Abstract

Background - Financial Health of the People's Credit Bank There is an assessment to reflect the role of economic policy, to determine the target and assess the financial health of a bank in a certain period, so that it can be used to analyze and as an evaluation to be able to know the performance of banking management. Purpose - In the Aspect of Camel Assessment have quantification of financial ratio calculations that are useful for assessing the level of financial health of the bank, the higher the capital of the bank that is expected to be the better the performance of its operations and the greater the scale of the operation, the bank is measured by total assets. Design / Methodology / Approach - This research researchers used quantitative research methods. To be able to achieve the objectives need to present an important indicator to determine the financial condition of PT BPR Syariah Buana Mitra Officers. Results and Discussion - The results of the study show that the health level at PT BPR Syariah Buana Mitra Officers in 2016-2020 can be declared very healthy. This means that at this time PT BPR Syariah Buana Perwira is able to guarantee customers for every deposit provided by the Customer and can pay all its obligations in the form of savings deposits, demand deposits, deposits when billed and can fulfill all credit applications that are approved. Conclusion - Car Ratio Analysis, PDN ratio, R0E RATIO, BOPO, NI and NPF ratio analysis at PT BPR Syariah Buana Mitra Officers in 2016- 2020 categorized are very healthy. While the analysis of Rentability using RAA ratio at PT BPR Syariah Buana Mitra Officers in 2016-2020 is categorized as healthy. While the FDR ratio analysis is categorized enough healthy. Research implications - this study can be used as a basis for the financial level of financial levels for the people's credit banks which are currently popping up. With this analysis, it will make BPR managers to be able to predict how the health level of BPR finance is adjusted to the conditions at this time.

Abstract

Background - PT. Long Bagun Prima Sawit is a company that runs in the oil palm plantation industry often gets a public spotlight. News with a viewpoint that is not profitable for PT. Long Bagun Prima Palm This is certainly indirectly can affect the behavior and performance of its employees. Likewise, the opposite, news or the company's positive image will also make proud employees with a high level of organizational identification. Aim - This study tested and analyzed the influence of job insecurity against Islamic OCB and employee performance mediated by organizational identification. Design / Methodology / Approach - The research approach used in this study was a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population studied in this study were employees of PT. LNG Bagun Prima Sawit totaling 78 people. The data analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the Partial Least Square (pls). Results and Discussion - The results of this study indicate that the job insecurity has a negative effect on organizational identification. This shows that the higher the level of job insecurity felt by employees, the level of self-identification of employees of the company will decline so even the opposite. While organizational identification has a positive effect on Islamic OCB and employee performance. When employees identify themselves with the company, the Islamic OCB behavior and employee performance will be maximal. In addition, organizational identification also proved to mediate job insecurity with Islamic OCB and employee performance. High self-identification of the company will weaken the negative influence of job insecurity and increase the Islamic OCB behavior and employee performance. Conclusion - Organizational Identification is proven to have a positive effect on Islamic OCB. Organizational identification is proven to have a positive effect on employee performance, but job insecurity is proven to have a negative effect on organizational identification. While organizational identification is proven to mediate the influence of job insecurity against Islamic OCB and employee performance. Research Implication - The implications of this study provide an overview of companies to further emphasize organizational identification because it is proven to provide good influence both Islamic OCB and employee performance. In order to grow organizational identification in the company, the employee job insecurity must be minimized.

Abstract

Background – For several years the existence of the internet and smartphones has changed the lives of the wider community by making an important role in the development of digital technology. One of them is the development of innovation in the field of financial services. Electronic wallet (E-wallet) or digital wallet is part of financial technology that provides services or features in financial payment methods that utilize internet services. People can transact faster by utilizing digital payment methods. Purpose – Determine and analyze the effect of perceived usefulness variable, relative advantage variable, social influence variable, risk perception variable, cost variable on behavioural intention. Test and analyze the effect of behavioural intention on consumer adoption of OVO in East Java Province. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This study used a sample of 130 respondents using questionnaires distributed to respondents online using Google forms. The data processing method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS 6.0 software. The sample in this study is OVO users who live in East Java Province. The type of sampling in this research is purposive sampling. Results and Discussion– Perceived usefulness and relative advantages have a significant and positive effect on behavioural intention. Social influence, perceived risk and cost have no impact on behavioural intention. behavioural intention has a significant positive effect on OVO adoption. Conclusion – OVO users are presented with the many features and conveniences offered. In research, users use this service because these users feel benefits such as being able to make transactions faster and feel more comfortable than cash payments. In addition, the decision to use OVO services is not influenced by social influences, perceived risk and cost. Research implications – Expanding collaboration with new merchants and adding new features to make it easier to use and improve the performance of service users. Enriching features that users can take advantage of in managing and controlling their finances. The need for a reward program for service users who recommend OVO. OVO needs to provide certainty to users that OVO services are safe from possible risks such as malfunctions and privacy security. Research limitations – This study involving 130 respondents was undertaken with the sample of user of OVO in east java province and sample may not be a representation of the population. In this study only limited to the variables of Perceived usefulness, Relative Advantage, Social Influence, Perceived Risk, Cost, Behavioural Intention and OVO Adoption.

Abstract

Background – Rapid economic development and growth has encouraged women to participate in fulfilling household needs. So it is not surprising that nowadays we often find working women. Women who have a career when they are married will have a dual role, and this will have an impact on family management. Aim – This study aims to see the dual role of career women in carrying out family management. Design / methodology / approach – The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with interview and observation data collection techniques. Findings – The results of this study state that every woman who has multiple roles must be able to manage their lives well and divide it into four management types, namely time management, conflict management, self management and education management. If career women can manage these four managements well, their family life and career will be ideally organized. Research implication – The results of this study provide knowledge to the reader to be able to manage the organization in the family, especially for families who have multiple roles. Limitations – The focus of this study is only on women who live in urban areas.

Abstract

Background – Bank can achieve their objective in making a profit by considering some factors. Among the factors considered are factors attached to the internal bank. Among other things, through the management of operational activities, it will impact the bank’s performance over the resulting profitability ratios. Aim – The purpose of this study was to examine the ratio of Loan to Deposit Ratio, NPL, Bank Size, and Good Corporate Governance partially to Return-On-Asset in banking sector. Design / methodology / approach – The population used in this study is banking in Indonesia. In this study using purposive sampling technique. The data source of this research uses quantitative secondary data. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression model. Findings – The results of this show that Loan to Deposit Ratio has a significant positive effect on Return On Asset while the Non-Performing Loan ratio has an negative significant effect on Return On Asset. The Bank Size and Good Corporate Governance ratios have a insignificant negative influence on Return On Asset. Research implication – Based on the results of tests that have been carried out previously, this study has managerial implications in reviewing what factors can increase profitability for Commercial Banks of Business Category 2. Limitations – The research sample is limited to BUKU 2 only. The research period used is limited to 2015-2019. The factors that influence the Return On Asset are limited to internal factors.

Abstract

Background – Organizational entrepreneurship is one of the solutions used to maintain the existence and sustainability of an organization oriented towards community empowerment in Indonesia. Aim – This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence using the Spencer model on organizational entrepreneurship. Design / methodology / approach – The research respondents were all 35 female partners at BUANA. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The modified human resource competency instrument from the Spencer Model, and Organizational Entrepreneurship uses an adaptation instrument from Spencer and Spencer's initial research. The analytical tool used to measure the level of data validity is the correlation coefficient using SPSS17.0 software. Result and Discussion – The results of the study indicate that the competence of Spencer's human resources concept which consists of motivation, nature, attitude, knowledge and skills has a very important role in the effort to develop Organizational Entrepreneurship. Organizational entrepreneurship is found in various organizations in the community and can increasingly provide space in driving economic activity in the community and groups/organizations. Conclusion - Based on the results above, the value of HR Competence with Organizational Entrepreneurship shows a linearity significance so HR Competence was linear with Organizational Entrepreneurship. This coherence with HR Competencies affected Organizational Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Background - During the covid-19 pandemic, Islamic banking companies are currently utilizing technology, namely mobile banking by providing easy, effective, and efficient services in banking access to growing customer satisfaction of Islamic banks. Purpose - To determine the combination of the role of the TAM and CARTER models in optimizing customer satisfaction for Mobile Syariah Banking in Malang City during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – Using quantitative methods by distributing research questionnaires to 100 customers of mobile Syariah banking in Malang City. Using cluster sampling technique by selecting areas in Malang City covering five sub-districts in Malang City, namely Kedungsaatan, Sukun, Klojen, Blimbing, and Lowokwaru. Results and Discussion - Based on the results of research on sharia mobile banking customers in Malang City during the Covid-19 pandemic, the aspects of Usability and Reliability were prioritized over other aspects, but overall the aspects of Ease, Usability, Compliance, Assurance, and Reliability also affect customer satisfaction in using mobile Syariah banking in Malang City during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Conclusion - the use of Islamic banking mobile banking customers can feel satisfaction, namely with the use and reliability. By providing benefits in using mobile banking and good service to provide fast, complete, and sustainable transactions, customers can feel the satisfaction of using Islamic bank mobile banking. Research Limitations - Considering that the discussion about the theory of the influence of this research variable is very broad, this discussion will address the variables of convenience, usability, compliance, reliability, and assurance of customer satisfaction

Abstract

Background – Mental health is influenced by events in life that leave a great impact on personality and a person, while mental health is related to Work-life Balance and stress management. Employees who fail to achieve Work-life Balance will have high levels of stress both at work and outside of work, which can have negative consequences, especially Turnover intention. Aim – analyze the direct effect of Work-life Balance on the Turnover intention of higher education employees under BUMN in Gresik and the indirect effect of Work-life Balance through work stress. Design / methodology / approach – Quantitative research using path analysis, with a sample of 89 employees of private universities under BUMN in Gresik. Result and discussion – Work-life Balance has a significant value of 0.008 <0.05 and t-count -2.695 > t-table -1.987, so that Work-life Balance has a direct negative effect on employee Turnover intention. Job stress has a significant value of 0.530 > 0.05 and t-count 0.631 < t-table 1.987, so it has no direct effect on Turnover intention. Work-life Balance which has a significant value of 0.05 <0.05 and t-count -1.989> t-table 1.987, so it has a direct negative effect on employee work stress. Finally, Work-life Balance has a significant value of 0.53 > 0.05 and t-count -0.231 < t-table 1.987, so it does not have an indirect effect on Turnover intention through the work stress variable as an employee mediation variable. Conclusion - According to the findings from this study, the Turnover rate is influenced by work life balance directly or by mediating work stress. Research implication – Universities need to improve or be able to better balance the personal lives of employees with their personal lives, because it is found that the employee Turnover rate will decrease if employees have a good and balanced Work-life Balance. Limitations – Research related to mental through work life balance, work stress in influencing Turnover intention is limited to employees of private universities under BUMN in Gresik.

Abstract

Background – The discovery of work discipline problems with employees not complying with the rules of working hours which have an impact on delays in completing work, services that employees feel are still not enough, and the tendency of employees who are only able to do their jobs without caring about other tasks. Aim - To determine the effect of work discipline, service, work motivation on employee performance at Bulu Health Center. Design / Methodology / Approach – This research is a quantitative research. The research sample was all employees of Bulu Health Center as many as 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program as statistical data processing. The hypothesis is that it is suspected that there is work discipline, work services, work motivation and employee performance at Bulu Health Center. Result and Discussion - The results of this study obtained the value of the Model Summary table, the R value of 0.806, which means that it shows a strong relationship. R square is the coefficient of determination that shows the percentage of the influence of variables X1, X2, and X3 on Y. The value of R square of 0.706 indicates that the effect of work discipline, service, work motivation together (simultaneously) on employee performance is 70.6 %, while the remaining 29.4% is influenced by other factors. The regression equation formed Y = 1.031 + 0.245X1 + 0.225X2 + 0.284X3 a positive sign means that if work discipline (X1), Services (X2) and work motivation are increased, it can increase the Performance of Service Employees at Bulu Health Center (Y). Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance with a value of p = 0.037 (p <0.05); Services have a positive effect on employee performance with a value of 0.035 (p<0.05) and motivation has a positive effect on employee performance with a value of p=0.034 (p<0.05). Conclusion - Based on the research results, it is proven that all hypotheses can be accepted (Work Discipline, Services and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance). Research Implications - It is hoped that the results of this study can add insight and literature related to improving employee performance by paying attention to aspects of work discipline, service and work motivation. Research Limitations - The instrument used is only a questionnaire, so the data only comes from filling out the questionnaire where the respondent has a perception depending on the understanding of the questions listed in the questionnaire, so that there may be differences in respondents' perceptions and the possibility of linear bias, namely the respondent's answer that is not in accordance with their own reality.

Abstract

Background - An important challenge for behavioral finance is to find a direct relationship between the behavior of individual investors and asset price dynamics. One of irrational investors are most conspicuous in the financial markets is the tendency of some investors to sell winner stocks too early and keep losers stocks too long, called the disposition effect. Disposition effect can trigger a momentum in the stock price. Aim - To examine the past returns and disposition effect in predicting the momentum of stock returns. Desaign / methodology / approach - The data used in this study is weekly data. This study uses a variable capital gain overhang as a proxy disposition effect. Other variables used in this study is the stock return short, medium, and long period, turnover short, medium, and long period, and market capitalization. The analytical method used is regression and different test. Results and Discussion - Simultaneous test results also show that the variables of short period return, medium period return, long period return, short period turnover, medium period turnover, long period turnover, and market capitalization together have an effect on the capital gain overhang variable. The adjusted R2 value in this model shows that the independent variable in this equation is able to explain the dependent variable of 35.1%. Stocks with a low capital gain overhang (G1), have a low return value as well. Likewise, stocks with high capital gain overhangs (G4), have high return values. The disposition effect is an important cause of momentum, stocks with high capital gain overhangs will have positive returns. From these results, it can be concluded that hypothesis 2 is supported, namely the disposition effect can predict the presence of momentum in stock returns. Conclussion - The results showed past returns can predict the momentum in stock returns and disposition effect could predict the momentum of stock return. Research Implication –This research can provide an overview of the anomalies that often occur in the capital market, particularly the existence of the disposition effect and momentum in the Indonesian capital market. Limitations – This research uses only one proxy, namely the capital gain overhang as a proxy for the disposition effect which was first developed by the research of Grinblatt and Han (2005) and there are no other proxies that can be used to compare research results
