Adolescence is a transition period from children to adults. At this time there were many changes, especially in physical development so that teenagers' curiosity about many things was high, especially in terms of sexuality. Teenagers' ignorance about the dangers of HIV/AIDS makes adolescents an age group at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS. Methods: this type of research is quantitative research, while the research design used is cross sectional. The population of the study was 286 and the number of samples was 74 students who were taken using the Probability Sampling technique with the sampling method using proportional stratified random sampling. Results: the results of statistical tests using the Chi-Square test showed that there was a relationship between gender (Pvalue=0.001, OR=10.182) and parental education (Pvalue=0.004, OR=4.852) with adolescent knowledge about preventing HIV/AIDS transmission. Conclusion: Health education needs to be done to increase adolescent knowledge about sexuality and prevention of HIV/AIDS transmission. The participation of parents, schools and health care facilities in providing reproductive health education, especially related to HIV/AIDS is very important.

Calophyllum inophyllum Linn. known as nyamplung is one of tropical plants widely grown in Indonesia. This plant reported has various chemical compound responsible to treat various deseases and disorders. Antioxidant activity is one of properties that has not been revelad extensively. This study aimed to evaluate antioxidant activity of Calophyllum inophyllum seed fractions using DPPH radical scavenging. Fractination was done gradually by liquid-liquid partition using N-hexane, ethyl acetate and aquadest as solvent. The phytochemical contents of each fraction were analyzed using AlCl3, FeCl3 and Lieberman-Burchard as dyeing reagents. Antioxidant activity was evaluated qualitative and quantitatively. The obtained results showed that N-hexane, ethyl acetate and aquadest fractions contained flavonoids, phenolics, terpenoid and steroid compound. All fractions also revealed antioxidant properties. Quantitatively, N-hexane fraction has the strongest anioxidant properties. This result might imply due to non-polar compound in the seeds dominantly.

The main nutritional problem that often occurs during pregnancy is anemia. The diagnosis of anemia in pregnancy can be seen from the hemoglobin (Hb) level with a lower normal value. One of the factors causing low Hb levels in pregnant women is due to poor nutritional intake. Nutritional intake can be fulfilled properly by fulfilling the food consumed by pregnant women through a healthy food menu package. This study aims to determine differences in hemoglobin levels before and after implementing a healthy menu package in pregnant women with anemia. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment using the One Group Pretest Posttest design which was carried out for 10 days for intervention. The population in this study were pregnant women who had their pregnancies checked from January to February 2023. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis using paired t-test statistical tests. The results showed that based on the statistical test, a p-value of 0.000 was obtained (p.value <0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant difference in hemoglobin levels of pregnant women with anemia before and after giving the healthy menu package.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on the sleep quality of pregnant women. This research method is a quantitative study with a Cross Sectional design using a sample of 30 people using the Chi Square test. Obtained a significant value of 0.002 (ρ = <0.005) which means there is an effect of pregnancy exercise on the sleep quality of pregnant women. So it can be concluded that pregnancy exercise activity can be one of the efforts that can be made to improve the quality of sleep in pregnant women.

Labor pain is a natural thing but is used as a complaint by giving birth mothers. Labor pain causes pain due to the body releasing stress hormones. Excessive secretion of stress hormones will cause circulatory disorders, thereby inhibiting labor and causing fetal hypoxia. Hydrotherapy through warm compresses is a non-pharmacological method that is easy to do to reduce labor pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the warm compress hydrotherapy method in reducing labor pain. The research method uses experimental quantitative analytic research with a post-test only control design. Analysis using t-test. The experimental and control group samples were taken randomly from the population. The results showed that the average respondent's pain before being given hydrotherapy was 7.00 with a standard deviation of 1.356, the average respondent's pain after being given hydrotherapy was 5.50 with a standard deviation of 1.364, there was a significant difference before and after applying warm compresses with p = 0.000 where p < 0 ,05. Conclusion: Hydrotherapy with warm compresses can reduce labor pain. Suggestion: health workers can provide warm compresses hydrotherapy to reduce labor pain so that it can reduce the morbidity rate for mothers in childbirth.

The amount of the sample are 32 respondents with age range between 12 to 36 months along with their mothers chosen using purposive sampling method. Mother’s knowledge about nutrition also child feeding pattern are obtained through test and nutrirional status of toddlers were obtained by direct weight measurement. Data were analyzed using Kendall’s-Tau b statistical test. The results showed that there was no influence of mother's knowledge about balanced nutrition with toddler's nutritional status (p>0.05) and there was no effect of feeding ix pattern on toddler's nutritional status (p>0.05). It was suggested that public health should improve their activities related to increase the mother’s knowledge about balanced nutrition, nurients food, and nutririon related to toddler’s health also it’s necessary to conduct further research by developing the instrument and using a comprehensive anthropometric index.
