<![CDATA[In running a business, producers should know the market, where the products produced will be offered or marketed. These goals can be achieved by trying to maintain and increase profits or company profits. The data collection technique used in this study is field research conducted by circulating a list of statements to 81 respondents, namely consumers of the UMKM teh poci Yusrizal. Data processing was carried out with the help of the multiple regression equation model SPSS for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable (X1) has a significant effect on increasing sales (Y), which is equal to 0.001. These results can be proved by the value of tcount> t table (12,419> 1,667). The distribution variable (X2) has no significant effect on increasing sales (Y), which is equal to 0.162. This can be proven by tcount <t table (1.410 <1.667) with a significant <0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[This aim of this research is to study the policies effect of public sector accounting accountability and the effectiveness of Alokasi Dana Gampong (ADG) on physical development in Aie Village, Simeulue. The object of this research is the ADG in Aie Village, Simeulue. This research is a descriptive research. The data used are primary data, namely data derived from interviews with village officials and the community. Secondary data is also used from this study, namely data originating from literature. The results of this research shown that the accountability of ADG reports is in accordance with the principles of public accounting, and has implemented a good transparency and accountability. In addition, the ADG of Aie Village, Simeulue was also effective eventhough the planning stage was not good enough.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe the management of Gampong Fund Management Information in empowering the gampong community and to find out some of the possible and hindering influences in managing gampong funds. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This activity was carried out in Ulee Pata Village, Jaya Baru Subdistrict, Banda Aceh Regency, by conducting interviews and observations to obtain the necessary data and collect information relating to the management of gampong fund management information that had been interpreted. The results of this study indicate that the gampong fund management process carried out by the gampong government has not been completely transparent, the gampong community has not actively participated, and village government officials are more dominant in planning activities and the implementation of gampong funds from 3 hamlets has not been active and still struggling on infrastructure development. The management of village funds has not been aligned towards community empowerment in the context of giving birth to economic income sources, but is still very large for infrastructure development. Empowerment activities are prioritized for physical empowerment such as road construction, rental housing, opening new roads and multi-purpose buildings, while empowering non-physical is associated with minimal training for residents in need. The results of the study indicate that the supporting factors of village fund management in empowering the village community in Ulee Pata Village are support for policy / regulation, socialization, facilities, and infrastructure. The inhibiting factor is a lack of human resources and a lack of community participation in the village.]]>

<![CDATA[Industi budaya yang tumbuh pesat dalam sistem kapitalisme lanjut, bekelindan dengan ideologi konsumesime menjadikan masyarakat kehilangan daya kritisnya dan menjadi auidens yang pasif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat secara kritis paktik konsumsi fans JKT48 yang nampak dalam postingan-postingan di grup Facebook JKT48 Fans Club. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskrtiptif kualitatif digabungkan dengan katamata paradigma neo-marxian. Hasilnya, ideologi konsumerinme telah menghegemoni fans JKT48 dengan menciptakan kebutuhan palsu secara terus menerus sebagai tujuan ideal. Hal itu kemudian menjadikan fans larut dalam roda kapitalistik. Namun di satu sisi, fans JKT48 memiliki potensi melakukan negosiasi dan perlawanan terhadap status quo, yang diwujudkan dengan ucapan-ucapan keluh kesah yang mereka ungkapkan dalam postingan grup, hal itu juga menjadi bentuk kontra-hegemoni. Mereka berpandangan bahwa tidak semua hal terkait budaya pop Jepang bisa diadopsi pada kehidupan mereka. Anggota grup melakukan negosiasi terhadap apa yang di konsumsinya dengan cenderung menyesuaikan hal-hal yang diadopsinya dengan kondisi sosial budaya disekitar.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, to know and analyze the effect of work ability on employee work performance and to find out and analyze the effect of work discipline and work ability on employee performance in PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. The population in this study all permanent employees totaling 197 people taking, where sampling using slovin formula with a total sample of 66. Data collection techniques used in this study were documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this study are multiple regression, classic assumptions, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The conclusion of this study proves that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Office of the Directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan, Work Ability has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Office of Directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan and Simultaneously Work Discipline and Work Ability have a significant effect on Employee Performance in the Office of the Directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan, which can be categorized as strong.]]>

<![CDATA[Analysis of financial ratios to Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is one of the parameters in measuring the performance of regional financial management. Financial performance analysis uses the calculation of the ratio of effectiveness, efficiency and independence of regional finances. This research aims to measure the financial performance of Banda Aceh City Local Government during the fiscal year of 2014 to 2018. The research type is descriptive using the ratio analysis method. The results showed that the effectiveness ratio was categorized as effective against the APBD, and the efficiency ratio was categorized as less efficient towards the APBD. The independence ratio of regional financial management is still low.]]>

<![CDATA[Netralitas ASN di Indonesia saat ini menjadi isu publik yang akan terus berlanjut. Mengenai hal tersebut pembinaan ASN diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang No. 5 Tahun 2014 Tentang ASN. Pembinaan ASN juga berfungsi sebagai upaya pembentukan sikap netral dan bebas dari intervensi kekuasaan dan partai politik. Aspek pengawasan merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dalam penegakan netralitas pegawai ASN. Dalam proses pengawasan pemerintah, terdapat 2 macam proses pengawasan, yaitu pengawasan preventif dan represif serta pengawasan aktif dan pasif. Kajian pengawasan netralitas ASN oleh Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN) ini mempunyai tiga tujuan yaitu, menganalisis penyebab terjadinya pelanggaran netralitas di kalangan pegawai ASN, mengevaluasi sistem pengawasan KASN terhadap pelaksanaan asas netralitas ASN, menyusun rekomendasi untuk peningkatan efektivitas sistem pengawasan KASN terhadap pelaksanaan asas netralitas ASN. Sejak tahun 2015 KASN sudah membangun sistem pengawasan. Sehingga Desember 2018 terdapat jumlah aduan yang masuk ke KASN mencapai 507 aduan. Pada artikel ini menggunakan metode studi literatur berupa jurnal dan metode searching.]]>

<![CDATA[The integrity of financial statements in the transportation company sector is much below the standard requirements of the IDX and many transportation sectors are not listed on the IDX. Financial report integrity (dependent variables) are analyzed by independent variables consisting of x1 = Board of Directors size, x2 = Proportion of Independent Commissioners (PKI), x3 = Audit Committee (KA) and x4 = Institutional Ownership (KI). The value of the F test regression results is 2.475 with a significance of 0.05, while the t test is only institutional ownership that has an effect of 3.035 and significant 0.03 means that the greater the number of institutional ownership, the better the integration of financial statements.]]>

By knowing how much growth, a company should be able to predict how much profit it will get. So that the relationship between company performance and value creation for shareholders with sales growth has become an investment goal. In accordance with the problems raised in the study, the purpose of this study is to empirically prove the influence of Total Assets Turnover on Profit Growth in Food and Drink Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To empirically prove the effect of Sales Growth on Profit Growth in Food and Drink Companies registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To prove empirically the effect of Total Assets Turnover and Sales Growth together on Profit Growth in Food and Drink Companies registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of research that partially there is a significant influence of Total Assets Turnover on Profit Growth. Partially there is a significant effect of Sales Growth on Profit Growth. Simultaneously there is the influence of variable Total Assets Turnover, Sales Growth on Profit Growth.]]>
