (Y) and Trust (Z) are included in the very good category. The results of the determination coefficient showed that the contribution of service quality to customer satisfaction was 64.7%, the remaining 35.5% was influenced by other factors that were not studied. In addition, from the results of the study, it can be seen that the service quality variables (X) and Trust (Z) have a partial effect on customer satisfaction (Y), the service quality variables (X), and Trust (Z) have an effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating on customer decisions on Two way cake Pixy products at Tiktok Shop. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in the study used probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique with a total research population of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Descriptive purchasing decisions are rated as disagree, Online Customer Review is rated as strongly agree and Online Customer Rating is rated as strongly agree. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the contribution of Online Customer Review to Purchasing Decisions is 8,5% and the remaining 91,5% is influenced by other factors not examined. In addition, from the results of the study it can be seen that the variables Online Customer Review (X1) and Online Customer Rating (X2) have a partial effect on Customer Decisions (Y). Simultaneously, the variables Online Customer Review (X1), and Online Customer Rating (X2) have an effect on Customer Decisions (Y).

Abstract

Di era digital, teknologi informasi telah menjadi tulang punggung operasional organisasi, namun juga membawa risiko yang kompleks. Penelitian ini membahas penerapan framework ISO 31000 dalam manajemen risiko teknologi informasi (TI), yang menawarkan pendekatan sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengelola risiko. Framework ini tidak hanya meningkatkan ketahanan organisasi terhadap ancaman digital, tetapi juga mendukung integrasi manajemen risiko ke dalam strategi bisnis untuk menciptakan nilai tambah. Melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan utama seperti resistensi budaya, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan kurangnya integrasi strategi. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan penggunaan teknologi seperti big data dan kecerdasan buatan untuk memperkuat efektivitas manajemen risiko.

Abstract

Water is a basic human need that is used for drinking, cleaning and others. The water consumed must be clean water free from germs and bacteria. To fulfill the need for drinking water, there are now many mineral water businesses or bottled water produced by factories. In addition to bottled water there is also a refill water business. The source of bottled water and refill water is mountain water. But the water cleaning process is different. Bottled water is filtered at the factory, while refillable water is filtered on-site. Customers will choose to use bottled water, or refill water. Consumers who choose refill water must pay attention to the quality of the product, whether this refill water is safe for consumption, whether the filtering is correct. Refill water is chosen because the price is relatively cheaper than the price of bottled water. In addition, refill water filling services are also considered by customers. Good service, for example, no need to queue, customers are helped to carry gallons, becomes a satisfaction for its customers. “Biru” refill water has a clear product and contains ozone, with a price that is relatively cheaper than bottled water, and the service at the refill depot is very good. One of the “Biru” refill water depots is in Villa Mutiara Gading Bekasi. This depot is the best depot for the Western region. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, price on customer satisfaction of refill water “Biru” at Villa Mutiara Gading Bekasi, either partially or simultaneously. By taking a sample of 88 “Biru” refill water customers at Villa Mutiara Gading Bekasi, the results showed that either partially or simultaneously, service quality, product quality, price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of “Biru” refill water at Villa Mutiara Gading Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of User-Generated Content (UGC) on business development in Indonesia. Using a systematic review method based on the PRISMA model, 15 articles were selected from Google Scholar and Scopus databases for further analysis. The analyzed articles cover the publication period from 2014 to 2024 and were evaluated for quality using the JBI Critical Appraisal Tools. The findings reveal that UGC plays a crucial role in influencing purchase intention, trust, and brand loyalty. Authentic and relevant UGC is considered more effective than traditional advertising content in building consumer engagement. However, challenges such as fake reviews and content moderation bias must be addressed to maintain UGC credibility. This study also finds that while UGC has significant impacts, company-generated content still plays a vital role in fostering brand loyalty. By leveraging content-sharing motivation and overcoming existing challenges, UGC holds great potential to support digital marketing strategies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Price, and Sales Promotion on consumer purchasing interest at Transmart. In the context of the rapidly evolving retail industry, particularly in Indonesia, these factors are crucial for understanding consumer behavior. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, involving 100 respondents from the productive population in Bandung Regency. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. The analysis results indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, while price does not show a significant impact. Sales promotion also proves to have a positive influence on purchasing interest. Overall, the regression model reveals that 39.5% of the variation in purchasing interest can be explained by brand image, price, and sales promotion. This research provides valuable insights for retail managers in formulating effective marketing strategies to enhance consumer purchasing interest.

Abstract

Labor absorption is one of the main challenges in regional economic development. To achieve optimal labor absorption, this can be done through increased investment from the private sector and government in the form of capital expenditure and city minimum wage. This study aims to analyze the effect of private investment, capital expenditure, and city minimum wage (UMK) on employment in Bandar Lampung City in the perspective of Islamic economics. This type of research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis methods using SPSS 25 software. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of time series data within 11 years starting from 2013 to 2023. The results of this study partially show that only the capital expenditure variable has an insignificant negative effect on labor absorption while private investment and city minimum wage have a significant positive effect on labor absorption. Then together show that private investment, capital expenditure and city minimum wage together have a positive and significant effect on employment in the city of Bandar Lampung. In the perspective of Islamic economics regarding private investment, capital expenditure and city minimum wage on labor absorption in Bandar Lampung city is in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics because it is based on the welfare of the community.

Abstract

The development of technology is increasingly rapid and continues to be felt by various sectors, such as tourism, particularly in the Hotel Industry. Reservations or room orders at a hotel come from guests directly or the hotel in collaboration with travel agents, companies, governments, or online travel agents (OTA). tiket.com is one of the start-up companies. This study focuses on booking hotel rooms via the tiket.com platform. 126 Respondents in this study were guests / consumers who had made hotel room reservations via tiket.com more than once or even many times. The positive impact of the consumer satisfaction variable on repurchase intentions was accepted. This shows that consumer satisfaction felt by tiket.com consumers has a positive impact on consumer repurchase intentions. The higher the level of consumer satisfaction, the higher the consumer's repurchase intention will be. The positive influence of the utilitarian value variable on repurchase intentions was accepted. This shows that the utilitarian value owned by tiket.com consumers has a positive impact on consumer repurchase intentions.

Abstract

This research combines various previous research instruments with the aim of obtaining the best results in determining the influence of understanding accounting, accounting information systems and internal control systems on the quality of study financial reports on MSME in the culinary sector in the city of Bandung. Quantitative techniques with descriptive and verification approaches are used to determine the relationship between three independent variables and one dependent variable. The data for this research was separated into two categories: primary data from respondent questionnaires and secondary data from books, papers and other relevant literature. The Slovin formula is used to determine the minimum sample size from a limited population, as well as to avoid sampling errors that may occur. In this case, the sample was selected using a purposive sampling strategy and non-probability sampling techniques. The number of MSME in the culinary sector in 2002 was 335 and in 2023 it was 557 in the city of Bandung, using a purposive sampling strategy and non-probability sampling method. These entrepreneurs have met the criteria for implementing the MSME Accounting Information System (AIS) which is considered representative of the entire population. The research results show that understanding accounting, accounting information systems, and internal control systems greatly influence the quality of financial reports. Therefore, efforts to increase the implementation of SIA for MSME should be concentrated on increasing understanding of accounting and internal control of MSME entrepreneurs regarding the quality of financial reports, especially for MSMEs in the culinary sector.
