Abstract

The purpose of research as follows: 1). To know the character of student discipline. 2). To know the formation of student discipline character.3). To know the methods and solutions encountered in the formation of student discipline character.The formation of character in this individual will be very useful in his life in the family, school, and community environment, whether it is in school and after graduating from the level of education that followed. Discipline in the broad sense that is a mirror of the life of the people of the nation and state. The meaning, from the description of the level of discipline of a nation can be imagined how high the low level of the nation's culture it has. This research is done by using qualitative approach, that is approach directed to background and individual holistically (whole). So in this case it should not isolate individuals or organizations into variables or hypotheses, but view them as part of a wholeness. The results of this study, that in the formation of student discipline character, which must be considered is habituation, exemplary, and discipline itself. But in this case, there are constraints and problems in realizing and shaping the character of discipline in the students, among the obstacles faced are incomplete infrastructures, student background and the application of character of discipline into the subjects

Abstract

This article aims to find out 1) What is the Anti-Corruption Education program in Al Hikmah High School Surabaya. 2) How are the Methods and Strategies in the implementation of Anti-Corruption education in Al Hikmah High School Surabaya. 3) What are the Supporting Factors and Barriers to Anti-Corruption Education in Al Hikmah High School Surabaya. While this type of research is field research, namely research carried out by direct involvement in the field to explore and examine data relating to the Anti-Corruption Education Model in Al Hikmah High School Surabaya. While the approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, namely an approach that emphasizes more on the analysis of deductive and inductive inference processes, and on the analysis of the dynamics of the relationship between observed phenomena, using scientific logic. The results showed that the Anti-Corruption Education Program in Al Hikmah High School Surabaya became a part of character education that was inserted and integrated through al Islam or Islamic Education (PAI) and Citizenship Education (PKn) which has nine (9) main values ​​of two material that is. The ten values ​​consist of: Religious, Honest, Tolerant, Discipline, Hard work, Nationalism, Love of the homeland, Social care, and Responsibility. In the Implementation of Anti-Corruption Education in the learning of Islamic Education and Citizenship Education there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors include: the personality of each student, and the family, school, and community environment that always makes the situation full of honesty, while the one that inhibits is: lack of student awareness, there are still students whose families are less supportive, environment or student background, ability students 'material understanding and technological progress, negative influences from outside of students' personalities and conditions that compel students to act dishonestly, and too often acts of corruption in the presence of corrupt behavior habits. As for instilling anti-corruption values ​​in classroom learning, the Student Centered Learning (SCL) approach is used, while the strategy used is Inquiry Learning Strategy (SPI) using deliberation / discussion method.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the influence of pedagogical and professional competence of teachers on student learning outcomes in the subjects of the chapter sections of the IX class MTs heirs. Tarbiyatut Tholabah kranji is going to flee Lamongan in the academic year 2017/2018. The type of research is quantitative correlational research. According to Fox in Azhar's book, correlational research is research that is designed to determine the degree of relationship of different variables in one population. The description in this study is about the effect of teacher's pedagogic and professional competence on student learning outcomes in IX grade MTs. Tarbiyatut tholabah. Based on the research activities, it was found that the effect of pedagogical competence on student learning outcomes was 42.7%. While the rest is 57.3%. The percentage effect of learning interest on student learning outcomes is 32.2%. While the remaining 67.8%.

Abstract

This paper wants to find out 1) Is there a relationship between the ability to memorize the Koran and the learning outcomes of students of the 2017-2018 Academic Year Al-Fathimiyah Banjarwati Paciran Banjarwati Paciran. 2) Is there a relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes of the Aliyah Al-Fathimiyah Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan Madrasah 2017-2018 Academic Year.3) Is there a joint relationship between the ability to memorize the Koran and learning motivation with student learning outcomes Al-Fathimiyah Islamic Primary School Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan 2017-2018 Academic Year. Learning motivation is the overall driving force or drive in the student that causes learning activities and that gives direction to learning activities, so that the goals desired by students can be achieved. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative method with a correlational approach that is research designed to determine the level of relationship of different variables in one population. 3. Based on the research, that there is a jointly significant relationship between the ability to memorize the Koran and learning motivation with the learning outcomes of students of the 2017-2018 Academic Year of Al-Fathimiyah Banjarwati Paciran Banjarwati Paciran. This is shown in the results of multiple correlation analysis for the significance test obtained by the calculated F value of 24,042, then compared with the F table obtained (df) = numerical numerator (2) + df denominator (49) = 51.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to know (1) the values ​​of Islamic education contained in the verse as-saffat verse 102, and (2) the implementation of Islamic educational values ​​contained in the verse as-saffat verse 102 in class learning. This research type is library research with descriptive qualitative approach. The method in this study is explorative, namely to find the meaning of the value of education contained in surah as-saffat verse 102 from various books of interpretation which is the interpretation of mufassir in understanding the meaning, contents and content contained in the verse. Includes the book of tafsir: the book of tafsir al-Misbah by M.Quraish Shihab, the Ibn Katsir interpretation of the book by Sheikh Ismail bin Katsir, and the book of tafsir al-Maraghi by Ahmad Musthofa al-Maraghi. The results of the study show that the values ​​of Islamic education contained in surah as-saffat verse 102 are (1) the education of ketauhidan (akidah), (2) education of democratic consultation (syari'ah), and (3) moral education. And it shows that the concept of learning in the verse as-saffat verse 102 through the story of Abraham and Prophet Ismail consists of: (1) Educational objectives: humanization, humanity, noble character, (2) Material: akidah, syari'ah and akhlak, ( 3) Educators: wise, loving, democratic, acquainted with the students and understanding their psychology, understanding material, patience and sincerity, (4) Adolescents: obedient, patient, desirous or ideals, teachers, (5) Methods: dialogue-democratic, have been implemented in classroom learning.

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama is the largest Islamic community organization in Indonesia, Who is engaged in welfare community . Nahdlatul Ulama, which then we call NU. How not, in the Indonesian cultural culture this organization has become the front guard in guarding the world of religiosity or religious based education. So that as a consequence the problem of globalization is our shared responsibility, especially with its educational institutions and NU with the pesantren institutions. This research was carried out on the coast of Kranji village where NU was confronted with the condition of the people of Kranji who were famous for bad characters. This research focuses on how the role of the Nahdlatul Ulama in improving the quality of Islamic religious education in the coastal communities of Kranji village. Based on the type, this research is a qualitative descriptive study. Qualitative descriptive research is a study of certain phenomena or populations obtained by researchers from subjects in the form of individuals, organizations, or other perspectives. And this research uses a case study approach that is describing a background of certain objects or events in detail and depth. While data analysis is done using "inductive abstractive" logic data analysis, which is a logic that starts from "special to the public". The results of the study found that the role of Nahdlatul Ulama in improving the quality of Islamic religious education in coastal communities by means of cultural education in the form of religious activities in the community and structural education carried out in Islamic education institutions respectively.

Abstract

People said that education is development. It creates choices and opportunities for people, reduces the twin burdens of poverty and diseases, and gives a stronger voice in society. For nations it creates a dynamic workforce and well-informed citizens able to compete and cooperate globally - opening doors to economic and social prosperity. However, the main purpose of education is not only to create skillful and bright brain individual, but also a moral citizen. Moral education is becoming an increasingly popular topic in education. Media reports of increased violent juvenile crime, sexual harassment, corruption, illegal logging, and other violence-one of them taken place at one of the "elite" university of our countryhave caused many to declare a moral crisis in our nation, and the demanding reflection on our philosophy and practice of education. While not all of these social concerns are moral in nature, and most have complex origins, there is a growing trend towards linking the solutions to these and related social problems to the teaching of moral and social values in our public schools, in elementary and higher level. Abstract

The problem in this research is (1) Whether the use of a fingerprint directly effect senstencing giving punishment, (2) Whether the use of fingerprint directly effect on the discipline, (3) Whether the giving punishment directly effect the discipline (4) Whether the use of fingerprint attendance indirect effect on discipline throuht punishment. The population in this research were all students at MA TABAH Kranji totaling 994 students.. To determine the number of samples to be taken in this research, researchers used Taro Yamane formula in order to obtain 90 students to use as a sample. Sampling technique used in this research is to use the technique of questionnaires and documentation. The results of hypothesis testing using SPSS 16.0 for windows is known that: ( 1 ) the use of a fingerprint directly influence sentencing. This is shown in the results of the analysis on the significance test t count > t table (11,59 >1,987) and the P value (0,000< 0,05). ( 2 ) the use of a fingerprint directly affect student discipline. This is shown in the results of the analysis on the significance test test t count > t table (13,59 >1,987) and the P value (0,000> 0,05). ( 3 ) giving punishment directly affect student discipline. This is shown in the results obtained by the analysis of the significance test t count > t table (13,93 >1,987) and the P value (0,000<0,05). ( 4 ) the use of fingerprint indirect effect on student discipline is 38,44%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the still many learning processes in schools that position students as listeners to teacher lectures. As a result the learning process tends to be boring and makes students passive in learning. Therefore, it is necessary to find the right learning formula, so that it can increase student activity in the learning process, namely by implementing the Numbered Heads Together type of cooperative learning model. Cooperative learning type NHT which is divided into several small groups with 2-6 students per group. Each student is numbered 1-6 or more and the teacher randomly calls one number. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the implementation of the NHT type of cooperative learning model in the PAI learning process, 2) To determine student learning activeness, 3) And to determine whether there is an effect of NHT type cooperative learning model on student learning activeness. This type of research is a kind of correlational quantitative research where the analysis uses statistics and in this case the data obtained through several techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained to answer the above problems are 1) that the implementation of the NHT cooperative learning model in the PAI learning process is classified as good with a value of 79%, 2) that the learning activeness of students in the PAI learning process is classified as good with an 81% process. While the presence or absence of the influence of the NHT cooperative learning model on student learning activeness in the PAI learning process is evidenced by the results of the product moment formula which is 0.830 consulted with the interpretation of the "r" table and the result is high.

Abstract

Articles were arranged in order to find out the history of education at the time of the Messenger of Allah and his Companions, in the early days of the spread of Islam on the Arabian peninsula. This study starts from socioculture and various things that support the Mental formation of a Muhammad so that he becomes a human choice, up to the approach and strategy of Muhammad in carrying out his mission as a messenger of Allah, up to the time of the Companions. This study emphasizes more on literature research by emphasizing Muhammad as a human being without seeing his personality as a messenger of Allah, by analyzing various reading sources and opinions of leaders in Islam. The full conclusion of this study states that the election of Muhammad as a brave leader, honest, fair, educator, as well as an expert in political strategy naturally has been formed from a small, It is seen from the history of life, with all the tests and challenges from the parents have left behind , herding, even trading across countries.
