Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang berusaha mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat anatara suatu variabel terhadap variabel lainnya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan pembelajaran synergetic teaching pada pembelajaran matematika. Pembelajaran dikatakan efektif dalam penelitian ini apabila: 1) Hasil belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran Synergetic Teaching lebih baik daripada hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran pada umumnya yang diawali dengan penjelasan materi dan dilanjutkan dengan pemberian latihan soal, 2) Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setelah pemberian tindakan Synergetic Teaching lebih baik daripada rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebelum pemberian Synergetic Teaching, 3) Rata-rata hasil belajar setelah pemberian tindakan Synergetic Teaching lebih dari nilai KKM yaitu 75. 4) Presentase lembar observasi kegiatan guru dan siswa sekurang-kurangnya (berada pada kategori aktif) dan persentase observasi kegiatan guru dan siswa pada pembelajaran synergetic teaching lebih baik dari persentase observasi kegiatan guru dan siswa pada pembelajaran pada umumnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran synergetic teaching efektif ditinjau dari hasil belajar dan aktivitas pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil belajar siswa diperoleh rata-rata nilai kelas eksperimen adalah 83,666 dengan standar deviasi 6,728. Sementara rata-rata nilai kelas kontrol adalah 78,933 dengan standar deviasi 19,2000. Sehingga pada analisis akhir menunjukkan thitung = 2,636 dan ttabel = 1,685 untuk taraf signifikasi 5%. Karena thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa menggunakan Synergetic Teaching lebih baik daripada pembelajaran pada umumnya (ceramah). Berdasarkan aktivitas pembelajaran, rata-rata aktivitas siswa pada kelas eksperimen adalah 83,125% lebih dari rata-rata aktivitas siswa pada kelas kontrol 76,5%. Sementara rata-rata aktivitas pembelajaran guru pada kelas eksperimen adalah 82,5% lebih dari rata-rata aktivitas guru pada kelas kontrol 80%.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan suatu hal yangpenting untuk menunjang keberhasilan suatu pembelajaran. Kesulitan siswa dalam memahami materi dan membedakan bentuk-bentuk bangun datar merupakan permasalahan yangsering dihadapi guru. Oleh karena itu, maka sangat perlu dilakukan pengembangan dengan jalan modifikasi kartu UNO sebagai media pembelajaran bangun datar yang valid, praktis dan efektif sehingga mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama bulan Januari hingga November 2018 dengan melibatkan 58 siswa SMP Negeri 1 Arjasa dan MTs Nurul Jadid Bondowos sebagai subjek peneltian dalam uji coba pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang menggunakan perangkat berupa lembar validasi, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan media pembelajaran, lembar soal tes hasil belajar dan lembar angket siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa hasil modifikasi kartu UNO menjadi suatu bentuk kartu GEO yang telah valid, praktis dan efektif dalam menngkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap bangun datar segiempat.

Abstract

This research is an experimental research which aim to know whether the active learning strategy index card match is more effective than expository learning strategy used learning mathematic for students in class VII State Islamic Junior High School at Pitumpanua, Wajo Regency. The design of the research used Posttest Control Group Design. In this research therean experimental group namely VIID class with 32 students which was taught using ICM active learning strategies and one groupcontrolnamely VIIE class with the same number students taught by expository learning strategy. Technique collection data used result of the learning tests, observation sheets for student activity, and questionnaire sheets for the student respond. Data analyzed used description statistic analyzed and statistic inferential analyzed. According to description statistic analyzed obtained:1) In the experimental group, the result of the mathematics learningobtained average of 74,16 with the deviation standard of 12.972 in the high criteria, while in the group control the average learning result of student amount 66,12 with the deviation standard 12,973 in the medium criteria. 2) Learning activities of students in the experimental group showed a positive attitude with a percentage of 58.04% and 51.45% in the control group. 3) The Student responses in the experimental learning group showed a positive response with percentage of 89.87% while in the control group 63.73%. Statistic inferential analyzed shows t count> t table (2.476> 1.67) with a significance of 5%, So we can conclude that the hypothesis is accepted it mean that learning mathematics in grade VII students of State Islamic Junior High School at Pitumpanua country of Wajo Regency through ICM active learning strategies is more effective than expository learning strategies

Abstract

The application of ethnomathematics-based cultural education that is integrated into learning can be through the development of learning instruments. Learning instruments consist of syllabus, learning material, student worksheets, learning resources, learning media, and evaluation tools. This studies discusses about worksheets, lesson plans, and syllabus in which ethnomatematics and character education have been included with purpose was to explain the development of syllabus, learning material, and mathematics student worksheets based on ethnomatematics in strengthening student character education.

Abstract

Learning mathematics for early childhood requires ways and media that are suitable for children's development. Mathematics is a scientific discipline that covers almost all levels of education including early childhood education. The characteristic of early childhood learning is learning while playing as embodied in its curriculum at the level of the National Education System. Media dice games can be used in mathematics learning numerical recognition material that is directly related to aspects of children's cognitive development. This study examines the effect of dice media on cognitive development in the mathematics learning of early childhood education number recognition material. This type of research is quantitative causal with statistical tests used including normality test and homogeneity test and hypothesis testing using T test (T-test) or partial test using SPSS version 22 program. The conclusion of this study is that there are influences of media dice game on cognitive aspects learning material for number recognition in learning early childhood mathematics in the 2018/2019 academic year.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the development and produce an integrated vector analysis module with Prezi that is valid, practical and effective. Development refers to the 4D development model, that is define, design, develop, and disseminate. Disseminate stage is not done in this research because the use of module is only limited to undergraduate students of Mathematics Education IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. The developed Vector Analysis module is feasible of use that satisfy all three aspects, namely validity, practicality and effectiveness. The developed vector analysis module has several advantages. First, connect the concept of vector analysis with real life. Second, integrated with prezi-based learning media that support deeper understanding of the concept of vector analysis.

Abstract

The role of learning media is very large in achieving learning messages, namely teaching material. Learning media can provide reinforcement of the explanations delivered by the teacher. Picture numeric card media is a visual media that can be used in learning or function as a learning media. The use of pictorial number card media in the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) learning is very suitable because it is relevant to the style of learning that is learning while playing. One kind of kindergarten learning material is the introduction of numbers and simple counting operations that are part of elementary level mathematics learning. Submission of numerical recognition learning materials and simple counting operations can be done using specially designed numeric card media. The use of multiple number card media in learning in this study is to see the effect on children's learning motivation. This type of research is quantitative causality, which is to see the effect of using numeric card media on children's learning motivation. Because of the quantitative type, this study uses statistical calculations through the SPSS version 22.0 program which includes a prerequisite test for normality and homogeneity, hypothesis testing with partial tests or different tests (T test). The results of this study indicate the influence of multiple number card media on early childhood learning motivation in numerical recognition learning materials and simple count operations Al-Mahrus Integrated Kindergarten, Siti Khotijah 1 PAUD and TK Labschool IKIP PGRI Jember even semester 2018/2019 academic year.

Abstract

So far there is still a growing view that social and scientific scientific development are two separate entities. Science and social work in different directions even across from shared values. Interest in developing science sometimes does not consider the needs and desires of the community as a representation of the social realm, and vice versa. Learning with the Community Technology Science model will provide solution answers to scientific and social ego issues so that they will hack into the relationship between the two. The Community Technology Science learning model will present learning that instills an understanding that between science and social must go together, the development of science must answer the needs and interests of society. This study tries to apply the Science Technology Community learning model with a review of the mathematical ability of its influence on learning outcomes. This study uses a hypothesis test (T test) using a statistical program and is a type of quantitative causality research. The research locations were Ambulu SMPN 2 and Rambipuji 2 Public Middle School with respondents as students of the two schools.

Abstract

This research is to know the influence of group investigation study method toward the learning result, the influence of science process skill toward learning result, and joint influence between group investigation study method and science process skill toward learning result. The problems studied in this research are: 1) is there any influence of group investigation learning method toward SD learning outcomes ?, 2) is there any influence of science process skill toward SD learning result ?, and 3) is there any interaction influence of group investigation study method and science process skill towards learning outcomes? Objectives: 1) examine the effect of group investigation learning methods on SD learning outcomes. 2) examine the influence of science process skills on student learning outcomes. 3) examine the interaction of the influence of group investigation learning methods and the skills of the science process on learning outcomes. The population of this study is the students of class V MIN Sempolan 2015/2016 academic year with the number of 32 students, the study area is determined by purposive sampling method. This research is a quantitative research with causal design. Data collection tools use questionnaires, tests and methods of documentation and interview. Valid and valid reliability tools with validity and reliability tests. The instrument analysis test uses: 1) descriptive test, 2) classical assumption test. Test the hypothesis by: 1) regression analysis, 2) F test, 3) t test, 4) test coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that: 1) sig value. From model variable of group investigation study method toward student learning result 0.000, sig conclusion. > 0,05, mean study group investigation method have significant effect to result of student learning, 2) sig value. Of the science process skill variable is 0.000, the sig conclusion. > 0,05, this means science process skill have significant effect to student learning result, 3) result of regression analysis output obtained Fcount 50.325 with sig. 0.000, because> 0,05 then there is interaction influence of study group investigation method and skill of science process is signifikan to result of learning. Suggestions are proposed for teachers to apply learning using group investigation study methods and pay attention to the skills of the science process to achieve better learning outcomes
