Abstract

E-Procurement has animportant role in the implementation of development. Although the e-Procurement in the regional government of the special region of Yogyakarta has been done, however, it is often an instrument that is theoretically good, but in its implementation still has weaknesses and obstacles.The aim of this research is to analyze public accountability of e-Procurement. The instrument that used in this study is accountability dimensions of Koppell and the principles of procurement of goods or services are based on Presidential Regulation Number 16 of 2018. The object of this research is the e-Procurement in the LPSE and ULP Units in the regional government of the special region of Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research data was obtained through interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of e-Procurement in the regional government of the special region of Yogyakarta has implemented the principle of effective efficiency and open competition and non-discriminatory. The achievement of public accountability in the implementation of e-Procurement in the regional government of the special region of Yogyakarta in general has also been going well.

Abstract

Quality is a major factor in order to survive in the business’s competition. So the quality being the main things that should be done by each company. In order to increase the quality of human resources, corporate can implement total quality management (TQM), by which an employee should do a job better, more effective and more efficient in producing the products with high quality. This research was aimed to know the influence of working discipline, working performance and the implementation of total quality management (TQM) at Oemah Djowo Classic Oto Resto Yogyakarta.This research method used is the quantitative approach. The populations in this research were 40 people and all were respondents. The result showed that working discipline and working performance has a significant influence for the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at Oemah Djowo Classic Oto Resto Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The business competition of vannamei shrimp seed has strongly expanded by the increasing of Indonesian shrimp export. The businessman competes in preparing vannamei shrimp seed for Indonesian fisherman. The ability of competition has influenced in company competitive strategy. This research aimed to identify the position of competitive strategy and to know the strong and low point of critical success factor (CSF) in the business of vannamei shrimp seed. This research used descriptive qulaititative research by using phenomenology. The technic of data collecting used interview and direct observation to the research subject. The research result by using Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM) showed that the position of competitive strategy in PT Semar Emas is not strong enough yet as its competitor, PT Dewa Ndaru. The competition ability of PT Semar Emas can be showed in critical success factor (CSF) with the low point in the old company management, the traditional marketing management, the government policy and unstable economic condition. The strong point is in the product location of vannamei shrimp seed and the quality of human resource.

Abstract

Accounting information has an important role to achieve business success, as well as for small businesses.This research examines the effect of business experience and accounting information system used toward business success with age of business as control variable. The population of this research are small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in creative industries sector operated in Yogyakarta district. Based on purposive sampling method, total sample of this research is 200 SMEs. Statistical tool utilized to test the hypothesis in this study is path analysis using structural equation modelling (SEM). The test result shows that business experience and accounting information have positive and significant effect to the success of SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and product quality on consumer purchase decision at Amanda Brownies Store in Medan. The population of this study was taken from the number of consumers for 6 month totalling 1,509 or 252 consumers in a month. The number of samples taken in this study was 155 consumers. The data collection methods in this study used questionnaires among 155 consumers of Amanda Brownies Store in Medan. The data analysis method used was Multiple Linear Regression method. The partial testing analysis shows that service quality and product quality have a significant effect on consumer purchase decision. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results showed that the service quality variable and product quality variable significantly influence the consumer purchase decision. The Adjusted R Square is 0.316 or 31.6%. This means that 31.6% of consumer purchase decision is influenced by both independent variables, while the remaining 68.4% of customer purchase decision is influenced by other variables-not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the determinants that influence the attitudes of consumers of green purchases and the willingness to pay more on green products, specifically on energy-saving lighting products. The variables studied included environmental knowledge, environmental awareness and perceived effectiveness. The sample of this study was 196 students, but out of 196 respondents after the questionnaire was distributed only 189 could be processed. Validity and reliability test results show valid values of loading factors of more than 0.4 while for reliability testing using the cronbach’s alpha criteria above 0.5 indicates reliable. Through the multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of environmental knowledge, environmental awareness and effectiveness are felt to have a positive and significant effect on the attitude of buying and willingness to pay more. Green purchasing attitudes and willingness to pay more have a positive and significant effect on green purchasing behavior. Green purchasing attitudes have a greater influence on green purchasing behavior compared to willingness to pay more.

Abstract

Batik is a craft that has high artistic value and has become part of Indonesian culture that must be preserved. The level of consumer satisfaction towards Batik has to be known in order to understand the market demand, as well knowing the influencing factors that have postive effect on purchasing decision of Batik. The purposes of this study are (1) measures customer satisfaction levels of batik clothing, (2) measures the influence of quality product, brand, price, and access toward purchasing decision. Method - A total of 120 respondents were asked to rate their assesment on product quality, brand, price and access to get Batik clothes and their purchasing decision. Analysis of customer satisfaction used Consumer Satisfaction Index. The relationship between quality product, brand, price, and access toward purchasing decision determined by regression analysis Ordinary Least Square. The result of this study revealed that consumers’ satisfaction toward Batik clothes included in term of satisfied category. Brand and price had positive effect on purchasing decision, but product quality and accesibity didnt.

Abstract

The Analysis Influence of Knowledge Taxation, Socialization, Service, Tax Sanctions and Education Level of Taxpayer Awareness Paying PBB P2. Skripsi Starta One (S1) Accounting Departement STIE Widya Wiwaha Yogyakarta 2018. The purpose of this research is to know influence of Knowledge Taxation, Socialization, Service, Tax Sanctions and Education Level of Taxpayer Awareness Paying PBB P2 with using multiple linear regression and dummy’s variable. The sample in this research includes 120 respondences who are in the District of Prambanan, village Bokoharjo, Madurejo, Sambirejo, Sumberharjo, Wukirharjo, Gayamharjo. The sampling method is convenience sampling. The collected of data to use primary data with questionnaire technique and secondary data that is data taken from DPPKAD (Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aset Daerah). The results of the research to drawn that the partial, knowledge taxation has a positive relationship and significantly influence the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2, and Services have a positive relationship and significant effect on the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2. By mutual independentvariables affect the awareness of paying taxpayers PBB P2 as a dependent variable.

Abstract

The research was purposed to test the level of financial literacy as well as the factors that can cause different levels of financial literacy of each employee and how financial literacy affects financial behaviour of employees of RSUD Pare. This study took 96 respondents to be the sample with random sampling technique. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to employees of RSUD Pare.This research used descriptive statistic, independent t-test, anova, and chi square. Based on descriptive statistic, the level of financial literacy shows that 52 of 96 respondents is in the middle level category. The results of the test show that there are financial literacy differences based on gender, age, education level, and work experience. This study also found that the level of financial literacy owned by employees will give positive impact to their financial behaviour.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Puskesmas Kalibawang, Kulon Progo. This research is a causal associative with quantitative approach. The data obtained by primary data using questionnaire method. Hypothesis testing in this reasearch are multiple linear regression analysis, F-test and T-test used to examined research model and determine the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable. The results showed a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance (sig. 0,000 less than 0.05). T-test showed no effect of transformational leadership on employee performance (sig. 0,844 greather than 0,05). Organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0,011 less than 0,05) and job satisfaction also have positive and significant effect to employee performance (sig. 0,032 less than 0,05).
