Abstract

This research originated from a dispute that occurred at BTPN Syariah MMS Siabu on the Right Sharia Financing product. Researchers want to examine how the solution to these problems can be solved with the Shulh Concept. This research is qualitative research where the type of empirical legal research. The data analysis technique in this research, namely by collecting data, then the data is recorded, then it will be presented in the form of a narrative conclusion. The conclusion from this study is that the cause of this dispute occurs because when providing data on prospective customers it is not transparent, dishonesty of information, then problems with economic conditions, and the circumstances of the customer's family are appropriate for the sharia financing. Then for the pattern that is the right product of sharia financing by means of the Shulh concept, namely by the way the local village head presents both parties and discusses the origin of the problem, then all forms of debt left by the wife are repaid by the husband by making a black and white agreement reinforced with a stamp.

Abstract

Seeing the condition of the fishing community, some of which are still less prosperous, especially fishermen who go to sea once a week, of course many new ideas are needed so that the welfare of fishermen can increase. The presence of the blue economy concept, which is a design for optimizing water resources to increase economic growth in marine areas through creative and innovative activities, namely creating new programs while maintaining environmental sustainability, is expected to be able to improve the economy of fishing communities. This article is intended to find out the extent to which the implementation of the blue economy has improved the welfare of the fishing community at TPI Brondong, especially from a maqashid sharia perspective. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method which tends to use more inductive analysis and a theoretical basis so that the focus of the research is in accordance with the facts in the field. The results of the research show that there are 2 programs in the implementation of the blue economy at TPI Brondong: 1. Good Fish Handling Methods (CPIB), namely maintaining the quality of fish, namely by paying attention to storage and handling fish properly when landed. 2. Measurable Fish Catching (PIT), namely changing fishing gear from cantrang to JALATONG so that the marine ecosystem is maintained. Because the quality is maintained and the fish caught are dominated by large fish, the selling value of the fish becomes expensive and automatically increases fishermen's income, especially from the perspective of maqashid sharia which shows that fishermen work in accordance with the basic elements or values contained in maqashid sharia which refers more to maintaining or maintaining wealth (Hifdzu Al-Maal).

Abstract

This study aims to map how economic growth has occurred in ASEAN-6 countries during 2012-2020 and how economic growth has been from an Islamic economic perspective. In answering this, the researcher used a mixed-method research design with secondary data sources and literature reviews. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the economic growth map of ASEA countries, seen from the highest Gross Domestic Product (GDP), namely Indonesia ranks first, followed by Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. Data on the development of economic growth shows that Thailand was the country with the highest economic growth in 2012 followed by the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Islamic economics has a view of economic growth that does not only pay attention to production factors but economic equity. Agreements in the economic field carried out by ASEAN countries gave birth to an agreement called the "ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint (AEC)". Through this, ASEAN countries have shown concern for the equality of the people's economy with the principle of economic growth based on Islamic economics.

Abstract

Banks are an important element of the state in improving people's living standards. Because with banks, people can collect and distribute money easily and efficiently. Therefore, the health of a bank needs to be considered so that its operational conditions can run in accordance with procedures. The purpose of this study is to analyze the health of NTB Syariah banks from the 2017-2021 financial statements. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive using the CAMEL (Capital, Assets, Management, Equity, Liquidity) calculation method. The result of this study is that the condition of the NTB bank after calculation analysis has a very healthy condition in several ratios. But in addition to very healthy health conditions, there are also those who are in a healthy condition only, there are also those who enter the specifications of conditions that are quite healthy in several other calculation ratios. Therefore, it is hoped that this NTB bank can improve its operational activities to be even better in the future, so that it can also improve the level of health in the bank.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the sharia accounting perspective on the employee payroll accounting information system at CV Gunung Dono Putra Kemantren Lamongan. This study used a descriptive qualitative method using triangulation of data analysis which combines interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are that the payroll accounting information system at CV Gunung Dono Putra has been running well by implementing all related functions, a network of procedures, documents and accounting records. The four components have also been implemented in accordance with sharia accounting principles in the form of responsibility, fairness, truth, piety, and honesty so as to achieve corporate prosperity.

Abstract

The reality that there is a society has undergone a change and so the masjid has also experienced its development, both in terms of buildings and functions. Inevitably entering the millennium there is a new problem which is the effect of rapid social change, namely the narrowing of the function of the masjid. Therefore, in this case, it acts as a human life guide, namely religion, which must carry out its function as a controlling agent of social change that has an impact on social life. This study aims to find out how the dynamics of the development of Namira Masjid are reviewed from the manager's perspective in optimizing the function and role of the masjid. The researcher used a qualitative research method with a phenomenology approach with the technique of collecting data through observation and interviews. Qualitative research was chosen as the type of research in this study because it was judged to be used to reveal and understand the social phenomena that exist in society. The role of Namira masjid as an optimal public space is directed at strengthening-strengthening in several aspects that must be a priority, namely: First, optimizing the function of the Hissiyah (building) masjid. Second, optimizing the function of the masjid in the aspect of meaning (purpose). Third, optimizing the function of the masjid in the aspects of ijtima’iyah (all activities). Because the essence of the function of the masjid is not only as a place of prayer alone, the masjid is the center of all activities both for worship that have vertical encounters (hablun minallah) and horizontal worship services (hablun minannas)

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research, the aim is to determine the influence of Hedonic shopping motivation and Shopping lifestyle on Impulse Buying E-Commerce Shopee Member Platinum customers. The method used in this research is descriptive method based on purposive sampling technique with 117 respondents active users in E-commerce shopee who have reached platinum level. The primary data and secondary data used were sourced from distributing questionnaire data and obtained from literature from various sources. Meanwhile, for testing techniques and data analysis using the SPSS 22 for Windows application. The results of this study indicate that the variables Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Shopping Lifestyle simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying.

Abstract

This article with title “Pengelolaan Zakat Produktif sebagai Pe mbangunan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Cecara Berkelanjutan di Indonesia”. Management of productive zakat is one of the efforts to distribute zakat which is effective in helping to solve social problems, and encourage the development of community welfare. In order for this goal to work, productive zakat must be managed appropriately, so that the problem of poverty in the community can be reduced. The method used in this paper uses a qualitative method with a literature approach that uses supporting data that is analyzed descriptively. The results of this writing explain the management of productive zakat, and zakat in the development of community welfare in a sustainable manner. From the results of this paper, it can be seen how the efforts of community empowerment are supported by the management of productive zakat. In this case, it focuses on the distribution of productive zakat for zakat recipients (mustahiq) so that their economy can be built independently and their achievements can become zakat payers (muzakki).

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the concept of Islamic marketing and how its implementation can optimize market potential with principles of justice and Islamic economic ethics. Business ethics in Islamic marketing involve adherence to moral principles and religious values, while justice ensures fair treatment for all parties involved. In the context of Islamic marketing, companies are expected to maintain integrity, avoid practices that are inconsistent with Islamic teachings, and ensure fair pricing and value of products or services offered. Ethical values in Islamic marketing include honesty and accuracy in conveying information to consumers, while avoiding deceptive promotions or violations of Sharia principles. Islamic marketing also reflects a company's commitment to religious values and contributes to sustainable economic growth. This research provides insights into the importance of Islamic marketing in optimizing market potential with principles of justice and Islamic economic ethics, and provides a foundation for companies to develop marketing strategies aligned with Islamic values in order to achieve sustainable business goals.

Abstract

This quantitative descriptive research aims to find out how locus of control and financial literacy influence investment interest in Islamic financial institutions, both partially and simultaneously. Data was taken using a Likert-scale questionnaire from 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and multiple regression statistical analysis using analytical tools, namely IBM SPSS 22. The results of the research show that locus of control partially does not influence does not influence investment interest in sharia financial institutions. Meanwhile, financial literacy partially has a positive and significant influence on investment interest in sharia financial institutions. Simultaneously, locus of control and financial literacy have a positive and significant influence on investment interest in sharia financial institutions.
