Abstract

The research was purposed to test the level of financial literacy as well as the factors that can cause different levels of financial literacy of each employee and how financial literacy affects financial behaviour of employees of RSUD Pare. This study took 96 respondents to be the sample with random sampling technique. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to employees of RSUD Pare.This research used descriptive statistic, independent t-test, anova, and chi square. Based on descriptive statistic, the level of financial literacy shows that 52 of 96 respondents is in the middle level category. The results of the test show that there are financial literacy differences based on gender, age, education level, and work experience. This study also found that the level of financial literacy owned by employees will give positive impact to their financial behaviour.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Puskesmas Kalibawang, Kulon Progo. This research is a causal associative with quantitative approach. The data obtained by primary data using questionnaire method. Hypothesis testing in this reasearch are multiple linear regression analysis, F-test and T-test used to examined research model and determine the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable. The results showed a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance (sig. 0,000 < 0.05). T-test showed no effect of transformational leadership on employee performance (sig. 0,844 > 0,05). Organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0,011 < 0,05) and job satisfaction also have positive and significant effect to employee performance (sig. 0,032 < 0,05).

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi, Informasi, dan Persandian Yogyakarta is a combination of 3 assignments used to be handled by 4 different divisions : (1) Telematics and Information Technology, (2) Promotion, Publication, and Public Relation, (3) Coding, and (4) Sectorial Statistics. The merging of those 4 divisions weren’t followed by addition of resources. All human resources, equipment, and technical rules used are those already available at the time. Based on Yogyakarta’s Mayor’s Rules number 79 year 2016 about Organization Structure, Position, Duties, Function, and Working Procedures of Dinas Komunikasi, Informasi, dan Persandian Yogyakarta, the duty of Dinas Komunikasi, Informasi, dan Persandian is to carry out regional government matters based on the principle of regional autonomy in communication, information, coding, and statistics area. Dinas Komunikasi, Informasi, dan Persandian Yogyakarta must have some strategies in order to carry out its duties and functions, especially to support the acceleration of implementation of smart city for Yogyakarta City Government. Some matters that need to be prepared in order to support the program are (1) Human Resources who are competent in information technology (e-skills) and implementation of electronic based services concepts, (2) Infrastructures of communication and information technology which include infrastructures for network & data centre, information system, and data integration & integrated application development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the investment decision of banks and measures their investment preferences in IILM sukuk with IILM sukuk preference index. The investment decision is investigated from several factors, such as the structure of IILM sukuk, the currency used in the transaction IILM sukuk, tenors of IILM sukuk, covenants used in the transaction, marketability of IILM sukuk and IILM sukuk rating. This study also attempts to inform the features that can attract banks to invest in IILM sukuk. This study used quantitative method to calculate the index of banking investment decision on IILM sukuk. The result of this research explains that the index of banking investment decisions includes in the high category. The index investment decisions show a high index, but up to now banks have not invested in IILM sukuk. This needs in-depth education and socialization to banks related to IILM sukuk, and providing periodic information is really essential, so banks can get the latest information about IILM sukuk. Another factor that restricts bank investment in sukuk IILM is internal bank policies. Until now, banks still manage their funds by using investment instruments issued by the state or domestic sukuk. The recommendations for sukuk is related to IILM first appointment of primary dealers, and the institutions are expected to appoint IILM primary dealers located in Indonesia in order to facilitate buying and selling transactions of IILM sukuk. Furthermore, the selection of IILM tenor sukuk is expected to have miraculous tenor selection to meet the needs of banks. Further provision of rating is expected to not only IILM sukuk but also the standardized IILM institution to create more reliable institutions that are able to add the investors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of website quality, trust, promotion and price towards customer’s satisfaction at Tokopedia.com partially and simultaneously. This research used quantitative research and the feature of this research was descriptive. The sample of this research was 100 respondents, with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 Respondents. The analysis method used in the research was multiple linear regressions. The result shows that all of independent variables partially and simultaneously have an influence toward customer’s satisfaction to buy at Tokopedia. Hypothesis testing using T-test shows that all of independent variables proven positively and significantly influence to the dependent variable. Hypothesis F-test shows that website quality, trust, promotion and price have significant influence towards customer’s satisfaction at Tokopedia simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the decision of the students chose to study in Obstetrics Prodi STIKES Muhammadiyah Ciamis and analyze the factors that most influence the decision of the students chose to study in Obstetrics Prodi STIKES Muhammadiyah Ciamis. Collecting data in this study was conducted using a survey by questionnaire to 114 students by stratified random sampling method. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, F test and test T. The result is a marketing mix that significantly is the product, place, and physical evidence. And that does not affect the marketing mix is price, promotion, place, and processes

Abstract

The purposes of this study are : 1. to analyze the influence between the education level of financial staff on the application of accrual accounting. 2. to analyze the effect of the experience of running the cash basis toward accruals on the accrual accounting application. This research design is quantitative research by using regression test, where the principal data from samples of a population is collected by distributing questionnaire instrument. Hypothesis testing performed by Multiple Linear Regression was used to test the effect between variables of education staff finance level (X1) and experience running cash basis toward Accrual (X2) on Accrual Accounting (Y) application. The results of this study indicate that: a) The level of education of financial staff (X1) has a positive influence on the application of accrual accounting (Y). This is indicated by the results of research showing that staff education level has an explanation power of 59.3%. b) The result of experience analysis running cash basis toward accrual (X2) show value t count equal to 4,744 with sig. 0,000. Therefore the value of sig. <0.05 then Ho is rejected, which means experience running the cash basis (X2) has a positive effect on the application of accrual accounting (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine wheter the ads and family’s effect in the form of brand awareness and brand association and how the advertising, price promotions, and family influence in shaping the perception of quality. Brand awareness, brand associations, and perceived quality will also be tested the significant effect directly and indirectly the brand equity through brand loyalty. This research was conducted in the Yogyakarta where respondents are students. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents. Data retrieval technique using purposive sampling. Data processing techniques using regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that advertising and family has significant effects positively on brand awareness, but only a significant effect of family on brand association. Advertisements, family and the price also proved significant effect on the perception of quality. Brand awareness, brand associations and perceived quality have a significant effect directly or indirectly on brand equity through brand loyalty.

Abstract

This research has mainly aimed to know and analyze customer behavior in selecting of green marketing cosmetics products. Sample in this research were taken using purposive sampling method. There were 114 respondent in this research. The usage of regression formula can be done as all of classical assumption test had been through and qualified. All over the test shown that social class influence significantly toward buying decision at the level of significance 0.000 < 0.05. The secondary result of this research found that group of reference has influence significantly toward buying decision at the level of significance 0.001 < 0.05. The third result shown us that family has influence significantly toward buying decision at the level of significance 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile result for simultaneous test shown that social class, group of reference and family, have influence significantly toward buying decision..It has been proved at the level of significance 0.000 < 0.05. All of these imply that all of hypotheses in this research can be proved, or accepted

Abstract

There are 94,632 individual taxpayer listed in Bantul Pratama Tax Office, but only about 45,223 individual taxpayer that pay and report tax.The low individual tax compliance, which is a classic problem of taxation in Indonesia, can be caused by several reasons. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of tax penalties,educational level, Use of E-filing and tax socialization on the tax compliance of individual taxpayer listed in Bantul Pratama Tax Office. This study is a quantitative research. The samples used in this study were 100 respondents calculated by the Slovin formula and using simple random sampling method. The data were collected using questionnaire method and analyzed using multiple regressions by means of SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study show that tax penalties have positive effects significantly, while level of education, use of efiling and tax socialization have no effect on tax compliance of individual taxpayer listed in Bantul Pratama Tax Office.
