البحث من هذه الرسالة هو أهميّة حفظ الخطابة لترقية حفظ المفردات لطلبة الفصل الأول فى المدرسة العالية في المعهد الحديث الجنيديّة بيروا بوني. أما العوامل من هذ البحث فمنها : 1). تحليل أهميّة حفظ الخطابة لطلبة الفصل الأول فى المدرسة العالية في المعهد الحديث الجنيديّة بيروا بوني ، 2). تحليل أهميّة ترقية حفظ المفردات لطلبة الفصل الأول فى المدرسة العالية في المعهد الحديث الجنيديّة بيروا بوني ، 3). تحليل أهميّة حفظ الخطابة لترقية حفظ المفردات. لطلبة الفصل الأول فى المدرسة العالية في المعهد الحديث الجنيديّة بيروا بوني.أما الحاصلات من هذا البحث فمنها : 1). حفظ الخطابة لطلبة الفصل الأول بالمدرسة العالية في معهد الجنيديّة الحديث بيروا بوني يدلّ على حفظ خطابة العربيّة مهمّ جدّا الطالبات لأنّ يستطيعون تدرّب الطالبات ليحفظن النصوص العربيّة و تزيد مفردة العربيّة فى النصوص العربيّة . 2). طريقة حفظ المفردات لطلبة الفصل الأول بالمدرسة العالية في معهدالجنيديّة الحديث بيروا بوني تدلّ على طريقة حفظ المفردات مختلفة.مثل طريقة الحفظ و التكرير و تطبيق العملي. ، 3). أهمّية حفظ الخطابة لترقية حفظ المفردات لطلبة الفصل الأول بالمدرسة العالية في معهد الجنيديّة الحديث بيروا بوني مهمّ جدّا لطلبة لأنّ يستطع لترقية حفظ المفردات.

This paper discusses the relationship between education and law in the welfare of humans. So, the discussion is related to the educational situation that should be applied as well as the law that is appropriately enforced, not only many rules, but the rules are not enforced. All teachers must understand and understand that the concept or method of education is very different now. The point is we must understand, practice with the present context. Likewise, the law must be applied in the context of the present. In everyday life, humans must walk, not stop, turn to the left and to the right, sometimes backward, but must continue to advance in achieving what he wants by paying attention to the situation around one of them is to pay attention to those related to education and law. Both epistemologically, axiologically and ontologically. what I mean here is what is the definition of education and also law? What is the basis of the importance of education and law? And c. What is the relationship between education and law in the welfare of humans.

This study aims to find out how the guidance of active students of Islamic Education Major in IAIN Bone student organization is. The sources of data in this study were the Head of Islamic Education Major, Islamic Education Lecturers and the active students of Islamic Education Major in IAIN Bone student organization. Data collection methods are observation, interview and documentation. The collected data is then processed with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Data processing through three stages are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the development of Islamic Education Major of IAIN Bone is carried out starting from the individual students themselves. Supporting factors for the development of students of Islamic Education Major in IAIN Bone are organizational diversity and supporting facilities and infrastructures. Meanwhile, the factors that become obstacles are the individual of the student and coaching within the organization

The Constitutional Court as a judicial institution plays an important role in the enforcement of Indonesian law. The institution authority is to interpret the constitution. In accordance with its function, the institution is able to provide an interpretation, not only the juridical interpretation but also the theological or sociological interpretation, letterlijk (original intent), and historical interpretation. These interpretations are used to assess the presence of the law which is considered contrary to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia

The aim of this paper is to provide the information to educators on hypnoteaching as one of the alternative methods that can be used to create effective learning. The effective learning is the learning that enables learners to learn easy, fun, and can achieve the learning objectives that have been set. Hypnoteaching is the learning methods in delivering the subject matter, the teacher uses the communication techniques are very persuasive and suggestive with the aim that students easily understand the subject matter. Hypnoteaching steps include: 1) intention and motivation within yourself; 2) pacing or equalize the position, gestures, language, and brain waves with others or learners; 3) leading or directing learners; 4) using positive words; giving a compliment; 6) modeling or exemplify through speech and behavior. If teachers apply hypnoteacing in the learning activities, the classroom atmosphere will be more conducive, learners feel important, safe and comfortable so that the goal of learning more easily is achieved

The objectives of this research were to find out (1) whether or not the use of Edmodo virtual class increases the motivation of the students of SMA Negeri 24 Karanrang island Pangkep in writing English and (2) the extent to which Edmodo virtual class increases students’ writing achievement. The population was all the students of SMA Negeri 24 Karanrang island at Pangkep regency in academic year 2018/2019. The students in this remote area were consisted of 30 students merely. Involving two classes (class X and class XI), selected by using total sampling technique, this research employed quasi experimental design (15 students as experimental class that was taught by using Edmodo virtual class and 15 students as control class that was taught by lecturing way). The data then collected through questionnaire (of writing motivation) and writing test, then analyzed through descriptive statistics and inferential statistic (SPSS) program version 22. The result gained from the data analysis showed that (1) the use of Edmodo virtual class in writing motivation was significantly different from the existing way. (2) The use of Edmodo virtual class in writing achievement increases the students’ writing achievement

One of the civil event principles of justice is flexibility ground as contained in Section 2 ( 4) Law Number 48 the Year 2009 about Judicial Power that jurisdiction conducted mainly, quickly, and light expense. Base Flexibility represents expectation all party, especially to is drawee of divorce dispute in Justice Of Religion. PERMA Number 1 the Year 2016 representing Appellate Court effort in integrating meditation into process attend legal procedure in Justice, where expected can overcome the problem of heaping of the case, and also strengthen and maximize function institute justice in solving of dispute. Besides that, process mediation becomes to increase because there are section 130 HIR and 154 RBG obliging mediation each early conference, and if not be executed to cause conference of cancelation for the shake of law. Even farther that mediation can be executed till the decision of Eintracht. But that way direct exes of the PERMA is its time become length (old), expense increase, and entangle mediator with all is the protocol of him so that make process attends legal procedure do not modestly (complicated). This Research represent research of field (Field of Research) having the character of qualitative [in] area punish by using the approach of juridic, that is using science theory punish in explaining implication applying of Regulation of Appellate Court of RI to flexibility ground performance at dispute divorce in Justice of Religion Class 1 B Watampone.

The central theme of this paper discusses the developmental history of character education (CE) and some definitions that have been referred to it. It first explores the historical development of character education that is mostly sourced in American history. Within this section, it is shown that character education seemed to decline between 1940s and 1960s, yet such other approaches to character education started emerging as `values clarification` and `moral dilemma discussion`, although they both appeared to have different underlying theories. It then moves to some definitions of character education that have been put forward by different experts in the field; within the same title, the author of current paper also provides his own definition based on the mentioned facts.

This paper is intended to uncover the core issues that exist in madrasah as aroot barrier to the improvement of its quality. The results show that madrasah confronts a dilemma as an educational institution. As an educational institution, madrasah should be given broad discretion in its management, especially in the era of regional autonomy. In today’s era of autonomy, one of the concepts that canbe applied to improve the quality of education is the School-Based Management (SBM). The paper argues that although madrasah is under the auspice of the Department of Religion, the concept of School-Based Management (MBS) canbe adopted by madrasah on the basis of its suitability as strategies in coping with madrasah’s problems. The implementation of Madrasah-Based Management is intended to improve the quality of madrasah as an Islamic institution.

The concept of education according to Imam al-Ghazali and al-Zarnuji is a process of the soul to understand the meaning of something as an effort to form akhlakul karimah to bring closer (taqarrub) to God in order to achieve salvation in the world and in the hereafter. Both concepts emphasize the moral requirements as the main base, but al-Gazali is more likely on the teacher (al-Mu'allim). While al-Zarnuji stressed the moral requirements, both on teachers and students. That is, the interaction of teachers and students in the learning process must uphold ethics without having to turn off the creativity and dynamics of learning. Thus, it is clear that the two characters make morality as a basis for their thinking in conducting educational thinking. The thought of Islamic education based on morals is relevant to life in the modern era, considering the Islamic society is facing increasingly complex problems. Education based on morals is expected to be a solution for both teachers and learners.
