Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

Abstract

The goal of this research are to see information about the theachers perception about managerial competency of headmasters. The population is 291 teachers and the sample is 137 people that taken by cluster random sampling. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score and performance level . The result of this research are the teachers perception about managerial competency of headmasters in SD Negeri Kecamatan Padang Timur Kota Padang stay in good enough category. Abstract

Kreativitas meliputi hasil yang baru, baik sama sekali baru bagi dunia ilmiah atau budaya maupun baru bagi individunya sendiri. Secara umum kreatifitas guru memiliki fungsi utama yaitu membantu menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dengan cepat dan efisien. Adapun pentingnya  kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran antara lain: (1) Kreatifitas guru berguna dalam transfer informasi lebih utuh, (2) Kreatifitas guru berguna dalam merangsang siswa untuk lebih berpikir secara ilmiah dalam mengamati gejala masyarakat atau gejala alam yang menjadi objek kajian dalam belajar, (3) Produk kreatifitas guru akan merangsang kreatifitas siswa. faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kreativitas antara lain faktor internal (warisan dan psikologis) dan faktor eksternal (lingkungan sosial dan budaya). Usaha yang dapat dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran yaitu : (1) Melalui pemberian supervisi, (2) Pemberian pembinaan dan pengembangan, (3) Pemberian reward bagi guru yang memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi, (4) Memagangkan guru, (5) Melakukan studi kasus, (6) Menciptakan suasana kerja yang menyenangkan, (7) Memberi kebebasan. Abstract

The goal of this research are to see information about certification teacher’s discipline in doing his duty. The population is 110 people and the sample is 86 people that taken by Krejcie. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models  that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score . The result of this research are the certification teacher’s discipline in doing his duty at high school Negeri Kecamatan Pauh Padang stay in quite accomplished category. Abstract

This research about principal’s leadership style and teacher performance, also to see the relationship between the two variables. Population are 98 teachers and 78 samples using random sampling technique. This research instrument is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale, a score of variable  leadership style of headmaster  0.886 and teacher performance 1.017 that  means instrument is reliable. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation, for the principal’s leadership style witht teacher perfomance get r score = 0.25> = 0.220, believed r tabel standard 95%. Research has come to the conclusion the relationship between principal’s leadership style with the performance of teachers in junior high school districts palembayan districts agam. Abstract

The goal of this research are to get information about a commitment teacher certification in teaching implementing the tasks. The population is 105 teachers. And the sample is 86 teachers by Krejie Table, that taken by Random sampling technic. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models  that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score. The result of this research are about a commitment teacher certification in teaching implementing the tasks in High School Kecamatan Pauh Padang is High Enough. Abstract

Sekolah sebagai suatu organisasi sosial harus mampu menyesuaikan diri dan mengantisipasi setiap perkembangan yang ada.Setiap perkembangan / perubahan yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin. Agar kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat berhasil dengan baik, kepala sekolah harus meningkatkan kemampuannya secara fungsional, sehingga kepala sekolah mampu berperan sesuai dengan tugas,wewenang dan tanggung jawabnya, sehingga akhirnya memiliki kinerja yang professional dan fungsional. Penguasaan pengetahuan tentang kepemimpinan tentu saja merupakan sumbangan besar bagi para kepala sekolah, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang dirasakan penting sekali demi keberhasilan sekolah yang dipimpinnya. Adapun upaya – upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan antara lain  dengan mengkuti pendidikan dan pelatihan, seminar kepemimpinan, pelatihan-pelatihan. Selain itu dari diri sendiri juga harus mampu memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat, memiliki kemampuan dan ketrampilan kepemimpinan serta mampu mengembangkan staf, kurikulum dan pelaksanaan pendidikan. Sedangkan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh pengawas antara lain, pembinaan kepala sekolah dengan memberikan wawasan tentang kepemimpinan, memberikan pembekalan tentang peningkatan kompetensi kepala sekolah, juga pemberdayaan kepala sekolah dan lain-lain. Kata kunci : Kepala Sekolah, Kepemimpinan.

Abstract

This research is motivated because of the phenomena associated with low employee motivation at the office of District Education West Pasaman. The purpose of this study was to obtain information concerning: (1) performance of employees in the performance of duties in the office of West Pasaman education, (2) excitement in the performance of duties of employees working at the Education Department's office of West Pasaman, (3) employee responsibilities in the implementation of duty at the office of District Education West Pasaman, (4) the impact of incentives in the performance of duties in the office of District EducationWestPasaman.The study population was all employees of the Education Department's office of West Pasaman many as 80 people. The number of samples is 68 people using Krjcie table. Means of collecting data in this study is a questionnaire, which is arranged in the form of a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using the formula Mean (average).The results showed that: (1) performance in the implementation of the tasks are quite high with the acquisition of the category average (3.59), (2) excitement in the performance of duties of employees working at the office of the District Education Office is located on the West Pasaman enough tinggidengan category average gain (3.26), (3) employee responsibilities in the implementation of tasks in a category quite well with the average gain (3.19), selanjtnya (4) the effect of employee incentives in the discharge also showed moderately high with an averagegain(3.27).Thus it can be said that the motivation of employees in the performance of duties in the office of the District Education Office West Pasaman high enough. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the Management Fund BOS. This research is a research popolasi in which the entire population as a sample of 51 people, consisting of the principal, the Treasurer, and the school Committee. This research Instrument using a Likert scale has tested the validity and reliabelitasnya. Data analysis using the formula of Mean. Abstract

This study to obtain information on employee perceptions of the process, style and effectiveness of decision-making by the leadership at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports Agam. This is a descriptive study. Total population of 66 respondents sample taken is 53% of the total population is 44 people. The technique used is Stratified Profertional Random Sampling Technique. Data collection tool used was a Likert scale. Thus it can be said that the employee perception of the Decision by the Chairman of the Department of Education Youth and Sports Agam is performing quite well (3.4). Kunci : Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This research aimed to describeteachers commitment to student, teachers commitment to school, teachers commitment to the task and teachers commitment in Smp Negeri Kecamatan 2 X 11Enam Lingkung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The population areall of teacherinSmp Negeri Kecamatan 2 X 11Enam Lingkung Kabupaten Padang Pariamanamount to 84 people and the samplesare68 people that determined based on Krejcie table. Instrument usedwas a questionnaire based on likert scale and analyzed by average score formula.
