Pengaruh Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin dan Modal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Rita Nengsih

This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and capital on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012 - 2017 simultaneously and partially. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria obtained a sample of 11 companies. The results of the research showed that the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and capital simultaneous and partial effect on the value of the company in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017. Correlation coefficient (R) of 0.650 which shows that the degree of relationship between the independent variable with the dependent variable of 0.650 or 65%. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.403, meaning that any changes in the company's value variable can be explained by changes in the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and capital variables of 0.403 or 40.3%. While the remaining 59.7% is explained by other variables outside of this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Simultaneous Total Asset Turnover on Return on Assets. The research approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study is the cosmetics and household goods sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017, amounting to 6 companies. The sampling technique in this study was determined by purposive sampling, so for the withdrawal of samples in this study there were 5 companies in the cosmetic and household goods sub-sector. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Current ratio has no significant effect on Return On Assets. Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Assets. Total Asset Turnover has no significant effect on Return On Assets. Simultaneously the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover simultaneously is a significant influence on Return on Assets

Jugi Tapa saga is oral literature in Sawang District. North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. This saga tells the story of the main character named Leubee Muda. Then, Leubee Muda became a heretic because he opposed his teacher named Teungku Lhok Drien. After his heresy, he was called Jugi Tapa, who became the title of this saga.One day, his teacher asked him to deliver a book to Teungku Jambo Haji. The teacher advised him not to read the book. However, Leubee Muda violated the mandate of his teacher, he read and practiced the entire contents of the book. Because of his intelligence, in a short time, he can master all the knowledge contained in the book.To perfect his magic, he must meditate and marry one hundred beautiful women, some of whom are king's wives and daughters of dignitaries. Jugi Tapa had married eighty-eight beautiful women. Amat Banta's mother, King Sadon's wife from Kuala Diwa, was his 99th wife. He needs one more woman as his hundredth wife as a condition of perfecting his power. Before obtaining a hundred women, he could not have sex with a woman, and he continued to meditate in the palace which he made with magic.His 99th wife was Putro Bunsu, the wife of King Sadon of the Kingdom of Kuala Diwa, having a son named Amat Banta. When Jugi Tapa brought his mother, Amat Banta was three days old. The Mother left a ring in the swing of her little son. Later that ring was the proof that he was her son she had left behind.Based on information from Bing Pho in Indonesian called Kepiting Uca (fiddler crab), Amat Banta looked for his mother to Blang Laka (in the current known as Bener Meriah Regency), where Jugi Tapa collected ninety-nine women, including Amat Banta's mother. With the help of Amat Banta ’s mother who had obtained the secret of Jugi Tapa's magic from Jugi Tapa's mouth, Amat Banta managed to kill Jugi Tapa.Several messages can be taken from the story of Jugi Tapa, both as symbols, indexes, and icons. First, good deeds do not always get good replies. Therefore, every good work must be done sincerely so that we are not disappointed later on. Second, women should not be kept secret. Third, we cannot fight the teacher.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, return on equity and Asset Growth partially and simultaneously on Firm value. The population used in this study is the population of Transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which publishes complete financial statements after being audited starting from the period 2014 to 2017, amounting to 35 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on these criteria there are 13 transportation companies that are the author's research samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The research results partially Debt to Asset Ratio has a significant effect on Price Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Price Book Value (PBV), Return On Asset, partially significant effect on Price Book Value (PBV), Return On Equity, partially significant effect on Price Book Value (PBV), Asset Growth, partially has a significant effect on Price Book Value (PBV) . Simultaneously Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, and Asset Growth, simultaneously have a significant effect on Price Book Value (PBV)

This study aims to determine the effect of the Selft Assessment System, Tax Examination, and Tax Collection Against Value Added Tax Receipts at Medan Kota KPP. This research approach uses an associative research approach. The data collection method is done by documentation of data sourced from the Medan City KPP report. Based on sample collection conducted by using the time series data deflection index calculation, the number of research samples was obtained as many as 36 months of research samples during the 2016-2018 period. Data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests which include normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroskedacity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing which includes t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the self assessment system, tax audits, and tax collection have no effect on value added tax (VAT) receipts at KPP Pratama Medan City in 2016-2018.

The research is empirical studies that aims to understand the influence of advertising and promotion of brand equity to the price and its impact on the decision of the purchase of car toyota brand in the city of banda aceh. The population of research every consumer brands toyota car users in the city of banda aceh in 2018 a total of 150 people. The withdrawal of the sample in this research done with at least by using a formulation of the sample sevila slovin and consumers and the sample is 109. Data collection done by distributing the questionnaire. The primary data analyzed by an analysis of the device SPSS with the assistance.The research results show that advertising it has some positive effects and significantly to brand equity. The promotion of the price it has some positive effects but not significantly to brand equity. Advertising it has some positive effects and significant of the decision of the purchase. The promotion of the price it has some positive effects and significant of the decision of the purchase. Brand equity can enhance the role of the influence of advertising and promotion the price of the decision of the purchase.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the innovation management and organizational value creation in STAKN Kupang, so that they are able to become a high quality and competitive institution. The research method used was a qualitative research method with informants taken were officials at pascasarjana STAKN Kupang, consisting of three people. Research results obtained, namely: 1) Management Innovation can occur if all components play an active role in being able to provide creative ideas that contribute to the advancement of existing education management. And these creative ideas have gone well in the PAK STAKN Kupang postgraduate study program. 2) value creation in the PAK STAKN Kupang postgraduate study program is carried out well by applying Christian character values as added values such as honesty, discipline, sincerity and sincerity.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) practices on the frequency of stock trading of companies listed on the Stock Exchange in order to analyze the effect of corporate website-based information disclosure rates on stock trading frequency and analyze the effect of IFR practice and Website-Based Level of Disclosure of Information on Stock Trading Frequencies Companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using a non-probability sampling approach, specifically the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique with a non-random sampling method but based on specific objectives and considerations or criteria. The results of this study prove that the effect of IFR practices has a significant effect on the frequency of trading of shares of companies listed on the IDX. Effect of Website Information Disclosure Level significantly influence the Frequency of Stock Trading of companies listed on the IDX. The effect of IFR practices and the level of website information have a significant effect on the Frequency of Stock Trading of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

To achieve company goals, human resource management which has the potential to affect the performance of employees which will ultimately affect the performance of the company. To be able to show the performance of the employees PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih at Riau Province, the company is required to uphold the motivation and work discipline of the employees. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih Provinsi Riau. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih at Riau Province, amounting to 162 people. While the sample in this study was 62 employees distributed in each section. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously motivation and work discipline variables had a positive and not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih at Riau Province. Based on the partial test it is known that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih Riau Province, while work discipline has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Kebun Tanah Putih at Riau Province.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Return On Assets and firm size on firm value either partially or simultaneously on Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study are all pharmaceutical companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange while the samples that meet the criteria for withdrawal of observations made for five years and as many as six (6) pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Multiple Regression. The results of this study prove that partially there is no influence of Debt to Equity Ratio on firm value. there is no effect of Return On Equity on firm value, there is no effect of Return On Assets on firm value, there is no influence of firm value on firm value. Simultaneously there is no influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Return On Assets and firm size together on the firm value of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
