Abstract

Abstract: The definition of marriage and its purpose in the Compilation of Islamic Law is stated in article 2 that is, the marriage according to Islamic Law is marriage, that is a very strong contract of duty to obey God's commands and to implement it is worship and Article 3 that is, Marriage aims to realize the life of a household that sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah. Marriage is an inner born bond between a man and a woman as a husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family based on the Supreme Godhead. The above definition is contained in Act No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage. Marriage has a very close relationship with religion, so marriages not only have physical / physical elements, but also have inner / spiritual elements that have an important role in life. Sraten village, Cluring subdistrict, Banyuwangi district is one of the villages in Banyuwangi with different cultures in marriage. In the village of Sraten there is a marriage where a prospective bride is kidnapped by the man. According to information on observation and interim interview information to informal grandchildren such practice has been passed down to generations, so it is not taboo anymore, because not just one or two times, the practice of marriage with a kidnapped female candidate has been done a lot. Therefore, according to researchers it is important to be more in-depth on the basis of appropriate research theory and methodology so as to produce credible and scientifically accountable data. It is concluded based on the distinction between the theoretical and field data analysis that the marriage collateral that occurs in the Sraten Village of his law is legitimate, since the wedding of the colong is not substantive in terms of the terms and the rukun pernikahan, but the wedding of the colong is just an expression or name of a custom in a the area in this case is the Sraten village community with the aim of maintaining the relationship between the two lovers so that the spouses are involved. Furthermore, the views of the Sraten village community towards the colong marriage during the marriage are approved by both families and guardians from the parties who are willing to guard, the legal status of the marriage is valid and there is no problem.

Value is an ability that is believed to exist in an object that causes someone and group interest. So grounding nationalist values ​​is a form of planting values ​​of lovers of the country and the nation, so that with this love someone will automatically search for all information about something he loves in order to protect and defend anyone who tries to disrupt and even undermine the integrity of his nation .

In the after mach, the role of DPRD is n’tinan optimal fashion because it’strapped in transactiona lpolitics, which bets political party interst with public interest. Researcher, by using descriptive- analysis method, describes and analyzes  the problem to look for the solution. As aresult, the supervision function of Riau DPRD on public interestis in poor support by asystem that be in dsover the legislators. Besides that, as the initiators of public policy, the legislators of tenignore the public interest, and will helda brieffor public if the rearedemons trant agitations and mass media issues tha tblow up the irwrong policies.

Abstract

Abstract: The metamorphosis of public organizations in response to internal and external demands is manifested in the form of reform, revitalization and the formation of government networks. The government is required to always adjust to the development of the environment. This adjustment is an effort to respond to the development of society and the global environment. External factors require public organizations to be more flexible in governance. This article wants to discuss the efforts of the Banyuwangi Regency government and the collaboration that was carried out in order to fix green open space in Banyuwangi Regency, East Java. The approach used in writing this paper is a socio-legal approach that combines normative approaches with research results, assessment results, and other references and is reinforced by empirical research conducted through interviews and observations. This research found the existence of efforts by the city government to develop regulations related to the regulation of green open space as well as various collaborative efforts between government, civil society and the private sector in the implementation of the development of green open spaces in Banyuwangi Regency. The preparation of legal instruments and the establishment of government networks is actually part of the new public governance paradigm that seeks to optimize the roles of government and stake holders in the development of green open spaces. This study also found that the role of the community as a civil society was considered important in promoting democratic governance, the effectiveness of regulations that were oriented to the public interest.

Abstrac: The influence of globalization as it is now requires a change in various aspects of life quickly, demanding that each individual can adapt and follow any changes that occur, even though in reality not all individuals are able to do so that what happens is people or humans face many problems. Not everyone is able to adapt, the result is individuals who store a variety of psychological and physical problems that automatically lead to inner conflicts within themselves, thus an effective way to overcome them is needed.

Abstract

Abstract: In familiar Islamic financial institutions we hear the term mudharabah, mudharabah is a contract that involves between two or more people, namely the owner of investor capital (Shahibul Maal) who entrusts his capital to people (mudharib) to be managed. The division of mudaraba is divided into two, namely: the first: Mudharabah muqayyadah which means shahibul maal gives a limit to the funds invested. And secondly: Mudharabah Muthlaqah Shahibul Maal does not provide limits on the funds invested. The focus of this study is first how the implementation of mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Branch Bondowoso. Second, what is the risk management strategy of mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Branch Bondowoso. The research objectives are 1). To obtain information about the implementation of mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Branch Bondowoso. 2). Want to describe the risk management strategy for mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Branch Bondowoso. In this study the authors used qualitative research with interview methods, observation methods and documentation methods. so in the form of analysis we use qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Branch Bondowoso was in accordance with the Shari'a contained in sharia economic theory because in it the terms and conditions were met, but in mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri, Bondowoso Branch could only be realized in the form of fund collection .

Abstract:. Banyuwangi is an area that is active in producing Siamese citrus commodities. One of the areas or villages that produce agricultural products of Siamese Citrus is Sambimulyo Banyuwangi village. The process of transferring the commodity of citrus is called the market access strategy, because farmers are producers who need two distribution intermediaries played by middlemen and retailers. The theoretical framework of this research is based on social capital, Woolcock's theory, where it defines social capital as information, trust, and reciprocal norms contained in a social network. Methods in qualitative research, with a phenomenological approach. While the validity test of the data in this study uses a test of credibility, transferability, dependability and commitment. The results of this study explain that the market access strategy for Siamese commodities includes distribution by region which is divided into 2 regions. First, the distribution of siam citrus commodities in one region, which means the fulfillment of siam orange for its own regional market. Second, the distribution of siwam citrus commodities to other regions or regions, which means sending commodities from Siamese oranges to other regional markets that make requests.

Abstract

Abstract: In this modern muamalah transaction new technological developments emerged, online buying and selling can be done through social media. Because of the influence of these technologies, it is considered important to examine further the practice of buying and selling on line and the validity of the contract. This is descriptive legal research, data collection is done by reviewing the literature on online buying and selling then analyzed by examining data, data classification and data analysis. His research results illustrate: the practice of buying and selling online through social media was carried out initially opening social media profiles, followed by looking at the products offered 2) Online buying and selling is permissible, harmonious and the terms of buying and selling online do not conflict with harmony and conditions in the legal system of Islamic engagement. 3) Online sale and purchase of greetings in accordance with the MUI DSN Fatwa No. 05 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 concerning Sale and Purchase Salam, because the contract does not violate existing Shari'a rules, so that in the future the existence of the Fatwa must be recognized and implemented in this modern economic activity.

Abstract

Abstract To develop the potential as kholifah fii al-Ard, the methods used by each country and region are different. In Indonesia the potential development model used is set in the National Education System with tertiary level of education, from the level of kindergarten, elementary school to university as well as the inclusion of diplomas as proof of completing the level of education, as well as in other countries which is certainly adjusted with the character of the real conditions of the people. One implementation of the National Education System is the formation of educational institutions in order to make a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere of learning and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills required by themselves, the community, the nation and the state as an implementation of the mandate of the Constitution is to educate the nation's life. In its development, the influence of globalization and industry, as well as the development of science and information technology has a considerable influence on education, including the shifting of the educational paradigm from idealist-humanitis-ethical towards pragmatic-materealist in the midst of society. The method used is qualitative with a literature approach, as a knife analysis analyzes all information, sources, and documentation relating to education.
