<![CDATA[Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 135/PUU-XII/2015 telah membawa dampak baru dalam perkembangan ketatanegaraan Indonesia, khususnya dalam pelaksanaan pemilu. Untuk pertama kalinya dalam sejarah pelaksanaan pemilu, saat ini telah dilegalkan kedudukan orang dalam gangguan jiwa sebagai pemilih. Masuknya oraang dalam gangguan jiwa sebagai subjek hukum dalam pemilu didasarkan pada amar putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi yang menyebutkan Pasal 57 ayat (3) huruf a UU No. 8 Tahun 2015 tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum mengikat sepanjang frasa “terganggu jiwa/ingatannya” tidak dimaknai sebagai “mengalami gangguan jiwa dan/atau gangguan ingatan permanen yang menurut profesional bidang kesehatan jiwa telah menghilangkan kemampuan seseorang untuk memilih dalam pemilihan umum”. Kajian ini hendak mengkaji kaitan kedudukan orang dalam gangguan jiwa dalam perspektif cakap hukum serta dampak keikutsertaan orang dalam gangguan jiwa dalam pelaksanaan pemilu dikaitkan dengan konsep cakap hukum. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penilitian yuridis normatif. Adapun dalam membedah permasalahan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan yang meliputi pendekatan asas, pendekatan kasus,pendekatan, perundang undangan, pendekatan konsep,pendekatan historis, dan pendekatan analisis.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous variables of compensation, education, and seniority on employee productivity at the Office of Community Empowerment and Aceh Village. The object of this study were all apparatuses (employees) at the Office of Community Empowerment and Aceh Village. The number of respondents was determined by 81 employees using the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews guided by a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression and using the t test and F test. The results of the study based on the results of the F-test (simultaneous) showed that all the variables studied had a significant effect on increasing employee productivity in the Office of Community Empowerment and Gampong Aceh with Fcount > Ftable, at the level of significance value a = 5%. As for the results of the t-test (partially), a very significant variable influencing employee productivity in the Office of Community Empowerment and Gampong Aceh is the compensation variable by obtaining a greater tcount than the education and seniority variables having a smaller t count.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the implementation of government at the sub-district level is Camat who receives the delegation of authority as the task of the leader and coordinates with the implementation of general government duties in accordance with Government Regulation No. 17 of 2018 concerning Subdistricts, including coordinating the implementation of peace and public order especially in preventing conflict prevention including maintaining peace in the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Camat tasks in the administration of public peace and order in the Ulee Kareng sub-district, and to find out the intensiveness related to the implementation of the Camat's tasks in organizing peace and public order in the Ulee Kareng sub-district. To obtain data in this paper used the method of library research and field research, data collection techniques from library research is done by reading the literature literature and existing laws. While the field data obtained by interviewing respondents and informants directly involved with the problem under study. The results of the research show that the Camat's task of coordinating peace and order is not yet well implemented, it is evidenced that there is no cooperation between Muspika and Gampong kechik, although meetings have been held to coordinate communication to equalize perceptions in the security of the Gampong. Forms of peace and order that unsettle the public are juvenile delinquency and drugs, for example the presence of colors that open until 4 am and there are young people as drug dealers as well as users. Meanwhile, as the administrator of the sub-district administration's duty, it still requires guidance and supervision of the administration of the village administration including regulations, which have not gone well.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this study is to examine the influence of economic growth, poverty on the allocation of the Aceh Provincial Budget for the 2015-2018 period. Economic growth is measured by GDP, poverty is measured by the poverty line (GK), and the APBD allocation is measured by the realization of regional income, expenditure and regional financing. The population in this study are data and information regarding the APBD allocation, the economic sector PDRB and the Poverty Line. This study uses APBD allocation data, economic growth data and poverty data which is seen from the survey conducted by BPS 2015-2018 period, and uses census method. To test the hypothesis, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Results show that, (1) economic growth and poverty simultanly, have influence to APBD allocation, (2) economic growth have positive influence to APBD allocation, (3) poverty have negative influence to APBD allocation.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin on Share Prices on plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sample companies are plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 and have met the specified criteria. The sample companies obtained were 7 (seven) plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. This research uses the technique Multiple Linear Analysis (Miltiple Integration) using Simultaneous Test (F) and Partial Test (t) at Level of Significance 5% (α = 0.005). From the results of Simultaneous Test (F) shows that Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin simultaneously affect the stock price. While the Partial Test (t) shows that Return On Equity has a significant value below 0.05years 0.000. This means that Return On Equity has a significant influence on stock prices. Whereas Net Profit Margin is above 0.05 which is 0.435. From these results it can be seen that partially Net Profit Margin has no effect on stock prices. From the Determination Coefficient test results obtained 50.1% variation of changes in stock prices can be explained by Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin, while the remaining 49.9% is explained by other variables outside the model.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Investment Opportunity Set, Return on Equity and Free Cash Flow on Dividend Payout Ratio. This research is a descriptive research. The sample consisted of 16 Property and Real Estate companies determined by purposive sampling. The study used linear regression analysis as the technique of data analysis. The value of the determinant of Adjusted R Square value was 39,9%. And the remaining 60,1% is explained by other variables not included in the study. The result showed that Debt to Equity Ratio and Free Cash Flow have no effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. Investment Opportunity Set has a positive and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. Return on Equity has a negative and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. Debt to Equity Ratio, Investment Opportunity Set, Return on Equity and Free Cash Flow simultaneously have an effect on Dividend Payout Ratio with a value of Fcount=11,435 > Ftable= 2,53 and a significance 0,000.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of investment (PMDN and PMA) on economic growth and employment in eight provinces on the island of Sumatera, Indonesia. The research period is five years, from 2013 to 2017 using secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics with a combination of time series and cross sectional data. To estimate the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable the panel data regression equation model is used. The results showed that in the provinces of Sumatera Island: (a) PMDN investment had a positive and significant effect on economic growth, (b) PMA investment had a positive and significant effect on economic growth, (c) PMDN investment had a positive and significant effect on employment, (d) PMA investment has a negative and significant effect on employment.]]>

<![CDATA[the research conducted by the author aims to determine and analyze the company's financial and non-financial performance by analyzing the company's performance measurement of PT Pertamina (Persero) based on an approach with the Balanced Scorecard. The research approach uses a descriptive approach, with the object of research seen from the 2014-2018 financial statements of PT Pertamina (Persero). The research results show that large corporate debt occurs due to the large need for company operational costs, as well as the use of company debt used for additional The company's fixed assets are also financed by using company debt, the number of customers and employees is known that the performance of PT. Pertamina (Persero) tends to decrease which is considered not enough, and can be categorized as not so good, the performance measurement of PT. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of food quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions on Nafisah Bakery and Cake Lampineung Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh District. The independent variables in this study are food quality (X1) and brand image (X2) while the dependent variable is the purchasing decision. The population in this study is Nafisah Bakery and Cake consumers. Samples taken as many as 99 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using regression analysis. This analysis includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Analysis, Hypothesis Test through Determination Coefficient Analysis, F Test and T Test. Based on the research results, the regression equation Y = 3,539 + 0,445x1 + 0,405x2. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators of this study are valid and the variables are reliable. Food quality and brand image have an influence on purchasing decisions. Hypothesis testing using the T Test shows that food quality variables and brand image have been shown to significantly influence the dependent variable of purchasing decisions]]>

<![CDATA[Pelayanan publik di Indonesia hingga saat ini masih menjadi permasalahan bagi instansi-instansi pemerintah. Masih banyak masyarakat yang mengeluh mengenani pelayanan publik di beberapa instansi. Mulai dari persyaratan yang banyak, proses administrasi yang yang lama hingga pegawai yang sering tidak berada di tempat saat jam kerja. Hal seperti ini harusnya cepat diatasi oleh setiap instansi agar mampu memberikan pelayanan yang optimal. Selain beberapa kendala yang disebutkan diatas, kendala lainnya yaitu lokasi kantor yang berjauhan sehingga menyulitkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan publik. Untuk mengatasi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik, Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Reformasi Birokrasi (Kemenpan RB) menyelenggarakan Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP). Mal Pelayanan Publik adalah suatu kegiatan atau aktivitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik atas barang, jasa dan/atau pelayanan administrasi dengan mengintegrasikan sistem pelayanan publik dan merupakan perluasan fungsi pelayanan terpadu yang diberikan oleh pemerintah, baik Pusat maupun Daerah dimana pelayanan satu sama lain terdapat keterkaitan dalam satu lokasi atau gedung tertentu yang dikombinasikan dengan kegiatan jasa dan ekonomi lainya.]]>
