Abstract

The successful implementation of the Government in Bantul Regency in the fields of peace, public order and community protection is under the authority of the Civil Service Police Unit. The research objectives are to evaluate performance achievements, identify factors that affect performance and develop improvements in the implementation of the main duties and functions of the Civil Service Police Unit. This reasearch was descriptive qualitative research with 4 informants as informants consisting of 3 structural officials and 1 lecturer. The results of the study was the achievement of very high performance.it was 103.2% in 2016 and 129.5% in 2017. It shows that the performance was optimal. Performance achievement is supported by the results of the measurement of key indicators (KPI) which include the percentage of completion of violations of order, order and beauty (K3) and the Percentage of enforcement of regional policy. Performance is very high, but violations of regional regulations and local regulations are still many, so that employee distribution activities are needed based on 10 main roads involving 10 civil servants and 20 contract workers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of price and product quality on Advan smartphone brand image, (2) the effect of price and product quality on Advan smartphone buying interest, (3) the effect of brand image on buying interest, (4) influence of price and quality products for the interest in buying Advan smartphone through brand image as an intervening variable in the region of Yogyakarta. The population of this study is consumers or who have used or learned about Advan smartphones. Sampling is done using purposive sampling. The research data was obtained by collecting questionnaires about price, product quality, brand image and buying interest for 200 respondents. The analysis technique used for this research is Intervening Variable Regression Analysis with Path Analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 20. These results indicate that (1) prices do not have a significant effect on brand image, (2) product quality has a significant and positive effect on brand image, (3) price is not significantly related to buying interest, (4) product quality has a significant and positive influence on interest buy, (5) brand image significant and positive influence on buying interest, (6) brand image does not intervene in the interest of prices against buying interest, (7) brand image is interfered with the influence of product quality on buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation between competence, workload and employee loyalty. The analysis technique used in this study is product moment correlation method with questionnaire research instrument. The result of this study were obtained that competence has a significant relationship with employee loyalty, workload has a significant relationship with employee loyalty. Both competency and workload together have a significant influence on employee of 64,8%.

Abstract

The development of Information technology has e a wide-ranging impact on every business, including print media. The ease and speed of public in getting information is one of its own threats, plus competition between similar businesses is no less Great. The Baldrige Kriteria is a concept that can be used to evaluate performance, encourage and study of a company to be excellence and sustainable. Baldrige Criteria consist of 7 pillars, namely : Leadership, Strategic Planning, Focus on Consumer and markets, measurement analysis and knowledge management, focus on human resources, management of business processes and results. The purpose of this study was to analyse the application of the concept of Baldrige criteria in the printed media (PT. BP Kedaulatan Rakyat) in an effort to create excellence and sustainable companies. This study uses a qualitative methode with a descriptive approach that is integrated to the concept of Baldrige Criteria. Data collection in this study uses in-depth interviews, observation, documentary methods, visual materials and literature study. The subject of this study were several employees from variousparts of the company. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the management of the company is not in accordance with the Baldrige Criteria. The results of the study explain that the attributes used have not been fully applied, so it is necessary to have an appropriate program to become a excellence and sustainable companies.

Abstract

The Impact of monetary Policy on Ouput is an ambiguous. The results of previous empirical studies indicate that the impact can be a positive or negative relationship. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of monetary policy on Output more detail. The variables to estimatate monetery poicy are used state and board interest rate andrate. This research is conducted by Ordinary Least Square or Instrumental Variabel, method for 5 countries ASEAN. The state data are estimated for the period of 1980 – 2014. Abstract

The reseach of this study to analysing of credibility effect (attractiveness, trusworthiness and expertise) and different analysing national endorser nor international endorser to consumer purchase intention. This reseach using the student respondent of several university in Yogyakarta city. The valid sample are 277 respondent. The result of study using multiple linear regression showed that trusworthiness expertise of national endorser celebrity significant effect on consumer purchase intention on Luwak White Koffie product. But attractiveness of celebrity national endoser no significant effect on consumer purchase intention on Luwak White Koffie product. The result used independent sample t-test showed national endoser celebrity more trusworthy and more capable advertised product compare with international endoser celebrity. It is just, international endoser celebrity attractiveness more of consumer compare national endoser celebrity. Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Magelang dan strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan di Sekretariat DPRD. Obyek dari penelitian ini adalah 50 Anggota DPRD, Lokasi di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Magelang, Waktu penelitian bulan Februari s.d April 2012. Adapun metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif, untuk menggambarkan secara sistematis, factual dan akurat tentang layanan di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Magelang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator tangible, responsiveness, dan empathy telah dapat memberikan kepuasan, sedangkan indikator reliability dan assurance belum dapat memberikan kepuasan. Secara keseluruhan (berdasarkan lima dimensi) Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Magelang telah memberikan kepuasan kepada Anggota DPRD, hal tersebut berarti kualitas layanan di Sekretariat DPRD sudah baik, walaupun ada beberapa faktor yang perlu ditingkatkan. Adapun strategi untuk peningkatan kualitas layanan diantaranya adalah : Menempatkan pegawai sesuai dengan kemampuan atau kompetensi sehingga mampu menjalankan pekerjaan sesuai uraian tugas pokok dan fungsinya, Mengupayakan peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pegawai agar lebih bermanfaat dan dapat menunjang aktivitasnya, serta memanfaatkan anggaran yang tersedia secara optimal dan merencanakan kebutuhan anggaran untuk masa yang akan datang guna mencukupi kurangnya sarana dan prasarana kantor penunjang kegiatan pelayanan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji dan memahami tentang pelaksanaan program pendidikan dan pelatihan, memberikan informasi tentang kendala-kendala yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan program pendidikan dan pelatihan, mengkaji dan memberikan informasi upayaupaya ditempuh untuk mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan program pendidikan dan pelatihan di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan adanya kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yaitu : kurang optimalnya dukungan internal (SDM, Widyaiswara, sarana prasarana, modul/kurikulum) Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam penyelenggaraan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan serta sinkronisasi dan koordinasi lintas sektor yang belum sesuai dalam pelaksanaan dan pasca diklat. Sedang upaya-upaya dalam mengatasi kendala kendala adalah : menyelenggarakan Forum Komunikasi Kediklatan dengan SKPD-SKPD baik Provinsi maupun Kabupaten / Kota, menyelenggarakan kegiatan workshop/semiloka agar komitmen terhadap peningkatan kompetensi PNS dilingkungannya, menginformasikan secara intensif tentang penyelenggaraan diklat kepada SKPD-SKPD, melaksanakan perencanaan sesuai dengan Analisa Kebutuhan Diklat (AKD), mengembangkan Jaringan Widyaiswara se DIY dengan Perguruan Tinggi dan praktisi. Secara skematis Evaluasi Program Diklat di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta digambarkan dalam Matriks SWOT-Klasik dan dapat dihasilkan rekomendasi dalam upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan pendidkan dan pelatihan lebih lanjut untuk masa yang akan datang, sebagai berikut : Penyelenggaraan diklat mulai dari pra diklat, in diklat sampai pada pasca diklat sebaiknya diselenggarakan oleh Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta secara keseluruhan, evaluasi penyelenggaraan selain dengan bentuk blanko sebaiknya disertai dengan tatap muka secara langsung dengan peserta Pendidikan dan Pelatihan diakhir kegiatan, prasarana yang belum memadai sebaiknya segera dilengkapi, perlu upaya pemberian kesempatan bagi pegawai untuk meneruskan tingkat pendidikannya, terutama pendidikan formal umum dan kedinasan, perlu lebih banyak mengirimkan Widyaiswara untuk pendidikan dan pelatihan TOT pelajaran sehingga Widyaiswara mempunyai spesialisasi dan perlu menyelenggarakan/mengirimkan pendidikan dan pelatihan TOC dan MOT untuk staf Badan Diklat.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of price, service quality and promotion on sustainable purchasing decisions. The sample used was 60 respondents with the criteria of respondents who used Mamochi products in Yogyakarta. The data was collected using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The results of the validity test with the Pearson correlation criteriagreather than 0.254 (r table), showed that all indicators were valid, as well as the reliability test with Cronbach alphagreather than 0.6. The results of the mediation test show that consumer satisfaction mediates the effect of price on repurchase decisions, while the quality of service and promotion programs have an effect on repurchase decisions not mediated by customer satisfaction. As for partial testing of price variables, service quality has an effect on satisfaction, while promotion has no effect. Likewise, the variables of price, promotion and customer satisfaction have an effect on repurchase decisions, while service quality has no effect on re-purchase decisions. For the simultaneous test results, price variables, service quality and promotion have an effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the influence of Corporate Governance, Firm Size, and Profitability, dan Firm Growth to Dividend Policy in the manufacture Corporations which are registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange in period of 2017 – 2019, both in partially or simultaneously. The variables which will be studied: corporate governance that is proxied with the number of board commissioners and institutional ownership, firm size, profitability and firm growth. The Populations in this research are the manufacture corporations which are registered in BEI in period of 2017-2019. The samplings in the research are 20 manufacture corporations that are achieved by the technique of purposive sampling. Analysis of research data used multiple linier regression method that was assisted by SPSS 23.0 software. This study used multiple linier regression method showed that partially profitability variable and the firm growth were influencing significantly to the dividend policy, meanwhile the number of board commissioners, institutional ownership, and firm size were not influencing to the dividend policy. The result of this research simultaneously showed that the number of board commissioners, institutional ownership, firm size, profitability, and firm growth were influencing positively and significantly to the dividend policy.
