Abstract

Although Mulyajati Clinic in Pandeglang has been serving the community for several years, Mulyajati Clinic still faces challenges in managing patient medical records. Currently, the medical record recording system used is still manual, with patient files stored in physical form in archive folders. This process causes a number of operational and administrative problems that impact the efficiency and quality of service. design of this application, the waterfall system development model (SDLC) is used. The waterfall model is often referred to as the linear sequential model or the classical life flow The results of the analysis and analysis of the Mulyajati Pandeglang Clinic Information System show that the system aims to help the medical staff who work there and facilitate patient data collectionThis medical record information system will make it easier for administrative staff to receive patients and store patient report data more easily. Make it easier for patient requirements and avoid confusion about requirements that are left behind or forgotten because this clinic information system is only designed to fill in data.

Abstract

Untuk menjaga kondisi suatu mesin cetak selalu dalam kondisi terbaik, diperlukan strategi pemeliharaan yang dapat menunjang sistem produksi dan sesuai dengan kerangka berpikir perusahaan. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah membantu memilih strategi pemeliharaan yang ideal. Pemilihan strategi pemeliharaan mesin cetak ini menggabungkan dua metode pendukung keputusan multi atribut yaitu AHP (Analitycal Hirearcy Process) dan TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution).. Dimana metode AHP digunakan untuk mendapatkan bobot kepentingan masing-masing subkriteria dan menguji tingkat konsistensinya serta metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk mendapatkan solusi yang terbaik dalam menentukan strategi pemeliharaan menggunakan bobot dari AHP.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan transparansi data keuangan di Indonesia, peran akuntan publik sangat penting. Namun, jumlah akuntan publik masih terbatas, terutama karena kurangnya minat lulusan akuntansi untuk bekerja di bidang ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pertimbangan pasar kerja, imbalan finansial, dan pelatihan profesional mempengaruhi keputusan karir lulusan akuntansi. Penelitian ini melibatkan mahasiswa aktif S1 Akuntansi dari Universitas Tanjungpura dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampling purposive digunakan untuk memilih sampel, dan rumus Slovin digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah responden. Analisis statistik dilakukan menggunakan program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan profesional, kompensasi finansial, dan pertimbangan pasar kerja memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap keputusan seseorang untuk memulai karir sebagai akuntan publik.

Abstract

Accountability is a form of accountability carried out by the government to report and present activities that have been carried out to the public. This accountability can be used as a basis for implementing transparency in every activity implementation. This research aims to determine and assess accountability and transparency in the management of village funds carried out by the Brebes Village Government, Brebes Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with the Nvivo 12 Plus tool. The data collection technique used was interviews. This interview was conducted involving the village government, totaling 3 informants. The results of this research indicate that the financial management of village funds by the Limbangan Village Government is in accordance with applicable laws. the transparency process carried out by the village government, namely using information media in the form of a banner detailing funds placed at the village office. Even though the management of village funds that has been carried out by the village government is quite good, it still needs to be improved, and there must be outreach to the community to participate in the implementation and utilization of village funds

Abstract

Companies nowadays derive significant benefits from adopting digital systems in their operations. Politeknik LP3I Jakarta, for example, an educational institution, has implemented digitalization to optimize operational performance assessments by auditors. Manual audit assessments consume significant time and effort. Applying intelligent algorithms, such as Decision Tree, has become key to enhancing efficiency and accuracy in decision-making during assessments. The objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of operational performance assessments by identifying and addressing these issues, implementing the Decision Tree algorithm. Decision Tree, which has evolved through a series of algorithms like C5.0, is the appropriate choice as it can make decisions based on specific conditions from the input data. The Decision Tree method and C5.0 Algorithm will help in rapidly and accurately calculating assessments based on criteria. This implementation can minimize manual audit activities, save time, and improve the accuracy of operational performance evaluations. The outcome of this research is higher efficiency in the operational performance assessment process, allowing auditors to focus on strategic aspects and in-depth analysis. Thus, Politeknik LP3I Jakarta and similar institutions can experience positive impacts from technology integration in their operational management, supporting progress and enhancing the quality of educational services.

Abstract

MSMEs in Manado City are still lacking in implementing SAK EMKM when preparing Financial Reports. This is due to a lack of understanding of the importance of making financial reports based on SAK. In addition to making it easier to read financial reports, it can also increase the transparency, effectiveness and efficiency of the financial reports that are made. One of the MSMEs that has not implemented financial reports based on this SAK is CV Visual Multimedia. This study aims to prepare financial reports based on SAK EMKM in CV. Visual Multimedia in Manado City. By conducting this research, it is hoped that it can provide useful information for MSMEs, the government, and financial institutions in increasing the effectiveness of SAK ETAP implementation for MSMEs, especially CV. Visual Multimedia in the management of Financial Statements refers to the Micro, Small and Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM). And also through this research can provide useful recommendations for the government, financial institutions, and MSMEs themselves in increasing the application of SAK ETAP in this city. This type of research in this study used qualitative research using the case study method. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, documentation. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that CV. During its establishment, Visual Multimedia has not implemented SAK EMKM in its accounting process. Accounting reporting is still done manually, namely recording on the book by the admin and then reporting it to the owner. These financial reports based on SAK EMKM based on Microsoft Excel will make it easier for admins to record transactions and generate financial reports. Abstract

The goal of every service provided by a government or private agency, organization, or company, of course, is to offer the best possible service to its customers. Non-ministerial government organizations such as the BKN IT Infrastructure Directorate must ensure that they provide the best service to all work units and employees within the State Civil Service Agency. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the quality of services that have been provided. One method is to carry out an IT infrastructure service satisfaction survey. Currently, the BKN Information Technology Infrastructure Directorate has conducted a customer satisfaction survey. However, the process still uses the conventional method, which starts from informing the survey and completing the data to the process of making reports which are done manually. This research was carried out by searching for theories and journals related to satisfaction ratings. System design is carried out using the Codeigniter 3 Framework combined with the Extreme Programming (XP) system development method where this development method is suitable for application in government agencies and places where there are few application developers. By using the CodeIgniter 3 Framework and the XP development method, it is hoped that the development of this application will run smoothly and quickly so that the application can be implemented immediately.

Abstract

Building and developing information systems is a step to improve system performance which was initially carried out manually with most activities relying on human capabilities. Improving the system towards a better direction cannot be separated from the role of information technology so that information system engineering can be carried out optimally. Likewise with the population system that runs in Rukun Warga 36, ​​Bahagia Village, Bekasi, where resident administration activities are still carried out manually using paper and pen. This of course causes problems in the future, such as storage space for files piling up, vulnerability to data loss, data search processes that take time, and so on. By analyzing the obstacles experienced, population administration information system engineering is the right solution to improve the manual system. The methodology used in this research is Structured Analysis and Design Techniques (SADT) using activity diagrams as a depiction of information system activities. The expected research result is the development of a population administration information system that is useful for village administrators in Rukun Warga 36, ​​Bahagia Village, Bekasi.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important part of a company. This is because HR is an asset for the company, which contributes to the progress of a company. Employees are required to continue to improve their performance, which in turn can significantly improve company performance. The company has made various efforts to encourage employees to continue to improve their performance. Work discipline is one of the factors that can influence employee performance. Disciplinary attitudes arise from employees and also need to be supported by the company, for example with regulations. Another factor that encourages employee performance is the provision of incentives. The company policy provides incentives to encourage employees to work harder. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of work discipline and incentives on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Work discipline (X1) and incentives (X2) are the independent variables and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). By using the SPSS 26 application for multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and providing incentives has a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work discipline and providing incentives simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga minyak dunia dan Dow jones Industrial Average serta Straits Times Index terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dalam runtun waktu (time series) selama satu tahun dari 30 September 2021 sampai dengan 30 September 2022. Data tersebut bersumber dari situs web resmi yang mempublikasikan harga minyak dunia (West Texas Intermediate), Dow Jones Industrial Average, Straits Times Index, dan Indeks Harga Saham gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis secara parsial menggunakan uji t dan secara simultan menggunakan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial harga minyak dunia dan Straits Times Index berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan di Bursa Efek Indonesia, sedangkan Dow Jones Industrial Average berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Selain itu Secara simultan harga minyak dunia dan Dow Jones Industrial Average serta Straits Times Index berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
