Abstract

Ikan nila merupakan jenis ikan air tawar yang mempunyai nilai kosumsi yang cukup tinggi. ikan Permintaan benih ikan nila yang semakin meningkat menyebebkan penyedian benih harus dilakukan secara kontinyu transportasi benih merupakan salah satu bagian yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan pemasaran benih ikan secara komersial untuk mensuplai kebutuhan budidaya ikan. tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh perberian perasan daun ubi jalar yang berbeda terhadap kelulushidupan benih nila dalam sistem pengakutan tertutup, Penelitian ini mengunakan metode eksperimental dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan sehingga dihasilakan 12 percobaan, yaitu : P0 = 0 (kontrol) P1 = 60 gram daun ubi jalar P2 = 80 gram daun ubi jalarP3= 100 gram daun ubi jalar. Hasil dari perlakuan tersebut berpengaruh nyata terhadap kelulushidupan (sr) adapun perlakuan terbaik kelulushidupan yaitu pada P1 yaitu 93.33% dan tingkat konsumsi oksigen (tko) berpengaruh nyata perlakun yang terbaik pada tko adalah p1 yaitu 0,043.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan pendapatan anggota kelompok pembudidaya ikan lele di kabupaten Aceh Tamiang melalui budidaya sistim bioflok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan observasi, wawancara terstruktur dengan anggota kelompok serta dokumentasi hasil lapangan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa 17 anggota kelompok (77,2%) memahami dengan baik materi budidaya lele dengan sistim kolam bioflok dan 5 orang anggota kelompok (22,8%) cukup memahami materi tersebut. Pada materi perbedaan budidaya ikan lele pada kolam tanah/batu dengan sistim kolam bioflok tercatat pada lembar wawancara bahwa 16 anggota kelompok (72,7%) memahami dengan baik materi tersebut dan 6 anggota pokdakan tanah berongga-sido urep ( 27,3%) cukup memahami materi itu Disimpulkan bahwa bahwa sebagian besar anggota kelompok telah memahami budidaya ikan lele dengan sistim kolam bioflok sehingga income generating dapat ditingkatkan sebesar 20% dari sebelumnya hanya memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 500.000/1000 benih pada kolam tanah menjadi Rp. 700.000/1000 benih melalui kolam bioflok.

Abstract

Freshwater crayfish (Cerax quadricarinatus) is a type of shrimp that is widely cultivated in Indonesia and other countries such as Australia, America and England. The high selling price of freshwater crayfish itself is still not comparable to the length of maintenance that takes 6-12 months for lobsters of 50-150 grams / head, and a high mortality rate of up to 30%. The aim of this research is to determine the survival and growth in freshwater crayfish through different shelter treatments. The method used in this study was the CRD method (completely randomized design) with 4 lecturers and 3 replications. In treatment 1 with Paralon pipe shelter, treatment 2 with coconut leaf shelter, treatment 3 with rooster rock shelter and treatment 4 with synthetic grass shelter. The results of the treatment had no significant effect on survival, moulting percentage, absolute weight growth and absolute length growth. There are 3 treatments with a percentage value of 100%, namely the S1, S2, S3 treatment and the lowest in the S4 treatment with a value of 95.83%, the highest moulting percentage is in the S1 treatment which is 0.38% and the lowest is in the S3 treatment which is 0.17 %. The highest absolute weight growth was found in S1 treatment, namely 3.11 gr and the lowest growth in S3 treatment, namely 1.19 gr. The absolute length growth shows the highest result is obtained at S1, namely 0.14 cm, while the lowest absolute length growth is found in S3, namely 0.06 cm.

Abstract

Koi fish (Cyprinus carpio) is a cultivated commodity that is in great demand by ornamental fish consumen. The research was conducted to determine the effect of different feeding options on the growth and survival of koi fish (Cyprinus carpio). The method used was a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. In P1 namely the use of pellet feed, P2 of artemia feed, P3 of Daphnia sp. feed, and P4 of silk worms. The parameters observed during the study were absolute length growth (PBM), absolute length growth (PPM) , survival rate (SR), and feed conversion ratio (FCR). The result of these observations had a very significant effect on the absolute length growth with the best treatment found at P4 of 2,34 cm, the growth in absolute weight had a very significant effect with the best treatment found at P4 of 3,41 g, and the feed convertion ratio has a very significant effect with the highest treatment found in P3 of 3,11. But it had no significant effect on the survival rate of koi fish (Cyprinus carpio).

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan pliek u pada pakan terhadap laju pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan lele Dumbo (Clarias Gariepenus).Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Pada perlakuan PO Tanpa pliek u, perlakuan P1 diberikan pliek u 10%, perlakuan P2 diberikan pliek u 15%, dan perlakuan P3 diberikan pliek u 20%. Hasil pengamatan diperoleh bahwa Perlakuan terbaik dari Survival Rate adalah pada P0 yaitu 72,50 %, pertumbuhan panjang terbaik adalah P3 10,17 , pertumbuhan berat terbaik adalah pada P0 4,9 dan perlakuan terbaik pada Fe Adalah 3,24 % Hasil analisis sidik ragam yang dilakukkan pertumbuhan panjang, pertumbuhan berat memiliki pengaruh yang sangat nyata sedangkan SR memiliki pengaruh yang nyata dan akan tetapi EP dan SGR memiliki pengaruh yang tidak nyata terhadap ikan lele dumbo (Clarias graipinus).

Abstract

: Depik fish (Rasbora tawarensis) is a type of freshwater fish that lives in Laut Tawar Lake, Central Aceh Regency. Depic fish is a pelagic endemic fish. This study aims to determine the best feed for (Daphnia sp.) on the growth and survival of depic fish (Rasbora tawarensis) seed. The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications, namely P1 (Daphnia sp. Given powder pellets). P2 (Daphnia sp. Given yeast feed). P3 (Daphnia sp. Given Spirulina) and P4 (Daphnia sp. Given Green water). Each treatment uses seeds measuring 2-3 cm. The parameters observed during the study were water quality, survival rate (SR), absolute weight growth (PBM), absolute length growth (PPM), and specific growth rate (SGR.The results of observations based on analysis of variance showed that Daphnia sp. Has significant effect (P <0.05) on absolute weight growth, absolute length growth but has no significant effect on specific growth rates and survival. The best treatment for different feeding in this study was P2 (yeast feeding) and P3 (spirulina feeding) treatment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pemijahan yang berbeda terhadap kelangsungan hidup larva dan untuk mengetahui tingkat fekunditas ikan Mas koki Oranda (Carrasius auratus). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan. Adapun perlakuannya meliputi penggunaan: A (Eceng gondok), B (Ijuk), C (Jaring kasa) dan D (Paranet). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa fekunditas tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan A (Eceng gondok) dengan jumlah 677 butir telur, B (Ijuk) sebanyak 671 butir telur, D (Paranet) sebanyak 383 butir telur dan C (Jaring kasa) sebanyak 382 butir telur yang merupakan perlakuan terendah. Daya tetas tertinggi terdapat pada pada perlakuan A (Eceng gondok) yang mencapai 58 %, perlakuan B (Ijuk) mencapai 58 %, C (Jaring kasa) mencapai 75 %, lalu D (Paranet) mencapai 33 %. Dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup larva tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan A (Eceng gondok) sebesar 60 %, perlakuan B (Ijuk) sebesar 60 %, lalu D (Paranet) sebesar 40 %, dan persentase kelangsungan hidup larva terendah terdapat pada perlakuan C (Jaring kasa) dengan nilai 30 %. Dari hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh nyata (signifikan) pemberian media pemijahan yang berbeda terhadap kelangsungan hidup larva Ikan Maskoki Oranda (C. auratus) selama penelitian

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the potential quality of waters in the pond in Kuala Langsa village and provide an output in the form of a map of the suitability of water quality in aquaculture activities in Kuala Langsa. The method used was a survey method by collecting water quality data on physical and chemical parameters that were directly in the ponds of Kuala Langsa Village in December in two periods. From the research results, it is obtained that the potential quality of brackish waters in the Kuala Langsa Village pond is in zone I and III with the following parameter values; temperature 30.08-30.68 oC, salinity 30.08-30.92 ppt, dissolved oxygen 3.12-4.79 mg / l, pH 6.75-6.83, TSS 7 mg / l, ammonia 0 , 4 mg / l, Nitrate 0.11-0.33 mg / l, Nitrite 0.01-0.03 mg / l.

Abstract

Tilapia fish is one of the freshwater fish that are widely cultivated in all corners of the country and become a fairly popular consumption fish. Fish growth can be triggered by good feeding. To reduce feed costs and accelerate growth, a feeding strategy is required through periodic feeding or flavoring restrictions. This study aims to determine the long-standing effect of flavoring on the growth and survival of periodically satisfied Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The method used in the study was the RAL Experiment Method (Complete Random Design) with 4 treatments and 3 replays. The flavoring treatment used is P Without flavoring (control) P₂ 1 day fasting 1 day given feed P 1 day fasting 2 days given feed P₄ 1 day fasting 3 days given feed. Each treatment uses seeds measuring 5-6 cm. The observed parameters are Absolute Weight Growth, Absolute Length Growth, Daily Growth Rate, Survival, and Feed Efficiency. The results of the study based on Sidik Ragam Analysis obtained the results that flavoring in tilapia has a real effect (P<0.05) on absolute weight growth and daily growth rate and has no real effect on absolute length growth, survival, and feed efficiency. Abstract

Peres fish (Ostechilus kappeni) is a species of freshwater fish originating from the waters of Lake Laut Tawar and is classified as a freshwater commodity that has the potential to be developed in Central Aceh Regency. Squeezed fish is an endemic pelagic fish. This study aims to determine the mixture of clove leaf extract (Syzygium aromaticum) on the hatchability of pressed fish (Osteochilus kappeni) eggs. The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications, namely P0 (control), P1 (given a mixture of 5 ml), P2 (given a mixture of 7 ml) and P3 (given a mixture of 9 ml). Each treatment using squid eggs amounted to 30 grains. Parameters observed during the study were water quality, hatching rate (HR), larval abnormalities, survival, and water quality. The results of observations based on analysis of variance showed that the treatment given clove leaf extract to the eggs of peres fish. Significant effect (P<0.05) on egg hatchability and survival but no significant effect on larval abnormalities. The best treatment of giving clove leaf extract to peres fish eggs was in the P3 treatment (9 ml mixture).
