Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of good corporate governance to the value of the company in family businesses. In this study the sample used was 50 family companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. This sample uses a purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria. The corporate governance mechanism used is an independent board of commissioners and an audit committee. The company value is calculated using the book value (PBV). In testing hypotheses, the method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that if the independent board of commissioners has no influence on the value of the company measured using the book value of prices and the audit committee has a positive influence on the value of the company measured using the book value of prices.

Abstract

This writing is done to determine the effect of information quality and service quality on attitudes in the use of application systems with the ease of use of the system as an intervining variable in online transportation services (gojek) in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is customers who use online motorcycle transportation services in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires through the Goegle form and distributed with social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram on a 1-4 scale to measure 4 indicators. The results of this study show 1) the quality of information affects the ease of use, 2) the quality of service affects the ease of use, 3) the quality of information influences attitudes in use, 4) the quality of services does not affect attitudes in use, and 5) ease of use attitude in use.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the mediation role of financial experience on the link between financial technology and financial satisfaction of Small Business Enterprise (SME) in Beringharjo Market in Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data and random sampling. This Study uses questionairre with likert scale. This study collects data to respondent in Beringharjo Market of Yogyakarta Special Region. The results of the study are the F test showing that financial performance can mediate the effect of using financial technology on financial satisfaction. Financial technology can improve the financial performance of small businesses and financial achievements can increase the financial satisfaction of small businesses in Beringharjo market. Thus, financial performance can mediate the influence of Financial Technology on financial satisfaction. The criteria for the role of mediation in financial performance are fully mediated, meaning that financial performance partial mediated the relationship between financial technology and financial satisfaction. This study can be used to campaign fianncial technology to small busniess entreprise (SME), to develop small business entreprise (SME), to make decision in business especially small business entreprise (SME).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test training, employee environment, and organizational culture on employee performance with satisfaction as an intervening variable. using a quantitative approach, the data of this study were collected from 100 employees Sekretariat Badan Pelatihan dan Pendidikan Keuangan Jakarta. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis in this study by using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there is a significant positive effect of training on employee performance, there is a significant positive effect of the work environment on employee performance, and there is a significant positive effect of organizational culture on employee performance. then, there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a work environment that has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a significant positive organizational culture on job satisfaction, and there is a positive job satisfaction on employee performance. besides, it was found that the direct effect of training on employee performance was greater than the indirect effect of training on job satisfaction, there was a work environment that directly affected employee performance greater than the indirect influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, and there was an influential organizational culture directly on employee performance is greater than the indirect influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The results of the study show that the financial performance of Gunungkidul Regency which still needs attention is the regional dependency ratio and regional financial independence ratio which shows that the financial condition of the Gunungkidul Regency Government is still dominated and highly dependent on the Central Government, while on the effectiveness of Regional Original Revenue and income efficiency shows that Gunungkidul Regency has optimal and efficient capability in managing Regional Original Revenue, then the harmony ratio shows that the proportion of operating expenditure budget allocation still dominates compared to the budget for capital expenditure but there have been efforts to increase the proportion of development expenditure. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of the Gunungkidul Regency Government. This research approach uses a quantitative descriptive approach by collecting data contained in the Regional Expenditure Budget and in the Gunungkidul District Government Financial Report for the 2013-2017 budget year. Abstract

This research use relationship marketing teory which applied 4 factor of input process understanding customer expectations, building service partnerships,empowiring employers, and total quality management, and output relationship marketing process: customer satisfaction and customer layalty. The objective of this research is to find out wich factors of input process that has more impact on the output process in relationship marketing. There are 60 trusted correspondencea from Grand Inna Malioboro Hotel customer whom at least have been stayed at the hotel three times. The method of collecting data in these research use questioners and Likert scale measuring instrument 5 points that will be tested by the instrument and analyzed by using regressision analysi the simultaneous test of variabel for the relationship marketing input s. The result of the instrument shows the items used are valid and reliable. It displays the outpout process passed the assumtions test, while the signifikacant relationship marketingto the output of relationtionship marketing, For the passive test of vareable input process relationship marketing with the ouput process relationship marketing shows all significant variables unless vareabel understands customer expectations does not have a significant effect on the process of output relationship marketing.

Abstract

The company runs its business to make a profit. The company’s ability to earn profits with assets owned is called profitability. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Blue Chip Shares. These factors are Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Firm Size which is proxied by Total Assets, and Price to Book Value. The research model uses multiple regression analysis. During the year of observation of 45 Blue Chip stocks that entered into the PurposiveSampling there were 36 companies in 2014 to 2017, so the study sample was 144. The results of the study proved that partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Price to Book Value to Blue stock profitability Chip. While Firm Size partially has no significant effect on Blue Chip stock profitability. As well as Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Firm Size which is proxied by Total Assets, and Price to Book Value significantly influence the profitability of Blue Chip shares simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) influence of brand influence to purchase decision of Larissa product (2) influence of price to decision of purchase of Larissa product (3) influence of product quality to decision of purchase of Larissa product (4) influence of brand, price, and product quality simultaneous decision to purchase Larissa products. This type of research is survey research. Population in this research is consumer of Larissa Aesthetic Center Galleria Mall. Sampling method with non probability sampling with convenience sampling with the number of 100 respondents. Data were collected with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research show that (1) there is influence between brand to decision of purchasing of Larissa product, this is proved by result of t test statistic for Brand variable (X ) obtained t value bigger than t table (3,104> 1,985) with significance 0,003 < 0.05. So partially the brand variable (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). (2) The result of t test statistic for Price variable (X‚ ) obtained t value count bigger than t table (2,905> 1,985) with significant t equal to 0,005, because t value count bigger than t table and significant t <0,05 0.005 <0.05). So partially variable brand (X‚ ) have a significant effect onpurchase decision (Y). (3) The result of t test statistic for product quality variable (Xƒ ) is got t value bigger than t table (2,445> 1,985) with significant t equal to 0,016, because t value count bigger than t table and significant t <0,05 (0.016 <0.05). So partially variable brand (Xƒ ) have a significant effect on purchasedecision (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to measure the performance of zakat management organizations (OPZIS) in Yogyakarta using balance scorecard methode, also to analyze and determine the effect partially and simultaneously on the Corporate Governance, Internal Control and the adoption level of PSAK 109 to OPZIS performance. The object of this study using four OPZIS in Yogyakarta included into the members of Indonesia Zakat Forum (FOZ). This research method used scoring technique on balance scorecard performance and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23.00 which is used to see the influence of the independent variable in the form of corporate governance, internal control and adoption level of PSAK 109 to OPZIS performance. The results of this research shows that OPZIS performance measuremnt using the balanced scorecard method had an average score of 3.55 which maximized the category quite well. Based on F test, independent variable has an effect on OPZIS Performance, shown with F value equal to 6,080 and significance equal to 0.002, overall independent variable are able to explain the effect about 22.437%. While based on partial t test, showed that the adoption level of PSAK 109 has a significant negative effect. Meanwhile, corporate governance and internal control have no effect on OPZIS performance through balance scorecard method.

Abstract

This study discusses about the influence of organizational culture andwork safety on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Vocational High School 1 Bawang. This is a quantitative research by using questioner as a tool to collect data. The data collection technique used census technique with questionnaire as instrument. This research supported by 103 respondens of 114 teachers totally in Vocational High School 1 Bawang. Data analysis using SPSS 23, including multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis with Sobel analysis.The result of the research are; there is an influence of organizational culture, work safety on the job satisfaction partially, there is an influence of organizational culture, work safety, and job satisfaction on the performance partially, and there is an influence of organizational culture and work safety on performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. All coefficients are positive values that show a positive influence except the effect of safety on the performance that have negative coefficients numbers.
