<![CDATA[This paper is intended to add scientific insight into the management of the Islamic economic sector, especially in managing the public sectors of the economy. The problem raised in this paper is the position of the public sectors of the economy in meeting the basic needs of the community and managing public assets or state assets as part of the public sector of the economy in increasing state revenues according to the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law. The economic sector-public sector should be understood more than just an idea, given the vastness and breadth of this section managed by individuals or partners who ignore the interests and benefits of the people. As it is understood together, the public economic sectors basically provide and guarantee the availability of an infrastructure to improve the fulfillment of the economic needs of the community, in addition to being a sector that produces goods and services for defense education, and security as well as everything related to the public sector economy. Thus, this paper can present implications in accordance with the aims and objectives.]]>

<![CDATA[Building the legal product of a regional regulation on mineral and coal mining is the authority of regional governments. In implementing their authority, they are required to apply Pancasila and embrace the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Pancasila consisting of five precepts is a legal ideal that should be incarnated in the legal product of a regional regulation on mineral and coal mining. The incarnation of the legal ideal of Pancasila through the legal product of a regional regulation on mineral and coal mining will have the implication on mineral and coal mining management based on the legal ideal of Pancasila. Therefore, building the regional regulation on mineral and coal mining must be based on the normative-juridical aspect as the basis for the making of laws and the theoretical aspect based on the legal ideal of Pancasila.]]>

<![CDATA[The essence of learning is an interaction process to the situation around the learner as an individual. Learning is a system that has interconnectedness with one another. The learning process will take place well if there are reliable teachers who have good performance in carrying out their duties to transfer knowledge and moral values good for learners. The performance of teachers in performing their duties as instructors is determined by various factors either from within himself or from outside himself, one of the factors affecting teacher performance is the physical environment of madrasah. The physical environment of the madrasah will affect the madrasah climate and will impact on teacher performance. The physical environment of a good madrasah provides beauty, comfort, security and calm so that teacher performance can improve and produce a quality generation.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the standing history and function of the Almujahidin Watampone Old Mosque in Bone Regency. The results of the study show that the Almujahidin Old Mosque was founded by Fakih Amrullah around 1632 AD. He is Kadhi pertma in the Kingdom of Bone. The construction of the Almujahidin Mosque was intended for the royal family of Bone, as well as a place for implementing and fostering Islamic education. Before the kingdom of Bone integrated with the Indonesian Unitary State, the Kadhi of the Kingdom of Bone made the Old Mosque of Almujahidin their place of activity. Its function as a place of education continues, although Bone is no longer the Kingdom.]]>

<![CDATA[ إستهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة الإنتاج من تجربة الطريقة التدريبية في تحسين فهم الطّلبة ب"الكلمة" فى اللغة العربية.قد كان هذا البحث وصفيا نوعيا. امّا سكّانه هو طلبةالفصل الدراسي الأول من السنة الدّراسية ۲۰۱۷/۲۰۱۸هم من قسم اللغة العربية الأوّل وقسم اللغة العربية الثاني وقسم اللغة العربية الثالث وقسم المصرفي الإسلامي السادس بأخذ العينات من قسم اللغة العربية الأول. وان البيانات المجموعة من خلاله تمت عن الطريق الإختباري والمراقبي والمقابلي مع نشاط العمل والتوثيق والملاحظة. ثم إن البيانات المجموعة خلال هذا البحث حللت تحليلا نوعيا.ودلّت نتائج البحث على: (۱) يستطيع الطلاب أن يبينوا عن بيانان الكلمة وأقسامه وعلاماته و أمثاله. (۲) بعض الطلاب قادرون علي تحديد وإظهار الكلمة باللغة العربية نفسيا ونشيطا.نظرا للتحركات المذكورة. يبدو أن نتائج من تجربة الطريقة التدريبي مناسبة بغرض تعليم كلمة اللغة العربية.الكلمات الرئيسية: الطريقة التدريبية و الفهم والكلمة في اللغة العربية]]>

<![CDATA[تناقش هذه الورقة "الزواج السري في وجهة نظر الإسلام والمسيحية والقانون الإندونيسي الإيجابي.ووفقاً للشريعة الإسلامية ، فإن زواج سيري سيري صالح ، شريطة استيفاء شروط الزواج وأحكامه. ومع ذلك ، من جانب تنظيم الزواج هذا النموذج غير كامل لأنه لم يتم تسجيله. تسجيل الزواج هو مجرد عمل إداري لا يتأثر بصحة الزواج. في وجهة نظر مسيحية ، لا يبرر الزواج من الكتاب المقدس. لا يُسمح بالزواج المسيحي الحقيقي إلا مرة واحدة في العمر باستثناء الموت. ووفقًا لمنظور القانون الإيجابي إندونيسيا الزواج سيري من خلال القانون رقم 1 من 1974 بشأن الزواج يفسر ، (1) الزواج صحيح ، إذا كان يتم وفقا لقانون كل دين ومعتقد ؛ (2) يتم تسجيل كل زواج وفقا للقوانين واللوائح السائدة.]]>

Law No. 8 of 2016 on Persons with Disabilities emphasizes that "Persons with disabilities are part of an Indonesian society with equal standing, rights, obligations, and roles". Quantum Teaching meaningful interactions that convert light into energy because all energy is life and diversity in the Teaching process and interdeterminisme contain. The purpose of the Quantum Teaching is to create an effective Teaching environment, creating a fun Teaching process, the brain's ability to adjust to what is needed by the brain, to help improve the life and career success and to help accelerate the Teaching. Errors in understanding the meaning of gender is one factor that led to opposition or difficult to accept gender analysis in solving problems of social injustice. The study was carried out through a process of analyzing various sources from literature and journals related to entrepreneurship. Discussion result shows that entrepreneurship education is very important to be applied in universities in any department to produce graduates with entrepreneurial mentality who is able to open employment opportunities to support the progress of the country's economy.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the provision of legal service for the community in court is the establishment of legal aid post. A court legal aid post is a service established by and in any first instance court to provide legal service in the form of legal information, consultation and advice and the creation of required legal documents. The existence of a law courthouse aid post of class IB Watampone is very helpful to the duties of clerks and judges. So that legal service becomes more effective and efficient. But some obstacles faced by legal aid post in legal services that not cooperative plaintiffs, facilities and minimal infrastructure, and knowledge of legal officers are still lacking.]]>
