Abstract

One in the field of services and services. Make-up services exist to meet the make- up needs of various events, helping women to be more confident and special on their special days. In Bekasi, there is one facial makeup artist who offers her services, namely Syifa Beauty. However, in terms of marketing, this service still uses manual methods, so promotions and information obtained by potential customers are limited. The information system for make-up service providers is designed as a meeting medium for make-up service providers and potential customers with the help of technology. The purpose of this system is to facilitate Make-Up service providers in carrying out promotions and to reduce promotional costs. The system will display examples of service results, prices, and group them into several categories so that potential customers will be free to explore and determine the services they will order. Therefore, a system was developed that can assist the ordering process for customers and provide information on the services provided by Syifa Beauty. The method used in this research was observation and interviews. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) using the PHP programming language and Mysql and UML databases as the design process. This research produces a system that can order makeup services via the website and can see what services are provided and the prices of each makeup service available at Syifa Beauty

Abstract

In today’s digital era, many individuals rely on websites to quickly and efficiently obtain information. Vocational High Schools (SMK) are not left behind in leveraging modern technology through the website-based New Student Admission System (PPDB). While this system offers convenience, crucial questions arise regarding the quality of the PPDB Bersama website and its impact on user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of website quality on user satisfaction at SMKS 28 Oktober 1928 II. Utilizing the Webqual 4.0 method, the research identifies three independent variables: usability, information quality, and interaction quality, with user satisfaction as the dependent variable. Data processing was conducted using Excel and SPSS. The results indicate that all independent variables significantly contribute to user satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.813 suggests that 81.3% of user satisfaction can be explained by these variables, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. These findings affirm that the quality of the PPDB Bersama website has a significant positive impact on user satisfaction at SMKS 28 Oktober 1928 II, highlighting the importance of enhancing and maintaining platform quality to support better educational processes.

Abstract

Healthcare services particularly in the field of physiotherapy, play a crucial role in the recovery of patients with movement and functional impairments. The Biophysio Physiotherapy Clinic faces challenges in managing patient data, scheduling therapy sessions, and tracking patient progress as the number of patients increases. To address these issues, this study developed a web-based information system using the Laravel Framework, known for its flexibility. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was employed in the development of this system, involving iterative user feedback. The testing results demonstrate excellent system performance in terms of speed and responsiveness, with a 95% score on Google PageSpeed Insights, and effective handling of workload as evidenced by load testing results. In the load testing, the average response time for login requests was 6483 ms, while for admin requests, it was 1803 ms. The throughput reached 0.06 requests per second for login requests and 1.42 requests per second for admin requests. With stable response times and no errors during testing, this system is ready for implementation and is expected to improve the operational efficiency of the clinic while providing a better user experience. The Biophysio Physiotherapy Clinic's Web-Based Information System successfully passed both performance testing and load testing

Abstract

Current weather conditions in technological developments and climate change are a challenge to create safe and suitable conditions for carrying out activities both outdoors and indoors. The impact of climate change is that the research aims to create a monitoring and awareness system in work environment conditions and teaching and learning activities at the tertiary level. Objective: By utilizing technology that is currently mushrooming, such as IoT, to increase awareness of the importance of temperature, humidity and air quality in a room for teaching and learning activities and other activities in order to create a healthier work environment. Method: The method used is a wireless sensor network where sensors will read physical changes that occur such as methane and LPG gas anomalies, as well as changes in extreme temperature and humidity. Then the data that has been read is sent via ESP32 with an internet network connection to Blynk Cloud as universal monitoring between users and a personal dashboard which is used as a server to track history. Results: the results obtained with a sampling data collection period of approximately one hour, the condition of the room used for testing the DHT 22 sensor, and MQ2 indicated that there was no methane gas, or LPG contained in the room, indicated by ppm <300, as well as changes in temperature which were relatively stagnant did not occur in extreme changes where the average temperature obtained was 26.5˚C. The results from the humidity sensor showed that the room humidity was an average of 77.8%. These results can be interpreted as meaning that the room is still in a safe and comfortable condition for carrying out activities.

Abstract

Gojek merupakan transportasi online yang memanfaatkan aplikasi untuk melayani Pengguna (masyarakat). Layanan aplikasi Gojek memiliki layanan yang terbatas pada ojek online. Perkembangan pada jasa layanan didukung dengan pembayaran transaksi non tunai (GoPay), untuk mempermudah trasaksi para pelanggan. Untuk mengklasifikasikan kepuasan pelanggan digunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Dalam penelitian ini, penggunaan metode KNN dipilih karena sederhana dan intuitif, cocok untuk data teks, dapat menangani data tidak seimbang, dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengatasi data baru. Selain itu, KNN juga dapat digunakan sebagai baseline yang cukup baik dalam membandingkan performa dengan metode-metode lain dalam klasifikasi kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online berdasarkan ulasan atau komentar. Web yang dibangun menggunakan library dari python yaitu streamlit. Dataset yang digunakan dari penelitian ini adalah data hasil scraping ulasan gojek dari google play store sebanyak 4000 ulasan. Pengujian dilakukan mengambil salah satu ulasan terbaru bintang 1 dan salah satu ulasan bintang 5 yang relevan, Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukan bahwa ulasan tersebut dapat di klasifikasi sebagai puas dan tidak puas dengan nilai akurasi 84,08%.

Abstract

An application is a type of software or program that runs on a system. It can be either a computer or mobile device[1]. Applications should be tested all the way to the end user in order to have a clear understanding of the actual user and their experience with a product through feedback from customers who have had first hand experience with the product[2]. Also, it is necessary to include user acceptance testing as it brings end users of the system to test functions within the system as to whether there is proper working of the features and if the user’s needs are catered for[3]. Therefore, the aim of this study is to evaluate the testing of the developed goods delivery system application among its end users with special focus on user acceptance testing. User acceptance testing is applied in this case using open beta testing. The searching aim is to test the interface of the goods delivery system application using user acceptance testing and later establish the accuracy of the testing of the system application. The data collection method was performed using interviews, observations, literature study and documentation which enabled effective data collection. The research was done through questionnaires which were sent to the end users with a sample size of 50 respondents. The dissemination of questionnaires is necessary as the first task of any testing activity using the User Acceptance Testing. The research on application testing processes using the User Acceptance Testing method and its aspects achieved a per cent accuracy level of 85% and testing decision resultant as “Agree” of 213.5.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a decision support system based on the K-Means Clustering method aimed at parents in recognizing the signs of children with special needs. Many parents do not understand the characteristics of children with special needs, causing delays in providing appropriate support and treatment [1]. This system functions to group children's data based on measurable characteristics, such as behavior patterns, cognitive abilities, and motor development, making it easier for parents to recognize children's needs more objectively. The K-Means Clustering method is used to group children's data into several clusters, each of which shows a certain pattern and level of special needs. The system is developed using MATLAB [3], with intuitive visualization results to help parents understand their child's condition. Thus, this system is expected to provide initial recommendations and encourage parents to consult further with professionals. Experimental results show that this system is able to classify data accurately and provide useful information as a first step for parents in recognizing their child's special needs.

Abstract

Gigi dan mulut merupakan bagian tubuh yang sering kurang dijaga kesehatannya. Penyakit gigi dan mulut sendiri sering dianggap sepele oleh masyarakat, padahal jika tidak segera ditangani maka dapat menyebabkan penyakit jantung dan stroke. Jumlah penyebaran dokter gigi dan mulut yang tidak merata menyebabkan masyarakat sulit untuk dapat memeriksakan kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat membantu masyarakat khusunya yang tidak terjangkau oleh seorang pakar gigi dan mulut untuk dapat mengetahui diagnosa awal penyakit gigi dan mulut yang diderita serta saran yang dapat diberikan. Pada sistem ini digunakan metode dalam proses diagnosanya, yaitu metode naïve bayes – certainty factor. Naïve Bayes sendiri diterapkan untuk mencari nilai probabilitas tiap gejala terhadap suatu penyakit sedangkan metode certainty factor digunakan untuk menentukan nilai keyakinan dari penyakit yang telah diketahui dari hasil nilai bobot yang diberikan oleh pakar dan bobot oleh pengguna. Data yang digunakan pada sistem ini terdapat 10 jenis penyakit dan 44 gejala penyakit gigi dan mulut. Proses Pengujian sistem ini dilakukan 2 tahap yaitu blackbox testing dan uji akurasi sistem. Hasil dari uji akurasi sistem diperoleh akurasi sebesar 95% dari 20 data uji manual yang dilakukan oleh pakar.

Abstract

The management of State-Owned Assets (BMN) at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Kudus still faces various challenges, such as difficulties in asset tracking, lengthy distribution processes, and limited access for work units. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based BMN Asset Management Information System to accommodate the internal needs of IAIN Kudus. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with PHP and Kotlin programming languages and MySQL database. The system is designed to provide various features, such as inter-unit asset transfer, QR Code-based asset tracking, multilevel user access, asset borrowing, asset history, and Android-based notifications. Testing results indicate that the system effectively enhances the efficiency and accountability of BMN asset management at IAIN Kudus.

Abstract

Di zaman digitalisasi saat ini, perkembangan digital sudah menjadi hal yang pokok untuk seluruh masyarakat dalam berbagai aspek di dalam kehidupan. SMK Teknologi Karawang, sebagai lembaga pendidikan kejuruan, memerlukan sarana yang efisien untuk mendukung alumni dan siswa dalam mencari peluang kerja. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang dan meningkatkan UI/UX website Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) di SMK Teknologi Karawang dengan menerapkan pendekatan Design Thinking. Metode ini terdiri dari lima tahapan utama: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test. Pada tahap Empathize, dilakukan analisis mendalam terhadap kebutuhan pengguna, sementara tahap Define digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi serta merumuskan permasalahan inti. Proses Ideate menghasilkan berbagai solusi inovatif, yang kemudian diwujudkan dalam bentuk desain awal pada tahap Prototype. Selanjutnya, tahap Test memanfaatkan System Usability Scale (SUS) guna mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa desain UI/UX website BKK memperoleh skor SUS sebesar 89,25 dari total 100, yang mencerminkan kepuasan pengguna yang sangat baik. Dengan demikian, pendekatan Design Thinking terbukti efektif dalam menghasilkan desain UI/UX yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, serta layak untuk diterapkan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web yang lebih efisien dan ramah pengguna, khususnya bagi institusi pendidikan kejuruan.
