Abstract

Kemerdekaan adalah satu kata yang tidak asing lagi yang sering dimaknai dengan kebebasan dalam arti yang sesunguhnya. Yang menjadi permasalahannya adalah masih banyak kita melihat upaya pengekangan dimana-mana, khususnya dalam pendidikan. Guru dan murid belum merasakan otonomi yang cukup untuk menentukan arah kebijaksanaan belajar dan mengajarnya karena masih diatur dengan regulasi yang membuat rencana, proses pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang dilakukan terkesan dibatasi dan mengikat. Tidak jarang, kita melihat dengan aturan jam pelajaran yang harus penuhi, membuat guru dan siswa tidak bisa fokus dalam pembelajaran. Sementara, kesejahteraan belum juga sesuai dengan tuntutan yang begitu tinggi yang dipersyaratkan oleh pihak pembuat kebijakan, misalnya harus melengkapi semua perangkat pembelajaran, membuat karya ilmiah, kewajiban melaksanakan tri-dharma PT bagi dosen dengan mempersyaratkan harus mempublish artikel ke jurnal Scopus. Komponen pendidikan adalah satu kesatuan yang harus saling berkontribusi dan harus saling mendorong atau membantu, karena bagaimanapun tugas pendidikan adalah bagian dari pengaplikasian fungsi sosial. Berdasarkan fenomena dan gambaran umum tersebut, maka penulis tertarik untuk membuat artikel tentang Merdeka Belajar; Antara Retorika dan Aplikasi. Kata Kunci: kemerdekaan, belajar, pendidikan, retorika, aplikasi

Abstract

This article aims to explain how the creative approach of guidance and counseling  in the face of independent learning in the era of Industry Revolusi 4.0 and preparedness counselor to minimum competency assessment and survey the characters. In principle already the task of counseling but counselors need creative approaches are required to utilize information technology as a means of supporting the counselor so that effective performance for different levels of education in the era of industrial revolution to four. The method used is descriptive qualitative study of literature. The results of several studies relevant journals obtained could be found the creative approach to guidance and counseling in facing the independent learning policy through the: first, assessment of minimal competencies which counselors provide career guidance services through ICT media. Such as "e-Guidance & Virtual career development" and "ICT for counseling and Careers Guidance Services" SMA APPEM and Delphi 7 named PLABK-SMA software as a tool in carrying out career guidance. Abstract

In general, students consider that computer material is rather difficult and practicum requires special skills especially if there is no guidance and tutorial from the lecturers directly especially in the current co-19 pandemic, as a result not a few students who are less even less interested in understanding and mastering some theory and basic practice on the material. Therefore, lecturers must have the ability or skills to develop a multimedia practicum and use it in lectures so that learning objectives can be achieved. For example, multimedia practicum based on a Virtual Computer Laboratory (ViLab) that was developed can be used as a support in the learning process and practicum in the computer laboratory of the FIP UNP KTP Department, especially those taking computer practicum courses. This research development uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. Models and procedures developed using the ADDIE model with stages, including: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Based on the results of the development, the results obtained at the same time conclusions that the multimedia Laboratory-based Virtual Laboratory (Vi-Lab) is feasible to be used in learning as a media supporting the practicum This can be seen from the validation percentage of media experts and material experts, namely an average of 94.5% with a very good/very valid product category. Furthermore, it was tested on students (respondents) to find out the practicality level of media use by 88.5% with a very good/very practical category. Abstract

Virtual Reality merupakan hasil dari perkembangan teknologi yang memiliki keunggulan tersendiri yang biasanya diterapkan dalam bidang pendidikan maupun  bidang ilmu lainnya. Penerapan media pembelajaran berupa teknologi Virtual Reality pada bidang pendidikan memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan daya serap informasi yang diterima oleh siswa. Sebagai contoh dalam ilmu sejarah pembelajaran cenderung membosankan, contoh lain dalam bidal sains terdapat materi yang penyampaiannya sulit jika siswa hanya sekedar mendengarkan guru berceramah. Penerapan Teknologi Virtual Reality dalam pembelajaran memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar serta motivasi belajar siswa. Paper ini berisikan hasil telaah penelitian yang menunjukkan efektivitas penggunaan Virtual Reality terhadap hasil belajar maupun motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the provision of guidance and counseling services by classroom teachers and find out how the development and change of students in the State Elementary School 200111 Padangsidimpuan after receiving guidance and counseling services from class teachers. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive model. The sample of this study was 12 classroom teacher respondents in 200111 Padangsidimpuan Public Elementary School. The way to collect data is by interview and documentation. The method of data analysis in research is by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Researchers obtained information that the implementation of guidance and counseling services performed by class teachers includes in four parts of guidance and counseling. The four sections are in the areas of personal, social, study and career guidance. The provision of guidance and counseling services according to their fields is carried out by providing enthusiasm, advice and motivation to students. This study concludes the implementation of guidance and counseling services carried out by each class teacher using electic counseling techniques and the results of the guidance obtained is that there are changes in attitudes and abilities shown by students in a direction that is better than before. Keywords: Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Services, Class Teachers, Elementary Schools

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the development and career character as the human being is the social creatures, they can survive by socializing with the environment, society and their natural surroundings. Industrial Zone 4.0 has brought many behavioural and career changes that cannot be ruled out by anyone. This has given many problems and challenges to counsellor practitioners to provide diverse aspirations and motivations to the wider community. These problems and challenges include the low attitude of mutual help to help one another, the high rate of mutual prejudice to others, the lack of honesty for the achievement of desired goals, the high behaviour of crime. So, it is hoped that counsellors will continue to improve the basic knowledge of human needs and services in the Industrial Zone 4.0.

Abstract

One of the main problems in teaching and learning process was teacher’s difficulty at providing a fun instructional media so that used is less varied. Infographics motion graphic can help students in understanding subject matter and create a good atmosphere at the learning process. The objectives of this study were (1) Producing good quality infographics of motion graphic media in accordance with feasibility of media evaluation (2) Knowing the feasibility infographics of motion graphic media by theme Lingkungan Sahabat Kita at the 5th grade according to the expert and trial. The research design referring to Borg and Gall Model.The results of analysis based on trials for the practicality infographic motion graphic are in the practical category used evenly overall score of 86,19%.So based on the results of validity and practicality tests it can be concluded that this infographic motion graphic is valid and practical and suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

This article will explain and describe the position of Changingpatterns of interaction in the family of Air Batumbuk Mountain Climbing Talang Path.The theory that helps analyze the findings in this study is the social change from Veblen and Ogburn as technocratic people in a Materialistic perspective. Veblen sees society largely determined by technology. It primarily focuses on the technological influence on human thought and behavior.. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The technique of selecting informants with purposive sampling. The total number of informants is 10 people. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation method. Interviews conducted are in-depth interview techniques and observations made are non-participation observation techniques. Data were analyzed by Miles and Huberman interactive analysis technique (Interactive analysis model) that is data reduction, data model and conclusion. The results of this study revealed the influence of technology that resulted in a change in interaction patterns in the area of Air Batumbuk Mountain Climbing Talang Path that is from the interaction directly (face to face) to the interaction using gadgets. Direct interaction at the present moment is only found in the evening only at dinner or watching television alone. In addition, changes in the pattern of interaction also affects the increasingly diminished parental power, giving greater attention to the child and the growing family function

Abstract

The implementation of equality education is now at a stage where this education is an alternative education that can be used to develop access to education. Changes that occur in students who at first most of the school age change to school age. The implementation of this education consists of Package A, Package B, and Package C, one of which is held by the Love Bundo Bukittinggi City Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM). The background to the occurrence of dropouts at this time is generally dominated by disciplinary problems that are deemed failing to be obeyed by students. This eventually reached a turning point that made them aware of returning to school. Unfortunately, equality education has not been facilitated with real counseling guidance services. For now guidance and counseling services are taken over by all subject teachers. The study was conducted in a descriptive qualitative manner by describing what information was in accordance with the phenomenon that occurred. Data were analyzed by stages of reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions and data verification. The field of service development is focused on learning, social, personal and career. Service delivery is more inclined in the form of motivation and enthusiasm to persist in continuing to complete education, experience is a valuable lesson so that it does not recur. Based on the results of the study note that teachers use Eclectic Counseling and specifically some cases use Home Room Program techniques. The results shown by this activity are prioritized towards changing attitudes and behavior of students to be able to return to formal education.Keywords: Counseling guidance services, Dropouts, Equality Education

Abstract

Artikel ini akan menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan mengenai gender dan keragaman seksual harus dapat diidentifikasi, termasuk dalam kurikulum, danditerima di sekolah. Para stakeholder pendidikan perlu mengadvokasi kebijakan untuk memasukkan mengenai keanekaragaman gender dan seksualkurikulum. Aliansi gay-straight adalah kelompok ekstrakurikuler yang mempromosikan keragaman dan mendukung gender dan siswa yang beragam secara seksual. Sekolah perlu mendukung keanekaragaman gender dan seksualdikurikulum dan sumber daya. Keanekaragaman gender dan seksual perlu menjadi prioritas bagi sekolah untuk memasukkan gender dansiswa yang beragam secara seksual merasa disambut. Sangat penting bagi keanekaragaman gender dan seksualuntuk dilihat, diajarkan, dan diterima di dalam sekolah. Stakeholder dalam pendidikan perlu memahami mengapa keanekaragaman gender dan seksualperlu diakui di sekolah. Para stakeholder pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam mengubah kebijakan sekolah sehingga kurikulum diajarkan dapat menghilangkan adanya diskriminasi di dalam pendidikan (Steck & Perry, 2017). Keanekaragaman gender dan seksual perlu dipandang sebagai prioritas bagi sekolah untuk dimasukkan dalam semua aspek sekolah.Kata kunci: Keanekaraman, Gender, Seksual
