Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mini field tennis training on the results of groundstroke strokes in junior tennis club of Sumedang Regency. This type of research is Pseudo-Experimental research, this pseudo-experimental research method uses the One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design method. The population of this study is all active members of the junior tennis club of Sumedang Regency. The sample in this study used Purposive Sampling consisting of 15 people. The instrument for the test used is the Kemp-Vincent Rally Tennis test to measure the level of strokes in performing a Rally Groundstroke. The data analysis technique uses the Paired-t Test, which is with the intention of comparing the average value of the Pre-Test and Post-Test results before and after treatment with the same sample. Before the Paired-t Test, first test Normality test and Homogeneity test. The results showed that the results of statistical data analysis of the Paired-t Test test obtained p volue (sig.) of (0.001) > (0.05), so there was a significant influence. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of mini field tennis training on the results of groundstroke strokes at the junior tennis club of Sumedang Regency

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social support and self-efficacy on students' physical activity behavior. The design used in this research is correlational with random sampling techniques. The total sample from this research was 70 respondents from sports science students in 2022. The instruments used in this research were the Social Support Exercise Survey questionnaire, the Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale, and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire. After that, the results of the research data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis parametric tests with the IBM SPSS version 25 application because the data was normally distributed. The results of the analysis show that there is family influence on students' physical activity with a value of Sig. < 0.05 and t value > 1.998, for the influence of friend support there is no influence on students' physical activity with a value of Sig. > 0.05 and the calculated t value < 1.998, for the influence of self-efficacy there is an influence on students' physical activity with a Sig value. < 0.05 and tcount > 1.998.

Abstract

This research aims to improve forehand serviceability using the STAD Student Team Achievement Division cooperative model). This research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design. The sample involved in this research is all students at SDN Babakan Bandung who take part in badminton extracurriculars. The research sample selection technique used was a total sampling of 18 people. Total sampling means the number of samples is the same as the population. The data collection technique used in this research is a test. The test carried out was a performance test of Nurhasan's long forehand service badminton ability. The data analysis test used the t-test with results showing a value of 0.01 < 0.05, which shows that the STAD learning model can improve long forehand serve ability in badminton. The normality statistical test uses Kolmogorov Smirnov with normal distribution results. Data from the t-test results with results of 0.001 < 0.05. So, there is a significant influence. The results of this test shown in R Square are 0.660, which means that the STAD learning model has a large influence of 66% on the long serve forehand in badminton.

Developing electronic teaching materials for sports energy in hybrid learning is necessary for lecturers teaching sports nutrition courses. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan ladder drill dan dot drill terhadap kelincahan serta kemampuan pukulan backhand two handed pada atlet putri komunitas tenis lapangan Unimed. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan sampel sebanyak 10 atlet yang dipilih secara purposive random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Illinois Agility Test dan Hewitt Achievement Test. Program latihan dilaksanakan selama enam minggu dengan frekuensi tiga kali seminggu. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa latihan ladder drill dan dot drill memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan (thitung = 5,68 > ttabel = 2,58) dan kemampuan pukulan backhand two handed (thitung = 8,16 > ttabel = 2,58). Oleh karena itu, kombinasi latihan ini dapat diterapkan dalam program latihan untuk meningkatkan performa atlet tenis lapangan. Kata Kunci: Kelincahan, Ladder Drill, Dot Drill, Backhand Two Handed

Abstract

Latihan Cross coumtry merupakan salah satu bentuk latihan yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan Vo2Max. Cross country dilaksanakan di alam terbuka. Untuk meningkatkan daya tahan, dapat melakukan variasi latihan lebih tinggi atau dapat dilakukan di alam bebas seperti di permukiman dan perbukitan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain two grup pre-test-post-test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel atlet yang digunakan sebanyak 8 orang yang kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok menjadi 4 orang perkelompok. Intrumen penelitian menggunakan tes kardiovaskular. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes Vo2max. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 6 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 3 (tiga) kali dalam seminggu. Analisa yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di bukit Simarsayang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan cross country dataran tinggi terhadap kardiovarkular atlet 1500 putra Poison Atletik Club Padangsidimpuan 2024, dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan interval run dataran tinggi terhadap kardiovaskular atlet 1500 putra Poison Atletik Club Padangsidimpuan 2024.

Abstract

Volleyball is a sport that requires speed, agility, and overall body strength. The power of the leg muscles has a very important role in the game of volleyball because it contributes directly to the various explosive movements that athletes need. Smash is one of the main attack techniques in volleyball that aims to score points by directing the ball hard and sharply into the opponent's area. This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of double leg tuck jump and lateral bound exercises on the increase in leg muscle power and smash results in male volleyball athletes. The research method used was experimental research (treatment) with a data collection technique involving two independent variables and one bound variable. The results of this study are (1) There is an effect of double leg tuck jump training on increasing leg muscle power in Club Toba Jaya VC Toba men's volleyball athletes, (2) There is an effect of lateral bound training on increasing leg muscle power in Club Toba Jaya VC Toba men's volleyball athletes, (3) Double leg tuck jump training is not more influential when compared to lateral bound training on increasing leg muscle power in Club volleyball men's athletes Toba Jaya VC Toba, (4) There is an effect of double leg tuck jump training on smash results in Club Toba Jaya VC Toba men's volleyball athletes, (5) There is an effect of lateral bound training on smash results in Club Toba Jaya VC Toba men's volleyball athletes, (6) Double leg tuck jump training is not more influential than lateral bound training on smash results in Club Toba Jaya VC Toba men's volleyball athletes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of shooting variation training using inside foot and instep drive on the results of shooting into the goal in male athletes aged 13-15 years at SSB Bandar Khalipah, Deli Serdang. The method used is an experiment with a one group pre-test post-test design. A sample of 16 athletes was selected using purposive sampling. The training programme was carried out for 6 weeks with a frequency of 3 times per week. Data analysis techniques include Shapiro Wilk normality test, Levene homogeneity test, and paired samples t-test hypothesis testing using SPSS v.25. The results of the analysis showed an increase in shooting scores from a mean pre-test of 50.88 to a post-test of 55.97. Data is normal (p > 0.05) and homogeneous (p = 0.906). The t-test results show tcount = 5.015 > ttable = 2.131, with p < 0.001. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of inside foot and instep drive variation training on the results of shooting into the goal in male athletes aged 13-15 years.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan double legspeed hop dan latihan ankle weight terhadap peningkatan kecepatan tendangan samping pada atlet putra pencak silat perguruan tapak suci cabang Medan Marelan tahun 2024. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes kecepatan tendangan samping. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah atlet putra pencak silat yang berjumlah 20 orang, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pesantren Modern Entreprenur Darul Mustofa kecamatan Hamparan Perak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dasar kriteria pengujian dengan signifikasi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pada kelompok latihan double leg speed hop diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yakni 3,20 > 2,26 pada taraf α 0,05 dengan dk (n-1) = 9. (2) ada pengaruh pada kelompok latihan ankle weight diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yakni 5,12 > 2,26 pada taraf α 0,05 dengan dk (n-1) = 9. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji-t kedua kelompok diketahui nilai thitung (5,12) kelompok eksperimen latihan ankle weight lebih besar daripada thitung (3,20) kelompok eksperimen latihan double leg speed hop. Maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan drill dan pendekatan bermain terhadap hasil shooting pemain sepak bola SSB Porkam Deli Serdang usia 13–15 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain two group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pemain SSB Porkam Deli Serdang usia 13–15 tahun, berjumlah 28 orang, yang dijadikan sampel secara total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test menggunakan instrumen tes shooting dari Nusri (2018). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari metode latihan drill (thitung = 16,666 > ttabel = 1,770) dan pendekatan bermain (thitung = 14,272 > ttabel = 1,770) terhadap hasil shooting. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua metode tersebut (thitung = 2,055), dengan persentase peningkatan drill sebesar 96,6% dan pendekatan bermain sebesar 76,71%. Dengan demikian, metode drill memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap peningkatan hasil shooting.
