Abstract

One such policy is to increase the number of taxpayers who own motor vehicles but have not been paying taxes. To address this issue, local governments offer an option to waive administrative sanctions for motor vehicle taxes. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the motor vehicle tax amnesty policy, as well as to identify obstacles and efforts to overcome these obstacles in the program’s execution. This study adopts a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods with secondary data as its basis. The research results indicate that the effectiveness of the motor vehicle tax amnesty policy is relatively successful, evident in the increased achievement of motor vehicle tax revenue targets at the Tegal District SAMSAT in the years 2021- 2022. Despite the increase in revenue, there was a decline in realization in 2022 compared to 2021. However, the Tegal District SAMSAT has made efforts to enhance the collection of motor vehicle tax revenue.

Abstract

Regional governments have an important role in the development of their own regions and must have the ability to increase revenue and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of budget use in order to improve public services to the community. Budget performance can be measured through the level of budget absorption. In increasing accountability for the use of budget revenues, the Banten provincial government issued Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2011 concerning Regional Taxes with reference to Law No. 28 of 2009 which includes the concept of earmarking tax. The regulation states that 10% of motorized vehicle tax is allocated for the construction, maintenance of roads and public transportation. The purpose of implementing this earmarking tax is to gradually and continuously improve the quality of service and create good governance and clean government. This research method uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research are road maintenance with a minimum of 10% of the profit sharing of motorized vehicle tax in Banten province which has exceeded the predetermined minimum limit and has been absorbed. Total earmarking funds reached 50.01% of road maintenance costs and road maintenance expenditures reached 19.99% of total Motor Vehicle Tax revenues which were shared into the Banten Province treasury.

Abstract

Public service is the State's effort to fulfill the basic needs and civil rights of every citizen regarding goods, services, and administrative services provided by public service providers, it is government. This research aims to know the quality of public services at the Sukatani Sub-district Office in Bekasi Regency of West Java Province. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and document review with seven informants (sub-district officers). The research findings indicate that the quality of public services at the Sukatani Sub-district Office has not been well-implemented overall, as assessed across five dimensions of public service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. In terms of tangibles, the waiting area (lobby) lacks amenities such as air conditioning, leading to discomfort for individuals waiting in the space. Regarding reliability, the efficiency of administrative processing by staff is relatively good, evident in their competence and proficiency in utilizing available office technology as a tool to facilitate public service processes. However, responsiveness in serving the public is not fully experienced by the community, as service personnel do not consistently adhere to appropriate timelines, and there are unresolved complaints that have not been promptly addressed. Assurance reveals instances where services remain uncompleted within predetermined timeframes. Additionally, there is evidence of preferential treatment for individuals with familial connections, indicating a lack of empathy in the delivery of public services.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis Peran Media Sosial Sebagai Platform Komunikasi Dan Penyebaran Informasi Kebencanaan Di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. yang selanjutnya dielaborasi dengan data-data sekunder baik dari play store, media sosial, ataupun media berita lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan data dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media sosial memiliki peranan penting sebagai platform komunikasi dan penyebaran informasi kebencanaan di DKI Jakarta. Media sosial dapat mempercepat penyebaran informasi kebencanaan yang diberikan oleh instansi pemerintah daerah DKI Jakarta kepada masyarakat. Media sosial juga berperan dalam peringatan dini terjadinya bencana, pemantauan kondisi saat terjadinya bencana, koordinasi bantuan dan sumberdaya, edukasi kebencanaan, sebagai media kolaborasi antar pihak, bentuk adanya transparansi dan akuntabilitas tatakelola kebencanaan di DKI Jakarta. Namun demikian, masih ada tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat diantaranya: risiko Penyebaran Informasi Palsu (Hoaks) sangat besar, adanya informasi yang berlebihan keterbatasan jaringan, Kurangnya Kontrol terhadap Pesan, tidak dapat menjangkau semua kelompok, Ketergantungan pada Infrastruktur Digital, Pemahaman Terhadap Pesan yang tidak dapat dilakukan oleh semua masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut harus ada strategi dalam penanganan bencana. Selain itu harus ada sumber informasi resmi yang dapat diandalkan, kampanye pendidikan tentang kesadaran digital, dan upaya untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi informasi palsu. Upaya kolaboratif antara pemerintah, organisasi bantuan, platform media sosial, dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan dalam membantu meningkatkan efektivitas media sosial dalam penyebaran informasi kebencanaan di DKI Jakarta

Abstract

Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Sleman dalam penyelenggaran Pemilu 2024 menjalankan tugas yang tidak ringan. Pada saat tahapan Pemilu berlangsung seperti saat ini, KPU Kabupaten Sleman mengalami peningkatan beban kerja yang sangat tajam.. Saat tahapan pemilu berlangsung, pekerjaan rutin tersebut bertambah dengan pekerjaan tahapan pemilu yang terdiri dari berbagai macam kegiatan seperti pendaftaran dan verifikasi peserta pemilu, pembentukan badan adhoc penyelenggara Pemilu, pemutakhiran data pemilih, penyiapan logistik Pemilu, kampanye, pemungutan dan penghitungan suara serta sengketa hasil pemilu. Banyaknya kegiatan-kegiatan yang termasuk dalam tahapan pemilu membuat beban kerja pegawai KPU Kabupaten/Kota bertambah berat. Dengan penerapan digitalisasi pelayanan, beban pekerjaan lembaga tersebut diharapkan lebih ringan. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, maka rumusan masalahnya adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama jenis pelayanan apa saja yang berbasis teknologi informasi (digital) yang diterapkan KPU Kabupaten Sleman dalam penyelenggaan Pemilu 2024? Kedua, Apa yang menjadi faktor penghambat pelayanan digital yang diterapkan di KPU Kabupaten Sleman dalam penyelenggaan Pemilu 2024? Menuju penyelenggaraan Pemilu 2024, KPU Sleman melakukan digitalisasi layanan dan juga sejumlah inovasi. Digitalisasi layanan antara lain dalam bentuk website, media sosial (medsos), E-PPID hingga digitalisasi tahapan pemilu antara lain dalam seleksi PPK dan juga PPS melalui SIAKBA. Ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi kendala. Kendala itu adalah terkait dengan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), budaya dan infrastruktur Kata Kunci: Digitalisasi Layanan, Inovasi, Pemilu

Abstract

The development of technology and communication is increasingly advanced and rapid, knowingly or unknowingly it has its own impact on people's lifestyles and the current pattern of government work. In the past, there was a distance between the government and the people. But now, with increasingly advanced technological developments between the government and the people it seems as if there is no distance anymore. Then, the current public service paradigm considers recipients of public services as citizens so that there is no difference in terms of social status, ethnicity, race or religion. These changes make local governments inevitably have to innovate to provide the best service to the community.

Abstract

The background of this study is situation The 2024 General Election began several years previously with the previous period coalition party bearer candidate president and vice presidential candidate, period after coalition party bearer candidate president and vice presidential candidate formed until approaching announcement candidate presidential and vice presidential candidates by party bearer. In the context that, Joko Widodo Still took office as President and communicated to the public with a diverse style of communication; the study aims to explain and analyze the Communication Style of Joko Widodo's Politics in the Election of President and Vice President in the 2024 General Election. Approach qualitative with paradigm constructivist used through method analysis Roland Barthes' Semiotics. The unit of analysis used is a Kompas TV YouTube video. The result shows Communication Style Joko Widodo's Politics in the Election President and Vice President in the 2024 General Election shows dynamics from before _ nomination President and Vice President, the future is approaching nomination President and Vice President to Commission General Election until the campaign period. In the early days of the General Election, Jokowi showed a Communication Style Controlling Style; in the future, Jokowi's public communication style Structuring Style during the campaign period in a way open, Jokowi pointed out style public communication Dynamic Style.

Abstract

Tax is the major revenue source for Indonesia. The tax collecation in Indonesia most frequently is not reached the target even there is lower pattern since 2019. Intensification actions of hotel tax at the boarding house is not optimally yet in Bekasi District so on be an interesting to be analyzed. This research is aim to analyze the implementation of intensification actions on hotel tax at boarding houses by Badan Pelayanan Pajak Daerah Bekasi District. The result of this study indicate that communication is well implemented by the support of software saving box and jumped into field directly, however it is not optimally yet related information distribution consistently, included sanction potential. The resoruces related facilities and infrastructure is not good enough in order to support tax collection in staff numbers. The disposition of employee is enough good and offers convenience for taxpayers to pay the taxes, however it is not optimally yet in employee’s dedication. Bureaucracy structure is categorized as good, however there is problem following the lower education level of Taxpayers that bring influence towards fiscus’s performance.

Abstract

Pengangguran yang semakin meningkat menajdi permasalahan serta perhatian pemerintah. Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara dalam upaya pengurangan pengangguran dengan program pelatihan kerja melalui Balai Latihan Kerja. Jumlah pengangguran di Jakarta Utara Tahun 2020 sebanyak 58.554 orang dan pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 92.219 orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Balai Latihan Kerja Pada Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Program Balai Latihan Kerja Pada Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini diketahui dari aspek komunikasi dalam kondisi sudah jelas, aspek sumber daya juga sudah memadai, aspek disposisi sudah sesuai, dan aspek struktur birokrasi dalam kondisi sudah mendukung. Penghambat dalam Implementasi Program Balai Latihan Kerja Pada Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara adalah pada program kerja, anggaran yang terbatas serta peserta yang tidak memenuhi kuota. Pendorong Implementasi Program Balai Latihan Kerja Pada Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi Dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara adalah adalah membuat programpelatihan yang menarik serta waktu pelatihan yang lebih panjang
