Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and competence on employee job satisfaction at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Syiah Kuala. The population in this study were employees of the Faculty of Engineering, Syiah Kuala University. The number of ASN in the Faculty of Engineering is 50 people. Data collection techniques are methods used to obtain data and information needed in research. Data collection techniques in this study are expected to provide accurate and more specific data, the technique used in this study is to use a questionnaire. The organizational commitment variable (X1) has a strong relationship with job satisfaction (Y) of employees at the Faculty of Engineering Unsyiah with a tcount of 3.251, while a t-table value of 1.677. While the job competency variable (X2) has an effect on job satisfaction (Y) as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.744, while the t-table value is 1.677.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi, kompetensi, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Samsat Labura, baik secara prsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  pendekatan  kuantitatif  karena  menggunakan angka, mulai dari pengumpulan data, penafsiran terhadap data tersebut, serta penampilan dari hasilnya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai pada Kantor SAMSAT Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara yang berjumlah 36 orang. Pada penelitian ini, dikarenakan jumlah populasi yang edikit maka sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan keseluruhan populasia yang ada yaitu 36 orang Pegawai pada Kantor SAMSAT Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara menggunakan sampling jenuh. Menurut Sugiyono (2016) sampling jenuh yaitu teknik penetuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah daftar pertanyaan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden penelitian yaitu pegawai di Kantor SAMSAT Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the taste and experiential marketing partially and simultaneously influence the purchasing decisions of McDonald's products Galuh Mas Karawang and also to find out the  most dominant variable between taste and experiential marketing on product purchasing decisions of  McDonald’s Galuh Mas Karawang. The data collection method used in this research is descriptive test,  validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, T test and F test. McDonald's Galuh Mas Karawang, and the second research shows that taste and experiential marketing simultaneously influence the purchasing decisions of McDonald's Galuh Mas Karawang products. The results of the F test show that Fcount (82.694)> Ftable (21.149) and the most dominant variable influencing McDonald's product purchasing decisions Galuh Mas Karawang is the experiential marketing variable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cita rasa dan experiential marketing berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk McDonald’s Galuh Mas Karawang dan juga untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan diantara cita rasa dan experiential marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian produk McDonald’s Galuh Mas karawang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji T dan uji F. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa cita rasa dan experiential marketing berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian produk McDonald’s Galuh Mas Karawang, dan penelitian kedua menunjukkan cita rasa dan experiential marketing berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk McDonald’s Galuh Mas Karawang. Untuk hasil uji F menunjukkan Fhitung (82,694) > Ftabel (21,149) dan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk McDonald’s Galuh Mas Karawang adalah variabel experiential marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan kerja sama antara pihak BPJS dengan pihak rumah sakit. Untuk mengetahui bahwa suatu rumah sakit bermutu atau tidak hal yang dilihat adalah dari segi pelayanan dan pelaporan keuangan maka dibutuhkan mekanisme pencatatan yang jelas, terstruktur dan sesuai standar. Jenis metode penelitian ini tergolong metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan paradigma interpretatif (interpretif).  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Sakit X di Kabupaten Lamongan telah bekerja sama dengan BPJS dan mekanisme pencatatan dana BPJS ada dua yaitu pertama klaim dan yang kedua pengakuan jasa layanan BPJS. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa mekanisme pencatatan dana BPJS dilakukan sesuai dengan kebijakan akuntansi yang berlaku di Rumah Sakit X di Kabupaten Lamongan, dimana ada dua prosedur pencatatan yaitu klaim dan pengakuan jasa layanan. Jika ditinjau dari prinsip Syari’ah, BPJS belum bisa dikatakan menerapkan prinsip Syari’ah dikarenakan tidak adanya kesepakatan oleh kedua belah pihak.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh risiko perbankan yang dianalisis menggunakan rasio Loan to Deposit (LDR) dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA) bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan publikasi tahunan dari situs Bank Indonesia. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SPSS 25 dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data penelitian berdistribusi normal, dan secara simultan Loan to Deposit (LDR) dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (ROA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Loan to Deposit (LDR) dan Non Performing Loans (NPL) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Return on Assets (ROA).Kemampuan prediksi kedua variabel tersebut terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) dalam penelitian sebesar 61,80%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38,20% dikoreksi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian. Melalui penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa risiko perbankan yang diukur dengan rasio kedua tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (ROA). .Kata Kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, LDR, NPL, ROA.

Abstract

The patchouli commodity (Pogostemon Cablin Benth.) Is a plant that produces essential oils with very good economic value in the international market, considering that only a few countries produce this commodity, including Indonesia. Thus the development of this commodity is a strategic step in developing patchouli agribusiness in Indonesia.PT. Agro Usaha Mandiri plans to develop a patchouli agribusiness area in Pasie Raya District, Aceh Jaya Regency, which covers an area of 3,000 ha. The company uses processing technology (distillation) that is more efficient and of high quality in order to be competitive and more efficient and more economical than the existing conventional systems.This research discusses the financial feasibility study for investment carried out by PT. Agro Usaha Mandiri. The company's investment is in the form of patchouli agribusiness development. The method used is the Investment Criteria. Investment criteria are calculating the value of Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Payback Period, and Benefit Cost Ratio. From the analysis, it is found that the investment made to run a business is declared feasible to be implemented with an NPV value greater than 1 and an IRR greater than the interest rate used (12%) with a payback period (PP) that is faster than the investment age (10 year) and the value of the B / C Ratio is greater than 1.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of job satisfaction and job stress on the performance of PT Mekar Karya Mas employees either partially or simultaneously. This study used an explanatory research approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Mekar Karya Mas is as many as 65 people and the sample in this research is 61 people. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, the instruments (tools) for collecting research data used are questionnaires and interviews. To produce good data, validity and reliability tests were carried out. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. Partially, each variable job satisfaction and job stress affect employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of job satisfaction and job stress have an effect on the performance of employees of PT Mekar Karya Mas.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Costs on Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on Return on Assets (ROA). The results of this study showed that Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) had a significant negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA) while Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) had a significant positive effect on Return on Assets (ROA). The predicting ability of the three variables against Return on Assets (ROA) in this study was 96.70%, while the remaining 3.30% was influenced by other factors not included in the research model.Keywords: NPF, BOPO, FDR, ROA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of village funds in the implementation of development in the Tapaktuan District, South Aceh Regency and to determine the effectiveness of the use of village funds in the implementation of development in the Tapaktuan District, South Aceh Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The type of data used is in the form of secondary data, namely Target and Realization Data in the Tapaktuan District, 2017 to 2019 along with Target Data and the realization of Village Fund Receipts in the Tapaktuan District, 2017 to 2019. Data collection using documentation techniques. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis (mix method). Based on the results of the study, it is known that the use of village funds in the implementation of development in the Tapaktuan District, South Aceh Regency as a whole is classified as an average effective. The absorption of the existing budget has not fulfilled one hundred percent, but on average ranges from 30 to 99 percent. Based on the data in table 1.4 Recapitulation of Target and Realization of Village / Gampong Funds for Each Village in the Tapaktuan sub-district, South Aceh Regency for the 2017-2019 Fiscal Year, we can conclude that from a total of 16 villages in the Tapaktuan sub-district, the village with the highest percentage of budget absorption is Panjupian Village. with a percentage of 99.91% in 2017 with the effectiveness criteria being Very Effective, while the Village with the lowest percentage of budget absorption was Air Pinang Village with a percentage of 30.42% in 2019 with the effectiveness criteria being Ineffective. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the use of village funds in the implementation of development in Tapaktuan District, South Aceh District, if you look at the realization of the use of village funds for each village, it is considered effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Karakteristik Individu, Penilaian Prestasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Kuala Intan Sawit Selatan, baik secara prsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  pendekatan  kuantitatif  karena  menggunakan angka, mulai dari pengumpulan data, penafsiran terhadap data tersebut, serta penampilan dari hasilnya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan pada PT. Kuala Intan Sawit Selatan yang berjumlah 34 orang. Pada penelitian ini, dikarenakan jumlah populasi sedikit maka sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan keseluruhan populasi yang ada yaitu 34 orang karyawan pada PT. Kuala Intan Sawit Selatan dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah daftar pertanyaan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden penelitian yaitu karyawan di PT. Kuala Intan Sawit Selatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi, Karakteristik Individu, dan Penilaian Prestasi Kerja ber[pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Kuala Intan Sawit Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.
